Abstract

Bangkitan perjalanan menimbulkan salah satu masalah transportasi yaitu parkir, hal ini disebabkan pengendara akan memerlukan tempat untuk parkir jika ingin ke tempat yang dituju. Peningkatan jumlah kendaraan bermotor di Kecamatan Kediri - Tabanan berpengaruh terhadap kebutuhan ruang parkir seperti di Jalan M.H Thamrin Kediri-Tabanan. Penerapan Terminal Parkir Elektronik (TPE), maka dilakukan bentuk upaya pembenahan manajemen pengelolaan parkir On Street, untuk mengurangi kebocoran pendapatan, transparansi pendapatan, serta mengoptimalkan Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melakukan evaluasi kelayakan finansial dari penerapan Terminal Parkir Elektronik. Data yang dipergunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi data primer yang diperoleh melalui metode, seperti: survei inventarisasi parkir, survei patroli parkir, dan data sekunder yang dapat diperoleh dari instansi pemerintah daerah. Analisis kelayakan finansial menggunakan tiga skenario, yaitu skenario 1 dengan tarif tetap, LV= Rp.2000/jam MC=Rp.1000/jam, skenario 2 dengan tarif parkir tetap, LV= 3000/jam MC=2000/jam, skenario 3 dengan tarif parkir progresif, 1 jam pertama LV= 3000 MC=2000, 1 jam selanjutnya LV= 2000/jam MC= 1000/jam. Untuk mengetahui kelayakan finansial digunakan syarat penilaian investasi yaitu dengan menganalisis NPV, BCR, IRR dan Discounted Pay Back Periode (PBP). Hasil analisis karakteristik parkir untuk sepeda motor didapat jumlah 108 stall kendaraan dan indeks parkir 0,527 serta untuk kendaraan ringan didapat jumlah 67 stall kendaraan dan indeks parkir 1,138. Hasil analisis kelayakan finansial dengan suku bunga acuan Bank Indonesia, yaitu 5,75% /tahun diperoleh untuk skenario 1 didapat NPV Rp 1.375.105.319,-, BCR 1,5, IRR 44% , skenario 2 didapat NPV Rp 4.637.723.362,-, BCR 2,55, IRR 112%, dan skenario 3 didapat NPV Rp 6.714.171.169,- , BCR 3,2, dan IRR 154%, hasil analisis sensitivitas dan Payback Period didapat skenario 3 lebih baik dibandingkan dengan skenario 1 dan 2 . Jadi evaluasi dengan ketiga skenario tarif parkir menunjukan skenario 3 Penerapan Terminal Parkir Elektronik layak direalisasikan.

Abstract

Stabilitas dinding penahan tanah (DPT) gravitasi sangat dipengaruhi oleh berat sendirinya. Jika masa tanah yang berada di belakang DPT adalah tanah kohesif, maka air yang berada di dalam retak tarik akan menyebabkan bertambahnya tekanan tanah lateral aktif. Dalam perancangan DPT gravitasi yang menahan tanah kohesif dengan kemiringan lereng yang curam, sering ditemukan nilai koefisien tekanan tanah yang tidak dapat didefinisikan akibatnya nilai tekanan tanah aktif tidak dapat dihitung. Untuk menganalisis stabilitas DPT digunakan persamaan Mazindrani dan Ganjali (1997) untuk perhitungan tekanan tanah aktif sesudah retak tarik. Dari hasil evaluasi stabilitas DPT diketahui bahwa dimensi dinding DPT eksisting memiliki nilai Faktor Keamanan (FK) lebih besar dari yang disyaratkan, dimana nilai FKguling = 2.5, FKgeser = 3, dan FKdaya dukung = 3. Penyebab kegagalan struktur DPT disebabkan kaena belum dilakukan kelanjutan pembangunan DPT pada bagian lereng yang curam yang berada dekat dengan DPT eksisting. Ketika hujan yang datang berkepanjangan menyebabkan terjadinya kelongsoran lereng dan menimbulkan kegagalan struktur DPT eksisting yang berada dekat dengan lereng yang longsor tersebut. Solusi yang tepat untuk mencegah terjadinya kegagalan struktur DPT eksisting adalah dengan melanjutkan pembangunan DPT pada bagian lereng yang longsor, memperbaikai drainase dan melakukan memotong lereng menjadi horizontal.

Abstract

In this paper, a Multiple-Input-Multiple-Output (MIMO) antenna that can work in Ultra-Wideband (UWB) technology is presented. The antenna can work in frequencies of 3.1-10.6 GHz, has dual bands notched, and in small dimensions at once. The antenna is made in size 34 x 34 x 1.6 mm using a 4-element planar monopole antenna with L-shape and C-shape slits on the radiator. This antenna research was designed and simulated using CST Studio Suite 2019. The design results were fabricated for testing through a Vector Network Analyzer and Anechoic Chamber. The ground plane on the rhombic slot-shaped antenna by utilizing the slot on the antenna radiator produces notched bands from simulations at 3.39-3.64 GHz (WiMAX) and 4.57-5.82 GHz (WLAN). Abstract

This research aims to design an off-grid PLTS system for garden lighting based on IoT that is efficient and effective. This system will use IoT technology to control garden lights automatically based on light levels and time. This Off-Grid PLTS system will be designed based on the energy needs of garden lighting, solar panel and battery capacity, as well as a lighting control system. The results of research on solar panels tested for three days at 06:00 to 18:00 from the results of the first day of research obtained when the weather conditions were clear, the light level was obtained, namely 74000 lux with the power obtained 25.78 watts when charging the battery and when it rains, you get a light level of 800 lux with a charging power of 1.78 watts. From this it can be concluded that the effect of light intensity and weather on solar panels has an effect on charging the garden lamp battery. From the research results, charging the garden lamp battery with 12 V 35 Ah, the charging time is 21 hours 43 minutes with an average charging current of 1.92 A and battery discharge is obtained from research on the state of the automatic light, the battery discharge time is 19 hours 25 minutes with an average current 1.41A average. Bright light battery discharge time 18 hours 2 minutes with an average current of 1.55A.

Abstract

Technological developments are currently increasingly rapid and the impact of these developments is that various kinds of design technologies will emerge, especially in the fields of mechanical engineering and automotive methods. Therefore, a lot of research and analysis is needed, one of which is the braking load on the drum braking test equipment through brake pressure parameters using a GX 160 robot type machine. The aim of this research is to determine variations in the braking test equipment on load. The method in this research is data collection through literature study, observation and experimentation. The type of tool in this research is a drum braking test tool. In this study the load was varied from 0 gr to 1300 gr. The research results showed that torque level values ranged from 1,225 Nm to 6.37 Nm, power values ranged from 21,142 Watts to 652,725 Watts, and different rpm rotations due to additional load would reduce the rotation (rpm) ranging from 1663 to 979 rpm, and It was obtained that Pertamax fuel consumption levels ranged from 0.157 ml/s to 0.862 ml/s and Pertalite fuel consumption ranged from 0.157 ml/s to 0.961 ml/s.

Abstract

The increasing national energy demand is influencing the presence of existing power plants. South Sumatra is a region contributing to the national energy supply, leading to the expansion of facilities to generate electricity. Consequently, a new transmission line will be constructed at the 275 KV Betung Station in South Sumatra. With the need to enhance distribution capacity by adding new transmission lines, there is a requirement to expand the area of the Gitet, which was previously 183x98 m2, to 138.55 x 152.68 m2. This study aims to analyze the stability of the embankment, estimated to have an initial height of 8.5 meters. Additionally, plans will be made for constructing retaining walls to expand the Gitet Substation Betung area. Slope Stability Analysis will be conducted using limit equilibrium and finite element methods. The limit equilibrium analysis will employ the Fellenius method, while the Finite Element Method will use Plaxis software. From the analysis results, it's determined that a Retaining Wall (RW) is needed to stabilize the embankment. The design for slope stability involves a 6 meter high counterfort Retaining Wall equipped with Bored Piles having a diameter of 60 cm and a length of 22 meters for every 2.15 meters along the RW alignment.

Abstract

Now, washing carpets no longer requires a lot of human power. Just one person can wash carpets on a large scale at the same time as three human workers. By using this carpet brush machine, the job of cleaning carpets will be easier and faster. The aim of designing this machine is a form of innovation and creativity in a carpet brush machine with an electric motor drive. The machine is made with the addition of a detergent channel tube to make work easier and increase efficiency. The working principle of this carpet brushing machine is that when the motor is turned on, a pulley with a size of Ø 76.2 mm will rotate with a rotation of 1400 rpm, followed by a belt with a size of 24 inches to rotate the pulley on the shaft with a rotation of 703.5 rpm with a pulley size of Ø 152 mm. The rotation will be continued by the shaft, and the brush will rotate to clean up dirt or stains on the carpet. In making this machine, we obtained a motor power of ½ HP and a rotation of 1400 rpm. This machine has dimensions of 580x380x980 mm and uses a belt and pulley transmission with brush components. This carpet washing machine is used for MSME businesses (micro, small and medium businesses)

Abstract

The DIV study program is a new study program so there are several courses that require practical equipment that supports the achievement of good learning of power plant systems, the current condition of practical equipment is still lacking and there are some that do not meet practical needs, so this research will create a power plant trainer tool Solar (PLTS) which functions as a learning medium in the integrated generator laboratory in the Electrical Installation Engineering Technology DIV study program. The aim of this research is to improve students' understanding of Solar Cell Power Plants, both installation methods and the working principles of supporting components both with On Grid systems and Off Grid systems. In making this trainer, it was carried out by assembling and making a trainer stand with a welding system and the mid-trainel was made using acrylic to make it easier to assemble the main components of the PLTS system. With this trainer tool, it will be very easy for students to design PLTS systems that will be used according to the energy needs used by customers. so that the installation of PLTS is in accordance with the required requirements, and also with this tool it is able to produce students' skills in assembling and installing PLTS correctly, both with On Grid Systems and Off Grid Systems, and students are able to optimize the placement of the installation position on the Solar Panel Module so that they are able to optimize the lighting received by the solar panels is good.

Abstract

Bali is one of the provinces in Indonesia which has excellence in tourism. The distribution and development of tourism activities in Bali are considered to be less evenly distributed. In certain areas, there is a development of activities that exceed needs, while in other areas there is a shortage of activities. One way to measure the distribution of tourism activities in the Province of Bali is based on accessibility. In this study, the analysis of accessibility toward tourism area location is conducted with the resistance factor of mileage and traveling time using Bali as the case study. Accessibility is a comfort measure or eases the achievement of land use through the transportation network system. This study aims to analyze the accessibilities and their distributions using the mileage and traveling time and to provide alternative solutions to increase accessibility in the least visited area in Bali Province. Accessibility is calculated using Hansen’s index and descriptive statistics. Having calculated the mileage and traveling time, these values are used as Z-Score. Using this Z-Score, the distribution of accessibility based on mileage and traveling time can be analyzed. The results indicate that the highest level of accessibility based on the mileage and traveling time is in Denpasar city. On the other hand,  the lowest accessibilities according to the mileage and traveling time are found in Jembrana, Tabanan, Buleleng, and Karangasem regencies. The distribution of tourist area accessibility can be seen in the Z-Score. This score indicates that the district with low accessibility based on the mileage and traveling time is in Jembrana, Tabanan, Buleleng, and Karangasem regencies. Alternatively, several solutions can be done to increase the accessibility at the least visited area in Bali province such as road widening, building toll road construction, multiplying the construction of shortcut, and railroad development.

Abstract

In this research, a 3.5 GHz microstrip antenna was designed for 5G applications using the Complemeter Rhombus Resonator method. This antenna has a substrate dimension of 27 mm x 27 mm with a patch length of 23 mm and a patch width of 19.33 mm. The antenna design uses FR4-Epoxy material with a dielectric constant specification of 4.4, a substrate thickness of 1.6 mm, and a copper thickness of 0.035mm. 5G applications require antennas with high performance where this technology is expected to be able to increase data rates and network capacity, which is very capable. Based on the simulation results of microstrip antennas with the Complementary Rhombus Resonator method working at a frequency of 3.5 GHz with a return loss of 26.89 dB. Resulting in the improvement of the antenna bandwidth parameter to 249 MHz, where the bandwidth increases by 20% from the initial design. The initial design has a bandwidth of 208 MHz. This antenna works on the n78 frequency band, where this frequency band has a range of 3300-3800 MHz.
