Abstract

Inovasi layanan vaksin Unila Care berbasis website membantu mengatasi pelanggaran social distancing dalam layanan vaksin dan mendukung pencapaian target 1 juta vaksin di Propinsi Lampung. Keberlanjutan inovasi membutuhkan penilaian berbasis parameter/kriteria inovasi layanan. Penyusunan instrument yang berbasis FGD (kemitraan dan partisipasi) dapat menghasilkan instrument parameter penilaian utama yang tepat, termasuk ketepatan bobot penilaian. Metode penyusunan yang digunakan survei, sosialisasi dan Focus Group Discussions (FGD) bersama mitra. Kegiatan validitas instrumen dilakukan melalui uji validitas isi, item parameter instrumen menggunakan parameter inovasi dari perspektif teoritis, dan sinovic (Top 99). Validitas isi menggunakan opini panel dan analisis rasional. Hasil/Temuan: ditemukan ada tujuh item penilaian/atribut yang dapat dikembangkan sebagai instrumen penilaian, yaitu inovasi, keteralihan, sumber daya, strategi keberlanjutan, dampak dan dampak lanjutan, keterlibatan pemangku kepentingan, dan bekal pembelajaran. Hasil dikembangkan menjadi delapan parameter utama, dengan ukuran dan bobot yang berbeda. Kesimpulan didapati telah disusun instrument penilaian dengan memperhatikan masalah local dan spesifik, sehingga memudahkan dalam memahami cara menilai inovasi layanan dan prakteknya. Kemitraan penyusunan sangat penting untuk memperbaiki keberlanjutan praktek pelayanan sekaligus sebagai bentuk kontribusi perguruan tinggi untuk mendukung pemberian informasi, program vaksinasi pemerintah dan berpartisipasi aktif dalam kompetisi program inovasi pemerintah.

Abstract

Currently, Fintech does not only enter Banking Financial Institutions, but also Non-Bank Financial Institutions. This can be seen in Financial Technology products circulating on social media, namely online loans and online investments. This condition actually provides convenience to the community, but there is also a negative impact, namely people who are trapped in online loans and online investments. There are many findings of online loan products and illegal online investments, this creates unrest in the community. Therefore, there is a need for education regarding illegal online loans and illegal online investments in collaboration with the Financial Services Authority (OJK) so that the public, especially mothers, are more careful in choosing to use online loan services and online investment. The method we use in this PkM activity is to provide education to participants regarding illegal online loan products and illegal online investments based on the assessment of the Financial Services Authority (OJK). The purpose of this PkM activity is to provide education regarding illegal online loan products and illegal online investments based on the assessment of the Financial Services Authority (OJK) so that they are more careful in choosing online loan services and online investments. The object of this PkM activity is the Women Farmers Group "Melati Jaya" Sukamenanti Baru Village, Kedaton District, Bandar Lampung City.

Abstract

Kelemahan pengelolaan Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDS) dalam proses regulasi ini juga teridentifikasi di Provinsi Lampung. Provinsi Lampung banyak mengalami pasang surut perubahan administrasi. Perjuangan yang dihadapi BUMDS Desa Bogorejo dapat diatasi dengan menggunakan bantuan akademisi khususnya terkait aturan dan pengalaman organisasi untuk meningkatkan jaringan kerja. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas manajemen perusahaan yang dilakukan di Desa Bogorejo dengan kegiatan pelatihan best practice manajemen baru dan manajemen perusahaan. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah, menggunakan pelatihan best practice manajemen dan administrasi usaha baru guna meningkatkan kualitas manajemen perusahaan. Kegiatan pengabdian ini juga bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pengelolaan perusahaan yang berbadan hukum. Selain itu dilakukan kegiatan edukasi mengenai diversifikasi produk, dan strategi pemasaran, guna mengedukasi masyarakat mengenai perbaikan kualitas dan kuantitas produksi usaha tekstil. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah, Kegiatan pengabdian di BUMDS Bogorejo telah mampu memberi perubahan bagi para pengurus dan masyarakat maupun institusi BUMDS jangka pendek maupun jangka panjang. Perubahan jangka pendek yang dimaksud adalah perubahan struktur organisasi yang telah dilaksanakan segera setelah pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian oleh pihak akademisi sedangkan perubahan jangka panjang yang diharapkan adalah tercapainya kemampanan organisasi BUMDS yang bergerak di masyarakat Bogorejo. Harapan yang ingin dicapai adalah organisasi BUMDS dapat menjadi wadah dan sarana pengembangan perekonomian masyarakat desa.

Abstract

Cooperatives are one of the Soko guru of the national economy. If this soko guru is good, it will suit the country’s economic system and vice versa. If the soko guru is damaged, it will affect the whole national economic order. The cooperative economy prioritizes mutual aid for the welfare of members and the wider community. Knowledge about the economy based on local potential and the pattern of the national economy, namely the cooperative economy, must begin to be grounded to the millennial generation who will continue the struggle. Noting these problems, the Faculty of Economics, through the implementation team of Heru Wahyudi, felt called to carry out a community service activity by collaborating with LP2M Lampung University and managing the At-Tarbiyah Mosque. The action in question was entitled Cooperative Economic Counseling for Millennial Generation which took place on Thursday, October 3, 2019, with a total of 30 participants—presentation of material by speakers in the form of lectures, discussions, questions, and answers. The material presented included an introduction to the economic basis of cooperatives, member participation, and cooperative formation procedures, as well as the characteristics of Indonesian cooperatives, which were successfully absorbed well by 90% of participants with A grades and the rest with B grades.

Abstract

This community service activity aims as follows. First, increase the insight and knowledge of target partner communities regarding good financial and accounting governance in managing their agriculture. Second, increase the knowledge and skills of the target partner community regarding the calculation of the cost of production. Third, increase the knowledge and skills of the target partner community in making financial reports. Fourth, increase the knowledge of target partner communities about legal capital sources and the requirements for obtaining them. Fifth, increase the knowledge and skills of target partner communities regarding management and marketing. The results of this service are in the form of knowledge and insight as provisions for farming communities to calculate the cost of production and financial literacy

Abstract

A healthy lifestyle is currently a human need to maintain health and fitness, therefore sports facilities and infrastructure are needed by the community. The benoyo tofu factory area is an area that is very suitable for the construction of tofu factory development as a restaurant considering that in the area there are no restaurants of various processed soybeans and restaurants in general for the local community. The aspect that is highlighted and taken into consideration for the construction of the tofu factory as a restaurant is the market aspect. With the combination of quantitative and qualitative data, and descriptive research methods, it is found that the market aspect analysis of the tofu factory development project as a restaurant shows that the tofu factory has the potential to be a restaurant. And this study is feasible to be realized with the hope of improving the welfare and health level of the surrounding community. it is hoped that further research can examine in more detail the development of this tofu factory and for readers the author's hope can be a guide to continue working in the industry.

Abstract

Perizinan Online Terpadu (OSS) merupakan izin yang diperoleh setelah pelaku usaha melakukan pendaftaran dan nantinya akan diterbitkan oleh Lembaga OSS atas nama Menteri, pimpinan lembaga, gubernur, atau bupati/walikota. OSS merupakan salah satu upaya pemerintah dalam rangka meningkatkan pelayanan publik. Pekon Patoman merupakan salah satu desa di Kabupaten Pringsewu yang menjadi ikon perdagangan. Bidang usaha yang ditekuni kebanyakan masyarakat yaitu pedagang sembako, makanan dan budidaya ikan air tawar. Kurangnya kesadaran para pelaku UMKM akan pentingnya nomor induk berusaha membuat Tim PKm untuk memberikan sosialisasi dan pendampingan pembuatan NIB bagi para pelaku UMKM di Kabupaten Pringsewu Khususnya pada Pekon Patoman. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah pertama mendampingi pelaku UMKM Pekon Patoman dalam pembuatan NIB, kedua mengedukasi para pelaku usaha agar tertib hukum, agar mendapat perlindungan usaha, serta sebagai bentuk dukungan dari perguruan tinggi terhadap kebijakan pemerintah untuk meningkatkan pelayanan izin berusaha. Metode yang digunakan pada kegiatan ini adalah Pendampingan dan sosialisasi oleh Tim PKm kepada para pelaku UMKM di Pekon Patoman. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dengan beberapa Tahap yaitu persiapan, kegiatan pendampingan, dan pembuatan laporan. Dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini, tim mengidentifikasi tercapainya tujuan kegiatan pendampingan terlihat dari respon yang diberikan para peserta seperti, 1.) Peserta memiliki keinginan untuk memperoleh pengetahuan tentang NIB. 2.) Peserta memiliki keinginan untuk mendaftarkan NIB pada usahanya. 3). Partisipasi dan dukungan pihak desa dalam menyediakan tempat dan fasilitas kegiatan. 4.) Dari 20 peserta yang hadir, 90% di antaranya adalah pelaku usaha. Dengan demikian, pelatihan ini dapat tepat sasaran untuk membantu para pelaku usaha dalam mendaftarkan NIB

Abstract

Participation is the participation of a person or group of people in an activity. Participation is an empowerment program that should cover the entire process from start to finish. The methods used in the implementation of community service are: 1) observation and planning stage, 2) implementation stage, 3) evaluation stage. The purpose of this service is that it is hoped that the establishment of a waste bank can be beneficial for improving the community's economy, cleanliness and ecological benefits that require community support so that the waste bank program can be implemented optimally which will have an economic impact as compost or fertilizer which can provide opportunities for the community to work through waste empowerment. The results of this dedication show that waste management through the waste bank program in the Gedong Air sub-district, Bandar Lampung city, has been very positively received by the community and school students in the vicinity. However, there are still obstacles such as low community participation in the program. Therefore, it is necessary to socialize waste banks regularly to increase public understanding and awareness of the importance of waste management.

Abstract

With the end of the Covid-19 pandemic, it is hoped that the MSME sector will recover. Halal products are very important in today's society. Simultaneously, the Indonesian Ministry of Religion's Halal Product Assurance Organizing Agency (BPJPH) issued a regulation that all MSME products must be halal-certified by 2024. Halal certification is very important to ensure consumers feel safe and that what they buy does not violate Islamic rules. Knowledge and understanding of SMEs regarding halal certification and business registration numbers (NIB) are still relatively minimal, as indicated by the low number of SMEs with halal certification. In order to increase the number of MSME businesses, this service activity aimed at 60 MSMEs around the University of Lampung area aims to facilitate direct socialization and halal certification of MSMEs. The current halal certification authorization process uses an online system which is preceded by an understanding of halal and socialization of NIB, making it easier and helping SMEs in obtaining halal certification. From this activity, it is hoped that SMEs in Lampung Province can grow better and faster. This service activity is in collaboration with the Halal Center for Muslim Scholars of the Ministry of Religion and the women's organization Women's Empowerment of UMKM (PPUMI) Lampung.

Abstract

Kurungan Nyawa Village in Pesawaran District shows signs of weakness in BUMDes management. The implementation of BUMDes in Kurungan Nyawa Village is constrained by three main problems, namely economic, social, and human potential issues. Academics who can help improve the management and administration of BUMDes business units that are not producing at peak production levels, even in a state of suspended animation, can help solve three problems faced by BUMDes in Kurungan Nyawa Village, Pesawaran Regency.
