Abstract

This study aims to develop a comprehensive evaluation system on Bahasa Indonesia learning outcome for Junior High School students based on Gall & Borg model. The study has some findings. First, the SWOT analysis results show the need of developing a comprehensive evaluation system on Indonesian learning outcomes at grade level. Second, the rules of the comprehensive evaluation system are packed into three parts; the conceptual rules of learning outcomes evaluation, the implementation rules of the evaluation of learning outcomes at the beginning, on the process, and at the end of the study, and follow-up of the learning outcomes evaluation. Third, the research product in the form of a comprehensive evaluation system of learning outcomesmanual book for Indonesian teachers is considered feasible by expert and very well perceived by the teacher. Fourth, the try-out results with the technique of one-sample t-test (one-tail) at a 95% confidence level showed a significant increase on teachers’ pedagogical competence. This is shown by the group A, t-value 6.6149 is greater than the table of t-values1746, group B, t-value 7.8257 is greater than the table of t-values 1729, and the group C 10.0857 t-count is greater than the table of t-values1697. Thus, this comprehensive Indonesian learning outcomes evaluation system is effective to improve teachers pedagogical competence.

Abstract

Kurikulum 2013 mulai diterapkan di SMK pada mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia yang menyebabkan perubahan pada proses dan hasil belajar siswa, sehingga perlu dilakukan penelitian tentang proses pembelajaran mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia di kelas X SMK kurikulum 2013. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui kesulitan yang dialami guru dalam mengembangkan soal, kualitas soal, dan rekonstruki soal penilaian aspek keterampilan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini adalah (1) Kesulitan yang dihadapi guru adalah kurangnya pemahaman guru mengenai pengembangan soal penilaian aspek keterampilan karena contoh model soal yang sangat terbatas. (2) Kualitas soal dilihat melalui perolehan skor dari aspek yang dinalisis yaitu aspek materi, konstruksi, dan bahasa/budaya. Berdasarkan analisis aspek materi didapatkan skor penilaian untuk aspek materi tiap teks, yaitu teks anekdot 63,46; teks eksposisi 69,44; teks laporan hasil observasi 82,89; teks prosedur kompleks 83,33; dan teks negosiasi 72,22. Pada aspek konstruksi diperoleh skor tiap teks, yaitu teks anekdot 42,31; teks eksposisi 44,44; teks laporan hasil observasi 52,63; teks prosedur kompleks 56,67; dan teks negosiasi 36,11. Pada aspek bahasa/budaya diperoleh skor tiap teks, yaitu teks anekdot 76,92; teks eksposisi 66,67; teks laporan hasil observasi 84,21; teks prosedur kompleks 97,33; dan teks negosiasi 66,67. (3) Rekonstruksi soal dilakukan tiap kompetensi pada tek yang memperoleh skor terendah yaitu pada aspek keterampilan yang meliputi menginterpretasi, memproduksi, menyunting, mengabstraksi, dan mengonversi teks anekdot, teks eksposisi, teks laporan hasil observasi, teks prosedur kompleks, dan teks negosiasi.  The latest curriculum in 2013 which was implemented in SMK in Indonesian subjects logic also cause changes in the process and out comes of student learning so that it is necessary to do research on student learning with curriculum 2013 on the Indonesian subjects in class X SMK. The purpose of this study was to know the difficulties encountered in the preparation of teachers about the skills, to know the quality of assessment to know reconstruction of about assessment skills aspect of Indonesian subjects of class X SMK 2013. This research is a descriptive qualitative approach.The results of this study were (1) The difficulties encountered in the preparation of teachers about the skills assessment aspects of Indonesian subjects in class X SMK with curriculum in 2013 is teacher dificulitie to undertand how to make the assessment questions on the skills aspect of Indonesian subjects cause the sample too limit. (2) The quality of assessment questions based on the analysis of the material aspects of the score figures obtained for each material aspect ofthe text, that text anecdotes 63.46; 69.44 exposition text; text report the observation of 82.89; 83.33 complex procedure text; and construction aspects of the negotiating text 72,22. On aspect of contruct score figures obtained for each text, the text anecdotes 42.31; 44.44 exposition text; text report the observation of 52.63; 56.67 complex procedure text; and 36.11 negotiating text. In the aspect of language/culture figures obtained score of each text, the text anecdotes 76.92; 66.67 exposition text; text report the observation of 84.21; 97.33 complex procedure text; and 66.67 negotiating text. (3) Reconstruction of about assessment skills aspects of the Indonesian subjects of class X SMK curriculum in 2013 is to all the skill aspect and all the text that anecdotes text, expotition text, the report of observaion tet, complex procedure text, and negotiating text. The reconstruction on the less score of them.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan gambaran model-model penilaian kinerja guruuntuk dapat dirumuskan satu model yang efektifPenelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menganalisis sumber-sumber pustakaterkait dengan penilaian kinerja guru. Dilihat dari analisis datanya penelitian ini menggunakan duaanalisis utama yaitu analisis meta untuk mengkaji hasil-hasil penelitian serta analisis isi untukmengkaji pustaka-pustaka terkait dengan penilaian kinerja guru. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadaphasil-hasil penelitian, buku-buku pustaka, dokumen-dokumen maupun informasi-informasi yangterdapat dalam internet. Data yang terkumpul dalam penelittian ini dianalisis secara kualitatif denganmemperhatikan tujuan penelitianHasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (a) Pada dasarnya terdapat persamaan kriteria yangdigunakan berbagai institusi dalam penilaian kinerja. Kriteria-kriteria tersebut meliputi aspekpembelajaran (perencanaan, pelaksanaan, manajemen kelas, lingkungan belajar dan asesmen),komunikasi dan pengembangan profesionalisme, (b) Dilihat dari cara penialian kinerja, padadasarnya hampir semua negara menggunakan paduan dari berbagai metode seperti pengamatan,dokumentasi maupun isian dan test, (c) Pemaknaan terhadap hasil penilaian kinerja guru (scoring)juga menunjukkan variasi yang beragam, namun demikian apabila dicermati pada dasarnya semuanegara menggunakan empat kriteria yang meliputi kategori: istimewa, tinggi, butuh pengembangandan tidak memuaskan(tidak lulus).Kata kunci: penilaian, model, kinerja guru

Abstract

Kebijakan reproporsi SMA-SMK dari 70: 30 menjadi 70:30 merupakan salahsatu upayapemerintah dalam hal ini Kementrian Pendidikan Nasional dalam mengatasi permasalahanpengangguran melalui pemberdayaan SMK. Namun demikian aspek yang harus dicermatiadalah reproporsi tersebut bukan hanya pada aspek jumlah, namun yang lebih penting adalahaspek relevansi. Dalam konteks otonomi daerah, setiap daerah dituntut untuk mampumenentukan berapa jumlah SMK yang harus didirikan di tempatnya serta bidang apasaja yangharus dibuka. Pengembangan SMK berbasis potensi daerah penting dilakukan gunamewujudkan pendidikan yang mampu memanfaatkan dan mengoptimalkan potensi daerah,meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi, dan diversifikasi lapangan kerja bagi lulusan.Kata Kunci: reproporsi, SMA, SMK, otonomi daerah

Abstract

Abstract: The evaluation of CIPP model is a very complete and comprehensive evaluation model in evaluating a program. This study aims to evaluate online learning for writing subject in the Indonesian Language and Literature Education Department, IKIP PGRI Bojonegoro during the covid-19 pandemic using CIPP evaluation model. This qualitative study is descriptive evaluative research. There are primary and secondary data. Technique in collecting data are interview, questionnaire, and documentation. This study utilizes an online learning evaluation instrument for writing subject using 21 questions and implementing very inappropriate criteria (≤ 25 %), not suitable criteria (≥ 26%), appropriate criteria (≥ 51%), and very suitable criteria (≥ 76%). The data is analyzed using content analysis method. The results of study show that the evaluation of online learning on writing subject during the covid-19 pandemic using CIPP evaluation model on the context aspect obtains 90%. In the input aspect, the percentage is 82%. In the process aspect, the percentage is 88%. In the product aspect, the percentage is 92%. The percentage is obtained from the average number of all indicators in each aspect. It can be concluded that online learning of writing subject during the covid-19 pandemic from all aspects (context, input, process, product) is very appropriate. Keywords: CIPP evaluation model, online learning, writing subject, covid-19 pandemic Abstrak: Evaluasi model CIPP merupakan model evaluasi yang sangat lengkap dan komprehensif dalam mengevaluasi suatu program. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melakukan evaluasi pada perkuliahan daring mata kuliah keterampilan menulis di Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia, IKIP PGRI Bojonegoro selama masa pandemi covid-19 dengan menggunakan model evaluasi CIPP. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif evaluatif. Data pada penelitian ini bersifat primer dan sekunder. Data dikumpulkan dengan teknik wawancara, angket, dan dokumentasi. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen evalusi perkuliahan daring keterampilan menulis dengan menggunakan 21 soal dan menerapkan kriteria sangat tidak sesuai (≤ 25%), tidak sesuai (≥ 26%), sesuai (≥ 51%), dan sangat sesuai (≥ 76%). Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode content analysis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa evaluasi perkuliahan daring keterampilan menulis selama masa pandemi covid-19 dengan model evaluasi CIPP pada aspek context didapatkan persentase sebesar 90%. Pada aspek input didapatkan persentase sebesar 82%. Pada aspek process didapatkan persentase sebesar 88%. Pada aspek product didapatkan persentase sebesar 92%. Persentase ini diambil dari rata-rata jumlah semua indikator pada masing-masing aspek. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa perkulian daring keterampilan menulis selama masa pandemi covid-19 dari semua aspek (context, input, process, product) sudah sangat sesuai. Kata Kunci: evaluasi model CIPP, perkulihan daring, keterampilan menulis, pandemi covid-19

Abstract

The development of the education system in the 21st century demanded change in all aspects. Determination of Minimum Competency Assessment (AKM) has the impact of changes in the implementation of the learning evaluation process. The implementation of AKM in the education system applies to all subjects, including Bahasa Indonesia. One of the components related to the learning of Bahasa Indonesia precisely the learning of Expression Of Writing Literature is AKM Literacy. The limitation of the resources and test instruments in the implementation of learning evaluation becomes a problem that needs to be addressed wisely and immediately because it will affect the achievement of learning objectives. The purpose of this study is 1) describe the analysis of the error of the instrument of the test of deeds in the Indonesian Language Student Book Grade XI SMA which is charged with AKM reading literacy, and 2) describe the reconstruction of the error of the test instrument in the Book of Indonesian Language Students grade XI high school loaded with AKM reading literacy. The method used is descriptive qualitative with the model of literature and literature studies as well as strengthening through documentation and field observation. The results of this study showed that based on the results of the analysis of the test instrument there are several components that are not yet appropriate which include material aspects, construction aspects, and language aspects. As well as attaching the reconstruction results by making improvements to the test of the act of developing the text of the saga on the aspects of material, construction, language and improving reading literacy on the question.

Abstract

Abstrak: Bangsa yang besar adalah bangsa yang memiliki karakter kuat bersumber dari nilai-nilai yang digali dari budaya masyarakatnya. Nilai-nilai kearifan lokal bukanlah penghambat kemajuan di era global, namun menjadi kekuatan transformasional yang luar biasa dalam meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia sebagai modal keunggulan kompetetif dan komparatif suatu bangsa. Oleh karena itu, penggalian nilai-nilai kearifan lokal merupakan langkah strategis dalam upaya membangun karakter bangsa. Hamemayu Hayuning Bawana merupakan filosofi yang mengandung dimensi karakter secara komprehensif. Hamemayu hayuning bawana bermakna selalu mengupayakan peningkatan kesejahteraan rakyat dan mendorong terciptanya sikap serta perilaku hidup individu yang menekankan keselarasan manusia dengan manusia, manusia dengan alam, dan manusia dengan Allah dalam melaksanakan hidup dan kehidupan. Abstract

The learning process in Vocational High Schools must encourage students to have problem-solving skills needed in the industry through the application of appropriate learning models. In reality, the students' problem-solving skills in computer subjects and basic networks are still lacking, and the Problem-Based Learning learning model has never been applied. This research aims to understand the implementation of Problem-Based Learning (PBL) to improve students' problem-solving skills. This research is a class action research model of Kemmis and Taggart, carried out in three cycles; each cycle consisted of two meetings. The data were analyzed descriptively. The results show how PBL on computer subjects and basic networks can improve problem-solving skills. Improvements occurred in all aspects of observation. In problem-solving skills, 56.25% of the students in the above medium category in cycle I increased in cycle II to be 71.875% and increased again in cycle III to be 100%. This means that there are no students below the medium category in cycle III. PBL can improve problem-solving skills with the steps: (1) orienting students to the problem classically; (2) organizing students to study in a group work of four people and the division of tasks for each member; (3) guiding individual and group investigations on the same topic, discussed maximum in two groups; (4) developing and presenting the work done in front of the class with more time allocation in the discussion session; (5) analyzing and evaluating the problem-solving process that focuses on re-checking the results.

Abstract

This research aims to reveal: (1) the competencies profile of autotronic engineering at vocational high school; (2) the competencies profile of autotronic engineering required by the world of work; and (3) the description of relevance between the competencies profile of autotronic engineering at vocational high school and the competencies profile of autotronic engineering required by the world of work. This research was quantitative research with survey method. This research used descriptive analysis as a data analysis method. The results of this research are as follows. (1) There are 13 competency items in Support of Autotronic System cluster taught at vocational high school and required by the world of work, with a percentage of 81% out of 85% (irrelevant). (2) There are 34 competency items in Engine Management System cluster taught at vocational high school and required by the world of work, with a percentage of 70% out of 67% (relevant). (3) There are 44 competency items in the Chassis Management System cluster taught at vocational high school and required by the world of work, with a percentage of 70% out of 60% (relevant). (4) There are 37 competency items in the Comfort, Safety, and Information Technology cluster taught at vocational high school and required by the world of work, with a percentage of 52% out of 63% (irrelevant). (5) There are four competency items in the Vehicle Control System Cluster taught at vocational high school and required by the world of work, with a percentage of 27% out 59% (irrelevant).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kinerja Bursa Kerja Khusus (BKK) SMK Negeri Bidang Keahlian Teknologi dan Rekayasa di Kabupaten Sleman ditinjau dari dimensi input, proses dan output. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian evaluasi dengan model discrepancy. Responden pada penelitian ini adalah pengurus BKK dan siswa tingkat akhir (kelas XII atau XIII) di SMK Negeri Bidang Keahlian Teknologi dan Rekayasa di Kabupaten Sleman yang terdiri dari SMKN 2 Depok, SMKN 1 Seyegan, dan SMKN 1 Cangkringan. Penarikan sampel dilakukan pada responden siswa dengan teknik proportional random sampling. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan inventori, lembar observasi, lembar dokumentasi dan wawancara. Pengujian validitas instrumen menggunakan validitas isi dengan penilaian dari ahli (expert judgement). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kinerja BKK SMK Negeri Bidang Keahlian Teknologi dan Rekayasa baik ditinjau dari dimensi input, proses dan output secara umum masih masuk dalam kategori rendah. THE PERFORMANCE OF CAREER CENTER IN STATE VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL TECHNOLOGY AND ENGINEER EXPERTISE SECTOR IN SLEMAN REGENCYAbstractThis study aims to evaluate the performance of Career Center in State Vocational High School Technology and Engineer Expertise Sector Sleman Regency in terms of input, process and output dimension. This study was evaluation research with discrepancy model. Respondent in this study were the Career Center administrators and the latest grade students (class XII or XIII) in State Vocational High School Technology and Engineer Expertise Sector in Sleman Regency which consist of SMKN 2 Depok, SMKN 1 Seyegan, dan SMKN 1 Cangkringan. Sampling technique for students used proportional random sampling. Data was collected with inventory, observation sheets, documentation sheets and interview. The result of this study show that, in general the performance of Career Center in State Vocational High School Technology and Engineer Expertise Sector in Sleman Regency in input, process, and output dimension is included into low category.
