Abstract

This research is intended to examine the level of Religiosity towards trust in Islamic banking. This research was conducted in Pekanbaru City, Riau Province, Indonesia with a sample of 400 people. The research was conducted from May to August 2018. Indications of Religiosity are associated with the dimensions of the dimensions of religious practice, the dimensions of beliefs-creeds, the dimensions of religious knowledge, and the dimensions of practice ..From the results of the study obtained the value of the determinant coefficient (R Square) of 0.062. This means that the effect of Religiosity on trust in Islamic banks is 6.2% while the remaining 93.8% is influenced by other variables.Partial regression analysis between Religiustisa (X1) on Trust in Islamic Banks (Y) has a significant influence this can be seen from the results of data processing obtained that testing hypotheses with t test there is an t count of 5.120 means tcount> t table = 1.966 which means Religiosity significant effect on trust in Islamic banks.linear analysis From the results of the SPSS data, the regression equation is obtained as follows: Y = 26,939 + 0,263 X1

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of leadership on the performance of government employees at the Department of Labor and transmigration Service in Riau Province. The variable in this study consisted of the dependent variable (performance) and the independent variable (leadership), the populations in this study  as many 210 people. The samples in this study  as many 67 people. Analysis of the data in this study using quatitative descriptive analysis ia a way to explain the result of existing research using mathematical formulas and equations linking theory, then deduced. Meanwhile, to test the feasibility of the data collected is used testing instrument validity, reliability, normality, determinaty coefficient, T test and simple linear regression test. The result of this  study are simple linear regression Y=21.467+0,285X. Based on empirical data on the T test, an tcount > ttable is 2,468 > 1,668 an test result determinaty coefficient (R2) = 0,086 (8,60%) while the remaining is influenced bt other variables outside of this research. So H0 rejected and Ha accepted, meaning there is a significant influence between leadership and performance

Abstract

Penelitian dilaksanakan pada Kantor Desa Kuantan Babu yang berlokasi di Desa Kuantan Babu. bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh kedisiplinan kerja dan kompensasi terhadap prestasi kerja perangkat Desa pada Kantor Desa Kuantan Babu Kecamatan Rengat Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu. Hasil penelitian adalah Y=1,366+0,386X1+0,356X2.dan nilai koefisien korelasi berganda R adalah 0,816 artinya memiliki hubungan yang sangat kuat serta searah. dan Koefisien determinasi berganda (R2) adalah  0,666. hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kedisiplinan dan kompensasi secara bersama–sama dapat memberikan sumbangan terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai sebesar 66,2 %. Dan sisanya 33,9 % di pengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Dari hasil perhitungan di peroleh F hitung yaitu 31,235 sedangkan F tabel 3,29. karena F hitung (31,236) > F tabel (3,29) maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Artinya kedisiplinan dan kompensasi secara simultan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja. t hitung (2,586) > t tabel (2,036) maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, yang berarti kedisiplinan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja

Abstract

This research was conducted in the research conducted at SMA Negeri 1 Kuantan Hilir, Kuantan Singingi District, jenderal Soedirman Street, Kepala Pulau, Baserah in 2019. The study aims to determine the effect of competencies and work environment on the performance of teachers in SMA Negeri 1 Kuantan Hilir. Population in this research is population in research it is a whole an teachers  of SMA Negeri 1 Kuantan Hilir, which consisted of 51 teachers. Because the population in this study is little, the authors use the entire population to be sampled. From the analysis of multiple linear regression equation was formulated:  Y= 9,236 + 0,371X1+ 0,444X2.  The results of the t test (partial test) obtained the value of t arithmetic for Competence / X1 (3,025) and Work Environment / X2 (3,992) greater than t table of 2,01063, then it has a significant effect on the teacher performance variable of SMA 1 Kuantan Hilir. F Test Results (joint test), it is concluded that  F count  is 11.923> F table 3.19 so that simultaneously   the variables of competence and work environment have a significant effect on the performance of teachers of SMA Negeri 1 Kuantan Hilir. There are contribution the influence of competencies and Work environment of the performance of teachers at SMA 1 Kuantan Hilir of Obtained value of Adjusted R Square equal to 0,304 or 30,4% and 69,6 % influenced by the other factors that are not pursuing in this research. So this research to strengthen previous studies

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe four objectives of the present study aimed to find out: 1) the effect of service quality on students’ satisfaction of Senior High School Al-Huda Pekanbaru, 2)  the effect of school image on students’ satisfaction of Senior High School ofAl-Huda Pekanbaru 3) the effect of school environment on the students’ satisfaction of Senior High School Al-HudaPekanbaru,  4) the effect of teachers’professional quality of faculty on students’ satisfaction of Senior High School Al-HudaPekanbaru. Senior High School Al-Huda Pekanbaru was the setting of the study. The present study collected the primary and secondary data from Senior High School Al-Huda Pekanbaru. 162 students were involved as the research samples of the study. The technique of data analysis was descriptive and multiple linear regression analyses. The fulfillment of statistical assumptions was used (normality test, autocorrelation test, multi-coloniality test, heteroskedastic test, linearity test), and the hypothesis testing used were independent t-test, F test and determinant coefficient test. The study found that the service quality had a significant effect on students’ satisfaction. School image had no significant effect on students’satisfaction. School environment had a significant effect on students’satisfaction. The last,  teachers’ professional quality had a significant effect on students’satisfaction.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada PT. Berlian Inti Mekar Kecamatan Batang Gansal Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu. Pelaksanaan penelitian berlangsung selama 6 (enam bulan) terhitung bulan September 2018 sampai dengan Pebruari 2019. Tujuan penelitian ini ada/ah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja lerhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Berlian Inti Mekar Kecamatan Batang Gansal Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode kuantitatif dengan menganalisis data menggunakan regresi berganda. koefisien korelasi. dan uji hipotesis yang nantinya dibantu dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 21. Dari hasil penelitian dapat dilihat. Dari hasil perhitungan di peroleh kompensasi berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, Lingkungan Kerja juga berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Berlian Inti Mekar.  Serta Kompensasi dan Lingkungan kerja secara bersama-sama mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan PT Berlian Inti Mekar secara signifikan. Jika dilihat dari dari koefisien korelasi berganda R adalah 0. 731 artinya memiliki hubungan yang kuat serta searah. Dan selanjutnya diuji dengan koefisien determinasi berganda (R2) adalah 0,535 hal ini menunjukkan bahwa (X/) kompensasi dan (X2) lingkungan kerja secara bersama-sama dapat memberikan sumbangan terhadap variabel (Y) kinerja karyawan sebesar 53,5%. Dan sisanya 46,5% disumbangkan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini

Abstract

This reseach held at savings and loan unit Swamitra Fatma Pesona Adikarya Pekanbaru at Soekarno Hatta Street No.7E, The Morning Market Arengka Pekanbaru. This reaseach aims to knowing factors that influincing customer behaviour in borrowed funds at saving and loan unit Swamitra Fatma Pesona Adikarya Pekanbaru. Sample in this research as many as 60 respondents. Data were analyzed quantitatively by using validity test, reability, test F (simultaneous test), test T (partial test), multiple linear regression analysis, R-squer and classic assumption test. Result of this research shows that cultural factors and individual factors have a significant influence on customer decision in borrowed funds at saving and loan unit Swamitra Fatma Pesona Adikarya Pekanbaru, while social factors and psychological factors have no significant effect on customer decision saving and loan unit Swamitra Fatma Pesona Adikarya Pekanbaru. The result of this research analysis using help of SPSS 21.0. Based on the results obtained from the variabel Y (Customer Decision). Obtaired adjusted R-squer amount 0,740 or 74% while the remaining amount 26% influenced by anathor variabels which is ignored or not exsamined in this reseacrh

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Work Environment on Employee Performance At PT Agung Toyota Cabang Soekarno Hatta In Pekanbaru. As for the population in this study are all employees in PT Agung Toyota Cabang Soekarno Hatta In Pekanbaru, which amounted to 44 people and the population in this study used as a sample by using the census method of all employees. Data analysis used is descriptive analysis, beside that also use analysis of quantitative analysis that is using simple linier regression with help of program SPSS version 17.00. From the results can be concluded a simple linear regression analysis that the work environment has a significant effect on employee performance at PT Agung Toyota Cabang Soekarno Hatta In Pekanbaru. Abstract

Local government, being the manager of urban environment, ranked last under the Malaysia government structure after Federal and State governments.  The main function of local government is to stimulate economic growth and social development of a district. However, the operational roles that these local governments supposed to portray have to some extent do not meet the public expectations, resulting in various complaints being filed through various channels as compiled by Public Complaint Bureau. In response to the public outcry for better service delivery, the objectives of this research are to investigate the effect of demographic factors namely (i) gender, (ii) age, (iii) working experience, (iv) supervision tenure and (v) service group in influencing the exhibition of citizenship behavior among local government workforce in east coast region of Malaysia. 126 respondents from three local governments working in east coast states of Malaysia have participated where data were collected using stratified random sampling approach.  Empirical results revealed that only supervision tenure has significant influence in elevating employees’ Organizational Citizenship Behavior, hence, supporting social exchange theory. Therefore, management should undertake hands-on actions in warranting that these demographic variables be strengthened in invoking employees’ citizenship behavior towards instilling public confidence towards multifarious services provided by local governments

Abstract

The purpose of this study to determine factors that affect job satisfaction of employees at PT. Mitra Sukses Inti Perkasa Pekanbaru. The sample in this research is all employees at PT. Mitra Sukses Inti Perkasa Pekanbaru totaling 48 people. Sampling was conducted using a sample saturated. (Sugiyono, 2010: 96) The data analysis is done by using validity test, reliability test, normality test, heteroscedasticity test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test, multiple linear regression, R2 test, F test, t test. The tests are conducted to determine the relationship between the independent variables (independent variables) and dependent variable (dependent variable). The final conclusion of the study on the variables factor employee and occupational factors on employee job satisfaction can be seen from Table F value obtained for F (0,05) (45) = 3,20, while F count on the F test is obtained from the data processed by 20,510, meaning F count = 20,510 > 3,20, then Ho is rejected and Ha received means there is the factor employee and occupational factors on employee job satisfaction at PT. Mitra Sukses Inti Perkasa Pekanbaru. From the results of the t test that most affect job satisfaction at PT. Mitra Sukses Inti Perkasa Pekanbaru is the occupational factors with t value 4,120 > 2.013, then Ho is rejected and Ha accepted, meaning the partial occupational factors positive and significant impact on job satisfaction, while the results of the regression equation linear is Y = 6,477 + 0,168X1 + 0,513X2. Thus meaning any change in factor employee and occupational factors, whether positive or negative will be amended also on employee job satisfaction at PT. Mitra Sukses Inti Perkasa Pekanbaru
