Abstract

The crisis of character among adolescents in secondary schools has become an increasingly complex social issue, influenced by many factors such as the environment, school, and family. In this context, Islamic religious education plays a vital role in shaping the character of adolescents through the moral and ethical values taught in religion. The aim of this study is to analyze the role of Islamic religious education in addressing the character crisis among adolescents in secondary schools. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method, involving observation, interviews, and documentation as data collection tools. The results of the study show that Islamic religious education in secondary schools has a positive impact on character development, particularly in terms of honesty, discipline, and responsibility. Furthermore, the application of Islamic values in students' daily lives helps reduce negative behaviors commonly exhibited during adolescence. The responsibility for character development does not lie solely with the Islamic religious education teacher but also involves all parties, including other subject teachers, counseling teachers, and educational staff. Based on these findings, it is recommended that Islamic religious education be strengthened and integrated into various aspects of students' lives in school to address the ongoing character crisis.

Abstract

The phenomenon of hijrah is increasingly popular among Indonesian urban communities, especially among the younger generation. However, this trend has also given rise to the phenomenon of "premature preachers," namely individuals who, with minimal understanding of religion, begin to give lectures or studies. This research aims to analyze this phenomenon through a qualitative approach with literature study and in-depth interviews. The research results show that the main motivation for hijrah is the search for spiritual identity, but this is often not accompanied by adequate deepening of religious knowledge. Premature Dai has the potential to provide a shallow understanding of religion and cause divisions in society. This article recommends the need for more structured religious guidance and education for individuals who have just emigrated.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the optimization of the use of special funds in the karawitan and gejog lesung arts of the Tegal Kenongo Village community. This study uses a qualitative method that examines the use and results of the distribution of special funds in matters of preserving local culture. Data in this study were collected through observation, interview, and documentation techniques involving the Tegal Kenongo Village community. The results of this study indicate that special funds play a significant role in providing support for cultural activities, such as the implementation and preservation of traditional karawitan arts, gejog lesung, and increasing public awareness of the importance of maintaining ancestral cultural heritage. With the openness of the community in the use of special funds and periodic evaluations, the use of special funds is certainly expected to be more optimal in achieving the goals and expectations of the community, especially in maintaining the existence of local karawitan and gejog lesung arts.

Abstract

Student archive management is a contributing factor to the quality improvement of school administrative services. The purpose of this study is to understand effective management of student archives and how it can improve the quality of administrative services in SD Negeri 6 Air Kumbang. My research method was descriptive qualitative. The data sources in this research are the Principal, Administrative Staff, Teachers and Students of SD Negeri 6 Air Kumbang. The methods of data collection in this study used observation, interview and documentation approaches. The method of data analysis in this study is performed by data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that archive management include archive creation procedures and archive storage procedures. Student records include academic, administrative, and student development information that should be managed in the best possible manner to ensure easy availability as well as integration into decision-making. Archives have an important role in ensuring smooth school administration operations, and therefore archives are essential to be maintained as they will be required in the long run.

Abstract

To maintain the order, security and availability of documents that support the smooth operation of the school, effective records management is an important part of school management. This study discusses the role of the administration in managing records at SD 9 Talang Kelapa. Data were collected through observation, interviews and documentation using qualitative methods. The data analysis technique used was thematic analysis. This means that the data collected is grouped according to certain themes that have been discussed in the research. Then, patterns and relationships between data relating to the role of archive management were found. The research shows that the recording, storage, maintenance and presentation of school documents are strategically influenced by the administration. Good records management helps teachers, students and related parties get information more easily and helps make better decisions. However, there are several problems encountered, such as limited storage facilities, untrained workers, and a recording system that is still done manually. To overcome these problems, educational institutions have started to implement document digitisation and train administrative employees in managing archives. In addition, the government and schools should get further support to provide more sophisticated systems and facilities. The education process at SD 9 Talang Kelapa can run more smoothly with better records management.

Abstract

In the modern digital era, marketing strategies undergo a significant transformation, one of which is through influencer marketing. This strategy utilizes the popularity and credibility of influential individuals on social media to promote products or services to a wider audience. This research aims to analyze the influence of influencer marketing as a digital marketing strategy with a literature study approach. The results show that influencer marketing has a significant impact on consumer purchasing decisions, especially in increasing brand awareness, engagement, and customer loyalty. Factors such as influencer credibility, content relevance, and interaction with the audience are key elements in the effectiveness of this strategy. However, there are challenges such as the risk of decreased consumer trust due to a mismatch between the brand and the influencer. Therefore, choosing the right influencer and authentic marketing strategy are crucial factors in the successful implementation of influencer marketing.

Abstract

Educational institutions are responsible for realizing the functions and objectives of national education. In this case, the principal has a very strategic role because one of the duties of the principal is to be a manager. The principal must be able to manage the whole school, including managing the existing human resources; especially the teachers and administrative staff who are the direct implementers of school activities who also play a major role in the success of the school in order to achieve the vision, mission and goals of the school. Resource management is carried out with several activities including preparation, organization, direction and supervision. In terms of human resource management, the principal has duties that are divided into three aspects, including: 1) equipping employees, 2) utilizing existing employees, and 3) building and developing. Supporting and inhibiting factors in human resource management must be managed properly so that good performance will be obtained, school goals can be achieved, and the quality of graduates will improve.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the meaning and representation of the Fear of Missing Out (FOMO) phenomenon in the hijab turban trend on TikTok among Communication Studies students at UIN Raden Fatah. FOMO, a psychological condition where individuals feel anxious about being left out of popular trends, plays a significant role in influencing participation in digital trends. The hijab turban trend, which combines religious, cultural, and fashion elements, has become a prominent focus on TikTok, especially among Muslim women, including university students. Through a qualitative approach, this research explores how FOMO affects students' decision to follow the hijab turban trend and how the trend is represented in TikTok content. Interviews were conducted with students who actively engage in social media, revealing insights into the pressure to conform to digital trends, the role of social validation, and the influence of influencers and TikTok's algorithm in shaping fashion choices. The findings indicate that while the hijab turban represents a modern expression of identity, it also raises concerns about the commercialization of religious symbols and the psychological pressure to align with societal standards.

Abstract

Teenagers are a generation that is synonymous with always being connected to digital technology in their daily lives. This causes teenagers to actively use the internet. Moreover, teenagers are vulnerable to negative elements including not being able to provide verification; being quickly influenced by the application of hoaxes. That is why digital literacy should not be completely ignored. In fact, one of the more important functions of digital literacy is to direct young people to be more sensitive in doing minimal detection of some signs of hoax news that have been circulating on the internet. This study aims to explain digital literacy as a way to tackle fake news or hoaxes. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The types of data collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. The selection of interview guests was carried out purposively, and the number of sources was 9 data. The results of the research that have been carried out also show that digital literacy learning has been implemented at Fitra Abdi Palembang Junior High School directly.Digital literacy is very important to help adolescents understand that they must act smart and wise when using digital media, especially social media. To avoid the negative impact of fake news, digital literacy is essential for using social media along with the intelligence to assess information carefully and critically.

Abstract

This research analyzes the perception of adolescents' Islamic perceptions through the YouTube content “Belajar Islam Pake Logika” Ustadz Felix Siauw. In the digital era, YouTube is an important tool for teenagers to learn religion. to learn religion. This research uses descriptive qualitative method with a content analysis design to understand how Ustadz Felix Siauw's rhetorical strategy influences the perception of religion. Felix Siauw's rhetorical strategy influences teenagers' Islamic perceptions. The results showed that Ustadz Felix Siauw uses logic (logos), emotion (pathos), and credibility (ethos) in conveying Islamic teachings. credibility (ethos) in conveying Islamic teachings. This approach is effective attracts teenagers, but also risks simplifying the concept of religion. This research emphasizes the importance of a balance between rational and spiritual approaches in digital da'wah so that the message remains authoritative and holistic. This research contributes to understanding the effectiveness of digital communication strategies that are relevant to the younger generation.
