Abstract

This research aims to describe Ta'lim Muta'alim learning in the formation of Ta'dzim attitudes and Ta'dzim attitudes of students towards teachers at Mts Nurul Iman Dempok Grogol Diwek Jombang. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a case study research design. Data collection techniques in this research were carried out using observation, interviews, and documentation methods. Testing the validity of the data was carried out by extending observations, increasing persistence, triangulation, using reference materials, peer discussions, and member checks. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation, and verification. This research produces the conclusion (2). The Ta'lim Al-Muta'allim teacher's efforts in forming a student's attitude of ta'dzim towards teachers at MTs Nurul Iman Dempok Jombang were carried out by preparing Expository Learning Strategies (SPE) and Inquiry Learning Strategies (SPI). Using printed learning media based on the Bald Bible and Al-Muta'allim Ta'lim Translation, lecture, deductive, bandongan, and sorogan methods are used. The formation of students' ta'dzim attitudes is carried out using two patterns, namely habituation and modeling. Students' attitude towards teachers at MTs Nurul Iman Dempok Jombang is characterized by respecting knowledge and teachers. Please do not walk in front of the teacher or bend when walking in front of him. Obeying the teacher's orders, namely helping the teacher clean the school environment, reading waqia'ah before Duha prayers, praying Duha prayers in congregation, folding carpets, and participating in activities related to the madrasah's vision and mission. This research provides recommendations to educational institutions and practitioners regarding the potential for developing more effective learning approaches for forming ta'dzim attitudes in Generation Z students.

Abstract

The purpose of this research in general is to find out the concept of Islamic education from the perspective of Imam Al-Ghazali and its relevance to contemporary Islamic education (today). Islamic education today is faced with various developments and challenges that certainly need to make changes and improvements to be able to make adjustments to these changes. The research that the author uses in terms of sources is library research which aims to reveal educational thoughts, especially regarding the concept of Islamic education from the perspective of Imam Al-Ghazali by using a content analysis approach. The results of this study indicate that the concept of Islamic education from the perspective of Imam Al-Ghazali is relevant to contemporary education (today). This can be seen in terms of educational goals, the concept of educators and students, learning methods, and learning curriculum which in its application prioritizes aspects of intellectual, moral, and spiritual development and educational evaluation. With this, educational institutions are expected to be able to adopt Al-Ghazali's concept of education to develop the potential of students to become human beings who believe and fear God Almighty, have a noble character, are healthy, knowledgeable, capable, creative, independent, and become democratic and responsible citizens

Abstract

This article proves the correlation between parental education level and the ability to memorize juz 'amma fluency in Al-Mustaghfiroh Jombang Kindergarten students. This research was conducted on students in early childhood education, namely at Kindergarten B Al-Mustaghfiroh Jombang. The method in this research was carried out through a quantitative approach using documentation studies. The data previously obtained was processed using descriptive analysis, percentage formulas, standard deviations and Contingency Coefficient Correlation analysis. In this case, the research results show that this research is very suitable for identifying students' learning processes, including relationships that influence the learning process or students' memory during their golden age. Second, the educational level of the parents of Al-Mustaghfiroh Kindergarten students, which is in the high category, is 25% or as many as 5 people who are Bachelor graduates; the medium category is 70%, or as many as 14 people who are high school graduates and finally the low category is only 1 person or as much as 5% are elementary school graduates. Al-Mustaghfiroh Kindergarten students' ability to memorize fluency was included in the high category with a score of > 70.00 for as many as 7 people, 11 people in the medium category got a score of 60.00 - 69.00 and only 2 people in the low category with a score of < 59.00. From this, it can be seen that there is a positive and significant correlation between the level of parental education and the fluent memorization ability of Al-Mustaghfiroh Kindergarten students at a significance level of 5% or ?=0.05 with ?_0 > ?_tabel / 0.74998 > 0.444 so reject H_0 and H_a accepted. and vice versa, namely 25.002% influenced by other factors.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the role of sabilussalam recitation in improving the spiritual attitudes and religious moderation of residents of Sugiharjo village, Tuban District. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study type of research. The first research result was that the Sabilussalam recitation was carried out in rotation in the congregation's homes every Friday night. The material presented includes reading yasin and tahlil letters, reading sholawat dibaiyah, and maidhoh hasanah. The method used in recitation is the lecture and question and answer method. Second, the spiritual improvement of Sugiharjo village residents includes increasing faith and piety, religious awareness, and concern. Third, the moderate attitude of Sugiharjo village residents is divided into moderate attitudes in matters of faith and moderate attitudes in matters of worship. A moderate attitude in faith includes tolerating differences in schools of thought, avoiding takfiri attitudes and avoiding fanaticism. A moderate attitude in worship matters is tolerance towards religious practices, active participation in social and religious activities, and respect for differences in understanding of beliefs.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the challenges, the condition of religious material understanding, and effective strategies and methods of religious education for students at SMPLB Shafa Mojokerto. The study employs a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data collection is conducted through interviews, observations, and documentation of the school principal, three teachers, and three students. The research findings indicate that the main challenges faced by religious teachers are the disparity in students' understanding levels, resource limitations, and the difficulty of effective communication with students with special needs. Nevertheless, the maximum efforts of teachers and school support manage to overcome these various obstacles. Overall, the students' understanding and acceptance of religious material are relatively good, although some students still encounter difficulties in grasping specific topics. Effective learning strategies include implementing an inclusive approach, active and contextual learning, optimizing the role of parents and the family environment, and emphasizing the internalization of religious values in shaping students' character. Recommendations include improving the availability of learning resources and support facilities, providing teacher training, and continuously evaluating and refining religious education methods to adapt to students' evolving needs.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the optimisation efforts of local religious content curricula to improve the quality of Islamic Education learning at SMPN 1 Mojowarno Jombang. The research was conducted using a qualitative approach and descriptive design. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and document review. The results showed that schools had implemented local religious content in the form of Arabic and Javanese language subjects. However, its implementation still faces several challenges, such as time allocation, teacher competence, availability of teaching materials, completeness of infrastructure, and cooperation with stakeholders. Therefore, optimization must be done through increasing time allocation, teacher training, developing teaching materials, strengthening infrastructure, cooperation with related stakeholders, and regular monitoring and evaluation. With such optimisation, it is hoped that implementing local religious content can run effectively and contribute maximally to improving the quality of Islamic Education learning and internalising religious values in students. Theoretically, the results of this study have contributed to developing an Islamic Education curriculum contextual to local needs.

Abstract

There are three aims of this research, namely to describe the values of Sufism, explain the process of internalizing Sufism and describe the relevance of internalizing Sufism values in forming an attitude of religious moderation in the Thoriqoh Syadziliyah Al Masudiyah Jombang Congregation. The Sufism values taught include Simplicity (Zuhud), Humility (Tawadhu'), Compassion and Kindness (Ihsan), Patience and Perseverance (Sabr), Rejection of Negative Lust (Mujahadah). The process of internalizing Sufism is influenced by supporting factors and challenges in implementation. Supporting factors: Thoriqoh Syadziliyah, which is muktabaroh and famous for its easy practices for the congregation. Challenging/inhibiting factors: Struggle with Ego and Worldly Desires, Maintaining Spiritual Discipline, Negative Environmental Influences. The relevance of internalizing Sufism values in forming attitudes of religious moderation. By practicing the values of Sufism, the thoriqoh congregation will form a high attitude of tolerance. By practicing Sufism, the congregation has openness and inclusiveness (tawas), which encourages religious moderation. With a simple lifestyle and Zuhud, the congregation is not easily provoked into committing terrorism and other intolerance. A balanced lifestyle meets the needs of the world, and Akirat helps to encourage the stability of religious harmony in the surrounding environment

Abstract

There are two aims of this research, namely to describe moderate values through Qur'any songs and to describe the process of forming moderate attitudes through the Qur'any by KH. M. Qoyim Ya'qub (late). The moderate values contained in the song Qur'any by KH. M. Qoyim Ya'qub namely: a. National Commitment, an example of song title: Choose a Leader with the sholawat song genre entitled Addiinulana. b. Tolerance. Examples of song titles: 1). Hai Kafir with the sholawat song genre entitled Thola'al Badru. 2). Forgive the Lay People with the sholawat song genre entitled An Nabi Sholuu Alaihi. 3). Avoid looking for people's faults with the sholawat song genre entitled Ya Rasulullah (version of the Indian song Tum Hi Ho). 4). The morals of the sholawat song genre are entitled Kun Anta. The process of forming a moderate attitude through the song Qur'any by KH. M. Qoyim Ya'qub (late) went through several stages: a. Stage 1: Understanding. At this stage, listeners of Qur'any songs first understand the text of the songs, especially the song titles which contain moderate values. b. Stage 2: Internalization. After understanding the content of the Qur'any song, listeners need to internalize it through playing the song repeatedly, discussion, and practice. c. Stage 3: Strengthening moderate values, through reading relevant books and participating in religious activities.

Abstract

This research aims to describe efforts to build religious character through habituation to religious activities at MAN 19 Jakarta. This research uses a qualitative methodology using descriptive analysis tools and field research methodology. The research involved participants from MAN who were actively involved in religious activities, including observations, and interviews with teachers and students. The findings of this investigation add significantly to our understanding of how religious education at MAN can be an effective means of forming students' religious character. The practical implications can be used to strengthen character through religious activities that are carried out, namely by cultivating the 5S (Greetings, smiles, greetings, politeness and politeness) along with P5 in the independent curriculum, the practice of Duha prayers which teaches them to be obedient and serious in worship and reading activities Al-Qur'an before learning begins

Abstract

This article discusses the integration of Critical Pedagogy and Religious Education to shape students' perspectives on peace, justice, and human rights. By delving into the literature, this research explores the potential impact of Critical Pedagogy on Religious Education. This approach involves students in critical thinking, reflection, and open dialogue regarding religious values to address contemporary social issues. The article examines the key concepts of Critical Pedagogy and its integration into the Religious Education curriculum, aiming to enhance the relevance of religious education. The combination of these two approaches is expected to create students who not only understand religious values but can also apply them to promote peace, justice, and human rights. The conclusion highlights the potential contribution of Critical Pedagogy in shaping a new, responsive paradigm for Religious Education, creating a dynamic learning environment in the face of the complexities of contemporary social challenges. Further research is expected to serve as a solid foundation for positive transformation in religious education and the development of students' perspectives on peace, justice, and human rights
