Edumaspul: Jurnal Pendidikan focuses on the following topics: Curriculum development, teacher education and professional development, teacher training, cross-cultural studies, learning, evaluation, English language teaching, counseling, management, quality of education, and the use of communication and information technology, at various levels of education and how to deliver learning. It provides an academic platform for teachers, lecturers, and researchers to contribute innovative work in the field. Edumaspul: Jurnal Pendidikan is first published in March 2017 and covers much research in all levels of education (primary, secondary, and higher education). Edumaspul: Jurnal Pendidikan become a CrossRef Member since the year 2019. Therefore, all articles published will have a unique DOI number. Beginning from Vol. 1 No. 1 (2017), all articles will be published in the English version and Indonesia version. The publication frequency is twice a year in March and October. Abstract

Kemajuan Teknologi Informasi banyak membawa dampak positif bagi kemajuan dunia pendidikan dewasa ini, baik dalam hal perangkat keras maupun perangkat lunak. Dengan adanya perkembangan dalam pembelajaran, saat ini banyak pihak penyelenggara pendidikan mulai melirik penerapan konsep distance learning sebagai alternatif pembelajaran yang dianggap lebih efektif dan efisien. Di sisi lain pendidikan agama khususnya agama Islam yang mempunyai tujuan membentuk sikap dan kepribadian muslim yang bertqwa kepada Allah dengan pendekatan keimanan, rasional, emosional, pembiasaan, pengamalan dan keteladanan dirasa kurang efektif bagi sistem pendidikan jarak jauh (distance learning). Karena dengan pendekatan-pendekatan pembelajaran diatas dibutuhkan tatap muka secara langsung, efektif dan terus menerus. Namun demikian, pembelajaran dengan e-Learning tetap merupakan keniscayaan bagi pendidikan agama Islam dalam tataran kognitif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskripsi kualitatif dimana penulis menggambarkan fonomena dan kedaan sedalam- dalamnya tentang Efektivitas Pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam Berbasis teknologi Informasi (E-learning). Data diperoleh dari studi literature yang membahas tentang pembelajaran dan teknologi. Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran berbasis teknologi informasi (e-Learning) merupakan suatu keniscayaan. Dengan asumsi (e-learning) akan memudahkan bagi siswa/mahasiswa untuk bisa mengakses semua materi agama Islam yang sangat luas dari seluruh perpustakaan di dunia.

Abstract

Keluarga merupakan tempat yang paling awal dan efektif untuk menjalankan fungsi Departemen Kesehatan, Pendidikan, dan Kesejahteraan. Apabila keluarga gagal untuk mengajarkan kejujuran, semangat, keinginan untuk menjadi yang terbaik, dan kemampuan-kemampuan dasar, maka akan sulit sekali bagi institusi-institusi lain untuk memperbaiki kegagalan-kegagalannya. Kegagalan keluarga dalam membentuk karakter anak akan berakibat pada timbulnya masyarakat yang tidak berkarakter. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui setiap keluarga harus memiliki kesadaran bahwa karakter bangsa sangat tergantung pada pendidikan karakter anak di dalam keluarga. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dimana penulis menggambarkan fenomena dan keadaan sedalam-dalamnya tentang keluarga sebagai wahana pertama dan utama pendidikan karakter anak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan dalam keluarga merupakan pendidikan awal atau pertama bagi anak karena pertama kalinya mereka mengenal dunia terlahir dalam lingkungan keluarga dan dididik oleh orang tua. Sehingga pengalaman masa anak-anak merupakan faktor yang sangat penting bagi perkembangan selanjutnya, keteladanan orang tua dalam tindakan sehari-hari akan menjadi wahana pendidikan moral bagi anak, membentuk anak sebagai makhluk sosial, religius, untuk menciptakan kondisi yang dapat menumbuh kembangkan inisiatif dan kreativitas anak.

Abstract

This research is a quantitative study with a cross sectional survey approach. The purpose of this study is to see the relationship between the concept of self-efficacy and student engagement. The hypothesis in this study is that there is a positive and significant relationship between self-efficacy and student engagement. The population is 84 students and the sample is 84 students with total sampling technique. Based on the results of the product moment correlation test, it can be seen that the significance value of the variable self-efficacy and student engagement is <0.001 <0.05. This explains that there is a significant relationship between self-efficacy and student engagement in students. The Pearson correlation value obtained between self-efficacy and student engagement is 0.947. This explains that the self-efficacy variable with student engagement has a positive correlation with a very strong correlation coefficient. The value of the determinant coefficient obtained is equal to 89.7%. Based on the value of the determinant coefficient, it can be seen that the effect of self-efficacy on student engagement is 89.7% and the remaining 10.3% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the ethics of the apparatus towards the quality of service at the office of the National Land Agency of the Sidenreng Rappang Regency. This type of research is quantitative associative. This study uses two types of variables, namely variable X (ethics of personnel) and variable Y (quality of service). The results of this study from the results of processing the questionnaire obtained a variable recapitulation of service ethics of 65.5% in the "Good" category. Recapitulation of service quality variables of 60% is in the "Not Good" category. Recapitulation of indicators of factors that influence the service quality strategy by 60% is in the "Not Good" category, and the Influence between Service Ethics and Service Quality at the National Land Agency Office of Sidenreng Rappang Regency is categorized as "Influential/Significant",

Abstract

National education standards are the minimum criteria that must be met in the implementation of education. national education standards include content standards, process standards, graduate competency standards, educator and education staff standards, infrastructure standards, management standards, financing standards, assessment standards. The purpose of this study is to reveal efforts to improve graduate competency standards by teachers and other parties. This research uses descriptive qualitative. The research was conducted on December 12 2022 at SMPN 129 Jakarta. The results of the study show that the KL Standards of SMPN 129 Jakarta related to Spirituality, mastery of Science and Technology, and further education can be fulfilled by the teacher's role in developing each national standard and implementing programs outside of class hours.

Abstract

Educator management and education personnel are activities that must be carried out from educators and education personnel entering the educational organization to stopping through the process of HR planning, recruitment, selection, placement, compensation, awards, education and development training, and dismissal. Abstract

Advances in knowledge and technology make schools have to adapt to changes in zama. Facilities and infrastructure are important in supporting the learning process that can create graduates from schools to become excellent graduates. Excellent graduates are expected to be in accordance with the needs of the industrial world or the needs of society in general. One of the effectiveness of learning activities in SMK is the field of facilities and infrastructure. This study aims to determine the management of educational facilities and infrastructure at SMK Proklamasi Tanjungmekar Karawang in improving superior graduates. This research uses qualitative methods with a phenomonological approach, with the research location at SMK Proklamasi Tanjungmekar Karawang. Data collection techniques are carried out through interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The data analysis technique that researchers use is data reduction, then presenting data and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of the research conducted, the management of educational facilities and infrastructure at SMK Proklamasi Tanjungmekar Karawang was obtained as follows. 1) the planning process of facilities and infrastructure implemented at SMK Proklamasi is in accordance with the established SOP, 2) the process of organizing facilities and infrastructure has been carried out in accordance with the job description well, 3) the implementation of facilities and infrastructure is running well, 4) the process of supervising facilities and infrastructure is running well

Abstract

Indonesia is a country with the largest Muslim population with 86.88% of the total population of Indonesia being Muslim. (kemendagri.go.id, 2021). In Islamic teachings there is the term zakat, which is an obligation in the Islamic faith to pay a certain portion of some wealth. Based on the Zakat Outlook 2017 in PUZKAS BAZNAS that the potential for zakat in Indonesia reaches 217 T while the accumulated potential is only 5 T. Advances in payment system technology can replace the role of cash as a more effective non-cash payment instrument and efficiently, e-commerce has become the choice for the fundraising strategy implemented by the Initiative Zakat Indonesia. This research aims to find out how the zakat fundraising strategy through the e-commerce platform at the Initiative Zakat Indonesia institution can maximize the existing zakat potential. This research is qualitative research and uses descriptive qualitative methods. In this study, the subject-taking technique used targeted sampling and interview data collection techniques, and data source triangulation was used as data validity. Abstract

Digital electronics practicum is one of the subjects studied in the Physics Education Study Program at the University of Jambi. Based on the initial needs questionnaire, it was found that 88% of students stated the logic gate material, including material that was difficult to learn. The purpose of this research is to develop a practicum module on logic gates material. This research is development research that uses the ADDIE development model and is carried out up to the evaluation stage. The subjects of this study were 35 students of Physics Education FKIP Jambi University class of 2017. The instruments used were media and material validation questionnaires as well as student perception questionnaires. The Analyze phase was used to obtain data, namely that there was no review of the material in the practicum guide previously used and work procedures that were difficult to understand. Next is the Design stage, the printed module design is made using the Microsoft Office Word 2010 program. The Develop stage, the development of direct instruction-based digital electronics modules on logic gates material. The results of the validation of the practicum presentation were 87% in the very good category and the results of the material validation were 62% in the good category. As for the results of student perceptions of the product being developed is 89% with a very good category. The advantage of the product being developed is that the experimental procedures are arranged systematically according to the Direct Instruction syntax. Based on these results it can be concluded that the digital electronics practicum module on logic gate material is suitable for use as a learning medium that can be used in the implementation of learning digital electronics practicum courses.

Abstract

Problem-solving ability is one of the goals of learning mathematics and is demonstrated by the ability to understand the problems that occur, compile a settlement plan, carry out the plan, and review the solutions that have been obtained. This research aims to discover and describe students' mathematical problem-solving abilities in the sub-material Comparison of Trigonometry in Right-Angled Triangles. This type of research is qualitative and uses descriptive methods. The sample used in the study was 46 students from class X MIPA 1. The data collection technique used a problem-solving ability test in the form of two-story questions. The results obtained from this study are the average percentage of achievement indicators of students' mathematical problem-solving abilities. The indicator of understanding the problem is 77.55%, the indicator of compiling a settlement plan is 88.75%, the indicator of carrying out the plan is 96.05%, and the indicator of reviewing is 63.4%. It can be concluded that class X students at SMAN 5 Serang City have high mathematical problem-solving abilities
