Abstract

Sistem informasi berperan penting dalam membantu pengelolaan data dan informasi diberbagai instansi guna meningkatkan ketepatan, relevansi, serta efisiensi dalam proses pengambilankeputusan. Saat ini, Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika (Kominfo) Kabupaten Lamongan masihmenerapkan metode pencatatan aset secara manual. Pencatatan manual juga menghambat efektivitasserta efisiensi dalam proses pengelolaan dan pelaporan aset. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancangserta mengembangkan Sistem Inventaris Aset Kantor berbasis Web untuk meningkatkan efektivitas danefisiensi dalam pencatatan dan pengelolaan aset. Sistem yang diusulkan juga dilengkapi dengan fiturQR Code untuk mempermudah identifikasi aset dan fitur peminjaman aset. Dengan adanya sistem ini,diharapkan pengelolaan aset di Dinas Kominfo Kabupaten Lamongan dapat dilakukan secara lebihoptimal, efisien, serta transparan, sehingga mendukung pengambilan keputusan yang lebih akuratterkait sarana dan prasarana instansi tersebut.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang model sistem informasi pengaduan masyarakatberbasis mobile di Kantor Desa Tuntungan I guna mengatasi masalah pengelolaan pengaduan yangmasih bersifat tradisional, yang menyebabkan ketidakefisienan dan kurangnya transparansi.Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah metode prototipe, dimulai dengan pengumpulan data melaluiobservasi dan wawancara untuk memahami kebutuhan pengguna. Prototipe awal dikembangkan dandiuji secara bertahap berdasarkan umpan balik pengguna, sehingga menghasilkan sistem yang lebihsesuai dengan kebutuhan masyarakat. Evaluasi kelayakan dilakukan untuk memastikan efektivitasdan kepuasan pengguna selama proses pengembangan. Model yang dihasilkan diharapkan dapatmeningkatkan efisiensi, transparansi, dan akuntabilitas dalam pengelolaan pengaduan masyarakat.Sistem ini memberikan gambaran komprehensif tentang proses pengajuan, pemrosesan, danpemantauan status pengaduan secara real-time. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi, kelayakan model sistemmencapai 88%, menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini dapat diimplementasikan dengan baik di Kantor DesaTuntungan I. Selain itu, sistem ini diharapkan mampu memberikan manfaat signifikan bagi masyarakatdalam menyampaikan keluhan dan mendapatkan tanggapan yang cepat serta tepat waktu.

Abstract

Desa Bojong menghadapi tantangan dalam memetakan tingkat pendidikan penduduknyasecara terstruktur. Meskipun data tersedia, kurangnya pengorganisasian menyebabkan kesenjanganakses pendidikan, terutama di wilayah-wilayah tertentu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untukmengelompokkan tingkat pendidikan warga Desa Bojong menggunakan algoritma K-Means, sehinggadapat memberikan wawasan yang lebih mendalam tentang kondisi pendidikan masyarakat. Data yangdigunakan mencakup 6.027 penduduk dari 10 kampung, dengan atribut seperti usia, pendidikanterakhir, pekerjaan, dan status pernikahan. Proses analisis mengikuti tahapan Knowledge Discovery inDatabase (KDD) dan dilakukan menggunakan perangkat lunak RapidMiner. Hasil penelitianmenunjukkan bahwa jumlah klaster yang ideal adalah 7, dengan nilai terbaik 0,467 untuk DaviesBouldin Index (DBI). Setiap klaster menunjukkan tingkat pendidikan tertentu. Cluster 6 memiliki tingkatpendidikan yang sangat tinggi, dengan banyak penduduk yang sampai perguruan tinggi. Sementaraitu, Cluster 0 terdiri dari orang-orang yang hanya tamat SD atau bahkan tidak sekolah. Studi inimenunjukkan distribusi pendidikan di Desa Bojong. Hasil ini dapat membantu pemerintah desamembuat program pendidikan yang lebih baik. Kampung dengan tingkat pendidikan rendah dapatberkonsentrasi pada program yang meningkatkan akses pendidikan dasar, seperti literasi dan subsidipendidikan, sedangkan kampung dengan tingkat pendidikan tinggi dapat berkonsentrasi padapengembangan program pendidikan lanjutan atau pelatihan vokasional. Metode ini diharapkan dapatmembantu Desa Bojong mengatasi kesenjangan pendidikan dan meningkatkan kualitas hidupwarganya dengan menyediakan program yang tepat sasaran. Selain itu, penelitian ini membantuimplementasi algoritma K-Means dalam pengelompokan data pendidikan di daerah pedesaan.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi yang pesat memberikan kesempatan kepada setiaporang untuk menyebarkan informasi secara cepat dan luas terhadap objek tertentu. Pariwisatamenjadi salah satu sektor penting yang dapat membantu mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi melaluidevisa yang dihasilkan. Desa wisata merupakan salah satu contoh dari pembangunan berkelanjutanatau biasa disebut dengan pembangunan berkelanjutan yang sudah menjadi agenda global.Banyaknya pengguna sistem operasi Android dan permintaan pasar, pengembangan aplikasi Androidmenjadi salah satu yang tercepat. Pemasaran produk seperti kerajinan masyarakat masihmengandalkan pengunjung atau wisatawan. Proses manajemen data wisata dan penyampaianinformasi mengenai sarana desa wisata belum terintegrasi dengan pihak masyarakat. Dari latarbelakang yang diangkat, penulis bertujuan mengembangkan aplikasi informasi desa wisata berbasisandroid. Aplikasi dapat digunakan untuk melihat informasi desa wisata serta memesan tiket untukberkunjung ke tempat wisata yang dipilih. Aplikasi dibuat menggunakan Android Studio denganSQLite sebagai database. Tujuan pembangunan aplikasi adalah sebagai media promosi desa wisatadan pemesanan tiket untuk pariwisata.

Abstract

JMO (Jamsostek Mobile) is an official application launched by BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, designed to support workers in facilitating access to social protection. However, several obstacles are experienced by application users, such as errors in the application, difficulties logging in, and JHT balances not being displayed. To obtain a general overview of JMO application user sentiment, an evaluation is needed to capture user concerns. Therefore, this study will explore the precision of the KNN algorithm in analyzing sentiment from JMO application user reviews. The objectives of this research are to identify and analyze user feedback, classify overall sentiments, implement sentiment analysis, and test the accuracy of the KNN algorithm. This study adopts a quantitative approach, applying numerical data analysis through text mining techniques. From a dataset of 10,000 reviews collected via web scraping and refined Preprocessing, 7,185 reviews were obtained, revealing that 51.38% expressed positive sentiment. The KNN algorithm achieved its highest accuracy 76.2%, precision 76.2%, recall 78.0%, and F1-score 77.1% at K = 21 under 90%-10% data split. Furthermore, the model’s AUC score of 0.7617 indicated fair and reasonably good performance. These findings suggest that the KNN classification model is capable of providing balanced classification results across classes, leading to a fairer and less biased evaluation.

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology today has significantly impacted various sectors, including decision-making in the workplace. PT. LSP Gatensi Karya Konstruksi requires a system capable of supporting the employee evaluation process in an objective and fair manner to determine the best employee. The assessments carried out so far have not been objective, so this research is needed. The evaluation is based on several criteria, namely attendance, teamwork, performance, and work ethics. The purpose of this research is to design a decision support system that facilitates and accelerates the process of selecting the best employee. The method used in this research is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), which allows for structured and systematic comparisons between criteria to generate accurate priority weights. The results of this study indicate that the application of the AHP method in the decision support system can assist management in determining the best employee objectively, transparently, and efficiently. Therefore, this system is expected to improve employee motivation and performance within PT. LSP Gatensi Karya Konstruksi.

Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology has significantly influenced public behavior, particularly in reading and purchasing books online. PT Gramedia Asri Media responded to this trend by launching the Gramedia Mobile application to provide users with an easier way to browse and purchase books. However, user reviews on the Google Play Store indicate that the application's usability still requires evaluation. This study aims to analyze the usability level of the Gramedia Mobile application using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method to obtain a quantitative overview of user perceptions regarding ease of use, efficiency, and satisfaction. The research employed a quantitative approach through a SUS questionnaire distributed to 100 Gramedia Mobile users. Data were analyzed using the official SUS scoring formula and validated through reliability and validity testing. The results show that the Gramedia Mobile application achieved an average SUS score of 79.78, categorized as grade A− within the 85–89 percentile range. This indicates that the application has good usability and is generally acceptable to users. The strongest usability dimension is learnability, where users find the application easy to learn and operate. Overall, the application is considered feasible but still has room for improvement to achieve the “Excellent” usability category.

Abstract

This study was conducted to assess the responses of employees at the Ministry of Trade to the Electronic Certificate of Origin (e-SKA) system. The primary focus was to determine whether the system was perceived as easy to use and how beneficial it was in assisting their daily work. Furthermore, the study sought to identify the problems or obstacles employees frequently encountered when using the system. To obtain data, the study employed a mixed methods approach. The numerical data were obtained from questionnaires distributed to 39 employees, while direct interviews with system users were conducted for more in-depth explanation. The results indicated that the majority of employees were satisfied with and found the e-SKA system helpful, as it facilitated their work. However, interviews revealed that the system still frequently encountered technical glitches, lacked comprehensive features, and many employees felt they needed further training to address confusion. Despite these shortcomings, the system has been generally well-received by employees. Suggestions for the future include improvements to the technological devices used and the creation of clearer guidebooks or training so that employees can work more smoothly in processing certificates of origin in the future.

Abstract

Online food delivery services such as ShopeeFood are a practical solution for modern society in fulfilling culinary needs without having to leave the house. However, from the driver's perspective, using the ShopeeFood Driver application is not free from technical challenges and limited features that impact job satisfaction. This study aims to analyze user review sentiments for the ShopeeFood Driver application using the Multinomial Naïve Bayes algorithm. Data were collected through web scraping techniques from the Google Play Store and the data used were 2000 user reviews collected from May to June 2025. The analysis process involved the stages of text preprocessing, data labeling, TF-IDF weighting, classification, and model evaluation. The classification results showed an accuracy of (82.35%), precision (81.76%), recall (82.35%), and an F1-score of 83.36%, indicating excellent model performance in identifying sentiment. These findings provide important insights for application developers in responding to user reviews more effectively and strategically. This research is expected to contribute to the development of more relevant features and improving the quality of digital services in the online transportation sector.

Abstract

The New Student Admission (PPDB) process at SMA Muhammadiyah 15 Jakarta has traditionally relied on paper forms and manual verification. This method created several issues, including slow administration, a high risk of data entry errors, limited accessibility for applicants outside Jakarta, and a lack of transparency in monitoring registration status. This study aims to design and develop a web-based information system integrated with PPDB forms to provide a more efficient, accurate, and accessible registration process. The system is expected to accelerate administrative workflows and ensure transparency in the selection process. The development method applied is Agile Scrum, a software framework emphasizing short iterations (Sprints), team collaboration, and adaptability to evolving requirements. The stages involved needs analysis, Backlog preparation, sprint Planning, system design and implementation, blackbox testing, and evaluation based on user feedback. The results indicate that the developed system successfully addresses administrative inefficiencies, reduces data entry errors, and provides essential features such as digital document uploads, automated validation, and an administrative dashboard. Consequently, the system improves transparency, accountability, and effectiveness in the PPDB process.
