Abstract

Analysis of Liquidity Ratio and Profitability in Measuring Financial Performance at the Regional Public Drinking Water Company Tirta Karajae Kota Parepare. This study aims to determine the financial performance of the Tirta Karajae Regional Public Drinking Water Company in terms of liquidity and profitability ratios. This study used quantitative descriptive method. By using secondary data sourced from financial statements consisting of Balance Sheet and Income Statement. Abstrak ditulis dalam bahasa Inggris. The results showed that: Financial performance based on the Liquidity Ratio at the Current Ratio, Quick Ratio, Cash Ratio, and Cash Turnover Ratio from 2020-2022 is in good condition because the calculation results are above industry standards. Meanwhile, the Inventory to Net Working Capital from 2020-2022 is in poor condition because the calculation results are below industry standards. Financial performance based on the Profitability Ratio on Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return on Investment (ROI), and Return on Equity (ROE) from 2020-2022 is in poor condition because the calculation results are below industry standards.

Abstract

This study conducts a financial performance analysis of Mandiri Perkasa Interior utilizing common size analysis as a tool. The findings reveal fluctuations in balance sheet items such as cash, receivables, and inventory. The company demonstrates a tendency to utilize more external funding sources. The analysis also highlights a stable increase in sales and operational expenses, along with efficient tax management. Net profit after tax shows a consistent upward trend during the observed period.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the financial performance of Mandiri Perkasa Interior based on the time series approach. The type of data used in this study is quantitative data sourced from financial statements, namely the balance sheet and income statement of Mandiri Perkasa Interior. The results showed that there was an increase in almost all items or accounts contained in the balance sheet and income statement. So it can be assumed that the financial performance of Mandiri Perkasa Interior based on the time series approach is quite good because it has increased from year to year.

Abstract

Based on the research that has been carried out, the aim of this research is to determine and evaluate financial ratios in assessing financial performance at PT. Bank Sulselbar Mamasa Branch. The assessment approach used is a descriptive approach. Meanwhile, the type of data used is quantitative data in the form of numbers and the data source used is the financial report of PT. Bank Sulselbar Mamasa Branch. The data collection technique used is the documentation technique and the data analysis technique is the description analysis technique. The results of research at PT. Bank Sulselbar Mamasa Branch proves that in terms of liquidity ratios, especially the current ratio if averaged (4.4 times) and the quick ratio if averaged (4.4 times), then the bank is said to be good because it is above standard criteria. For the cash ratio calculation, if it is averaged (0.05%), the bank is said to be not good because it is below industry standards.

Abstract

This research aimed to determine Personal Selling and Digital Marketing partially influence Customer Satisfaction at PT. Bank Mandiri Taspen KCP Parepare. To find out how personal selling and digital marketing simultan eously influence customer satisfaction at PT. Bank Mandiri Taspen KCP Parepare.The analysis method used is quantitative descriptive, using primary data sourced from the results of questionnaires that have been answered by respondents. The tests used include Validity Test, Reliability Test, Descriptive Analysis, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis and t Test (partial), f Test (simultaneous), R2 Test (Coefficient of Determinated).These results indicated that both Personal Selling and Digital Marketing have a partial effect on Customer Satisfaction at PT. Bank Mandiri Taspen KCP Parepare. simultaneously Personal Selling and Digital Marketing influence Customer Satisfaction at PT. Bank Mandiri Taspen KCP Parepare.

Abstract

The objectives of this study were (1) To determine the quality of service, promotion and digital marketing partially affect credit decisions at PT Mega Finance Parepare Branch. (2) To determine the quality of service, promotion and digital marketing simultaneously affect credit decisions at PT Mega Finance Parepare Branch. The data collection techniques that researchers use in this study are observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. As a population, all credit customers of PT Mega Finance Parepare Branch. In order for this research to be precise and proportional, the slovin formula is used in this study where population members are sampled. Thus the number of samples in this study was 293 people. The results of this study indicate that (1) Service Quality Variable (X1) has a partial effect on credit decisions at PT Mega Finance Parepare Branch with tcount> ttable (3.081> 1.971) and significant <0.05 (0.002 <0.05). (2) Promotion Variable (X2) has no partial effect on credit decisions at PT Mega Finance Parepare Branch with the results of tcount < ttable (1.289 < 1.971) and significant > 0.05 (0.198 > 0.05). (3) Digital Marketing variable (X3) has a partial effect on credit decisions at PT Mega Finance Parepare Branch with tcount < ttable (14.764> 1.971) and significant> 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05). (4) Service Quality, Promotion and Digital Marketing simultaneously affect credit decisions at PT Mega Finance Parepare Branch with Fcount> Ftable (124.475> 2.64) and significant <0.05 (0.000 <0.05). (5) The value of R2 = 0.564 means that the influence of the variables of Service Quality (X1), Promotion (X2) and Digital Marketing (X3) on Credit Decisions (Y) is 56.4%. While the remaining 43.6% is influenced by other variables not included in this study such as product quality, price, brand image, marketing mix, etc.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the Work Environment and Work Motivation have a partial effect on the Performance of PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Parepare Branch. To find out the Work Environment and Work Motivation simultaneously affect the Performance of PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Parepare Branch. This research was conducted using Quantitative Method. The data analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis and uses the program SPSS for windows 26. The data used in this study used primary data sourced from the results of questionnaire that had been filled out by respondents. The findings of this study show that the work environment partially has a significant effect on employee performance at the PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Parepare Branch with a calculated value of 2,265 > t table 2,032 with a significant of 0.030 < 0.05 and partial work motivation has a significant effect on the performance of PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Parepare Branch with a calculated value of 7,266 > t table 2,032 with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05 and simultaneously influential with Fcalculate values of 45,833 > 3.28 t tables with significant values of 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh parsial dan simultan dari beban kerja, kompetensi, dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja pegawai Kantor Kementerian Agama Kota Parepare. Metode pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi. Sampel terdiri dari 92 pegawai negeri sipil. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja, kompetensi, dan kompensasi secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Secara simultan, ketiga variabel tersebut juga memengaruhi kinerja pegawai. Nilai R^2 sebesar 48,8% menunjukkan pengaruh variabel yang diteliti, sedangkan 51,2% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how the financial performance of PDAM Tirta Nene Mallomo Sidrap district is measured using Profitability Ratios and Activity Ratios. The analytical method used in this research is the financial ratio analysis method. The financial reports are then analyzed using profitability ratios (Net Profit Margin, Return on investment, and Return on Equity) and Activity ratios (Inventory Turn Over, Working Capital Turn Over, Fixed Assets Turn Over, and Total Assets Turn Over).These results show that: for the profitability ratio, namely Net Profit Margin, from 2020 to 2022 it does not comply with established industry standards. Return on investment, from 2020 to 2022, does not yet comply with established industry standards, and Return on Equity, from 2020 to 2022 does not comply with established industry standards. For the Activity ratio, namely Inventory Trun Over, from 2020 to 2022 it is in accordance with established industry standards. For Working Capital Turn Over, 2020 to 2022 does not yet meet established industry standards. For Fixed Assets Turn Over, 2020 to 2022 does not yet comply with established industry standards and Total Assets Turn Over, 2020 to 2022 does not comply with established industry standards.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether leadership style and work motivation partially and simultaneously affect the performance of employees of PT Yamaha Suracojaya Sidrap. Data collection techniques used in this study are observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. With the population being all employees at PT Yamaha Suracojaya Sidrap. In order for this research to be precise and proportional, in this study saturated sampling was used where population members were sampled. Thus the number of samples in this study were 39 people. The results of this study indicate that (1) the Leadership Style variable (X1) has a partial effect on employee performance at PT. Yamaha Suracojaya Sidrap with tcount> ttable (5.595> 2.028) and significant <0.05 (0.000 <0.05). (2) The Work Motivation variable (X2) has no partial effect on employee performance at PT Yamaha Suracojaya Sidrap with the results of tcount < ttable (1.341 < 2.028) and significant> 0.05 (0.188> 0.05). (3) Leadership Style and Work Motivation simultaneously affect employee performance at PT. Yamaha Suracojaya Sidrap with Fcount> Ftable (19.735> 3.28) and significant <0.05 (0.000 <0.05). (4) The value of R2 = 0.654 means that the influence of the variables of Leadership Style (X1) and Work Motivation (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) is 65.4%. While the remaining 34.6% is influenced by other variables not included in this study such as leadership, reward, workload, ability, etc.
