Abstract

This article is preliminary research to explore the results of studies conducted in the field of Tourism SMEs by using systematic mapping studies (SMS) or systematic monitoring studies. The purpose of this Mapping is to discuss any SMEs Tourism topics that are reviewing. This research uses a qualitative method using a study library. The search was conducted on the Scopus database of 36 articles in the 2002-2019 publication which were published in the form of scientific journals included in the inclusion criteria. The results of this SMS can provide an overview of opportunities to explore new topics in SMEs Tourism or exploit existing topics about the biggest focus of ICT, tourism management, innovation, for the locus of Small Business Travel Agents / tour operators / Guides, Guides, Hotels and Motels, Cafes and restaurants, Adventure Tourism, Recreation and Camping. As for the trends of countries and continents which often plagiarize the UK and European continents.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Perusahaan dalam menjalankan aktivitasnya untuk mencapai tujuan harus melakukan pengendalian. Pengendalian yang diterapkan harus memberi manfaat, dalam hal ini mampu meningkatkan efektivitas serta efisiensi operasi. Pengendalian juga bertujuan agar segala sesuatunya berjalan sesuai dengan perencanaan. Pengendalian dimaksud adalah pengendalian intern terhadap piutang usaha. PT Adira Finance adalah Badan Usaha Milik Swasta yang bergerak dibidang pembiayaan kendaraan bermotor. Sehingga memiliki piutang usaha yang sangat besar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektifitas pengendalian intern piutang usaha pada PT. Adira Finance Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan uji kualitatif terhadap pengendalian intern piutang usaha yang mengacu pada kerangka kerja COSO pada unsur-unsur pengendalian intern. Sampel diambil 5 orang. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan pengendalian intern piutang usaha efektif, dimana manajemen perusahaan sudah menerapkan konsep dan prinsip-prinsip pengendalian intern.

Abstract

Lecturers and employees of ASMTB at this time show less optimal performance. The lack of optimum utilization of existing human resources, lack of motivation lecturers and employees to show their best performance, work climate created in conditions of less creativity, visible lack of supervision. The problem is allegedly influenced by the leadership style of the ASMTB director. To the authors want to reveal the influence of Leadership Style Effects on Lecturer and Employee Performance ASMTB Period 2015-2016. The method used in this research is analytical descriptive, which is solving the problem in actual way by collecting data, compiling, classifying it further analyze and interpret. The population in this study is all lecturers and employees of ASMTB 2016, totaling 29 people, consisting of 24 lecturers and 5 employees. The design of the research conducted through the survey method that comes from primary data, in the form of answers to the list of questions asked to lecturers and employees with Likert scale. The results showed that the leadership style ASMTB director 2015-2016 period is a motivational style with a total scor of 128. This leadership style significant effect on the performance of lecturers and employees ASMTB can be seen at the correlation value of 0.673, then the value of determination coefficient. The director's style in leading this institution is poorly utilized so that the performance of lecturers and employees is not optimal, according to the calculation result through the coefficient of determination by using SPSS for windows software shows the result of 45.29% leadership style 2015-2016 period influence on the performance of lecturers ASMTB, the rest of 54.71% influenced by other factors not examined by the author, is a study material for further research. Abstract

In recent years, global warming has been the subject of controversy and has also changed the rhythm of conservation on Earth. Based on this phenomenon, it will have an impact on the increasing number of companies in Indonesia that carry "Green Company" program which aims to reduce energy use and factory waste. This research will find how environment concern influence on green trust for Nutrifood Green Companies and how the impact on their green purchase intention for the future consumption. So it is hope, based on the results of this study, corporate management of Nutrifood will focus on environment concern factors to provide environmentally friendly and increase their market share. If the customer is trusted with the performance of green product from a green company, then the customer will most likely be intent to purchase the green product. The research method used in this study was a quantitative method by descriptive-causal approach, with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis technique using SMART PLS 2.0 software. The sampling method used was the accidental sampling with 400 respondents. The study results showed that contribution of Environment Concern (X) totally influenced which directly affected on Green Trust (Y) was 64,82%. The remaining 35,18% was influenced by other factors that cannot be explained in this study. Meanwhile, the contribution of Environment Concern (X) and Green Trust (Y) simultenously influenced on that directly affected Green Purchase Intention (Z) was 66,58%. The remaining 33,42% was influenced by other factors that cannot be explained in this study.

Abstract

Some sectors of the country industry including PT PLN (Persero) are one of the state's revenue support in the field of electricity. In this era of digitization PT PLN (Persero) has implemented electronic Data processing system (PDE) including in the use of centralized record Meter application (ACMT) and centralized customer service Application (AP2T) for the creation of customer accounts to be more accurate and timely. The research methodology used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. The data collection techniques undertaken are observations, interviews and literature from the journal. The results showed that the use of electronic data processing system in PT PLN (Persero) is able to make process of customer account creation become more effective and efficient so that customer's account can be sent to PT PLN partner with Payment Point Online Bank (PPOB) in a timely manner.

Abstract

Businesses in the modern era or those that are popular with startups are growing. Efforts to overcome the problem of inequality in business assistance with the development of startups are the main mission of pilihmentor.com. One of the media that supports pilihmentor.com in carrying out its main mission is Instagram. The researcher, in this case, wants to know the purchasing decisions on Instagram pilihmentor.com which are influenced by Experiential Marketing and Content Marketing variables. The research method used is descriptive quantitative with a purposive sampling technique. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing online questionnaires to 100 respondents from Instagram followers of pilihmentor.com. Then analyzed by using the multiple linear regression analysis techniques using SPSS IBM 26. The researcher explained that there were three research results: a) Experiential Marketing variable (X1) had an effect partially significant on purchasing decisions b) Content Marketing variable (X2) partially significant effect on purchasing decisions c) Experiential Marketing and Content Marketing simultaneously have a significant influence.
