Abstract

Music-based educational content has increasingly become a preferred approach in supporting the development of early childhood learners. Kinderflix, a YouTube channel that focuses on children’s music content, implements a well-structured digital strategy to reach its target audience while consistently maintaining educational value in each of its videos. This study explores how the channel build its appeal through consistent visual presentation, the selection of pedagogically strong characters, and the production of original song as a key differentiator. The research adopts a qualitative descriptive approach, with data collected through direct observation of the channel. Review of relevant literature, and semi-structured interviews with the channel’s co-founder. The findings reveal that the use of specific keywords, strategic uploading scheduling, and active engagement with parent are integral components of a comprehensive and consistently applied marketing strategy. Of the 196 songs produced, the majority are original compositions, which not only strengthen the channel’s identity but also create opportunities for commercialization through derivative products. These finding suggest that an approach combining creative content development, digital algorithm literacy, and strong educational orientation can contribute to the creation of a relevant and sustainable learning ecosystem in the digital era.

Abstract

In the higher educational institutions, the behaviour of the students need to be managed and members of the institutions are required to bring about improvements in the implementation of tasks and functions. Learning behavior is influenced by several factors, including internal factors, namely physical, psychological, motivational, and external factors, namely the environment. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence student learning behavior in terms of family environment factors, campus environment, and motivation to learn. The type of research is descriptive using explanatory survey research methods, this study will be analyzed using structural equation models (Structural Equation Modeling, SEM) with alternative Partial Least Square (PLS) methods using SmartPLS 3.0 software. The population of this study was the students of ASM Ariyanti Bandung. The results of testing the first hypothesis showed that there was a significant correlation between the family environment and the campus environment. The second hypothesis has a significant correlation between campus environment and learning motivation. The third hypothesis also has a significant correlation between family and environment and motivation to learn. The results of the fourth hypothesis indicate that the family environment has a positive and significant effect on student learning behavior. The fifth hypothesis shows that the campus environment has a positive and significant effect on student learning behavior. The sixth hypothesis shows that learning motivation has a positive and significant effect on student learning behavior. The seventh hypothesis shows that the family environment, campus environment, and motivation to learn together have a positive and significant effect on student learning behavior. So it is clear that the family environment, campus environment, learning motivation and student learning behavior are interconnected. This must be considered because there are interplay between these four factors. Keywords: Family Environment, Campus Environment, Learning Motivation, Student Learning Behavior.

Abstract

Technological developments have had a positive impact on business. By utilizing these technological advances, companies are able to carry out their business processes more efficiently. Financial company is one company that utilizes technological developments by changing its business platform or known as financial technology (fintech). To be able to maintain its existence in the business world, companies need to have a competitive advantage. Through the VRIO model, a company can analyze its internal and external strengths. Amartha, which is a peer to peer lending fintech company, is required to have the right competitive strategy in order to maintain a sustainable competitive advantage. The purpose of this study is to analyze the resource-based Amartha has through the VRIO model. This research is a qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques include literature studies, documentation studies from various sources such as the OJK report, the Indonesian fintech association. The results obtained from this study indicate that Amartha has utilized its resources in several aspects such as technological infrastructure, HR to maintain competitive advantage. In order for this competitive advantage to be sustainable, it is necessary to build more viable communication through social media as a step to increase the number of partners (borrowers and lenders). As a microfinancing company that serves more female partners, it is better to create ongoing training to educate more partners.

Abstract

The phenomenon that occurs is that the level of leakage in the use of PDAM is relatively high, especially during the peak hours of water use. Because it is profit-oriented so that social services or functions are reduced. Then the community complaints that occur are the amount of water distributed to the community. The purpose of this study is to explain the effect of service quality on customer loyalty with customer satisfaction as the intervening variable. The population in this study amounted to 895 customers. The sampling technique uses a simple random sample of 90 customers and is analyzed using SmartPLS version 3.0. The results of the study show that service quality has no significant effect on customer loyalty. Service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Service quality has a significant effect on customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction is able to mediate the effect of service quality on customer loyalty.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mencapai efektifitas biaya dan waktu serta peningkatan kualitas di Industri Teknologi Logistik dengan menerapkan tahap define, measure, analyze, improve, and control (DMAIC) dari Six Sigma. Penerapan metode DMAIC dilakukan di sebuah perusahaan teknologi logistik di Indonesia (PT. X) yang salah satu layanannya adalah jasa penyimpanan barang sebagai objek penelitian. Penyebab terjadinya pemborosan proses waktu grouping pada aktivitas inbound diketahui pada tahap define. Pada tahap measure, detail dari data lapangan dikumpulkan. Penelitian ini menggunakan 5 Whys untuk mengetahui akar permasalahan yang terjadi dan dianalisis sehingga diketahui bahwa permasalahan pemborosan proses waktu grouping akibat belum adanya Working Instruction yang baik dalam aktivitas inbound. Hasil dari analisis solusi permasalahan tersebut membuat perencanaan working instruction dan proses pelaksanaan pada proses grouping. Selain itu, perbaikan juga dinilai dari biaya upah dan waktu kerja tim inbound sebelum dan sesudah perbaikan berdasarkan hasil dari cost and benefits. Hasil dari penelitian mampu menurunkan biaya upah sebesar 15,8% dan waktu kerja sebesar 14%.

Abstract

Lifestyle changes especially in big cities of Indonesia make the coffee business grow, upstream to downstream line. Many entrepreneurs not only have coffee shop but also coffee roastery which produces roast beans. One of these is Kopi Dewa. It is an emerging startup facing new competitors every day that make it require new strategy to maintain its existence and win a bigger market. Related to this phenomenon, this study aims to determine the external factors and internal factors of Kopi Dewa in order to survive and thrive. The purpose of this research is to formulate competitive strategy of Kopi Dewa’s roast bean. This research method uses descriptive quantitative method. Data are obtained through interview, observation, questionnaire, and literature studies. These are done through, first, identifying internal and external factors of Kopi Dewa. Furthermore, these factors are shortened and given weights, ratings, and scores on the IFAS matrix and EFAS matrix. The results of both matrix show that Kopi Dewa position is included into first quadrant in the Cartesian SWOT diagram, which means growth strategy is a good strategy for Kopi Dewa in the present. Both matrix components are mapped in the TOWS Matrix and given four alternative strategies. All four alternative strategies are ranked from the most important to be implemented to the least executed. These are Growth Strategy (market penetration), followed by service quality, pause strategy, and market penetration consecutively. Abstract

The development of technology that continues to grow, one of which is easy internet access enables people to access information from various sources, including social media. Nowadays, social media is not only used privately, but also companies and even government. One of them, the tourism sector in government. The role of social media, especially Instagram, is recognized as the most appropriate promotional media for travelers in Indonesia. Activities held on social media will spur the occurrence of e-wom and visit intention to Indonesian tourist destinations for domestic tourists. E-wom can be positive and negative e-wom. Therefore, the Indonesian Ministry of Tourism uses @Pesonaid_travel to promote Indonesian tourism and also the Pesona Indonesia’s brand used in @Pesonaid_travel. The purpose of this study is to determine the role of social media marketing activities to increase e-WoM and visit intention through brand equity. This research is a quantitative study, with the type of research used is causality. The population in this study was followers @Pesonaid_travel, totaling 276.000, which was then tested on 400 respondents, using a questionnaire. The data analysis method used is SEM which is processed with the SmartPLS application. The results of this study indicate that each variable that has an effect The results of this study indicate that every variable that exists gives a positive and significant effect on other variables.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of electronic word of mouth and brand image to purchase decisions of millennial customer in Bandung during the Covid-19 pandemic with a case study: e-commerce Shopee. This type of research is descriptive and associative. The population in this study are millennial customers in Bandung who actively use Shopee e-commerce. The research sample was 100 respondents and data analysis using SMART PLS. The results of this study indicate that the E-wom (X1) and the Brand Image (X2) have a positive and significant effect on Shopee’s millennial customer purchase decisions in Bandung during the Covid-19 pandemic era as much as 96%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and price on the satisfaction of Pekanbaru consumers who use Go-Food services. This type of research is associative with a quantitative method approach. The population in this study were all people of Pekanbaru City who had ordered and used Go-Food services. The sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents who were taken using a purposive sampling technique. Data was collected by distributing online questionnaires through Google Forms. The data analysis technique used in this research is validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test and f test. The results showed that service quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction, price has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction. The results of the f test indicate that service quality and price have a simultaneous effect on customer satisfaction. The results of the coefficient of determination show that the value of r square is 0.678, which means that the service quality and price variables can affect customer satisfaction by 67.8% while the remaining 32.2% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study (such as: product quality, emotional and cost).

Abstract

This study investigates the common errors exist in the English report abstracts authored by the fourth semester students learning at a secretarial academy. The purpose of the study is to improve the outcomes of the abstracts written resides in an English report writing course. 95 abstract documents are categorized and analyzed using the frameworks from James (1998) and Richards (1974), then, interpreted descriptively using descriptive statistics. This is conducted under the umbrella of qualitative research method particularly a case study. The results demonstrate that, first, there are found several types of errors such as tense, missing word, passive and active voices, subject and verb agreement, misspelling, runs on sentence, capital letter, unnecessary word, punctuation, and incorrect use of word. Second, errors classified as grammatical categories are dominating the errors occurrences. Third, errors considered as lexical taxonomies become the least errors to happen. Fourth, the causes of errors identified are interlanguage, intralanguage, and negligence of the students when writing an English abstract. Implication for the development of abstract writing in an English report writing course is the discovered errors in the present study should be the main concern to be improved by the student writers.
