Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are currently experiencing a quite difficult situation in the midst of a changing business environment and increasingly fierce business competition on a national and international scale. MSMEs as one of the supporters of economic growth, especially in Indonesia, need more attention because the increase in the MSME sector and the reduction of poverty rates are indicators of development success for the country. This study seeks to design a marketing strategy for Molly's Coffee SMEs by using a qualitative approach, combining observations, in-depth interviews, and SWOT analysis. Primary data was obtained from owners and customers of Molly's Coffee SMEs. The results reveal substantial growth opportunities, particularly through the refinement of marketing strategies. These findings highlight the potential of SMEs to increase their competitiveness and support sustainable economic development by utilizing digital devices efficiently

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play an important role in the economy, playing a key role in community development and making a significant contribution to economic growth. MSMEs hold a strategic position in accelerating structural transformation and improving people's living standards. MSMEs contribute by creating job opportunities, encouraging sustainable economic growth, and encouraging income equity. This research focuses on the analysis of marketing strategy planning in Warung Pecel Lele Bejo SMEs to increase their competitiveness and ensure business sustainability. A mixed-methods approach, which combines observation, in-depth interviews, and SWOT analysis, is used. The findings highlight opportunities for growth, particularly through enhanced marketing strategies, and underscore the importance of leveraging digital tools to enhance competitiveness and support sustainable economic progress

Abstract

This article is here to find out the motivation of managers in managing profits, including profitability, leverage and company size. This research is still a hot topic of conversation among researchers, so many studies have been conducted since 2019. This research aims to discuss the influence of profitability, leverage and company size on earnings management in pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2019-2023. This research uses descriptive statistical analysis using secondary data with descriptive statistical tests. Followed by the classical assumption test using the multiple regression model hypothesis testing method. Several conclusions can be drawn that there is profitability which has a positive effect on earnings management, the leverage variable has a negative effect on earnings management, the company size variable has a negative effect on earnings management. It is recommended that further research increase the number of years tested, so that the research results can be more accurate

Abstract

This research aims to describe andanalyze the implementation and reporting of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)implementation and reporting on strategic and non-strategic basis in sustainable product exporting companies.exporting company. The study was conducted at PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh, using a qualitative method with a descriptive approach.qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data was collected through observation,interviews, and documentation. Research resultsshowed that the company implemented 19 CSR activities, consisting of 63% strategic activities that focus on economic, environmental, and social aspects, as well as 37% non-strategic activities that only cover economic and social aspectswithout involving environmental aspects. Since 2023, the CSR report is presentedin the form of a standalone Sustainability Report based on GRI standards, covering economic aspects (e.g.GRI standards, covering economic (GRI 200), environmental (GRI 300), and social (GRI 400) aspects.(GRI 400). However, the report does not identify strategic and non-strategic CSR activitiesstrategic and non-strategic CSR activities explicitly. Previously, CSR reports were preparedas part of the confidential monthly management report. ResearchThis research provides insight into the implementation of CSR as part of the company's sustainability strategy.

Abstract

Human development is an important thing and a process to expand the choices of the Indonesian people. Human development has an orientation to create an environment that allows people to have a better, healthier and more prosperous life. Human development is an aspect that must be considered in achieving the SDGs goals, namely maternal and child health. Tirtonirmolo sub-district is one of the areas that is active in community empowerment programs. The program was implemented through the PKK as an intermediary. PKK provides education related to maternal and child health through posyandu activities and providing nutrition for toddlers, distribution of nutrition for pregnant women, and family planning (KB). This activity is an effort to improve the quality of life and realize the SDGs goals, namely good health and prosperity. This research aims to determine the role of the PKK in providing direction and knowledge about maternal and child health. Apart from that, to find out the contribution to human development and achievement of SDGs, especially in Tirtonirmolo District.

Abstract

This research discusses the implementation of community-based environmental policies in managing household waste through the Besus Asri community. This research uses a qualitative method that examines community-based environmental policies for waste management to improve community quality and sustainable development. The data in this research was collected through observation, interviews and documentation involving members of the Besus Asri community. By using the basis of Max Weber's social structure theory in analyzing the findings obtained by researchers. The results of this research show that the success of the program is very dependent on the role of local authorities in providing direction, as well as the formation of social norms or rules that support environmental care behavior. Apart from that, the community's contribution to this program is reflected in social interactions between individuals and groups. In this way, the Besus Asri community is not only a waste management agent, but also shows how social structure influences the success of community-based environmental policies consisting of housewives.

Abstract

This research is a quantitative study which aims to analyze how Islamic business ethics influence the economic growth of street vendors in Jambi City. Street Vendors (PKL) often face various problems in running their business. The Islamic economic system exists as a solution to overcome these problems. The application of Islamic business ethics has an important role in running a business in accordance with religious principles. This research uses qualitative methods with a literature study approach to analyze the application of Islamic business ethics in increasing the income of Street Vendors (PKL). The research results show that the application of Islamic business ethics can increase the awareness of business people and have a positive impact on Street Vendors (PKL).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the research related to the Palace and its Authority in the Beteng Keraton revitalization program with the policy of relocating community settlements in the area. This study is qualitative with the theory and concept of social structure and legal rationality and Max Weber's bureaucracy. The data in this study were collected through observation, interview, and documentation techniques involving the community who live within the scope of the Benteng Keraton and are currently being relocated. The results of this study indicate that the community has awareness and openness to the procurement of relocation by the Palace. The community accepts the consequences even though there are various difficulties experienced. The palace is not arbitrary towards the community because it continues to carry out good and orderly procedures such as implementing socialization and providing interest or severance pay. With the actions and good relations between the palace and the community, harmonious conditions are created without conflict. In addition, the existence of legitimate laws and regulations of the Palace makes the community accept whatever has become the decision of the Palace Government. This is the authority that the Palace has in a democratic system that is based on the principles of humanity and equality.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of the addition of “Kandangu Mbukku” on the manufacture of salted egg crackers at various levels on organoleptic quality and nutritional value. This study used a completely randomized design with 4 treatments and 5 replications, namely P0: control, P1 Kandangu Mbuku 40%, P2 Kandangu Mbuku 45%, and P3 Kandangu Mbuku 50% P4 Kandangu Mbuku 55%. Data were calculated using Anova test and Duncan's double U2 test. The results showed that the addition of Kandangu Mbuku at different levels had a significant effect P<0.05 on color, taste, texture and level of liking. Nutritional values of moisture content: 5.11%, ash content 1.95%, protein content 1.71%, fat content 30.98%, carbohydrate content 61.24%. The addition of kandangu mbuku leaf extract at the 50% level in making salted egg crackers affects the taste and liking, color, moisture content and pH of the crackers. Meanwhile, the nutritional value of the crackers tends to be stable, because kandangu mbuku leaf extract is not a source of protein, carbohydrates or fat.

Abstract

This article aims to explain the Free Nutritious Meals (MBG) or Free Lunch program which is the mainstay vision and mission of President and Vice President Prabowo-Gibran. This article uses a qualitative method with literature study data sources through a descriptive-analytical approach. The Free Meals program has a noble goal, one of which is to improve quality and healthy Human Resources (HR) to produce a great and golden generation in 2045. Although there is a question mark, how can this program run well if in one day the budget needs 800 billion, where does the budget come from to run the Free Nutritious Meals program every day. Of course the debate on this matter is still not over, especially since the Free Lunch issue is about nutritional standards, not about free expensive food.
