Abstract

Background : Competition in the retail world is currently very tight due to the increasing number of competitors, so companies are required to improve the performance of human resources through skills and abilities, both hard skills and soft skills, to support the company's operations running well. Apart from that, improving employee performance also needs to be seen from the comfort of the work environment through Emotional Intelligence as the basic ability of employees to create comfort in the work environment. However, there are other factors that support performance, namely Interpersonal Communication. Purpose: Based on the background and problem formulation explained, the aim of this research is to describe and analyze the influence of hard skills and soft skills on employee performance, describe and analyze the influence of emotional intelligence on employee performance, describe and analyze the influence of interpersonal communication on employee performance. Methods: This research uses a quantitative approach which aims to test the hypothesis formulated. Determining the number of samples used the Slovin formula with a purposive sampling technique and obtained a sample of 95 respondents. Analyzed using the Partial Least Square (PLS) statistical analysis technique. Conclusion: So, Hardskills and Softskills, Emotional Intelligence play a role in improving employee performance. Suggestion: This research is a theory development, so the future agenda is to develop the research model by expanding to a more complex analysis.

Abstract

Background : In the digital era, An Nuur students prefer to do practical and instant activities, one of which is shopping online via the Shopee application. Efforts to increase customer loyalty can be done through the e-service quality provided. Apart from that, Shopee also needs to convince consumers through customer trust when making a purchase that their expectations of obtaining a product or service are met. Consumers can take advantage of online customer reviews to help determine what products to buy. Purpose: This research aims to determine the influence of e-service quality, customer trust and online customer reviews on customer loyalty of application users among An Nuur University Undergraduate Program students Class of 2019/2020 Methods: The research carried out uses a type of quantitative research which aims to test predetermined hypotheses. Meanwhile, the sampling method used census techniques for 99 respondents. Then the data obtained was analyzed using the Partial Least Square (PLS) statistical analysis technique. Conclusion: So, e-service quality and customer trust play a role in increasing customer loyalty. Suggestion: There are still many limitations in this research and need to be further developed for future research agendas. The scope of this research is only within the scope of An Nuur University so its scope is not broad enough because it only focuses on one place, so you can add a population and sample with a wider coverage, such as the community in the Grobogan district. Apart from that, further research can add related variables to increase customer loyalty.

Abstract

Background : Business competition is very tight where every entrepreneur wants to produce quality products, from the various similar products currently circulating, this means that business people must be able to survive and compete by producing quality products. Marketing products or services to consumers, in the business world which is designed to plan, determine prices, promote and distribute various products that are able to fulfill consumer desires with the aim of reaching the target market achieving the goals desired by the company. The good and bad of marketing management carried out encourages consumers to do so. buying decision. Purpose: To purpuse Product Quality, Price and Promotion on Purchasing Decisions (Case Study of Mbak Enik's Tempe Chip MSMEs in Purwodadi City, Grobogan Regency) Methods: This research uses a quantitative approach which aims to test the hypothesis formulated. Determining the number of samples used the Slovin formula with a purposive sampling technique and obtained a sample of 174 respondents. Analyzed using the Statistical Analysis Program for Social Science (SPSS) statistical analysis technique. Conclusion: The research results show that product quality has a significant influence on purchasing decisions, price has a significant influence on purchasing decisions. Promotions have a significant influence on purchasing decisions. And product quality, price and promotion simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. Suggestion: For future agendas, you can add research variables such as brand, consumer preferences, environmental factors, service quality, and other variables. Abstract

Background: The rapid development of science and technology has brought changes to human resources in organizations. These changes result in every employee being required to improve their performance. Increasing employee performance can be done through empowering leadership and inter-organizational knowledge sharing which is supported by digital intelligence.Purpose: The aim of this research is to find out how empowering leadership and inter-organizational knowledge sharing influence employee performance with digital intelligence as a moderating variable. Methods: This research uses an explanatory quantitative approach which aims to test the formulated hypothesis. Determining the number of samples using the Slovin formula with certain criteria and obtaining a sample of 100. The method used is Partial Least Square (PLS).Results: The research results show that empowering leadership and inter-organizational knowledge sharing have a positive and significant influence on employee performance, digital intelligence does not moderate the relationship between empowering leadership and employee performance. And digital intelligence is able to moderate the relationship between inter-organizational knowledge sharing and employee performance.Conclusion: Empowering leadership and inter-organizational knowledge sharing play a role in improving employee performance. Digital intelligence does not moderate the relationship between empowering leadership and employee performance. And digital intelligence moderates the relationship between inter-organizational knowledge sharing and employee performance.Suggestion: It is recommended for researchers who want to conduct research on the same issue to add other variables, for example bleisure. Abstract

Latar belakang: Di era globalisasi, perkembangan semakin pesat sehingga suatu organisasi harus melakukan inovasi untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawainya. Berdasarkan studi kasus di DPRD Kabupaten Grobogan masih ada pegawai yang terlambat dan pulang sebelum jam waktunya pulang. Sehingga berdampak pada pegawai lain yang meniru perilaku tersebut. Dengan adanya permasalahan tersebut, maka perlu diperhatikan bagaimana cara menjaga kinerja organisasi tetap stabil. Dalam penerapan sumber daya manusia yang baik dengan mengutamakan kinerja karyawan sebagai penggerak perusahaan. Beberapa faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan meliputi lingkungan kerja non fisik, motivasi prestasi, dan disiplin prevenif. Metodologi: Objek penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai DPRD Kabupaten Grobogan yang menjadi populasi dalam penelitian ini. sedangkan metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sensus sebanyak 143 responden. kemudian data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang akan diolah menggunakan SPSS 24.0 Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa lingkungan kerja non fisik memberikan pengaruh positif dan siginifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Motivasi prestasi memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. Dan disiplin preventif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kesimpulan: Lingkungan kerja non fisik, motivasi berprestasi dan disiplin kerja preventif berperan dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai. . Kata Kunci: Lingkungan Kerja Non Fisik, Motivasi Prestasi, Disiplin Preventif.

Abstract

Background & Purpose: In an organization, Human Resources management is a series of organizational activities directed at attracting, developing and retaining an effective workforce. If Human Resource Management uses good concepts, it will also have an influence on the running of an organization. Likewise, if the Human Resources management concept is not good, it will have a negative impact on the organization. According to Ajabar (2020) Human Resource Management is an activity that is attempted to trigger, improve, motivate and maintain good performance in the organization. HR are humans who are employed in an agency as movers, thinkers and planners to achieve organizational goals (Sulistyowati, 2021).  Human Resources According to Edison Emron, et al (2020) is management that focuses on maximizing the abilities of its employees or members through various strategic steps in order to improve employee or employee performance towards optimizing organizational goals Education in Indonesia plays a very important role in nation development, especially human resource development. Education always experiences changes, developments and improvements in accordance with developments in all areas of life. Educational productivity in schools can be seen from outstanding educational output and the educational process in the form of an educational atmosphere. Education plays a very important role in increasing national productivity by producing quality human resources (HR). Productivity is important to make an organization or individual more efficient, effective and of high quality. Method: The number of samples in this study was 8 people within 1 month consisting of 5 teachers and 3 staff at SD Negeri 3 Getasrejo, Grobogan Regency.  Results: The role of leadership style applied by the principal of SD Negeri 3 Getasrejo starting from wisdom, responsibility, decision making, solving problems and motivation for 8 predetermined sources. In the role of leadership style, there are 2 stages of the role to increase the resulting productivity, namely the first stage through the principal's approach, guiding and communicating effectively, maintaining loyalty, decision making, solving problems, and the type of leadership that must be applied by the principal at this time. Conclusion & Suggestion: Leadership can be identified by approaching superiors and subordinates through wisdom, communicating effectively, maintaining loyalty, being responsible, decision making processes, and providing motivation and there are several factors to increase work productivity, namely there is motivation from superiors to subordinates, responsibility in completing work, enjoying work, and being able to explore the potential of subordinates and there are 3 ideal typical leadership styles

Abstract

Backround & Purpose : Competition in the retail world, particularly in mobile phone sales, is becoming increasingly intense due to the rising number of competitors and product variations. Companies like SMS Shop Mijen Semarang need to enhance the performance of their promoters to ensure effective operations and satisfactory customer service. This study aims to analyze the influence of perceived value, product accessibility, and promoter responsiveness on purchasing decisions for mobile phones at SMS Shop Mijen, Semarang. The perceived value variable is measured through emotional, social, functional values, and price/value for money, while product accessibility is assessed based on distance, travel costs, and time required to reach the store. Promoter responsiveness is evaluated based on their ability to meet consumer needs. Methode :The method used is quantitative with a survey approach, collecting data from 68 consumers through questionnaires. The data is analyzed using multiple linear regression. Result: The results indicate that all three variables significantly influence purchasing decisions, and it is recommended that SMS Shop Mijen enhance the functional value of its products and ensure promoters remain responsive to consumer needs

Abstract

Latar Belakang : Di era persaingan bisnis yang semakin ketat, perusahaan industri jasa menghadapi tantangan yang menuntut perubahan dan inovasi. Dalam kondisi persaingan yang sangat ketat saat ini, perusahaan dituntut untuk meningkatkan kinerja sumber daya manusia melalui rendahnya tingkat stres kerja dan penerapan flexible work arrangement (FWA). Selain itu, ada faktor lain yang menunjang kinerja yaitu kepuasan kerja. Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk menguji hipotesis yang dirumuskan. Penentuan jumlah sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan teknik purposive sampling dan diperoleh sampel sebanyak 84 responden. Dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis statistik Partial Least Square (PLS) versi 4.0. Hasil : Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa stres kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kinerja karyawan, flexible work arrangement (FWA) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kinerja karyawan, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, stres kerja dan flexible work arrangement (FWA) berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening. Kesimpulan : Sehingga, stres kerja, flexible work arrangement (FWA), dan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening berperan dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Latar Belakang : Industri garmen siap pakai memerlukan inovasi tingkat tinggi dari para pelakunya agar dapat terus menarik konsumen untuk membeli berbagai macam produk pakaian yang tersedia dalam berbagai model. Pakaian seolah menjadi buruan wajib saat berbelanja, selain untuk melindungi diri, manusia membutuhkan pakaian untuk eksistensinya di dunia fashion. Meningkatnya jumlah model pakaian menjadi tantangan bagi para pelaku bisnis, bagaimana memastikan keputusan pembelian terus meningkat. Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 95 responden dengan menggunakan teknik probabilitas sampling termasuk teknik random sampling. Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis statistik Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil : Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa in store display, impulse buying, dan personal selling memberikan pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap purchase decision. Kesimpulan : Sehingga, in store display, impulse buying dan personal selling berperan dalam meningkatkan purchase decision. Abstract

Background: Competition in the industrial sector is currently very tight due to the increasing number of companies, especially in the city of Demak, so companies are required to improve the performance of their human resources through career development by providing additional training will make employees have a deep understanding of the company's goals and increase their affective commitment to the company so that employees feel happy to be able to contribute to the company. So that when working you will be more comfortable and be able to complete work on time and interactions at work will be more harmonious, which will improve employee performance. Purpose : Based on the background and problem formulation that has been explained, the aim of this research is to analyze and describe the influence of career development on employee performance, analyze and describe the influence of emotional intelligence on employee performance, analyze and describe the influence of affective commitment on employee performance. Method: This research uses a quantitative approach which aims to test the formulated hypothesis. The sample used in this research was 70 respondents with a saturated sampling technique where the entire population was sampled. Analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS) statistical analysis technique version 4.0. Results: The research results show that career development has a positive and significant effecvbt on employee performance, emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, affective commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Conclusion: So, career development, emotional intelligence, and affective commitment play a role in improving employee performance. Suggestion: In this research, the career development and emotional intelligence variables show that the results are in the moderate category for employee performance, but the affective commitment variable shows that the results are in the weak category for employee performance. Therefore, it is recommended that the future agenda be to develop variable measurements so that they can provide better results.
