Abstract

Organizational commitment is an important thing for every employee in an organization to achieve the vision of the agency. This is because with the organizational commitment possessed by employees, it can help the organization to achieve the goals that have been set. This study aims to analyze whether spirituality in the workplace has an influence on organizational commitment and employee welfare, and whether employee welfare can be a mediating variable between spirituality in the workplace and organizational commitment. This research uses explanatory research method. The sample used in this study were 34 employees of the Ministry of Religion of East Lombok Regency. The analysis technique used is Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of the study show that: (1) Spirituality in the workplace has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, (2) Spirituality in the workplace has a positive and significant effect on employee welfare. Employee welfare has a positive and insignificant effect on organizational commitment, (3) Employee welfare mediates the effect of Spirituality in the Workplace on Organizational Commitment in employees of the Office of the Ministry of Religion of East Lombok Regency.

Abstract

Differences in marketing tools due to technological developments allow marketers to customize and use digital platforms, one of which is using of viral marketing strategies. This study confirms the role of viral marketing strategies in Azarine's skincare product purchase intentions and attempts to measure the effectiveness of these strategies on sales. By using 100 respondents spread across different cities in Indonesia via social media, the results proved that viral marketing strategies divided into messenger, messages and environments, can be significant predictors of consumer’s purchase intention. The relationship between the designs was tested by SmartPLS4 with the path analysis technique, showed that increased interaction and product engagement generated interest in purchases and effectively increased sales in the short term

Abstract

This study seeks to develop research on the concept of increasing student interest in entrepreneurship through social media and the family environment which are expected to become young entrepreneurs to support reducing unemployment and increasing the country's economy. This study aims to analyze the relationship between social media variables on student entrepreneurship interest, the family environment relationship with student entrepreneurship interest. This research method uses a quantitative survey. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire (Likert scale) via Google form and distributed via the WhatsApp group. The research was conducted in August - December 2022 with 100 research respondents at IPWIJA University, using a proportional random sampling technique and using the Solvin formula. Data analysis techniques in quantitative research use structural equation models (SEM) and statistical software SmartPLS 3.2.9. The restudy’s results showed positive and significant influence between family environment and social media variables on student interest in entrepreneurship. The practical implication of this research is that to increase students' interest in entrepreneurship, they must increase the variables of the family environment and social media

Abstract

Health services are business units that provide health services. One important aspect of health care services is logistics. The availability of logistics is a demand for maximum service, both medical and non-medical logistics. The importance of a logistics management strategy can help maximize services from health service providers. The purpose of this research is to describe the logistics management strategy plan for XYZ health services. The method used is a case study approach to Strength-Weakness-Opportunity-Threat (SWOT) analysis. Data collection was carried out in October 2022 through document review and interviews. The results obtained for the IPL position were in cell II, growth and building with an EFE score of 3.00 and IFE 2.75. The formulation of the chosen strategy is focused on increasing the cooperation that was previously established with goods and service providers, creating an integrated management information system in units related to the Logistics Management Installation (IPL) and adding storage space

Abstract

Foreign exchange is a service to exchange foreign currency, given to people or company who wants to buy or sell a currency by money changer. Jakarta as the capital city ofIndonesia is one of the promising regions to build a foreign exchange business because many companies used foreign currencies for transactions, large numbers of foreign currencies need in similar companies, Jakarta has many tourist destinations, and local residents’ activity that travel to other country. Also, development in technology encourages companies to innovate in improving services. To prove that this business is feasible, a business feasibility analysis is needed to selected aspects, which is environmental aspect,legal aspect, technical and technological aspect, HR (Human Resources) aspect, marketing aspect, and financial aspect. Environmental aspect is feasible because of its strategic and promising location. Legal aspect is feasible because the needs of documents and licensing requirements that are met. The technical and technological aspect is feasible because of the innovation in service. HR aspect is feasible because of the organizational structure andreadiness of skilled workforces. Marketing aspect is feasible because of the market of thebusiness. Financial aspect is feasible because of indications of valuation to produce aforeign exchange business.

Abstract

The business environment is getting more dynamic. Globalization and the development of ICT (Internet Computers and Technology) have compelled companies to come up with innovative ways to connect customers effectively and efficiently. Creating a business community is one strategy to engage with consumers in the modern era. How effective the community is indeveloping a business is the key issue covered in this study, as demonstrated by the case of OSB Corporation. The theories, such as the definition of community, its constituent parts, and the procedures required to establish a community, are drawn from a variety of sources of literature. A case study approach is used in this qualitative research methodology. The herbal company OSB Corporation was the object of observations and interviews for the study. The study's results revealed that OSB Corporation's community had a significant impact on the company's sales

Abstract

This article discusses the document management process for billing documents from vendors for payment processing. Since there was a pandemic in March 2020 to maintain sterilization, direct contact with people and documents is strictly avoided. One of them is billing documents, which were usually done via hard copy before the pandemic to be submitted to the Department of Finance. Since the pandemic, there has been a change in billing operations, where documents are no longer made in hard copy, but through soft copy. An important point in doing through soft copy is the legitimacy of documents or avoiding document falsification, so that it can harm the company. As well as how to take advantage of digitizing billing patterns so that you can save on document storage. This article is important considering that the digitization process must maintain the validity/validity of documents and so that they can comply with the rules related to archive management. The purpose of this research is to find out the operationally standardized process flow that is standardized within the company and the savings on document storage costs that have been carried out. This research was conducted at a company engaged in the energy sector with offices in South Jakarta. The research method used is a qualitative method with primary and secondary data sources. The conclusion of this research is that a company is agile for changes, so that operations can adjust by utilizing online/digital media to achieve process efficiency and effectiveness

Abstract

BPHTB is a very strategic regional tax for local governments, not only in terms of its contribution to the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government APBD of IDR 6.4 trillion in the 2022 budget, but also its characteristics as a type of regional tax that is directly related to land affairs, namely the fulfillment of basic rights humans will space to live, live, and move. The extent of the impact of this type of tax makes the policy of taking this type of tax very careful, taking into account various aspects and taking into account the financial risks in selling Regional Original Revenue. In connection with the authority of the Regional Government in collecting BPHTB based on Regional Regulation Number 18 of 2010 concerning BPHTB, this journal presents a comprehensive review of the process of transforming business services and electronic collection of BPHTB at the Regional Revenue Agency of the Provincial Government of DKI Jakarta.

Abstract

One of the policies in managing Human Resources within the Ministry of Finance, as set forth in the Minister of Finance Regulation number 77/PMK.01/2022 concerning the Ministry of Finance's Strategic Plan for 2020-2024 is a minus growth policy. The work zone concept has previously been implemented within the Directorate General of Customs and Excise in the form of a work area as stipulated in the Director General Regulation Number PER-31/BC/2014 concerning Transfer Patterns of Echelon IV and Echelon V Structural Positions as well as Skilled Level and Expert Level Functional Positions (First Expert Level and Second Expert Level) within the Directorate General of Customs and Excise. The division of work clusters within the Directorate General of Customs and Excise is structured according to the principle of agglomeration of geographical or territorial locations. Broadly speaking, there are 8 major islands in Indonesia, namely Sumatra, Java, Kalimantan, Sulawesi, Bali, Nusa Tenggara, Maluku and Papua. From this agglomeration, a work cluster was created at the Directorate General of Customs and Excise.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there are differences in company performance in the banking sector consisting of Earning Per Share (EPS), Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), Net Interest Margin (NIM), and Operational Costs and Operating Income. . This study uses signal theory. The population and sample used in this study are banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2018-2021 period with several pre-existing sample criteria with 50 observations with a total of 25 companies. The method used is the Independent Sample t Test method. From the results of this study it is known that Earning Per Share (EPS), Return on Assets (ROA), and Operational Costs and Operating Income do not significantly influence company performance while Return onEquity (ROE), and Net Interest Margin (NIM) has a significant effect on company performance
