Abstract

This journal discusses how to improve the performance of large companies through effective Human Resource (HR) plans. The research examined a wide range of companies and found that proactive career planning, skills-focused training, and adaptive performance appraisals can positively affect organizational performance. Abstract

This research aims to find out how the financial performance of PDAM Tirta Nene Mallomo Sidrap district is measured using Profitability Ratios and Activity Ratios. The analytical method used in this research is the financial ratio analysis method. The financial reports are then analyzed using profitability ratios (Net Profit Margin, Return on investment, and Return on Equity) and Activity ratios (Inventory Turn Over, Working Capital Turn Over, Fixed Assets Turn Over, and Total Assets Turn Over).These results show that: for the profitability ratio, namely Net Profit Margin, from 2020 to 2022 it does not comply with established industry standards. Return on investment, from 2020 to 2022, does not yet comply with established industry standards, and Return on Equity, from 2020 to 2022 does not comply with established industry standards. For the Activity ratio, namely Inventory Trun Over, from 2020 to 2022 it is in accordance with established industry standards. For Working Capital Turn Over, 2020 to 2022 does not yet meet established industry standards. For Fixed Assets Turn Over, 2020 to 2022 does not yet comply with established industry standards and Total Assets Turn Over, 2020 to 2022 does not comply with established industry standards.

Abstract

The study aimed to assess the impact of work motivation and discipline on employee performance at the Parepare City Transportation Office. Data were collected from 41 employees using observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The results showed that both work motivation (t=4.330, p<0.05) and discipline (t=2.462, p<0.05) significantly influenced employee performance. Together, these factors accounted for 76.4% of the variance in performance, with the remaining 23.6% potentially influenced by other factors not examined in the study.

Abstract

This study examines the financial performance of a company using Du Pont System Analysis. Utilizing a descriptive quantitative approach with secondary data, the research employs various data collection methods. Results reveal suboptimal financial performance over a three-year period, as evidenced by fluctuating and declining Return on Assets (ROA) and Return on Equity (ROE). Both ROA and ROE values fall below industry standards, indicating inefficient asset utilization and management. The analysis highlights the impact of low Total Asset Turnover (TATO) on overall financial performance, suggesting a misalignment between asset growth and income generation. This research demonstrates the effectiveness of Du Pont System Analysis in identifying key areas for financial improvement in business operations.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is: (1) To determine the partial influence of leadership style and work motivation variables on employee performance at PT Pos Indonesian Parepare Branch. (2) To determine the simultaneous influence of leadership style and work motivation variables on employee performance at PT Pos Indonesian Parepare Branch. In this study, the analysis used was validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression, partial test (t-test), simultaneous test (F-test), and coefficient of determination (R2) to determine the hypotheses in this study. The sample used in this study was 30 employees at PT Pos Indonesian Parepare Branch. The leadership style variable (X1) does not have a partial effect on employee performance (Y) at PT Pos Indonesian Parepare Branch. This is evidenced by the significant value of 0,054 > 0,05 and (2,015 < 2,051). The work motivation variable (X2) has a partial effect on employee performance (Y) with a significant value of 0,001 < 0,05 and (3,946 > 2,051). Based on the test results on leadership Style and Work Motivation, it was found that 36,249 > 3,350 and the level of 0,000 < 0,05, it was concluded that the independent variables have a simultaneous effect. The correlation coefficient value is 0,854 and the coefficient of determination (R2) = 0,729 (72,9). This means that the leadership style and work motivation variables explain changes in employee performance by 72,9 while there are other variables that influence employee performance by 27,1%.

Abstract

Untuk menguji pengaruh biaya operasional dan pendapatan terhadap Return On Asset pada PT. Dhanu Sumber Tani Sidrap metode penelitian digunakan yaitu deskriptif kuantitatif. Objek penelitian ini adalah laporan keuangan PT. Dhanu Sumber Tani Sidrap tahun 2018-2022. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah SPSS versi 26 yaitu analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa biaya operasional berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Return On Asset. Hasil dari pendapatan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Return On Asset. Dan hasil penelitian biaya operasional dan pendapatan terhadap return on asset (Y) PT. Dhanu Sumber Tani Sidrap ditunjukkan berpengaruh secara simultan antara biaya operasional ( ) dan pendapatan ( ) terhadap return on asset (Y) yaitu sebesar 81,6% sementara sisanya 18,4 % dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the quality of service and corporate image partially influence hospital patient satisfaction. Fatima city of Parepare. To find out the Quality of Service and Corporate Image simultaneously influence Hospital Satisfaction. Fatima city of Parepare. The analytical method used is descriptive quantitative, using primary data sourced from the results of the questionnaires that have been answered by the respondents. The tests used include validity test, reliability test, descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis and t test (partial), F test (simultaneous), R2 test (coefficient of determination). The results of this study indicate that Service Quality has a partial effect on patient satisfaction with a t-count of 2.559 > 2.018 with a significant level of 0.014 < 0.05, Corporate Image has a partial effect on patient satisfaction with a t-count of 4.050 > 2.018 with a significant level of 0.000 < 0.05. Service Quality and Corporate Image simultaneously influence patient satisfaction with an F count of 38.214 > 3.22 with a significant level of 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze financial performance using the EVA method at Apotek Sehat Bersama Parepare to increase economic added value. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, documentation and literature study. The analysis method used in this research is quantitative descriptive data. The data analysis method in this study uses the Economic Value Added (EVA) method. The object of this research uses financial statements in the form of statements of financial position (balance sheet) and profit and loss from 2020-2022. The results of the calculation of Economic Value Added (EVA) at Apotek Sehat Bersama Parepare for the period 2020-2022 show that the EVA value for 3 consecutive years produces a positive EVA value, which means that the company has succeeded in increasing economic added value. In 2020 the EVA value was Rp. 102,957,248, - then in 2021 the company's EVA value decreased by Rp. 81,985,229, - and in 2022 the EVA value increased by Rp. 91,236,961, -. It can be seen that the financial performance of Apotek Sehat Bersama Parepare using the Economic Value Added (EVA) method can increase economic added value and the financial performance of Apotek Sehat Bersama Parepare can be said to be good.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and discover the relationship between organizational culture and work environment variables on employee performance at the Parepare City Environmental Service Office, both partial and simultaneous relationships. The analytical methods used in this research are Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Validity Test, Reliability Test, Partial Test (t test), Simultaneous Test (F test) and Determination Coefficient Test (R2 test) with a sample of 35 respondents.The research results show that organizational culture (X1) has a positive and partially significant influence on the performance (Y) of employees at the Parepare City Environmental Service Office, with a t-count value of 2.616 > t-table 2.042 and a significant value of 0.014 < 0.05 . The work environment (X2) has a positive and partially significant influence on the performance (Y) of employees at the Parepare City Environmental Service Office, with a calculated t-value of 4.046 > t table 2.042 and a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05. The variables organizational culture (X1) and work environment (X2) have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on employee performance at the Parepare City Environmental Service Office, with an F-count value of 16.897 > F-table 3.31 and a significant value of 0.000 < 0, 05.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, price and trust on purchasing decisions at the Shopee marketplace. This type of research is quantitative. The data source used is primary data and the sample in this study is the people of Parepare City who have made purchases at the Shopee marketplace. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire and the analysis technique used was multiple linear regression using SPSS version 23. The results of this study indicate that the Price and Trust variables partially affect the Purchasing Decision with a t-count value of Price of 5.034> 2.003 with a significant value of 0.000> 0.05 while the t-count value of Trust is 2.888> 2.003 with a significant value of 0.006 < 0.05 while the Product Quality variable has no partial effect with a t-count value of 1.057 < 2.003 with a significant value of 0.295> 0.05. The results of this study also show that there is a simultaneous influence on the variables of Product Quality, Price and Trust on Purchasing Decisions, where the F-count> F-table is 12.103> 2.77 with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05.
