Abstract

This study tried b rtnd  logyakarta oat the degree of teacher life satisfaction and its interactionwith their age, gender, and level of education. Researeh subject of this study were participants of creativity training  teachers. Questionnaire  personal background. It was  for  secondary school was used to reveal the life satisfaction and found  that most of the creativity training alumni of the secondary teachers perceived they had a high life satisfaction rank  from  future. The highest were: psychological satisfaction and in  Independent variables such as age, gender, and level of education turned out only level of education, that has a correlation with life satisfaction. Most of the subject have part time job and that might explain on their solution to the  fact  that teacher's salary is relatively low.

Abstract

This study aimed at developing an integrated curriculum of art and culture and developing a model of evaluating art and culture learning at Junior High Schools (SMP). This study was a Research and Development study consisting of some stages, i.e. survey, designing instrument, testing the instrument, drafting the model of evaluating art and culture learning, limited and extended validation for the model, implementation, and analysis of the effectiveness of the model. This study made use the experimental method with pre-test and post-test. Data analysis was carried out using multilevel analysis. The results of the study are: 1) the development of integrated curriculum puts the emphasize more on the integration of learning material for art and culture subject rather than on the curriculum; 2) the appropriate evaluation model of learning art and culture should contain: Context, which is based on the previous competency and the school cultural environment, Learning Design, which is based on the descriptions of context and target; Implementation and Monitoring, which are carried out continuously; Product Measurement which includes the cognitive, psychomotor, and affective aspects; Decision Making, which is based on the product, and Recommendation in the form of learning that concerns imitation, creation, or originality

Abstract

Pre-post test with control group experimental research design, applied on 30 dasa wisma groups in 3 public health center work areas of Bantul regency, with main purpose to find out the estimation number of parameter of public health education as a result of cooperative self help intervention and to construct the model which suitable for dasa wisma woman, resulting: a) Action aspect shows the highest estimation number is 0,73, and b) Model of cooperative self-help approach is suitable to be applied on dasa wisma.Key words: publich health education, cooperative self help, dasa wisma

Abstract

Abstract This research was studying students’ readiness and expectation to the implementation of “constructive active learning”, teaching strategy, to support the competency-based curriculum. A survey with quantitative approach was conducted to third semester students at the Technical Engineering Teaching Education Study Program, Faculty of Engineering, UNY. With simple random sampling technique there were 197 samples of students. Data collecting with questionnaire have been tested its’ validity by rational judgment and validity of construct through with factor analysis. Reliability calculated with Alpha formula of Cronbach. Data analyzed with descriptive analysis. Result  of research indicate that: 1) Student expectation to constructive active study according to study demand in applying of competence based curriculum is included at medium-high category with average 111.24 and attainment of score equal to 77.25% 2) Readiness of student in constructive active study according to study demand in applying of competence-based curriculum is included medium-high category with average 147.42 and attainment of score equal to 72.26%. therefore competent active study could be applied, but need efforts to improve of the readiness of student in learning. Abstract

STANDAR UJI KOMPETENSI LULUSAN PROGRAM MAGISTER PENDIDIKAN BAHASA PERANCISAbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui standar kompetensi lulusan program studi magister Pendidikan Bahasa Perancis di Sekolah Pascasarjana Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deksriptif. Subjek penelitian adalah lulusan Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa Perancis SPS UPI sejumlah 10 orang. Pengumpulan data penelitian dilakukan melalui studi pendahuluan berupa proses kajian literatur untuk menghasilkan instrumen, pengembangan instrumen dengan menyusun naskah akademik, serta kisi-kisi dan validasi instrumen. validasi dilakukan melalui penilaian instrumen oleh tenaga ahli penimbang untuk menguji keunggulan dari instrumen yang dikembangkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa standar kompetensi lulusan sudah sesuai karakteristik Kerangka Kualifikasi Nasional Indonesia dan Cadre Européen Commun de Reference pour Les Langues (Kerangka Acuan Umum Eropa untuk Bahasa). Kisi-kisi Uji Kompetensi Lulusan sudah sesuai dengan tuntutan keluasan dan kedalaman materi dan memperhatikan prinsip-prinsip urgensi, kontinuitas, relevansi, dan keterpakaian.AbstractThis study was aimed at developing a competency test instrument accordance with the standards contained in KKNI and CECRL. The study carried out using the descriptive method. The subjects were 10 graduates of the French Language Department of the Indonesia Education University (IEU). Data-collection procedure included a preliminary study to review literature to design the research instrument and development and validation of the instrument. Instrument validation was conducted by expert judgement. The results of this study are expected to have utility and virtue as a reference in the design and formulation efforts graduate competency test devices, producing quality graduates who graduate professional quality and standardized according to KKNI and CECRL. The results showed the design of an academic paper has fulfilled the characteristics KKNI and CECRL, grilles Test Competency in accordance with the demands of the material and observing the principles of urgency, continuity, relevance, also the design of the device model Competency Test Graduates eligible to continue in the form of compilation and validation of items.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model panduan pendidik pengajaran sastra berbasis pendidikan karakter. Penelitian dilakukan dengan melibatkan 10 guru bahasa Indonesia, 150 siswa kelas 2 dari 10 sekolah, serta empat ketua MGMP kabupaten/kota dan satu ketua MGMP provinsi. Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan di dalam penelitian ini adalah human instrument, wawancara, observasi, angket, dan format penelaahan. Analisis data dilakukan melalui teknik deskriptif kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persoalan yang dihadapi oleh para guru adalah kurangnya sumber-sumber pengayaan untuk mengembangkan pembelajaran sastra, baik dalam bentuk perangkat pembelajaran maupun praktinya di kelas, yang diintegrasikan dengan pendidikan karakter. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan buku panduan pengajaran sastra berbasis pendidikan karakter

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menggali ada-tidaknya pengaruh supervisi terhadap tinggi rendahnya kepuasan kerja guru, ada-tidaknya pengaruh supervisi terhadap kepuasan kerja guru, dan ada-tidaknya pengaruh supervisi dan iklim kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja guru. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan metode ex post facto. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket. Populasinya guru SMK Swasta di Kecamatan Cikarang Utara Kabupaten Bekasi sebanyak 172 dengan menggunakan  teknik penyampelan acak berlapis ganda dan diperoleh 50 guru. Hasil penelitian adalah pertama, terdapat pengaruh supervisi terhadap kepuasan kerja guru dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0.951 dan persamaan regresi sebesar Y = 70.390 + 0.259 X . Kedua, terdapat pengaruh iklim organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja guru dengan koefisen korelasi sebesar 0.964 dan regression equation Y = 89.602 + 0.28 X . Ketiga, terdapat pengaruh supervisi dan iklimorganisasi secara bersama-sama dengan kepuasan kerja guru dengan koefisien regresi ganda sebesar 0.974 danregression equationY = 0.967 + 0.413 X + 0.538 X .

Abstract

Peminatan Sekolah Mengah Atas (SMA) dilakukan pada awal pendaftaran. Proses peminatan SMAmemiliki banyak kriteria,tidak semua sekolah mampu menggunakan acuan yang telah ditentukan secara kumulatif oleh kementerian pendidikan dan kebudayaan Indonesia. Tujuan dari tulisan ini adalah membangun suatu model multi attribute decision making (MADM) dengan metode penyelesaian weighted product (WP) sebagai Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Peminatan SMA dalam pengelompokan mata pelajaran yang sesuai dengan kurikulum 2013. Membuat sistem pendukung keputusan peminatan SMA diperlukan data berupa nilai raport Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP), nilai UN SMP, dan minat siswa. Data sampel untuk uji sistemdiambil dari data siswa kelas X, SMA Negeri 13 Semarang. Hasil uji sistem menunjukkan 93.2% dari 103 jumlah data siswa sesuai dengan proses peminatan yang dilakukan manual di SMA N 13 Semarang.

Abstract

This study was aimed at analyzing the students’ critical thinking skills in the integrated 5E peer instruction learning cycle in temperature and heat material. This mixed-method research with embedded experimental design involved 33 students of class X in Sidoarjo state high school. The research instrument consists of treatment instruments and measurement instruments. The treatment instrument consists of syllabus, lesson plan, and student worksheet. The measurement instrument consisted of critical thinking skills tests, interview guide sheets and field notes. The test research instrument was in the form of 8 test questions developed based on critical thinking indicators proposed by Ennis with a reliability of 0.72. The quantitative data on students’ critical thinking skills were analyzed using paired t-test, while qualitative data were analyzed by reducing the results of student interviews. The results show that the students’ critical thinking skill in the temperature and heat materials increased after following the peer instruction integrated 5E learning cycle. The students have been able to build basic skills, provide simple explanations, organize strategies and tactics, make further explanations and are still unable to make conclusions from the physics problems presentedKEMAMPUAN BERPIKIR KRITIS SISWA DALAMMODEL PEMBELAJARAN TERINTEGRASIAbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa pada model siklus belajar 5E terintegrasi peer instruction dalam materi suhu dan kalor. Penelitian mixed-method dengan desain embedded experimental ini melibatkan 33 siswa kelas X di SMA Negeri di Sidoarjo. Instrumen penelitian terdiri dari instrumen perlakuan dan instrumen pengukuran. Instrumen perlakuan terdiri dari silabus, RPP, dan LKS. Instrumen pengukuran terdiri dari tes kemampuan berpikir kritis, lembar panduan wawancara, dan lembar catatan lapangan. Instrumen penelitian tes berupa 8 soal uraian tes yang dikembangkan berdasarkan indikator berpikir kritis yang dikemukakan oleh Ennis dengan reliabilitas 0,72. Data kuantitatif kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa dianalisis menggunakan paired t-test. Data kualitatif dianalisis dengan melakukan reduksi terhadap hasil wawancara siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa pada materi suhu dan kalor meningkat setelah mengikuti pembelajaran siklus belajar 5E terintegrasi peer instruction. Siswa sudah mampu dalam membangun keterampilan dasar, memberikan penjelasan sederhana, mengatur strategi dan taktik, membuat penjelasan lebih lanjut, dan masih kurang mampu dalam membuat kesimpulan dari permasalahan fisika yang disajikan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja sistem pengujian hasil belajar berbantuan komputer dalam hal proses pemilihan butir-butir tes yang tepat bagi siswa serta menilai kemampuan hasil proses pelaksanaan program pembelajaran siswa dengan bantuan komputer. Jenis penelitiannya Research and Development (RD), yang terbagi atas pengembangan program pengujian dan penilaian berbantuan komputer serta pengujian kinerja program dalam proses pengujian kemampuan siswa SMA di DIY dan penilaian pelaksanaan program pembelajaran. Teknik pengambilan data dilakukan dengan observasi, dokumentasi, angket, dan pengujian dengan teknik analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan evaluatif. Hasil penelitian meliputi pertama, dalam pengelolaan tes, program komputer mampu melakukan pengadministrasian bank soal, pengemasan butir-butir tes secara otomatis berdasar algoritma yang diberikan, pengemasan jumlah butir tes sesuai dengan kemampuan siswa, pengacakan letak jawaban benar pada alternatif pilihan jawaban dari masing-masing butir tes, dan penyimpanan rekaman hasil tes, baik secara individu maupun kelompok. Kedua, program omputer mampu memberikan penilaian terhadap kemampuan siswa, baik dalam pengujian maupun pelaksanaan proses pembelajaran secara otomatis
