Al-Khair Journal: Management Education di tahun 2024 telah menggantikan/merubah nama dari Al-Khair Journal: Management, Education and Law MENJADI Al-Khair Journal: Management Education. Al-Khair Journal : Management Education pernah mengalami kerusakan servers jurnal secara total (di hack) pada awal tahun 2024, yang mengakibatkan semua artikel yang sudah dipublish mulai Vol.1 No.1 2021 s-d Vol. 3 No.2 2023 hilang semua. Abstract

Abstract: Difficulties in overcoming the management of online learning in the digital era are due to the level of availability of technological devices, the readiness of human resources, the level of technological literacy of teachers, students, and parents, and the readiness of educational institutions. The goal is to map and analyze the form of efforts to overcome the difficulties of online learning in the digital era during the Covid-19 pandemic. Using descriptive qualitative methods, data were collected through primary data and secondary data. Secondary data from the Tsanawiyah madrasah in Bengkulu. Primary data includes teacher profiling, motivation, type of difficulty and efforts to overcome the difficulties they experience. Secondary data consists of teacher literacy and attendance, statistics on teacher competency test results. Primary and secondary data were analyzed as an effort to overcome the difficulties of managing online learning in the digital era during the Covid-19 pandemic, taking into account their specific characteristics, situations and cultures. The study shows that differences in the socioeconomic groups of students and parents make up their chances of learning online. The gap in students' socio-economic classes has the consequence of the difficulty of managing online learning in communicating, responding, activating, collaborating and achieving student competencies and achievements. The existing structural gap is an important factor in interpreting the reality of the difficulties in managing online learning at Madrasah Tsanawiyah in Bengkulu. Keywords: Difficulties in Managing Online Learning, Digital Era, Empirical Study at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Bengkulu Abstak: Kesulitan mengatasi pengelolaan pembelajaran online di era digital, dikarenakan tingkat ketersediaan perangkat teknologi, kesiapan sumberdaya manusia, tingkat literasi teknologi guru, siswa, dan orang tua serta kesiapan lembaga pendidikan. Tujuan untuk memetakan dan menganalisis bentuk upaya mengatasi kesulitan pembelajaran online era digital selama pandemic Covid-19. Menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif, data dikumpulkan melalui data primer dan data sekunder. Data sekunder dari madrasah Tsanawiyah di Bengkulu. Data primer mencakup profiling guru, motivasi, tipe kesulitan dan upaya mengatasi kesulitan yang dialaminya. Data sekunder terdiri dari literasi dan presensi guru, statistic hasil uji kompetensi guru. Data primer dan data sekunder dianalisis sebagai upaya mengatasi kesulitan pengelolaan pembelajaran online era digital selama pandemic Covid-19, dengan mempertimbangkan karakteristik, situasi dan budaya khusus mereka. Studi ini menunjukkan bahwa perbedaan dalam kelompok social ekonomi siswa dan orang tua menyusun peluang mereka untuk belajar online. Kesenjangan kelas social ekonomi siswa memiliki konsekuensi tingkat kesulitan pengelolaan pembelajaran online dalam berkomunikasi, merespon, beraktivitas, berkolaborasi dan mencapai kompetensi serta prestasi siswa. Kesenjangan struktural yang ada menjadi faktor penting dalam menafsirkan realitas kesulitan pengelolaan pembelajaran online di Madrasah Tsanawiyah di Bengkulu. Abstract

Abstract[U1] Media in the learning process is an intermediary or introduction to the source of the message with the recipient of the message, stimulating thoughts, feelings, attention and willingness so that they are encouraged and involved in learning. Thematic learning is a form of integrated learning model that combines a concept in several materials, lessons or fields of study into a particular theme or topic of discussion so that there is an integration of knowledge, skills and values that enable students to actively discover scientific concepts and principles holistically, meaningfully and authentically. . The research is carried out using library research so that the method used in the research is library research. Interesting learning media can attract students' interest in the learning process. The function of learning media is to overcome the limitations of experience possessed by students, learning media can go beyond the classroom, media can instill correct, concrete and realistic concepts. The types of learning media consist of print-based media, human-based media, visual-based media, and computer-based media.

Abstract

Abstract: Teachers still create difficulties in improving professionalism, it can be seen that teacher professionalism is not optimal, certification policies have not improved teacher professionalism, teacher qualifications in carrying out duties are still low, teacher preparation in the teaching process is still not steady, less use of media and learning resources, creativity is still low, mastery of science and technology is still lacking, teachers lack creativity in teaching because it is not in their field. The purpose of this study is to map and analyze the effectiveness of leadership in improving the professionalism of Madrasah Aliyah Bengkulu teachers.Using descriptive qualitative methods. Data sources from scientific books, scientific articles, scientific journals both print and online, both nationally and internationally. The results showed that in developing teacher professionalism, leadership has provided guidance, direction, supervision and provided opportunities for teachers to attend training or trainings, include teachers in certification programs, provide opportunities to continue their studies, collaborate with other institutions / agencies, and carry out visits to other schools. So that professional teachers master the ins and outs of education and teaching and other sciences, teachers also get special education to become teachers who have special skills or expertise, and have competence. Thus it can be concluded that leadership effectiveness can improve teacher professionalism, so it can be recommended to improve teacher professionalism, thereby increasing the effectiveness of Aliyah madrasah leadership in Indonesia.Keywords: Effectiveness, Leadership, Teacher Professionalism, Madrasah Aliyah Abstrak: Guru masih menciptakan kesulitan dalam meningkatkan profesionalitas, hal ini terlihat sikap profesionalitas guru belum optimal, kebijakan sertifikasi belum ada peningkatan profesionalitas guru, kualifikasi guru dalam melaksanakan tugas masih rendah, persiapan guru dalam proses pengajaran masih kurang mantap, kurang memanfaatkan media dan sumber belajar, kreativitas masih rendah, penguasaan ilmu dan teknologi masih kurang, guru kurang kreatifitas dalam mengajar karena bukan pada bidangnya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk memetakan dan menganalisis efektivitas kepemimpinan dalam meningkatkan profesionalitas guru Madrasah Aliyah Bengkulu.Menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Sumber data dari buku-buku ilmiah, artikel ilmiah, jurnal ilmiah baik cetak maupun online, baik nasional maupun internasional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam mengembangkan profesionalitas guru, kepemimpinan telah memberikan bimbingan, pengarahan, pengawasan dan memberikan kesempatan kepada guru untuk mengikuti diklat atau pelatihan, mengikutkan guru dalam program sertifikasi, memberikan kesempatan melanjutkan studinya, melaksanakan kerjasama dengan lembaga/ instansi lain, serta melaksanakan kunjungan ke sekolah lain. Sehingga guru professional menguasai betul seluk beluk pendidikan dan pengajaran serta ilmu-ilmu lainnya, guru juga mendapatkan pendidikan khusus untuk menjadi guru yang memiliki keterampilan atau keahlian khusus, dan memiliki kompetensi. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa efektivitas kepemimpinan dapat meningkatkan profesionalitas guru, sehingga dapat disarankan untuk meningkatkan profesionalitas guru, maka tingkatkan efektivitas kepemimpinan madrasah Aliyah di Indonesia.Kata kunci: Efektivitas, Kepemimpinan, Profesionalitas Guru, Madrasah Aliyah

Abstract

Abstract: The morality and character of students who use excessive free fire online games tend to be negative, characterized by irresponsible characters, lack of empathy and tend to behave aggressively. This study aims to determine the collaboration of teachers and parents in overcoming the negative morality and character of students in the Free Fire online game era at SDN 61 Bengkulu Tengah. Using descriptive qualitative methods, with homeroom teachers, parents and students as informants, through observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques through data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions and verification. Data validity uses source triangulation, technique triangulation, and time triangulation. The results of the study show that: (1) Collaboration between teachers and parents in overcoming negative morality and character in students in the era of the Free Fire online game, namely by teachers actively involving parents through meetings and distributing report cards to communicate children's learning problems, and discussing solutions to overcome negative morality and character, building shared awareness about the negative impacts of games through meetings and discussions; (2) The impact of the online game Free Fire on students' morals and character is a decline in moral and character values, lack of empathy, lack of responsibility, and aggressive behavior; (3) The condition of students after playing the online game Free Fire, students are not concentrated and not focused on studying, tend to ignore schoolwork, and are not motivated to achieve academic achievement; (4) Actions taken to overcome negative morality and character of those addicted to the free fire online game are active collaboration between the school and parents, the school provides extracurricular activities such as scouts, dance, and sports to divert students' attention from the influence of online games. Meanwhile, parents limit game playing time, monitor children's game activities, communicate with the school, and encourage children to do physical activities and positive activities. Thus it can be concluded that the collaboration of teachers and parents can overcome the morality and negative character of students in the era of the free fire online game. So it can be suggested to be able to overcome the morality and negative character of the free fire online game era, then increase the collaboration between teachers and parents in schools.Keywords: Collaboration of Teachers and Parents, Morality and Negative Character, Era of Free Fire                      Online Games. Abstrak: Moralitas dan karakter siswa yang menggunakan game online free fire yang berlebih cenderung negative, ditandai dengan karakter kurang tanggungjawab, kurang empati dan cenderung berperilaku agresif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kolaborasi guru dan orang tua dalam mengatasi moralitas dan karakter negative siswa era game online Free Fire di SDN 61 Bengkulu Tengah. Menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif, dengan informan guru wali kelas, orang tua dan siswa, melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber, triangulasi teknik, dan triangulasi waktu. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) Kolaborasi guru dan orang tua dalam mengatasi moralitas dan karakter negative siswa era game online Free Fire yaitu dengan cara guru aktif melibatkan orang tua melalui rapat dan pembagian rapot untuk mengkomunikasikan permasalahan belajar anak, dan berdiskusi mencari solusi mengatasi moralitas dan karakter negatif, membangun kesadaran bersama tentang dampak negatif game melalui pertemuan dan diskusi; (2) Dampak yang ditimbulkan dari game online Free Fire terhadap moral dan karakter siswa yaitu penurunan nilai moral dan karakter, kurang empati, kurang tanggung jawab, dan bersikap agresif; (3) Kondisi siswa setelah main game online Free Fire, siswa tidak konsentrasi dan tidak fokus belajar, cenderung mengabaikan tugas sekolah, dan tidak termotivasi untuk mencapai prestasi akademik; (4)  Tindakan yang diberikan dalam mengatasi moralitas dan karakter negative yang kecanduan game online free fire yaitu berkolaborasi aktif antara pihak sekolah dan orang tua, sekolah menyediakan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler seperti pramuka, tari, dan olahraga untuk mengalihkan perhatian siswa dari pengaruh game online. Sedangkan orang tua membatasi waktu bermain game, memantau aktivitas game anak, menjalin komunikasi dengan pihak sekolah, serta mendorong anak melakukan kegiatan fisik dan kegiatan positif. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa kolaborasi guru dan orang tua dapat mengatasi moralitas dan karakter negative siswa era game online free fire. Sehingga dapat disarankan untuk dapat mengatasi moralitas dan karakter negative era game online free fire, maka tingkatkan kolaborasi antara guru dan orang tua di sekolah.Kata kunci: Kolaborasi Guru dan Orang Tua, Moralitas dan Karakter Negatif, Era Game Online Free Fire.

Abstract

Abstract: Multicultural education is still difficult to play a role in building a harmonious society, marked by frequent multicultural conflicts in society. The purpose of this study is to map and analyze the role of multicultural education in building a harmonious society. Using a descriptive qualitative method. The results of the study show that multicultural education has fought a war in building a harmonious society through understanding and appreciating diversity, but there are still often multicultural conflicts in society triggered by differences in religion, belief, belief, ideology, politics, socio-economy, culture, race, ethnicity, customs, gender, resulting in prolonged debates, disputes, fights, and fights in society. Therefore, it can be concluded that multicultural education has played a role in building a harmonious society through understanding and appreciating diversity. Thus, it can be suggested that, to build a harmonious society, increase the role of multicultural education in Indonesia.Keywords: The Role of Multicultural Education, Building a Harmonious Society Abstrak: Pendidikan multicultural masih sulit berperan dalam membangun masyarakat yang harmoni, ditandai masih sering terjadi konflik multikultural dalam masyarakat. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk memetakan dan menganalisis peran pendidikan multikultural dalam membangun masyarakat yang harmoni. Menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan multikultural telah berperan dalam membangun masyarakat yang harmoni melalui pemahaman dan menghargai keberagaman, namun masih sering terjadi konflik multikultural dalam masyarakat yang dipicu oleh perbedaan agama, keyakinan, kepercayaan, ideology, politik, sosial ekonomi, budaya, ras, suku, adat istiadat, dan gender, sehingga mengakibatkan perdebatan yang berkepanjangan, perselisihan, cekcok, dan perkelahian yang tidak kunjung selesai dalam masyarakat. Oleh karena itu dapat disimpulkan bahwa pendidikan multikultural telah berperan dalam membangun masyarakat yang harmoni melalui pemahaman dan menghargai keberagaman. Dengan demikian dapat disarankan, untuk membangun masyarakat yang harmoni, maka tingkatkanlah peran pendidikan multikultural di Indonesia. Kata kunci: Peran Pendidikan Multikultural, Membangun Masyarakat yang Harmoni

Abstract

 Abstract: Educational administration still creates difficulties in entering the development of digital science and technology, marked by the fact that there are still human resources who are unable to upgrade their digital literacy knowledge such as data literacy, technological literacy and mechanical literacy in the world of work. The purpose of this study is to map and describe the paradigm of educational administration in Indonesia in the era of disruption 4.0. Using a literature review method, this study examines educational administration transforming along with technological advances, such as artificial intelligence (AI), the internet of things (IoT), and digital systems.The results of the study show that educational administration in the 4.0 era can generally integrate digital literacy in the 4.0 disruption era, including the management of student administration, personnel, curriculum, facilities and infrastructure, finance, and school relations with the community. In the 4.0 disruption era, educational administration faces major challenges, especially in mastering information technology, digital literacy, and critical thinking skills.Educational administration has not been able to adapt to technological changes and integrate digital tools to improve its efficiency and effectiveness. So it can be concluded that the paradigm of educational administration in Indonesia is generally quite good but not yet optimal in its implementation. Therefore, it can be suggested that in order to improve digital literacy, we need to integrate the paradigm of educational administration in Indonesia in the era of disruption.Keywords: Paradigm, Educational Administration, Era of Disruption 4.0. Abstrak: Administrasi pendidikan masih menciptakan kesulitan memasuki perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi digital, ditandai masih terdapat sumberdaya manusia yang tidak mampu mengupgrade pengetahuan literasi digital seperti literasi data, literasi teknologi dan literasi mkanika dunia kerja. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk memetakan dan mendeskripsikan paradigma administrasi pendidikan di Indonesia era disrupsi 4.0. Menggunakan metode kajian pustaka, penelitian ini mengkaji tentang administrasi pendidikan bertransformasi seiring dengan kemajuan teknologi, seperti kecerdasan buatan (AI), internet of things (IoT), dan sistem digital. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa administrasi pendidikan di era 4.0 secara umum dapat mengintegrasikan literasi digital di era disrupsi 4.0, mencakup pengelolaan administrasi peserta didik, personal, kurikulum, sarana dan prasarana, keuangan, serta hubungan sekolah dengan masyarakat. Era disrupsi 4.0, administrasi pendidikan menghadapi tantangan besar, terutama dalam penguasaan teknologi informasi, literasi digital, dan keterampilan berpikir kritis. Administrasi pendidikan belum mampu beradaptif terhadap perubahan teknologi dan mengintegrasikan alat digital dalam meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitasnya. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa paradigma administrasi pendidikan di Indonesia secara umum sudah cukup baik namun belum optimal dalam pelaksanaannya. Oleh karena itu dapat disarankan bahwa untuk dapat meningkatkan literasi digital untuk mengintegrasikan paradigma administrasi pendidikan di Indonesia era disrupsi.Kata kunci: Paradigma, Administrasi Pendidikan, Era Disrupsi 4.0.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to describe teacher activities, student learning activities and student learning outcomes using problem-based learning in class VIII SMPN 14 Bengkulu. This type of research is classroom action research with descriptive method. The research consisted of two cycles, each cycle consisting of stages: action planning, action implementation, observation and reflection. The subjects in this study were teachers and all eighth grade students of SMPN 14 Bengkulu. The research instruments were tests, teacher observation sheets and student observation sheets. In cycle 1, the average teacher observation score was 29 (good criteria), and the average student observation score was 28 (good criteria). In cycle 2, the average teacher observation score increased to 31.5 (good criteria) and the average student observation score increased to 30 (good criteria). Learning outcomes in cycle 1 were analyzed based on the criteria of classical learning completeness and obtained an average value of 79.03 students and the percentage of classical learning mastery learning 72.22% with incomplete criteria. in cycle 2 the average increased to 90.83 with a percentage of completeness 91.67% with complete criteria. The results showed that the use of problem-based learning could increase teacher activity, student activity and student learning outcomes for class VIII SMPN 14 Bengkulu.Keywords: Problem Based Learning, Activities and Learning Outcomes Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan aktivitas mengajar guru dan aktivitas belajar siswa serta hasil belajar siswa dengan menggunakan model PBM di kelas VIII SMPN 14 Kota Bengkulu. Jenis penelitian ini adalah PTK dengan metode deskriptif. Penelitian ini terdiri dari 2 siklus, masing-masing siklus terdiri dari tahap: perencanaan tindakan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru dan seluruh siswa kelas VIII SMPN 14 Kota Bengkulu. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan yaitu lembar tes dan lembar observasi, lembar observasi terdiri dari lembar observasi guru dan siswa. Pada siklus 1 rata-rata skor observasi guru adalah 29 (kriteria baik), sedangkan rata-rata skor observasi siswa adalah 28 (kriteria baik). Pada siklus 2 rata-rata skor observasi guru meningkat menjadi 31,5 (kriteria baik) dan rata-rata skor observasi siswa meningkat menjadi 30 (kriteria baik). Selanjutnya data hasil belajar pada siklus 1 dianalisis berdasarkan kriteria ketuntasan belajar klasikal dan diperoleh nilai rata-rata siswa 79,03 dengan persentase ketuntasan belajar klasikal belajar 72,22% dengan kriteria belum tuntas dan pada siklus 2 rata-rata meningkat menjadi 90,83 dengan persentase ketuntasan 91,67% dengan krteria tuntas. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa penggunaan model PBM dapat meningkatkan aktivitas guru dan siswa serta hasil belajar siswa kelas VIII SMPN 14 kota Bengkulu.Kata kunci: Model Pembelajaran Berbasis Masalah, Aktivitas dan  Hasil Belajar.

Abstract: The quality of education today still creates inequality because the leadership style of school principals in managing education is still authoritarian, an effective response to crisis situations. This research aims to map, describe and analyze the leadership style of school principals in improving the quality of education at SDN 145 Sengkuang Jaya. Using descriptive qualitative methods, data collection through observation, interviews and documentation. The information in this research is the principal, head of curriculum, and teachers. The results of this research are that the more appropriate the leadership style applied by the school principal, the better the performance of educators and education staff will be in supporting the quality of education.Keywords: Leadership Style, School Principal, Education Quality. Abstrak: Mutu pendidikan dewasa ini masih menciptakan ketimpangan dikarenakan gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam mengelola pendidikan masih bersifat otoriter, respons efektif terhadap situasi krisis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memetakan, mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di SDN 145 Sengkuang Jaya. Menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif, pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Informasi dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, waka kurikulum, dan guru. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu bahwa semakin tepat gaya kepemimpinan yang diterapkan oleh kepala sekolah, maka kinerja para pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan akan menjadi semakin baik dalam menunjang mutu Pendidikan.Kata kunci: Gaya Kepemimpinan, Kepala Sekolah, Mutu Pendidikan.

Abstract

Abstract: Administration of school affairs in improving quality has not functioned optimally, as evidenced by the fact that the competence of administrative staff in budget recording and the utilization of technology has not been maximized. This study aims to map and analyze the function of administrative management in improving the quality of education at SD Negeri 36 Bengkulu City. Using a descriptive qualitative method. The data sources were obtained through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data analysis employed the Miles and Huberman theory. The results of the study indicate that administrative management, which includes student data management, finance, staffing, correspondence, and inventory, has not yet been effective and efficient. Educational quality, which consists of input, process, and output, is interrelated and functions to create quality education. In general, the function of administrative management has worked quite well in improving the quality of education, such as the management of student data, finance, staffing, correspondence, and inventory. However, at the implementation level, administrative management has not been optimal because administrative staff have not performed effectively, for example budget recording and the utilization of technology have not been maximized. Thus, it can be concluded that the function of administrative management plays a very important role in improving the quality of education, although several obstacles—such as the competence of administrative staff, challenges in budget recording, and limited utilization of technology—are still present and have not been functioning effectively. Therefore, it is suggested that in order to improve the quality of education, the administrative management functions in schools must be strengthened.Keywords: Function, Administrative Management, Educational Quality. Abstrak: Administrasi tata usaha dalam meningkatkan mutu belum berfungsi secara optimal, terlihat kompetensi staf tata usaha dalam pencatatan anggaran dan pemanfaatan teknologi belum maksimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memetakan dan menganalisis fungsi administrasi tata usaha dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di SD Negeri 36 Kota Bengkulu. Menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Sumber data didapat melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan teori Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa administrasi tata usaha yang mencakup pengelolaan data siswa, keuangan, kepegawaian, tata persuratan dan inventaris belum lebih efektif dan efisien. Mutu pendidikan meliputi input, proses, dan output saling terkait berfungsi menciptakan mutu pendidikan. Fungsi administrasi tata usaha secara umum telah berfungsi cukup baik dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan, seperti  pengelolaan data siswa, keuangan, kepegawaian, tata persuratan dan inventaris barang, namun pada tingkat pelaksanaan administrasi belum optimal, karena staf tata usaha belum berfungsi secara baik, seperti pencatatan anggaran dan pemanfaatan teknologi belum maksimal. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa fungsi administrasi tata usaha berperan sangat penting dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan, meskipun beberapa kendala seperti kompetensi staf tata usaha, kendala dalam pencatatan anggaran dan pemanfaatan teknologi masih terbatas dan belum berfungsi secara baik. Oleh karena itu dapat disarankan, bahwa untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan maka tingkatkan fungsi administrasi tata usaha di sekolah.Kata kunci: Fungsi, Administrasi Tata Usaha, Mutu Pendidikan.

Abstract

Abstract: The curriculum design component is still difficult to develop, characterized by still difficulties in planning the curriculum, implementation, development models and evaluating curriculum development. The purpose of the study is to analyze the design components of the curriculum development of Islamic Religious Education in SDN 04 Seluma. Using a qualitative method of analytical approach, using learning tools designed and developed by Islamic Religious Education teachers as a source of information. The results of the study can be concluded that the design of the components of the PAI curriculum development at SDN 04 Seluma has the same tendency as the development of the PAI curriculum in general, the PAI curriculum developed by Islamic religious education teachers has the same tendency as the Hilda Taba curriculum development model, which has stages of experimentation, theory, and application, the content of the PAI curriculum in elementary school includes learning objectives,  learning outcomes (CP), Learning Objectives Flow (ATP), teaching methods, learning media. The design component of PAI curriculum development includes five components, namely curriculum development planning components, curriculum development models, curriculum development implementation, and curriculum development evaluation. Thus, it can be suggested, to find out the level of curriculum development, increase the analysis of curriculum design components in schools.Keywords: Analysis, Curriculum Development Design Component, Islamic Religious Education. Abstrak: Komponen desain kurikulum masih sulit dikembangkan ditandai dengan masih sulit merencanakan kurikulum, pelaksanaan, model pengembangan dan kesulitan evaluasi pengembangan kurikulum. Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis komponen desain pengembangan kurikulum Penddikan Agama Islam di SDN 04 Seluma. Menggunakan metode kualitatif pendekatan analitik, menggunakan perangkat pembelajaran yang dirancang dan dikembangkan guru Pendidikan Agama Islam sebagai sumber informasi. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa desain komponen pengembangan kurikulum PAI di SDN 04 Seluma memiliki kecenderungan yang sama dengan pengembangan kurikulum PAI pada umumnya,  kurikulum PAI yang dikembangkan guru pendidikan agama Islam memiliki kecenderungan sama dengan model pengembangan kurikulum Hilda Taba, yang memiliki tahapan eksperiment, teori, dan penerapan, isi kurikulum PAI di SD meliputi tujuan pembelajaran, capaian pembelajaran (CP), Alur Tujuan Pembelajaran (ATP), metode ajar, media pembelajaran. Komponen desain pengembangan kurikulum PAI meliputi lima komponen yaitu komponen perencanaan pengembangan kurikulum, model pengembangan kurikulum, pelaksanaan pengembangan kurikulum, dan evaluasi pengembangan kurikulum. Dengan demikian dapat disarankan, untuk mengetahui tingkat pengembangan kurikulum maka tingkatkan analisis komponen desain kurikulum di sekolah.Kata kunci:  Analisis, Komponen Desain Pengembangan Kurikulum, Pendidikan Agama Islam.
