Eko dan Bisnis: Riau Economic and Business Review
Jurnal ini terbit empat kali setahun pada bulan Maret, Juni, September dan Desember berisi artikel, tulisan ilmiah dalam bentuk hasil penelitian dan non penelitian, kajian analisis, aplikasi teori dan review tentang masalah-masalah ekonomi dan bisnis di masyarakat. Penerbitan jurnal ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kuantitas dan kualitas serta menyebarluaskan kajian ilmu ekonomi bisnis sekaligus sebagai wahana komunikasi di antara cendikiawan, praktisi, mahasiswa dan pemerhati masalah-masalah ekonomi bisnis. The Influence Of Leadership And Organizational Culture On Employee Performance On Regional Financial Management And Asset Board (BPKAD) Pekanbaru City. The purpose of this study to determine the influence of leadership and organizational culture on the performance of employees at the Regional Financial Management and Assets (BPKAD) Pekanbaru. The method in this research using quantitative descriptive method. This study uses a population of censuses, that is, the entire population is sampled. The sample in this research is 44. Hypothesis test consist of F test, and t test. Based on F test result proved that leadership and organizational culture have influence with significant level 0,00 to employee performance at BPKAD Pekanbaru City, indicated by value Fhitung bigger than Ftabel (69,841> 3,23). Based on t test proved that leadership has significant effect on employee performance at BPKAD Pekanbaru City shown by tcount bigger than ttabel (4,103> 2,01808) and organizational culture influenced with significant level 0,00 to employee performance at BPKAD Pekanbaru City indicated by value thitung is bigger than ttable (4,896> 2.01808).

The rising growth of modern markets such as Hypermarket, Supermarke Departmen Store, and many more are creating considerable challenges for small and medium-sized retailers. In addition to large capitalization of funds, massive promotions through print and electronic media are able to attract the attention and interest of the community to visit their sales locations. compared to retailers who can only expect the loyalty of their customers only. This research is a case study using qualitative descriptive methodology. The research respondents are successful retail entrepreneurs in Pekanbaru city. The number of selected traditional retailers is 10 people, consisting of five retailers of nine basic commodities (sembako) and five clothing retailers. This study aims to find the jawapaban factor of sustainability of traditional retail business in Pekanbaru City. The findings of this research is one of the factors of traditional retail business in Pekanbaru City is a good communications pact retail business with customers, merchandise location factors and management factors swers to the commercial life of traditional retailers

The objective of this research is to determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction in BUMDes Mitra Baru Desa Teratak kecamatan Rumbio Jaya. In analyzing the data generated from the research using descriptive and quantitative analysis using SPSS program. Based on the results In this research we get conclude that the quality of service Have a significant and positive influence To the customer satisfaction in BUMDes Mitra Baru Desa Teratak kecamatan Rumbio Jaya. From the regression results in this research , can be seen the regression equation as follows: Y = Y=10.679+ 0.745X. The meaning of regression equation above is: Constant value (a) velocity 10.679, meaning if independent variable that is service quality equal to zero, hence positive customer satisfaction 10.679. The value of regression reports of education and training variables of 0 .745, said increased increase in quality of service one unit meal customer satisfaction will increase by 0.745 units. Test Result t arithmetic (7.092)> t table (2.00856) and signifikasni (0,000) <0.05. Thus H0 is rejected and. What is meant by a significant influence on customer satisfaction on BUMDes Mitra Baru Desa Teratak kecamatan Rumbio Jaya.. The direction of its influence is positive. This means that the better the service quality will increase customer satisfaction BUMDes Mitra Baru Desa Teratak kecamatan Rumbio Jaya. The value of determination (R2) is 0.497. (Preferential relationship) to the dependent variable (satisfaction) of 49.7%. While the remaining 50.3% is not owned in this study

This research was conducted at CV. Abone Computer Teluk Kuantan. The Population of this research are the consumers who bought laptop at CV. Abone Computer Teluk Kuantan as many as 536 consumers. Samples taken are based on the method uses slovin formula that is 84 respondents. The Method of data collection uses interviews and questionnaires. Hypothesis testing uses multiple linier regression analysis method with result Y = -0,281 + 0,105X1 + 1,388X2 + 0,136X3-0,02X4. This research was conducted at PT. Bumi Putra Insurance Branch Pekanbaru, using a sample of 89 people, using the Census method. Methods of data analysis using simple linear regression. Based on the test results on the variables of work discipline can be concluded that have a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty PT. Bumi Putra Insurance Branch Pekanbaru. Value R. In this study data were collected through a questionnaire of 62 respondents who became consumers of PRIMAX brand tires in Pekanbaru. Then the analysis of the data obtained in the form of quantitative analysis. Based on the results of the research analysis found that the test results on the variable Price (X) on Purchase Decision (Y) can be seen that the t-count is greater than t-table (5.049> 2,000) with a significant level of 0.00 <0.05. It can be concluded that Price variable (X) has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decision (Y) The result of simple linear regression shows Y = a + bX namely: Y = 25,144 + 0,607X. From the regression equation it is concluded that the regression coefficient of bx is positive. This shows the price variables if the increased equation will lead to an increase also in the variable of purchase management. R Square results of 0.389 (38.9%) explained that the purchase decision influenced the price by 38.9%

The purpose of this study is to determine how much influence the quality of service, product quality, and customer satisfaction of customer loyalty at central bank asia branch office Riau auxiliary thorn. Population in this research is all customer of central bank of asia of branch office of assistant of thorn which amounts 2889 people. Sampling is done by incindental sampling. Data analysis is done by using validity test, reliability, classical assumption, multiple linear regression, t-test, and F test. Kompetensi yang dimiliki SDM adalah salah satu kunci keberhasilan organisasi dalam mencapai tujuan. Selain itu kemampuan yang dimiliki seseorang dalam melaksanakan suatu pekerjaan, tentu hal ini dapat menggambarkan tingkat kemajuan serta kualitas SDM yang ada dalam organisasi itu sendiri. Dalam instansi pemerintahan, salah satu faktor penyebab terhambatnya pelayanan adalah kurang kemampuan serta pengetahuan para pegawai terhadap segala ketentuan-ketentuan yang telah ditentukan untuk dapat memberikan pelayanan yang maksimal kepada masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kinerja pegawai pegawai Biro Administrasi Perekonomian dan Sumber Daya Alam Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Riau. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 48 orang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dari hasil uji validitas keseluruhan item pernyataan variabel dinyatakan valid karena diperoleh nilai rhitung > rtabel(0.284). Hasil uji regresi linier sederhana diperoleh nilai Y = 15.413 + 0.783X. Dari hasil uji hipotesis pada hasil uji t diperoleh nilai thitung (5.539)lebih besar dari nilai ttabel (2.012) dengan tingkat signifikan 0.000 < 0.05 yang artinya bahwa kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. Dan dari hasil uji koefisien determinasi (R2) diperoleh nilai sebesar 0.400 artinya sumbangan atau kontribusi besarnya pengaruh variabel kompetensi terhadap variabel kinerja sebesar 0.400 atau 40 % sedangkan sisanya sebesar 60 % dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang diabaikan atau tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini
