Abstract

Penelitian dilakukan pada PT. Meridan Sejati Surya Plantation di Sei Pingai. Berdasar latar belakang penelitian yang dikemukakan di atas, maka penulis dapat merumuskan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah Faktor-faktor apakah yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan pada PT. Meridan Sejati Surya Plantation di Sei Pingai. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawa pada PT. Meridan Sejati Surya Plantation di Sei Pingai. Analisis data pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif  dan kuantitatif . Metoda deskriptif yaitu analisis data dengan cara penguraian teori-teori yang terdapat di dalam daftar pustaka serta dihubungkan dengan data yang didapat dari hasil penelitian yang nantinya dikumpulkan, dikelompokkan dan ditabulasikan kemudian diambil kesimpulan. Dan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik regresi linier berganda. Sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah berjumlah 98 orang (responden), hasil penelitiannya adalah diperoleh nilai F_hitung sebesar 33.735 sehingga F_hitung lebih besar daripada F_tabel (33.735>3,09). Probabilitas juga menunjukkan lebih kecil dari 0,05 yaitu sebesar 0,000. Hal ini berarti bahwa variabel keamampuan dan motivasi kerja secaara bersama-sama mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, persamaan regresi linier berganda adalah sebagai berikut : Y = 4.616+ 0.314X1 + 0.518X2  nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 0.403 artinya 40.3% kontribusi yang diberikan kemampuan dan motivasi kerja, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 59.7 dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain

Abstract

This research aims to express: (1) Effect of Leadership, Organizational Climate and Work Motivation Against simultaneously, (2) Effect of Leadership, Organizational Climate and Work Motivation partially Against Teacher Performance Yayasan Al-Huda in Pekanbaru. The study population was all the Masters in Yayasan Al-Huda Pekanbaru, amounting to 76 people. Samples were taken from all the population that is 76 people. The results showed: 1) simultaneously Leadership, Organizational  Climate and Work Motivation positive and significant impact on the performance of teachers. Effect of Leadership (X1) organizational climate (X2), work motivation (X3) simultaneously on the performance of teachers (Y) is 12.957 with a significance value of 0000. If the significance value compared with the significance level used in this study (a = 0.05), it is evident that the significance value is smaller than (0.000 <0.05), it can be said that the leadership (X1) organizational climate (X2), work motivation (X3) proved positive and significant impact on teacher performance in Yayasan Al-Huda Pekanbaru. 2) Partially There is a positive and significant impact on the performance leadership variables Teacher At Al-Huda Foundation Pekanbaru. Which gained significantly smaller levels of alpha (0.016 <0.05). That is the good leadership increased the Teacher Performance In Al-Huda Foundation Pekanbaru., Partially There is no significant positive influence and organizational climate variables on the performance  of teachers In Al-Huda Foundation Pekanbaru. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence the performance of the management of the Bumi Asih Koperasi Unit Desa (KUD) in Rokan Hulu Regency. The population used in this study were all cooperative managers totaling 30 people. Thus the sample of this study is 30 cooperative managers. The data analysis method used is descriptive and quantitative. The regression results obtained that can be seen in fact that the three variables (X) are the factors of education and training variables (X1) 1.334 <2.052, not significant for the variable (Y). Factor variable employee welfare 2,393> 2,052 significant to variable (Y) and Motivation Factor variable 0,272 <2,052. not significant to variable (Y). Viewed from the results of linear regression that the determinant coefficient value (R-Square) is 0.346 or 34.6%. This means that simultaneously the influence of variable factors of education and training (X1), variable factors of employee welfare (X2) and variables Factors of motivation (X3) on Y performance is 34.6% and the remaining 65.4 is influenced by variables not examined

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of motivation and education and training on the performance of private employees, in which this research was conducted at PT. Hasrat Tata Jaya Pekanbaru. The number of samples in this study was determined based on Slovin formula, so that a sample of 72 people was obtained, while the approach used in sampling was through simple random sampling. While the data analysis in this study uses quantitative methods with multiple linear regression. Based on the results of research on the motivation variable, the results obtained that the value of t count is greater than t table (2.652> 1.994) with a significance level of 0.010 smaller than 0.05. Then H1 is accepted. Based on the results of the t test above it can be concluded that motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at PT. Hasrat Tata Jaya Pekanbaru. While the results of testing on education and training variables, the results obtained that the value of t count is greater than t table (2,084> 1,994) with a significance level of 0.041 smaller than 0.05. Then H2 is accepted, Based on the results of the t test above it can be concluded that education and training has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at PT. Hasrat Tata Jaya  Pekanbaru. In a simultaneous test (F test), obtained f count greater than f table that is equal to 86,600> 3.13 with a significance level of 0,000 smaller than 0.05, this means that H3 is accepted. Which means that simultaneously the motivation and education variables and training have a positive and significant effect on employee performance variables. So it can be concluded that motivation and education and training together (simultaneous) have a positive and significant effect on the performance of private employees at PT. Hasrat Tata Jaya  Pekanbaru. The large impact caused by the two variables is 71.50%, this explains that motivation and education and training have an effect of 71.50% on the performance of employees at PT. The Desire of Tata Jaya Pekanbaru, while the rest was not assessed in this study.

Abstract

Riau Televisi (Riau TV) is the first local television station in the Riau region located in the city of Pekanbaru. As a local television station in Riau, Riau TV clearly has to compete with national television stations, in fighting for viewers in the Riau region. In order to be able to compete with broadcasts from national television, as local television, Riau TV has a special strategy in broadcasting programs, including for marketing targets. The purpose of this research is to find out the strategy carried out by Riau TV, in facing competition with National TV and maintaining its existence as a local TV in Riau. The theory underlying the research is the theory of Media Ecology by Dimmick and Rothenbuhler. In media ecology theory, Dimmick and Rotherbuhler revealed that media needs life-supporting sources, namely types of content, types of audience. and capital. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods and data collection through interviews with Riau TV directors and management, observation and document collection for research purposes. The paradigm used in this study is constructivism. The main focus in this research is to find out what strategies Riau TV has taken to be able to compete with national TV in maintaining its existence. The results of this study concluded, to be able to compete with National TV, Riau TV has a strategy, among others; (1) Strategies for local content TV programs to capture the local audience market, (2) Strategies to expand cooperation networks with local governments, (3) Strategies utilizing internet technology and (4) Strategies to hold off air activities and special moments

Abstract

Radio an example of mass communication. Radio Virgin started 2015. and is owned by MPG Media by franchise with Radio Virgin International. Radio Virgin gained 140,000 listeners in its three months. This research was conducted to find out what is the listener's motive in listening to Radio Virgin. The researcher uses Uses & Gratification theory with four motive indicators in this research, which we information motive, personal identity motive, interaction motive and social integration, and entertainment motive. The method used is qualitative research. The method that will be used in this research is in-depth interviews with five resource persons in accordance with the research criteria. The results showed the research of motive information and entertainment motives. The results showed the discovery of motive information and entertainment motives. Motive information found in this study, the information motive will be music concerts that will be held in Indonesia and overseas, and information about the news music offered by Radio Virgin. While the main motive of entertainment found in this study is mRadio Virgin provides the latest songs with different formats and concepts, so informants feel their needs we fulfilled in terms of entertainment

Abstract

This research is conducted at Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Enkonomi Indragiri (STIE-I) Rengat. The formulation of the problem is whether economic knowledge and income simultaneously and partially  effect on the student consumption. This research is to find out and analyze of the economic knowledge and income simultaneously and partially effect on teh student consumption. In this research, the sampling uses Slovin Formula method, with 81 respondents. Respondents in this research are active students on the fourth semester, 2018/2019. The analytical tool applies Multiple Linear Regression Analysis with a quantitative descriptive analysis approach and SPSS Version 21 Software. The research results can be concluded that: (1) Knowledge of economy and income together (simultaneous) have a significant effect on consumption. (2) Partial economic knowledge has no significant effect on consumption. (3) Revenues partially have a significant effect on consumption. (4) The determination coefficient of 0.178 means that the consumption variable can be explained by the variable knowledge of economy and income of 17.8%, while the remaining 82.2% is explained by other independent variables not examined in this research

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of competence on the performance of employees at PT. Bank Danamon Indonesia, Tbk Cabang Simpang Pasar Bawah. The sample in this study were all employees at PT. Bank Danamon Indonesia, Tbk Cabang Simpang Pasar Bawah totaling 34 people. While the variables studied in this research is the competence and performance. Analysis of data using simple linear regression method using validity, reliability, R2 and t test. The tests are conducted to determine the relationship between the independent variables (independent variables) and dependent variable (dependent variable). Based on research results the effect of competence on the performance of employees with correlation value R = 0,656 which indicates a close relationship between the effect of competence on the performance of employees at PT. Bank Danamon Indonesia, Tbk Cabang Simpang Pasar Bawah. While the R-square at 0,430 which can competence has contributed of 43% to the performance of employees at . Bank Danamon Indonesia, Tbk Cabang Simpang Pasar Bawah. Partially acquired competence variable positive and significant effect on the performance employees at . Bank Danamon Indonesia, Tbk Cabang Simpang Pasar Bawah with simple linear regression equation as follows: Y = 18,342 + 0,627X significantly smaller 0,000 than alpha 0,05. The conclusion of this study that partial hypothesis between variables competence on performance employees is proven and can be accepted as true

Abstract

This research is on CV. Netral Rengat District, Indragiri Hulu Regency. The purpose of this research is to know the effect of service quality and price simultaneously on customer satisfaction on CV. Neutral Rengat District, Indragiri Hulu Regency; To find out the effect of service quality partially on customer satisfaction on CV. Neutral Rengat District, Indragiri Hulu Regency; To find out the effect of prices partially on customer satisfaction on CV. Neutral Rengat District, Indragiri Hulu Regency. The population in this study are all consumers who use the services of CV. Neutral Rengat Subdistrict, Indragiri Hulu Regency which is infinite in number, where visitors are teenagers to adults, the population used is 24,057 people. While the sample in this study amounted to 100 people with a nonprobability sampling technique. Thisr research used quantitative methods, namely by multiple linear regression, correlation coefficient and determination, and F test and t test. Based on the results of the research and discussion, some conclusions can be drawn as follows: From the quantitative calculations obtained using the multiple linear regression equation Y = a + b1X1 + b2X2 obtained Y = 3.808 + 0.238 X1 + 0.528 X2, namely the constant coefficient value (a) amounting to 3.808 this means that if the value of service quality (X1) and price (X2) equals zero, then the level or amount of customer satisfaction (Y) is equal to 3.808. The coefficient value of X1 = 0.238 means that if the service quality (X1) rises by one unit, while the price variable (X2) remains, customer satisfaction (Y) will increase by 0.238 and vice versa if the service quality (X1) decreases by one unit, while the price variable (X2) remains, consumer satisfaction (Y) will decrease by 0,238. The coefficient value of X2 = 0.528 explains that if the price (X2) rises by one unit, while the service quality variable (X1) remains, the level of customer satisfaction (Y) will increase by 0.528 and if the price (X2) falls by one unit, while the service quality variable (X1) remains that consumer satisfaction (Y) will decrease by 0.528. Multiple linear correlation coefficient (R) that is 0.885 means that the relationship that has a very high correlation between service quality and price to customer satisfaction is 0.885. The coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.783, meaning that customer satisfaction can be explained by variations in changes in the independent variable (service quality and price) of 78.3%, while the remaining 21.7% is explained by other variables outside the research. Based on the results of the F test, the calculated F value is 175,051 with a significant level of 0,000. While Ftable at 100% (0.05) is 3.09. In both calculations, F count> Ftable is 175,051> 3,09. This means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that simultaneously service quality and price have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Based on the results of the t test obtained the value of tcount X1> t table = 2.101> 1.98447 so that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means the independent variable (X1) service quality partially has a significant effect on the variable customer satisfaction (Y). Furthermore, the value of tcount X2> t table = 4.268> 1.98447 so that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that the independent variable (X2) price partially has a significant effect on the variable customer satisfaction (Y).
