Abstract

This study aims to produce and test the feasibility of an e-module motorcycle starter system for class XII students of Motorcycle Business Engineering at SMK Negeri 1 Jamblang. The type of research used is research and development. The stages of e-module development with the Four-D development model are the definition stage, the design stage, the develop stage, and the dissemination stage. This research involves material experts, media experts, and students as research subjects and research objects in the form of assessment and response to the feasibility of e-modules, data collection techniques using questionnaires with quantitative descriptive data analysis techniques. The results showed that the e-module through a feasibility test from a material expert obtained a feasibility level of 3.05 with a "very feasible" classification, from a media expert it obtained a feasibility level of 3.83 with a "very feasible" classification, and from student responses of 3, 5 with a “very decent” classification. From the results of the feasibility test, the starter system e-module is suitable for use in the learning process of motorcycle electrical maintenance.

Abstract

This study aims to compile and test the feasibility of the fuel system E-module for class XI of the Automotive Light Vehicle Engineering Department at SMK Muhammadiyah Piyungan. This includes research and development with 4D models. The subjects in this study consisted of material experts and media experts as well as class XI students majoring in Automotive Light Vehicle Engineering at SMK Muhammadiya Piyungan as users of the learning media developed. The object of research is teaching materials. The technique of collecting data is using a questionnaire and observation. The data analysis technique used quantitative descriptive. The research instrument uses preliminary study instruments, expert validation instruments, and product testing instruments. The results of the research are: (1) The learning e-module product for Light Vehicle Engine Maintenance at SMK Muhammadiyah Piyungan was developed based on the 4D research model, namely: Define, Design, Develop and Disseminate, and (2) E-Module development is suitable for use as teaching materials. This is evidenced by the average score of the material expert validation results of 3.01 including the appropriate category, from the media expert getting a score of 3.00 including the appropriate category, from the field test results getting a score of 3.09 including the appropriate category, so that the overall average of the validation results by the material expert, media experts, and field tests get an average score of 3.03 including the appropriate category.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to produce learning videos and to determine the feasibility of learning videos to be applied to light vehicle electrical maintenance eyes at SMKN Taliwang. This development research uses Dick and Carry's method, which includes 5 development steps, namely Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation. This learning video was validated by six material experts and five media experts and then tested on 29 students of class XI TKR at SMKN 1 Taliwang using a questionnaire. The results of tie validation by material experts have an average of 4.1 with a percentage of 56% which is categorized in the appropriate criteria. Likewise, the results of the feasibility test from media experts have a value of 4.06 with a percentage of 62% which is categorized as Eligible. Then the results of the student trial get an average value of 4.134 with a percentage of 61% which is categorized in the Eligible criteria. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the learning video media on the subject of light vehicle electrical maintenance is feasible to be used in the learning process.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to increase the effectiveness of learning, both in terms of time, funds, facilities, and manpower in order to achieve a goal optimally, and facilitate the learning process. This research is a development research. Development of E-learning module which refers to the development model of S.Thigharajan, Doroth Semmel.this research has four methods, namely the first introduction, the second development, the third research study and the fourth dissemination Based on the learning module for Basic Automotive Engineering subjects that have been validated by one material expert and one media expert, a trial was conducted on 28 students of class X of the Automotive Light Vehicle Engineering Department at SMK Muhammadiyah Imogiri. Based on the results of the analysis of this study, it shows that E-learning can produce good quality, and can be used as a source of learning materials. The results of this study can be proven by the average total score from the assessment of material experts with a total score of 3.48 out of a maximum score of 4 so that it can be said to be in the very feasible category and the average total score from the media expert's assessment is 3.40 of the score. a maximum of 4 so that it can be said to be in the very feasible category, the average score from the field test is 3.13 out of a maximum score of 4 so it can be said to be in the feasible category, so that the overall average results of the evaluation of material experts, media experts, and field test results get an average score of 3.28 out of a maximum score of 4 so that it is included in the appropriate category for use.

Abstract

This research aimed for (1) obtaining good and quality E-Modul for The Basic Work of Automotive Engineering Subject in the Occupational Health and Safety material at SMK Muhammadiyah Piyungan, (2) knowing the appropriateness of the E-Modul for The Basic Work of Automotive Engineering Subject in the Occupational Health and Safety material at SMK Muhammadiyah Piyungan. The type of this study is a research and development by using 4D model. The subject of this study consists of material expert namely the Teacher of SMK Muhammadiyah Piyungan and media expert namely the Lecturer of Mechanical Engineering Vocational Education Study Program of UST Yogyakarta, along the students of class 10 of light vehicles engineering department as the user from the developed instructional media. The object of this study is the E- Modul for The Basic Work of Automotive Engineering Subject in the Occupational Health and Safety material. Data collection technique uses questionnaire and observation and data collection instrument uses preliminary study, instrument, and expert validation instrumen as well as product trials.The data analysis technique uses quantitative descriptive. This research and decelopment model consists of few stages such as define, design, development, and dissemination. The result of this study.were the instructional media in a form of E-Modul for The Basic Work of Automotive Engineering Subject in the Occupational Health andlSafety material. The instructional media development was proper to be used according to the feasibility test by the material expert in the amount of 3,00, by the media expert was 3,16, and the field test by 3,08, so therefore the evaluation result by the material expert, media expert, and field test obtained the average score by 3,08 out of the 4 as maximal score. According to the result obtained from feasibility test, the E-Modullof the Occupational Health and Safety was proper to use in the learning.

Abstract

The aims of this study are (1) to determine the correlation between Creative Product and Entrepreneurship Learning Achievement (PKK) with Entrepreneurial Interest. (2) To find out the correlation between Industrial Practice Results (PI) and Entrepreneurial Interest. (3) To find out the correlation between Creative Product and Entrepreneurship Learning Achievement (PKK) and Industrial Practice Results (PI) with Entrepreneurial Interest. This type of research is quantitative research, with a population of 65 students. The subjects taken consist of two classes, namely the TKR XIA class and the TKR XIB class at SMK Taruna Bangsa Pati. For data collection, the instrument used includes documentation and questionnaires. This data analysis technique uses a descriptive test, the analysis requirements test includes a normality test and a linearity test. This hypothesis test uses the Product moment correlation test and also the multiple correlation test. The results of this study (1) There is a positive and significant correlation between Creative Product Learning Achievement and entrepreneurship (PPK) with Entrepreneurial Interest. Judging from the results of the value of sig. (1-tailed) the result is 0.004 (positive) and rcount > rtable (0.616 > 0.224). (2) There is a positive and significant correlation between Industrial Practice Results (PI) and Entrepreneurial Interest. Judging from the results of the value of sig. (1-tailed) the result is 0.045 (positive) rcount > rtable (0.616 > 0.224). (3) There is a positive and significant correlation between Creative Product and Entrepreneurship Learning Achievement (PKK) and Industrial Practice Results (PI) with Entrepreneurial Interest. Judging from the results of the three test scores (0.616 > 0.224). Based on the results of this study, after going through the process using analyzes, it can be concluded that there is a correlation between Creative and Entrepreneurial Product Learning Achievements (PKK) and Industrial Practice Results (PI) with Entrepreneurial Interests in TKR XI class students at SMK Taruna Bangsa Pati with the results by 61.6%. It can be seen from the value of 38.4% obtained from other variables. So it is not included in the discussion in this study. It can be seen that the figure of 38.4% does not come from one variable but from making an effective contribution to students' self-interest, but this will also be divided into other variables. In this number there is the smallest achievement.

Abstract

Today’s rapid technological development demands appropriate learning changes for students, especially in the subject of drawing design and manufacturing engineering training in Vocational High School (SMK). Vocational School in technology and industry groups are required to have quality skills and be able to compete in the world of work. In achieving goals and adapting to the times, teachers need to provide guidance with teaching materials that are much more effective and practical. This tesearch is a development research (R&D) by developing an e-module of drawing design and manufacturing techniques at SMK N 1 Seyegan. The assessment of the feasibility level of this e-module include material aspects from expert lecturers, teachers and media aspects as well as trials. The results of this e-module development research obtained feasibility results with a percentage of 79.38% and are in good classification with an average statistic of 3.18.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) the positive relationship between learning facilities and learning achievement of Basic Automotive Work of TKR students at SMK Muhamadiyah 2 Sleman. (2) There is a positive relationship between learning facilities at home and learning motivation with learning achievement of Basic Automotive Jobs for TKR students at SMK Muhamadiyah 2 Sleman. This type of research is ex-post facto. As for the method used is correlational. The population of this research is the students of class X TKR SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Sleman as many as 63 students. The sample selection technique used proportional random sampling with a total of 25 students. Collecting data using questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used was partial correlation and multiple correlation analysis. The results of this study (1) there is a positive and significant relationship between learning facilities at home and learning achievement for basic automotive engineering R Square of 0.801. (2) there is a positive and significant relationship between learning motivation and learning achievement of basic automotive engineering students at SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Sleman.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe learning difficulties in basic automotive engineering work during the covid-19 pandemic. This type of research is a (mixed-method) research. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation. The research instrument is a questionnaire. The result of the construct validation test conducted by expert showed that the instrument was very feasible to be used for research. The result of the validation test using a used test involving as many as 19 student showed 20 valid items. The results of the reliability test obtained that the value of Alpha = 0,871 was high. The data analysis technique used descriptive statistical analysis. The result showed that learning difficulties in Automotive Engineering Basic Work during the covid-19 pandemic were low. Learning difficulties consist of internal and external factors with the following conclusions. 1) the internal factor of learning difficulties in the Basic Automotive Engineering Work during the covid-19 pandemic which consists of low attitude and motivation. 2) external factors, which consist of family factors, school factors, and community factors with learning difficulties in Automotive Engineering Basic Work during the covid-19 pandemic are relatively low.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the transformation of learning media in automotive engineering basic work subjects during the covid 19 pandemic. This type of research was descriptive research. The collection technique used observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used Miles and Huberman's interactive analysis model included data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the transformation of learning media on basic automotive engineering subjects during the covid 19 pandemic was carried out well using What'sApp and Google classroom. The media used by the teacher were pictures, videos, softcopy and hardcopy, giving worksheets, and modules. The value that appears in students is the value of the character of reading/literacy and creative. Facilities and infrastructure were in the form of laptops, computers, smartphones, internet quotas, and wifi. The obstacles were difficulties in managing learning time and making learning more conducive, internet quotas owned by students and communication devices owned by students, and difficulties in using online media during learning. The solution in dealing with the application of learning media in basic automotive engineering work subjects during the COVID-19 pandemic was to provide guidance and direction to keep learning even though online during the pandemic. The teacher gives the material to the students in the form of a softfile with a small/light capacity. The teacher provided internet quota assistance and provides hardcopies for the students. To conclude, the transformation of learning media on basic automotive engineering subjects during the covid 19 pandemic was carried out well.
