Background: First line managers have an important role in the management system of health care organizations because they provide support and bridges for senior management and their employees. Work engagement forms the basis of the facility's function that creates organizational goals and approaches to patient care, but also meets the expectations and needs of subordinate staff. Purpose: The aim of the study was to examine the relationship between perceived organizational support and work engagement of first-line managers in the health care sector Methods: Collecting data using a questionnaire from a private hospital in Purwodadi. The research method uses SPSS to analyze the direct effect. Conclusion: The results show a positive and significant relationship between perceived organizational support and work engagement, so that it can increase the interest of first-line managers in hospitals to strengthen work engagement with higher job performance and job satisfaction. Suggestion: This study examines work engagement as the dependent variable, although work engagement is often used as a determining variable. In future research, it is possible to examine the potential effect of Perceived Organizational Support and work engagement with other variables such as job satisfaction and performance. Background: Less than optimal student learning outcomes are a separate problem in learning activities on campus. Factors that can be an influence in a student's learning outcomes are self-management and the use of learning resources. Purpose: This study aims to obtain valid evidence on how self-management and the use of learning resources in improving student learning outcomes for the Economic Statistics course for Management class III. Methods: This research is a quantitative type with the research subjects being all students of Management class III An Nuur University. The population was 21 people and the instrument in this study consisted of a questionnaire which included 10 aspects of self-management and 10 aspects of the use of learning resources. Conclusion: From this research, it can be concluded that the self-management factor and the use of learning resources have a significant influence on the learning outcomes of Management Class III students for the Economic Statistics course in the Management Study Program at An Nuur University. Suggestion: The results of this study are expected to be a reference in relation to efforts to improve student learning outcomes. Keywords: Self Management, Learning Resource

Background: Research on generational values in the three workforces shows a shift in dominant work values in the millennial workforce. An organization that will optimize the role of the millennial workforce needs to understand the characteristics of the nature of their work. In addition, organizations need to develop policy designs that are in accordance with the millennial employee workstyle, one of which is by using the concept of gamification. Purpose: The purpose of this study is to develop a concept related to HRM practices and policies with a gamification approach. Methods: The research method used is a literature survey to define concepts and develop measurements. Conclusion: The results of the study found that HRM-based Gamification can be defined as the implementation of HR practices by making these practices seem more fun, relaxed and informal. Suggestion: Further research will be conducted to validate the concept definition and measurement of HRM based gamification with quantitative methods. In addition, future research will also be conducted to examine the impact of gamification-based HRM on job satisfaction and engagement of the millennial workforce. Background: The development of information technology itself is very helpful for entrepreneurs when running a business or business. The form of information technology that is developing very rapidly today is the sale, purchase, distribution and marketing of goods and services through electronic systems, social media and e-commerce. E-commerce for an entrepreneur can provide effectiveness and flexibility in production and when sending goods and services quickly for software products so that the costs incurred are more efficient. Purpose: This study aims to understand and apply e-commerce to develop business interest in Dimoro village. Methods: This study used a qualitative method which was carried out through observation and interviews with the object directly, namely the Head of UKM in Dimoro village. This method aims to obtain more complete information and can reach a wider scope regarding the influence of e-commerce in the global era to increase entrepreneurial interest in Dimoro village. Conclusion: From the results of observations and interviews conducted, it can be concluded that in increasing business in Dimoro village it is necessary to have an e-commerce application because e-commerce applications are applications to facilitate the buying and selling process and expand market share. In addition, using the application does not need to have a store because it can be managed in their respective homes so that it is more effective and efficient and saves costs. Suggestion: There are still many limitations in this research and need to be developed again for the next research agenda. The scope of this research is still small and in a less broad scope because it is only driven in one place, so that further research can be developed through the addition of variables and the number of objects to be studied. Background: The direction and purpose of a business is to create the welfare of the people where the welfare of the people can be achieved by maintaining business continuity. One effort that can be done is to be affiliated or incorporated in a business community. Purpose: The purpose of this study is to develop two concepts that determine Relationship Quality between members of the business community. The two concepts are Value Congruence and Inter Organizational Knowledge Sharing (IOKS). Methods: The research method used is a literature survey to define concepts and develop measurements. Conclusion: The results of the study found that Value Congruence can be defined as the level of value conformity between the company and the community that is followed in achieving goals, and is measured using relationship, security, and prestige. Meanwhile, Inter Organizational Knowledge Sharing is a company's willingness to share the knowledge they have acquired with other companies in the same community, which is measured by knowledge donating (sharing knowledge to other companies) and knowledge collecting (gathering knowledge from other companies). Both concepts are believed to improve the quality of relationships between members in the community. Suggestion: Future research will be conducted to validate the definitions of concepts and measures that have been developed and to empirically test causality between concepts. Background: The development of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) is very rapid in increasing product innovation of woven bamboo rinjing in the village of Kuta, Dimoro as a support for the household income of the local community by utilizing bamboo raw materials which are widely used to make woven bamboo handicraft businesses by woven one by one by forming a circle pattern. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises is a business unit that plays an important role in economic growth and development as well as the welfare of the Indonesian people. UMKM in Dimoro village in this study also face many obstacles or problems that require various critical solutions to get out of the problems they are facing, although some can run quite smoothly. Rinjing is an item that meets the needs of household appliances, especially in the kitchen. Purpose: this research aims to develop and preserve the woven bamboo rinjing product business in improving product marketing by developing product innovation in community creativity, so that business networks can develop rapidly. Method: This study used a qualitative method which was carried out through observation and interviews with the object directly, namely the business owner of woven bamboo rinjing in the village of Dimoro. This method aims to obtain more complete information about the development of woven bamboo rinjing products in terms of innovation, marketing and business networks that can increase the income of the local community. Conclusion: From the results of observations and interviews conducted, it can be concluded that in business it is also required to innovate, this is done to adapt to increasingly modern developments supported by increasingly advanced levels of technological development so that UMKM must also be creative and innovative in creating product innovation so that the product has an appeal to consumers, so that the product influences the buyer's decision. Suggestion: In this research there is still a lack of innovation in products so that sales are still not optimal and the marketing strategy still needs to be improved by utilizing technology and the need for an extensive network to introduce these products so that they are known to the wider community and to preserve cultural heritage to continue to be preserved as local wisdom. There are still many limitations in this study to be developed in further research.

Background: Marketing strategy is a plan that will be used by a company to conduct marketing and determine the company's goals and objectives. Marketing strategy is also used to carry out sales activities by using communication techniques that aim to provide information to the target audience so that the company's goals can be successful. The marketing strategy is designed to be effective and efficient with easy distribution of messages and minimal effort is spent on these marketing communication activities. Purpose This study aims to determine the marketing strategy that can be applied to the quail egg business, based on the SWOT analysis. Methods: The research method used is descriptive qualitative because it aims to analyze data by describing or describing the situation in the field and at the same time determining the marketing strategy for your quail egg business. Conclusion: The results of this study through SWOT analysis found that the IFAS matrix is in quadrant I so that it can use strengths to take advantage of existing opportunities. The strategy that must be implemented in this condition is to support an aggressive growth policy, and the SWOT matrix can be found in a marketing strategy that can be applied by your quail egg business, namely to be more aggressive in making sales by maximizing technological advances, maintaining product quality, increasing consumer loyalty, maintaining promotional activities, carrying out site renovations, taking good care of quail health, carrying out marketing innovations, and improving service quality. Suggestion: There are still many limitations in this research and need to be developed again for future research agendas. The scope of this research is still small and in a less broad scope because it is only driven by one informant, so that future research can be developed through the addition of variables and the number of objects to be studied.

Background: In the era of knowledge-based economy and business model 4.0, the performance of human resources (HR) is one of the components for Find out how your business is growing. To improve business sustainability it is important to pay attention to the knowledge creation process to improve human resource performance. In the knowledge creation process, members of the organization not only receive knowledge but also must have good knowledge absorption capacity. This needs to be encouraged by the existence of a leadership role. Purpose: The purpose of this research is to develop the main concepts that are believed to improve the HR Performance. This concept is the SECI process and is supported by two other concepts, namely altruistic leadership and absorptive capacity. Methods: The research method used is a literature survey to define concepts and develop measurements. Results: The results of the study found a construct in an effort to improve HR performance, namely through the new concept of the SECI process which is supported by the intervening variables altruistic leadership and absorptive capacity. Conclusion: HR performance will increase if the company applies it SECI processes in knowledge creation activities. The SECI process will be more effective and efficient with the application of altruistic leadership and absorptive capacity. Thus the efforts made are for the progress of the company in the long term. Suggestion: For the future agenda we plan to validate the measurement of the concepts and test the proposed model with quantitative methods.

Background : The problem of labor is a very complex and big problem. Good working conditions, high output quality, decent wages and the quality of human resources are issues that always arise in discussions about the workforce in addition to issues of industrial relations between workers and the business world. It can be said that employment in Indonesia is still facing some structural and sectoral imbalances. Purpose: Determine targets that need to be pursued such as increasing the efficiency of the workforce. The demand for labor is affected by the marginal value of the product (Value of Marginal Product, VMP). Methods: The research method used is a literature survey and quantitative methods to define concepts and develop measurements. Conclusion: It can be said that the workforce in Indonesia is still facing a number of imbalances, both structural and sectoral. Even though there has been a shift, the majority of Indonesia's workforce is still working in the agricultural sector. suggestions : To realize the utilization of manpower, namely by various policies to expand productive employment. The main objective of the policy is to create conditions and atmosphere which not only provide the widest possible space for initiatives for economic actors but also at the same time encourage and assist the development of small businesses, businesses in the informal sector and traditional businesses. Theoretically, labor demand and wages must be considered so that the policies implemented are close to the desired goals.
