Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the effect and cost of the income of oil palm farmers at the KUD  Cinta Damai  in Tapung Hilir District. The method in this study uses quantitative descriptive method. The sample in this study were 86 people from 636 farmers using random samples. In this study using hypothesis testing consisting of F test, and t test. Based on the results of the F test, it is evident that prices and costs are significant to farmers' income, folding with Fcount values greater than Ftable (50,569> 3,11). Based on the F test results it is proven that prices and costs have a significant effect on farmer income, indicated by the value of Fcount greater than Ftable (50,569> 3,11). Based on the t test it is proven that the price has a significant effect on farmer income indicated by a tcount greater than t table (9,010> 1,989) and the cost has a significant effect on the income of oil palm farmers in KUD Cinta Damai indicated by a tcount greater than ttable (2,068> 1,989)

Problem analysed in this research is " Organizational Change Attitude of Aparatur of State Civil ( ASN) of As for this research variable is Organizational Cultural influence, and Organizational Commitment (as free variable) and Organizational Change Attitude of Aparatur of State Civil (ASN) ( as variable trussed). This research pay attention to the Organizational Change Attitude storey;level of Aparatur of State Civil (ASN) as well as require to be paid attention to by a Organizational Culture, and the Organizational Commitment. By striving to improve the Organizational Change Attitude of Aparatur of State Civil (ASN) in order to attainment of Institution target, specially to Office of Subdistrict of Pariaman Town. This elite aim to to lay open the, Organizational Cultural Influence to Organizational Change Attitude of Aparatur of State Civil (ASN) By Commitment is Organizational as moderator variable of at Office of Subdistrict of Pariaman Town. showing signifikansi band usher the variable in structural model seen from statistical t usher the variable. [Relation/Link] test usher the variable indicate that the organizational culture to positive Organizational Change Attitude ( 0,279) and signifikan at = 0,05 with the value statistic 3,592 > 1,96, inferential so that that supported first hypothesis. organizational culture to Organizational Commitment and got [by] a positive result ( 0,472) and signifikan of = 0,05 with the value statistic 0,348 < 1,96, Inferential so that that second hypothesis is not supported. Organizational variable Commitment influence to positive Organizational Change Attitude (0,367) and signifikan of = 0,05 with the value statistic 2,052 > 1,96. Inferential so that that hypothesis is third supported. organizational culture to Organizational Change Attitude [through/ passing] got by organizational Commitment of positive result ( 0,351) and signifikan = 0,05 with the value statistic 2,317 > 1,96, inferential so that that supported fourth hypothesis. Abstract

This study aims to obtain empirical evidence about the effect of investment opportunity set, debt policy, and firm size on dividend policy. The population in the study are mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the period 2015-2017. Samples collected using purposive sampling method. A total of 14 (fourteen) companies were selected as samples. Types of associative research and testing tools using SPSS 20. Result of this research indicate that the independent variable of invesment opportunity set the, debt policy, and size measure of company masing-masingnya own the relation. Invesment Opportunity Set to dividend policy is positive strength with the correlation value 0,714. Policy Owe to dividend policy with the criterion is with the value 0,546 and Size measure of company with the weak relation with the value 0,303. While Invesment Opportunity Set to policy Owe with the value 0,454 with the relation is and also Relation of Invesment Opportunity Set The Invesment Opportunity Set to size measure of company with the value 0,717 with the Strong Relation. While Policy Relation Owe with the criterion is with the value 0,584. All the the relation own the small value signifikansi from 0,05 (significance). The influence on the independent variable investment opportunity set, debt policy, and company size simultaneously influence dividend policy. Meanwhile, the investment opportunity set and debt policy have a positive influence on dividend policy. While the size of the company has a negative influence on dividend policy. The results of the coefficient of determination show that 75,10% of the remaining 24,10% is explained by other variables not included in this study

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Teso Indah Rantau Bakung, Rengat Barat, Indragiri Hulu. This employee performance is not optimal and maximal because the factors that can influence it are coupled with the difference (gap) from the results of previous research, this becomes the rationale reason for the authors to conduct research. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the influence of the level of education and turnover intention on employee performance. This study used 90 people as sample. Data collection techniques in this study are: questionnaire, interview and document recording, then the data will analyzed by using Factor Analysis with Smart PLS 3. The results of this study indicate: (1) influential education level (2) Turrnover intention has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (3) The level of education and tuning intention has a strong relationship with employee performance, (4) Employee performance is influenced by the level of education and turnover intention is 41 , 2%, the remaining 58.8% is explained by other independent variables not examined in this study

Abstract

This research was carried out in Petaling Jaya Village, Batang cenaku, Indragiri Hulu Regency. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of community participation and village development on public welfare in Petaling Jaya Village, Batang Cenaku, Indragiri Hulu Regency, both simultaneously and partially. This research used interview and questionnaire, and by using multiple linear regression analysis methods. The sampling method using purposive sampling method with a total sample of 75 respondents. Results: Community participation and village development have a significant effect on community welfare simultaneously, community participation (X1) has a significant effect on public welfare (Y) partially, partially the village development (X2) significantly affects the public welfare (Y), community participation and village development simultaneously has very strong and positive effect on public welfare. While based on the analysis table obtained the number R2 (R Square) or called the coefficient of determination is equal to 0.847. It means that 84.7% shows the percentage contribution of independent variables. Community participation and village development on the dependent variable of public welfare is able to explain 84.7% of the variation of the dependent variable of public welfare, while the 15.3% is influenced by other variables which wasn’t examined in this research

Abstract

Abstract: This research was conducted at SMP N 23 Pekanbaru which is located at Jl. Garuda Sakti Km. 3 Simpang Baru Tampan, Pekanbaru. This study aims to determine the Effect of Work Discipline on Teacher Performance in Pekanbaru SMP N 23, the study sample was 54 respondents. Based on the results of the study it is known that there are influences of work discipline with the regression equation Y = 9.346+ 0.795X, based on the results of the T test, Calculate at 8.004> Ttable (2006) with sig. (0,000 <0,05). The meaning is that the independent variable (work discipline) has a significant effect on the dependent variable (Teacher Performance) in Pekanbaru N 23 Junior High School. Based on the results of the Coefficient of Determination test (R2) The magnitude of the influence of work discipline on the performance of teachers in Pekanbaru N 23 Middle School is 55.2% while the remaining 44.8% is influenced by other variables not included in this study.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Balai Taman Nasional Bukit Tiga Puluh Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu.Tujuan penelitian ini ada/ah untuk mengetahui pengaruh etos kerja dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja Pegawai pada Balai Taman Nasional Bukit Tiga Puluh Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode kuantitatif dengan menganalisis data menggunakan regresi berganda. koefisien korelasi. dan uji hipotesis yang nantinya dibantu dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 21. Dari hasil penelitian dapat dilihat. Dari hasil perhitungan di peroleh etos kerja berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, kompensasi juga berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Balai Taman Nasional Bukit Tiga Puluh Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu. Serta Etos kerja dan Kompensasi secara bersama-sama mempengaruhi kinerja  pegawai Balai Taman Nasional Bukit Tiga Puluh Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu secara signifikan. Jika dilihat dari dari koefisien korelasi berganda R adalah 0. 816 artinya memiliki hubungan yang kuat serta searah. Dan selanjutnya diuji dengan koefisien determinasi berganda (R2) adalah 0,666 hal ini menunjukkan bahwa (X1) etos kerja dan (X2) kompensasi secara bersama-sama dapat memberikan sumbangan terhadap variabel (Y) kinerja pegawai sebesar 66,2%. Dan sisanya 33,8% disumbangkan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini

Abstract

This research is at PT. Wom Finance Pasir Penyu, Indragiri Hulu. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of marketing strategies and sales services on customer satisfaction at PT. Wom Finance Pasir Penyu, Indragiri Hulu. This research used quantitative methods. By analyzing the data using multiple regression, correlation coefficient, and hypothesis testing using SPSS version 22. The results of the study with the regression equation Y = 5,028 + 0,179X1 + 0,137 X2. a = constant of 5,028 means that customer satisfaction is equal to 5,028 if X1 (marketing strategy) and X2 (sales service) are equal to 0 (zero). b1 = marketing strategy regression coefficient of 0.179 shows that every increase in marketing strategy of one unit and other variables (sales service) is fixed, then there will be an increase in customer satisfaction of 0.179.b2 = regression coefficient of sales services of 0.137 indicates that each increase in sales services is one unit and other variables (marketing strategies) remain, then there will be an increase in customer satisfaction by 0.137. Correlation coefficient is known that R is 0.592 means having a relationship that is being and in the same direction. and then tested with R2 coefficient of determination) is 0.350. this shows that (X1) marketing strategies and (X2) marketing strategies together can contribute to variable (Y) customer satisfaction by 35% and the remaining 65% is contributed by other variables. Hypothesis testing at a significant level = 5% where F count (25,087)> F table (3,09) then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that marketing strategy variables and sales services together have a significant effect on customer satisfaction at PT. Wom Finance Pasir Penyu District, Indragiri Hulu Regency. And partial test where t count (3.747)> from t table (1,984) then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that the marketing strategy has a significant effect on customer satisfaction and t count (3,081)> than t table (1,984) then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that sales services have a significant effect on customer satisfaction

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empiris pengaruh ukuran perusahaan (Ln Ta) dan Risiko Bisnis (DOL) secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap Struktur modal (DER). Penelitian ini menggunakan struktur modal sebagai variabel dependen dan ukuran perusahaan dan risiko bisnis sebagai variabel independen. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dengan metode purposive sampling. Berdasarkan kriteria yang ada, didapatkan 31 perusahaan yang menjadi sampel penelitian selama periode 2013-2017. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda, tetapi sebelum pengujian hipotesis terlebih dahulu dilakukan uji asumsi klasik. Berdasarkan uji t menunjukkan bahwa nilai ukuran perusahaan (Ln Ta) berpengaruh signifikan positif dan signifikan terhadap struktur modal pada perusahaan properti dan real estate pada tahun 2013-2017. Hal ini terbukti dari nilai regresi ukuran perusahaan (Ln Ta) sebesar 0,019 dan signifikansi 0,046,  sehingga nilai signifikansi lebih kecil dari tingkat signifikansi yang diharapkan (0,046<0,05). Nilai risiko bisnis (DOL) berpengaruh signifikan negatif dan signifikan terhadap struktur modal pada perusahaan properti dan real estate pada tahun 2013-2017. Hal ini terbukti dari nilai regresi risiko bisnis (DOL) sebesar -0,735 dan signifikansi 0,015, sehingga nilai signifikansi lebih kecil dari tingkat signifikansi yang diharapkan (0,015<0,05). Sementara itu, berdasarkan uji F menunjukkan bahwa variabel ukuran perusahaan, risiko bisnis secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap struktur modal karena nilai signifikansi kurang dari 0,05 yaitu sebesar 0,046. Hasil uji adjusted R2 menunjukkan bahwa variabel independen adalah 1,9%  dan sisanya 98,1%, dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain di luar model

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Rengat Barat Sub-District Office Indragiri Hulu Regency which lasts approximately 6 (six) months. Formulation of the problem is whether the placement of employees and characteristics individuals simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of employee placement and simultaneous individual characteristics of employee performance.In this study, the authors used sampling with census method, which is a sample of 37 respondents. Data analysis used in this study namely descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis.The results of Multiple Linear Regression Analysis obtained Y = 3.805 + 0.924 X 1 + 0.077 X 2 a = 3.805 means if the placement of employees and individual characteristics equal to 0 (zero), the amount of work performance is 3.805 points, b1 = 0.924 meaning if the placement of employees increases by 1 (one) unit (temporary fixed individual characteristics) then work performance will increase amounting to 0.924 points, b2 = 0.077 means if individual characteristics increase amounting to 1 (one) unit (temporary placement of permanent employees) then achievement employment will increase by 0.077 points. Simultaneous Test Results (Test F) obtained F count 26,622 & gt; F table 3.28, then based on data testing criteria it can be seen that H a is accepted and H 0 is rejected, which means the placement of employees and individual characteristics together (simultaneous) influence significant work performance. The results of the R test calculation, obtained by the value of R or correlation is 0.781 meaning having a strong and direct relationship between the placement of employees and individual characteristics with work performance, that means if the placement of employees and individual characteristics increases then work performance will also increase and the value of R Square or The coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.610 means that the work performance variable can be explained by variable placement of employees and individual characteristics of 61%, while the remaining 39% is explained by independent variables others not examined
