Abstract

The new order of life can be carried out after indicating a decrease in Covid-19. The government is facing the new normal era in the field of education by implementing School From Home (SFH) for red zone areas. There were complaints from parents in Tempursari Hamlet who acknowledged the difficulties in assisting their children to study at home, both in explaining learning materials and in dividing their time with their work. Therefore, a learning mentoring program is needed to help maximize the teaching and learning process in areas that apply SFH. The research method used is the PAR (Participatory Action Research) method through direct learning assistance to children 3 times a week for 30 days. This program aims to help children understand more about learning materials such as material explanations, discussions, and questions and answers. This success can be seen from the mentoring of learning activities during SFH and the children's enthusiasm in participating in the learning mentoring program.

Abstract

Online learning provides a new experience for students who usually enjoy face-to-face lessons. This makes students have more free time, which is generally only actualized into less useful activities such as playing gadgets too often. The purpose of this service is to optimize students' free time and also to help students understand material that was previously difficult to understand. The method used in this study is ABCD (Asset Based Community Development). The assistance provided in tutoring activities is expected to help students understand the material obtained from school. The conclusion of this service is that students enjoy the learning process at the tutoring place, but students are not able to focus properly because they like to play with friends and mentors.

Abstract

Literacy is one of the main components in the development of human resources. However, Indonesian people have very low literacy. The study results show that the number of village taman baca is still very low. In addition, the reading facilities and infrastructure provided in the village reading park are also still limited. This community service activity aims to improve the management of the reading garden in Pringombo Village as an effort to improve literacy culture in the community. The method used is participation which involves the active participation of village government officials, the academic community, and the community. The stages of service activities carried out are observing, discussing, implementing, and socializing. The results of the village Taman Baca arrangement activities have been carried out in accordance with the plans and targets set, such as adding to the book collection, conducting an inventory, classification, and administration of the village Taman baca. Thus, the existence of the village reading park is expected to increase the reading literacy of the village community.

Abstract

Assistance in the socialization of cow urine as liquid organic fertilizer can be used for agricultural cost efficiency and has its socio-economic value for the community. In this service activity, counseling assistance and socialization assistance were carried out to residents, especially members of the Pangudi Makmur farmer group in Dalangan Hamlet. The benefits of using cow urine can reduce agricultural costs and reduce pollution caused by urine. Liquid organic fertilizer if used on plants will reduce dependence on chemical fertilizers so that the quality of the plants is better. The implementation of service is carried out by students with residents who are expected to be able to develop the economic capacity of the community. The method used in this approach uses participatory, action, and research (PAR) methods. From making cow urine as organic liquid fertilizer, it can generate business ideas and solutions to save agricultural costs (efficient).

Abstract

Education is teaching that aims to develop the abilities that exist in students. However, many schools are currently closed due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. Thus, the first work program carried out was mentoring the student learning process in the Ngablak village. This assistance has the aim of making students able to carry out learning even though schools are closed. The next program is about the management of the Ngablak Village PKK. The existing Human Resources have not been able to contribute to the administration of the organization. Through training in Microsoft Office Word and Excel, the goal is for PKK administration to run well. The method I use is PAR (participatory action research), meaning that this program was created because it needed to be strengthened by information obtained from the village head and not the development of existing activities. This program has had a positive impact on both the children and the administration of the Ngablak Village PKK.

Abstract

Social media as a brave learning media is something that is still rarely done by the people of Gunungpring Village. Therefore, this time the assistance was carried out in an effort to optimize online learning by using social media. This empowerment assistance uses the ABCD (Asset-Based Community Development) approach using several stages: discovery, dream, define, design, and destiny. Because in this new normal era, parents are minimizing expenses, then the author provides a solution by using social media which is free but has many advantages, namely telegram. With the assistance program in the form of a telegram for learning media, it is expected that children use their original cellphones to play games, but now children are taught to use mobile phones to learn so that this potential can make children more effective in carrying out learning at home.

Abstract

This activity is intended to provide an understanding of the importance of applying for a business license and introducing a Business Identification Number (NIB) to apply for a business license online. Business legality is a standard that business actors must meet. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) are required to meet these requirements in order to compete in the free market era. This demand is a problem because many business actors do not have business legality. Therefore, community service activities are needed in the form of assistance, especially for craftsmen and MSME in order to develop their business in a better direction. The research method used is the PAR (Participatory Action Research) method. This study aims to provide knowledge and information on making NIB to business actors in order to develop their business. The results of this study were carried out by the community to understand and increase knowledge about making NIB which must be owned by every business actor. Then simplify business operations because they have obtained business legality.

Abstract

Student learning assistance at home is very much needed by a student, this is important to do considering the limitations of teachers at school in teaching students in the classroom. Tutoring is an effort made to provide assistance to students to better understand the material. If a student already understands, it will affect the enthusiasm and motivation of student learning from now on to the future. The purpose of this study is to foster student learning motivation through the level of student understanding of a material that is implemented through tutoring activities. the method in this study using the PAR (Participation Action Research) method. Participatory Action Research (PAR) is a research method that is carried out in a participatory manner among community members, namely Santri at TPQ Nurudholam Dusun Sawangan. The results of the implementation of this tutoring program were able to foster students' enthusiasm for learning, which was proven enthusiastically during learning mentoring activities.

Abstract

This community service is motivated by children who do not understand hijaiyah letters, especially children who are still at an early age. One of the reasons is the need for more educators with many children and different classes. This method that small children cannot understand makes early childhood, even children who have entered elementary school, not yet understand and have yet even to memorize the letter hijaiyah. The researcher here tries to use iqro` as a first step to find out how well the children of Madrasah Diniyah Al Abror understand the hijaiyah letter. With iqro` children are still unable to read letters. Then the researchers used hijaiyah cards as an introduction to hijaiyah letters. Because hijaiyah letters attract children's interest in memorizing hijaiyah letters, children can participate in memorizing hijaiyah letters well. The method used to attract children's attention is to use games that can make children not easily bored memorizing. In addition, researchers also invited children to memorize hijaiyah letters by using simple songs.

Abstract

The management of the Al-Qur’an Education Park in TPQ Dusun Jombong Paten Dukun is a way of managing a non-formal educational institution starting from planning, organizing, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating in order to achieve the goals of TPQ in Hamlet Jombong. The background in this study is that TPQ in Jombong Hamlet aims to educate children who are Qur’anic generations. Therefore, the TPQ in Jombong Hamlet requires management within the institution. This research aims to manage TPQ in Jombong Hamlet to maximize the purpose of an Al-Qur’an Education Park. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative. Data regarding the research sources were obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation of the implementation of activities at the Al-Qur’an Education Park in Jombong Hamlet. The results showed that the management of TPQ in Jombong Hamlet had not been carried out correctly. Therefore, with the research and service in Jombong Hamlet related to TPQ, it is hoped that it will be able to achieve the goals of TPQ itself and properly manage TPQ.
