Abstract

To analyze the performance of the intersection using the PKJI (2014) method, the data used in this research is primary data in the form of geometric intersections, traffic flow conditions, environmental conditions and side friction. Secondary data in the form of population growth data. Traffic data collection is carried out on Sundays, Mondays, and Fridays in the morning 06:00-08:00, Afternoon at 11:00-13:00, Afternoon at 15:30-17:30. The results showed that the highest number of SF during peak hours occurred at 16:30-17:30 WIB, namely as many as 711 events/hour on Sunday, 634.90 events/hour on Monday, and 735 events/hour on Friday. The performance of the intersection decreased due to the presence of side friction, seen the highest degree of saturation value of DS = 1,282, Capacity C = 2786.96 cur/hour, Delay D = 89.46 seconds/skr (service level F), Queue Opportunity QP = 67.64-139 ,64 %, and Side Friction SF = 711 events/hour. Based on the results of linear regression analysis, the effect of side friction on the degree of saturation is 60% with the equation Y = 0.0011X + 0.3938. An alternative solution to dealing with problems at intersections is the installation of APILL (Traffic Signaling Tool), because after an analysis has been carried out by widening the minor road and main road approaches, installing the median, and controlling road users, it shows the degree of saturation value from DS = 1,282 to DS =1.141 is still not in accordance with the target, namely DS = 0.85. From the alternative solutions that have been carried out, it cannot reduce the degree of saturation to DS = 0.85.Keywords: intersection performance, degree of saturation, delay, PKJI (2014), side friction.

Abstract

This research is a modeling based on the finite element method using BorLog (N-SPT) data on the airport taxiway and analyzes parameters or soil correlation. The purpose of this modeling is to analyze the modeling of the pile on a medium soft soil profile that has been improved soil (soil improvement) with Injection Pile based on the required settlement criteria during the construction period of <100 mm / year. So from the results of the analysis, soil improvement on the taxiway shows a land subsidence of 0.01657 m at the group pile (100 m overall) and 0.02375 m at the cluster pile (part 40 m). The reduction of the taxiway using the Injection Pile method can be applied as a soil improvement to increase the carrying capacity and reduce excessive settlement during the construction period.

Abstract

PT. Xyz is engaged in manufacturing spare parts. Based on the observations of PT. Xyz found that the company had not implemented the 5S working principle properly. Kaizen 5S is a method of structuring and maintaining an intensive work area originating from Japan that is used by management in an effort to maintain order, efficiency and discipline at work sites while improving overall company performance. The conclusions that can be obtained from research on the implementation of the 5S method in improving the work area that have been carried out are as follows: evaluation of the 5S program on the production floor of PT. Xyz has not been fully maximized, the role of the team leader is an important key for the successful implementation of the 5S method, the factors that influence the unsuccessful application of the 5S method are the employees' understanding of the 5S function, motivation, team head performance and supervision of the 5S method implementation. Knowing the implementation of the 5S program at PT. Xyz. The implementation of the 5S program is good, the program is carried out between working hours, 10 minutes before enough the job . In its application, it creates a clean and tidy environment, can simplify and speed up the production process, and extend the life of production machines, due to routine inspection and maintenance activities. The strategy for improving the application of the 5S method recommended for the 5S program in the production area is periodic monitoring of the implementation of 5S and work instructions that operators must carry out 5S.

Abstract

An information system is a system that, apart from performing all the transaction processing is necessary for an organization, also provides information and processing support for management and decision-making functions. Every organization always needs systems to collect, process, store, review and distribute information. "Makaroni Ira" is a Small Business that does not yet have a payroll information system so that the payroll is still done manually, making it difficult for company managers and takes a long time to decide all the employee salaries. The way to solve the payroll problem in Makaroni Ira's business is to create an application that can automatically process the existing input data. The solution is to use the information system design method, then make the process and data modeling, then build the application

Abstract

Tambaksari minapolitan village is a BUMDes fostered village where most of the people cultivate fish in ponds and process the fish in the pond manually. Therefore, a BUMDes strategy is needed to develop Minapolitan villages so that they are advanced and do not lag behind other villages. Qualitative descriptive research describes the condition of Minapolitan village to get the right strategy with SWOT analysis. The results showed that most of the Tambaksari minapolitan community still use manual methods in the cultivation, processing, and marketing of fishpond products. Processed products are less competitive in the market and manual marketing is not yet marketed online, even though some access roads to Tambaksari Village are damaged, so they are lazy to go through them. Therefore, a strategy is needed, including improving access to the village entrance and the road to the pond and adding a gazebo, a unique spot that attracts tourists. Communities also need to be given information technology training to access information on proper fish farming, healthy and durable fish processing, product packaging, and attractive marketing methods. The public is also facilitated in obtaining halal certificates and P-IRT to ensure quality and assure product quality to consumers.

Abstract

From year to year there have been many developments in the retail industry, Alfamart H189 Kedungpane as one that must be able to maintain the level of customer satisfaction service so that public interest in visiting remains high. This study aims to determine the quality of service at Alfamart H189 Kedungpane based on the Service quality method and the Kano method. In terms of customer satisfaction, the service quality approach can be applied to measure the level of customer satisfaction. Service quality is measured based on the gap/GAP between perceived performance and expectations. Kano is used to categorize attributes to find out what attributes must be maintained, improved and considered to be able to meet customer satisfaction. The results of research conducted using the Service Quality Method on five dimensions of service quality, namely Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurane and Empathy for GAP 5. It was found that there were still gaps, the largest GAP value was in the Assurance dimension of -0.54. The highest service quality value is found in the Responsiveness dimension of -0.03. Based on the results of the integration of the Service Quality and Kano Methods, it is known that from the 17 variables studied there are 5 variables that are recommended to be maintained, 3 variables are recommended to be improved and 9 variables are recommended to be considered.Keywords: Service Quality, Service Quality Method, Kano Method

Abstract

Kelurahan Bandengan termasuk wilayah dataran rendah yang sering terkena rob air pasang, yang mengakibatkanjalan menuju ke TPI rusak. Untuk menurunkan tingginya rob air pasang dari bawah naik keatas dari atas turun kebawahakhirnya air meluap dan menyebabkan banjir. Hal ini yang melatarbelakangi penulis untuk melakukan penelitian yangberjudul “Perhitungan Rencana Anggaran Biaya Pekerjaan Struktur Dan Proses Tender Proyek Peningkatan Jl. Kendal –TPI”.Proses penelitian ini diawali dengan pengumpulan data, data yang dimaksudkan adalah data sekunder dan dataprimer dengan dukungan beberapa literatur, untuk data primer kami akan melakukan survey lokasi kegiatan di KelurahanKebondalem dan melakukan wawancara dengan ketua UKPBJ Kabupaten Kendal. Selanjutnya data sekunder berupagambar kerja, data lelang dan LPSE. Jika sudah lengkap maka proses selanjutnya adalah pengolahan data berupaanalisis bahan, upah dan peralatan yang digunakan sebagai bahan untuk menghitung volume dan harga satuanpekerjaan yang kemudian menghasilkan rencana anggaran biaya (RAB) dan selesai.Rencana anggaran biaya (RAB) untuk pekerjaan peningkatan Jl. Kendal-TPI sebesar Rp. 1.500.000.000,- (Satu milyarlima ratus juta rupiah) dengan konstruksi utama jalan beton FS.45 dengan tahapan pelelangan tersebut adalah pelelangansistem pascakualifikasi, sehingga untuk kelengkapan personil dan administrasi dianggap sudah memenuhi persyaratan.Tahapan yang dilakukan adalah pemasukan penawaran dari pihak penyedia jasa, untuk penyedia jasa yang memenuhipersyaratan yang ditentukan oleh pihak panitia maka akan lolos seleksi dan menjadi pemenang. Waktu yang diperlukanpeserta lelang hingga sampai menjadi pemenang mulai dari pengumuman pascakualifikasi hingga penandatanganankontrak memerlukan waktu 43 hari. Untuk saat ini sistem lelang dilakukan dengan sistem online, dari pihak penyedia jasamemasukkan segala kelengkapan administrasi dengan cara diunggah ke website LPSE.

Abstract

Fasilitas pejalan kaki merupakan aspek penting dalam memenuhi faktor keamanan dan kenyamanan penggunamoda jalan kaki. Selain memenuhi aspek kemanan dan kenyamanan, pengembangan moda jalan kaki juga dapatmemberikan dampak baik dalam aspek pembangunan berkelanjutan dan ramah lingkungan. Pembangunan dengan modelyang lebih modern serta memperhatikan seluruh aspek yang ada dilokasi pedestrian perlu dilakukan.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyusun model pedestrian yang sesuai di Persimpangan Purin, KabupatenKendal. Hasil penelitian tentang persentase pedestrian didapatkan. Pejalan kaki yang akan ke kantor dan sekolah sebanyak54%, belanja sebanyak 18%, rumah sebanyak 2%, tempat parkir sebanyak 2% dan lainnya sebanyak 24%. Hasil darifaktor keamanannya didapat sebesar 54,52% dan masuk kedalam kategori kurang baik (KB), dari faktor kenyamanannyadidapat sebesar 52,32% dan masuk ke dalam kategori kurang baik (KB). Sedangkan dari faktor keamanan dankeamanannya didapat sebesar 53,42% dan masuk kedalam kategori kurang baik (KB). Pengamatan lokasi sertapengambilan data sebanyak 50 responden dilakukan untuk mendapatkan gambaran yang lebih jelas dalam permodelanyang akan dilakukan. Peneliti juga mengembangkan aspek yang cukup menonjol dilokasi sebagai acuan permodelan yaitukuliner dan terminal. Dengan mengabungkan semua hal yang ada, potensi terjadinya kontak sosial di lokasi akan semakinbesar. Letaknya yang dilewati sebuah drainase perkotaan yang cukup besar menjadi areal konsen permodelan. Modelpedestrian bridge yang berintegrasi dengan pedestrian mall, terminal, dan areal parkir dinilai lebih cocok untukditerapkan. Selain menjadi penunjang pejalan kaki, areal tersebut bisa menjadi penggerak ekonomi dikawasan yangdikembangkan

Abstract

Sungai Kuto merupakan salah satu sungai besar di Jawa Tengah yang terletak di perbatasan Kabupaten Kendal danKabupaten Batang. sungai ini memiliki Daerah Aliran Sungai yang cukup luas dengan panjang sungai utama ± 25 Km.Pada bulan Februari 2021, Hujan yang terjadi di wilayah kendal menyebabkan terjadinya banjir di 69 desa dari 12kecamatan di Kabupaten Kendal termasuk di daerah hilir Sungai Kuto. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan analisis hidrologiuntuk menghitung debit rancangan yang akan terjadi. kemudian membandingkannya dengan debit aktual. Pertamamenghitung curah hujan maksimum dengan metode Log Pearson Tipe III dengan data curah hujan yang digunakan posstasiun kedungasem selama 20 tahun terakhir. Kemudian didapatkan rasio untuk menghitung debit banjir rancangandengan metode Hidrograf Satuan Sintetis Nakayasu. Hasil analisis hidrologi menujukan debit banjir rancangan untuk kalaulang 2 tahun sebesar 216,525 mᶟ/dtk, debit banjir rancangan untuk kala ulang 5 tahun sebesar 389,693 mᶟ/dtk dan debitbanjir rancangan untuk kala ulang 10 tahun sebesar 555,388 mᶟ/dtk. Dengan debit banjir aktual sebesar 469,74 mᶟ/dtkmendekati debit banjir rancangan kala ulang 5 tahun

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi strategi pemasaran yang tepat yang dapat meningkatkan pangsa pasar dan panduan dalam memasarkan produk emping melinjo pada Omah Cemilan Batang. Ditinjau melalui Identifikasi faktor internal dan eksternal, matriks evaluasi faktor internal (IFE), faktor eksternal (EFE), matriks internal eksternal (IE), matriks SWOT dan Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM). Hasil penelitian ini, total skor matriks IFE adalah 2,75 dan skor total matriks EFE adalah 2,927. Skor ini menentukan posisi perusahaan di kuadran V (Hold and Mantain) pada matriks IE, Strateginya adalah penetrasi pasar dan pengembangan produk. Pada hasil penyusunan matriks SWOT diperoleh 8 strategi. Setelah dilakukan pencocokan matriks IE dan matriks SWOT, strategi alternatif yang dipilih adalah penetrasi pasar, pengembangan pasar dan pengembangan produk. Hasil menggunakan matriks QSP berupa urutan prioritas strategi yang dapat diterapakan oleh Omah Cemilan Batang yaitu penetrasi pasar, pengembangan produk dan pengembangan pasar.
