Abstract

This research aims to analyze the factors that affect the quality of public services in population administration in Kecamatan Biringkanaya. The study uses a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with key informants and document analysis. The results show that the quality of public services in population administration is influenced by various factors, including human resources, facilities and infrastructure, and regulations. The study also found that local governments have implemented several strategies to improve the quality of public services, such as recruitment and training of qualified human resources, improvement of facilities and infrastructure, and simplification of regulations. In conclusion, this research suggests that local governments need to continue their efforts to improve the quality of public services in population administration by addressing the complex factors that affect it

Abstract

Clear Description about regional wealth and basis for preparing financial report can be accomplished by good implementation of Regional Asset Management Practices. This research aim to assessing problem on regional asset management in the Provincial Government of West Sulawesi. The Research Method using quantitative analysis from data representation dan qualitative analysis from Permendagri No.19/2016. Conceptual analysis is carried out to data that show the weakness of asset management practices in The Provincial Government of West Sulawesi. These weaknesses include unoptimal of administration implementation by asset users and administrators, the potential loss of official vehicles that are still controlled by moved officials, not documented asset need in the RKBMD, unpaid vehicle taxes, the absence of decree for asset usage, and undocumented asset maintenance by regional asset maintenance cards.

Abstract

This study examines the role of public service innovation in enhancing government transparency and accountability in Indonesia. The study is motivated by the increasing demand for transparency and accountability in public governance and the potential of public service innovation to address these challenges. The study aims to identify the facilitators and challenges of public service innovation in enhancing government transparency and accountability in Indonesia. To achieve the research objectives, this study adopted a qualitative research approach, and data were collected through in-depth interviews with public sector officials and document analysis. The collected data were analyzed using thematic analysis. The study found that public service innovation can enhance government transparency and accountability by providing transparent and efficient public services, promoting citizen participation, and promoting data-driven decision-making. However, the implementation of public service innovation faces several challenges, such as limited funding, a lack of technical expertise, and resistance to change. The findings of this study contribute to the existing literature by highlighting the importance of public service innovation in enhancing government transparency and accountability in Indonesia. The study also provides insights into the facilitators and challenges of public service innovation in the context of Indonesia. The study recommends that public sector organizations need to address the challenges identified in this study and leverage the facilitators to successfully implement public service innovation initiatives that enhance government transparency and accountability.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the description of modern office administrative services in supporting public services. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, employing surveys to collect data from respondents who are members of the public who have interacted with office administrative personnel. The research results indicate that administrative personnel have a positive response to every member of the public seeking services, and they provide problem-solving solutions to visiting individuals, demonstrating a satisfactory level of satisfaction, although it is considered less important by the public. However, the services provided do not meet expectations. Therefore, there is a need for improvement in the availability of integrated information systems that connect internal units with external stakeholders and the provision of services based on Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to satisfy the public. The services provided offer a satisfactory level of satisfaction but need to be maintained to avoid excess.

Abstract

Public services, especially in the provision of clean water, require the principles of excellent service that is easy, cheap, friendly, accountable, precise and orderly. Continuous evaluation is necessary to ensure good service. This research aims to examine how to analyze service quality at the Regional Drinking Water Company in Tallo District, Makassar City. This type of research is qualitative using a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used consists of data condensation, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The research results show that the quality of service at the Regional Drinking Water Company in Tallo District, Makassar City can be determined from the timeliness of service, accuracy of service, politeness and friendliness, ease of obtaining service, comfort in obtaining service, service support attributes. Meanwhile, factors that influence the quality of service at the regional drinking water company in Tallo sub-district, Makassar City include: employee friendliness is considered to be still not good, parking is still haphazardly parked and the layout of the building is fairly complicated. The novelty of this research is that researchers can make a more significant contribution to understanding and improving the quality of PDAM services in Tallo subdistrict, Makassar City.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the Fisherman Community Empowerment Program through Fisheries Actor Business Cards in Landolia Village, Ranteangin District, North Kolaka Regency. This type of research was conducted with qualitative research methods, data collected from primary data and secondary data. Primary data sourced from interviews with informants totaling 11 people and from observations. As for secondary data by collecting data through literature studies and other supporting literature. The data analysis technique used is qualitative data analysis using data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions put forward by Miles and Hubberman. Based on the results of the study indicate that the effectiveness of the Fisher Community Empowerment Program through the Fisheries Actor Business Card (KUSUKA) Landolia Village, Ranteangin District, North Kolaka Regency through 4 indicators to measure the effectiveness of the program, namely: 1) the accuracy of the program targets, the effectiveness of the Fisherman Community Empowerment Program through the Kusuka Card in the village. Landolia, Ranteangin District, North Kolaka Regency has not been effective because the target accuracy indicator has not been effective because the target achievement is less than all program targets, 2) Program socialization on program socialization indicators in the fishermen community empowerment program through Kusuka is still not effective because of the low interest of the community to participate in socialization. 3) program objectives, with the Kusuka program for fishermen groups in Landolia Village, it is said to be quite effective because it really helps the community in meeting their daily needs. 4) Program Monitoring Based on the explanation above, the authors conducted further searches and saw data on the members of the fishing group who received the assistance provided through the Kusuka program, which is still not considered effective because not all members of the fishermen use the assistance programs properly.

Abstract

Currently the results produced at PT. Adis Dimension Footwear can reach 225 thousand pairs of shoes every week which consists of the main categories, namely young athletes (YA), Nike Sport Wear (NSW), and Tennis. For the opportunities and constraints faced by the industry, which is very diverse, in dealing with this situation, there are many factors that influence the increase in attention turn-over , such as: Competence, Job Stress and Career Development. It can also result in a very high turn-over  of attention. The purpose its study to analyze the effect of competence, work stress, career development, on turn-over  intention at PT. Adis Dimension Footwear. The method in this study was designed with a quantitative descriptive method. Quantitative descriptive method is used to explain the phenomena that occur regarding the research data. While the method used to explain the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable in this study. This study also uses a survey method.

Abstract

This study aims to examine how the implementation of the open defecation free (ODF) program in Warudoyong Sub-district, Sukabumi City. The Open Defection Free (ODF) program is a government program that aims to change hygienic and sanitary behavior through community empowerment so that the community independently improves good health status. The urgency of this research is due to the lack of public awareness of the importance of hygiene and health. In Warudoyong Sub-district, Sukabumi City, there are still people in two villages who practice open defecation. Based on data from the Sukabumi City Health Office, from 2019 to 2022 there was no decrease in open defecation rates in Nyomplong Village and Warudoyong Village. The research method used a descriptive qualitative method with a snowball sampling technique and the number of respondents was six informants. The result of this research is that the ODF program in Warudoyong Sub-district, Sukabumi City has not been running optimally, due to the lack of public awareness about the importance of the ODF program and limited land for the construction of communal septic tanks. Therefore, the recommendation for this research is the need for community roles and cooperation to improve facilities for the construction of communal septic tanks so that people can improve the quality of clean and healthy living, and increase socialization media by utilizing social media to provide information about the benefits of the ODF program to increase knowledge for the community.

Abstract

The use of digital technology to improve traditional markets in the Society 5.0 era. This era is a continuation of Industry 4.0 and includes the use of technology to solve social problems and improve the quality of life of people. The study emphasizes the importance of combining digital technologies such as the Internet of Things (IoT), artificial intelligence, and robotics to create markets that are more efficient and responsive to consumer needs. Nowadays, people's markets are expected to serve not only as a place to trade but also as a hub for innovation that has the ability to boost local economic growth and improve public well-being. Traditional markets can enhance competitiveness with digitization through better management, price transparency, and broader access to markets. It is hoped that this transformation can help MSMEs and create a more inclusive and sustainable business environment.  To create a modern and highly competitive people's market in the era of Society 5.0, this study calls on all parties to adapt and innovate. This is because the adoption of technology in the people's market requires cooperation between governments, entrepreneurs, and society.

Abstract

there are still many BUMDes that do not operate, do not submit reports, their establishment is not supported by feasibility studies and they have not been orderly in their administration and reports The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. To obtain data and information, researchers conducted interviews with managers of Village-Owned Enterprises and the Pulo Jantan Village community. In addition, researchers also conducted observations and documentation to answer research problems. The data that has been obtained is analyzed using Kristianten's Transparency theory, namely Availability and Accessibility of Documents, Clarity and Completeness of Information, Process Openness and Regulatory Frameworks that Guarantee Transparency. Based on the research conducted, it can be seen that the Transparency of Management of Village-Owned Enterprises cannot be said to be Transparent. This is shown in the Document Availability and Accessibility indicator, namely the absence of publication media as a form of easy access provided to the public. The second indicator is Clarity and Completeness of Information, namely information related to the annual village meeting is still not clearly provided to the community. The third indicator is Process Openness, namely information related to the BUMDes program management process is still not optimally provided to the community.
