Abstract

Sumber Jaya Jepara merupakan perusahaan UMKM yang bergerak dibidang furnitur. Sumber Jaya Jepara memiliki banyak proses kerja mulai dari proses pemotongan, pengecatan, dan juga pemasahan. Objek peneliitian ini diambil di lokasi pembuatan furnitur di Desa Bucu, Kecamatan Kembang, Kabupaten Jepara, Jawa Tengah.  Pekerja yang diteliti berjumlah 3 orang. Berdasarkan observasi, postur kerja operator termasuk dalam postur kerja medium namun belum pernah dilakukan pengukuran. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui keluhan yang dirasakan oleh pekerja dengan mengunakan tabel pengekur Nordic Body Map (NBM) dan dihitung skor dengan metode Work Place Ergonomic Risk Asissment (WERA). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengukuran postur kerja menggunakan metode WERA berada pada tingkat risiko medium. Tingkat risiko tersebut mengindikasikan bahwa dibutuhkan investigasi lebih lanjut dan perbaikan pada sistem kerja.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengusulkan perbaikan pada proses produksi garment line 3 PT. MAS ARYA INDONESIA 2. Hal ini dilakukan karena tingginya defect yang terjadi pada line 3 dibandingkan line lainnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode six sigma dimulai dari tahap define, measure, analyze, improve, control. Pada tahap define merupakan alur proses produksi dari material datang sampai siap kirim. Pada tahap measure ditemukan empat defect tertinggi dari hasil diagram pareto yaitu: defect oil mark dengan nilai DPMO 233568,7 dengan nilai sigma 2,23, defect Broken stitches at Bottom hem dengan nilai DPMO 109179,8 dengan nilai sigma 2,73, defect Pleat at Bottom hem dengan nilai DPMO 70070,61 dengan nilai sigma 2,98, defect Twisted or roped seam at Inseam dengan nilai DPMO 68984,25 dengan nilai sigma 2,98. Hasil analyze ditemukan faktor penyebab terjadinya defect menggunakan diagram fishbone yaitu faktor mesin, manpower, material, metode dan motivasi. Pada tahap improve dilakukan perbaikan atas faktor penyebab defect dan dalam tahap control dilakukan pengawasan atas usulan perbaikan yang telah dilakukan.

Abstract

PT. XYZ merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang garmen. Untuk menjaga persaingan  PT. XYZ harus menerapkan strategi salah satunya  adalah  menjaga  kualitas  produk. Salah satu metode untuk pengendalian kualitas dengan menggunakan alat-alat pengendali kualitas dimana dengan pendekatan tersebut mampu untuk melihat penyimpangan yang terjadi sehingga pada akhirnya diharapkan mampu untuk meminimalkan defect. Alat-alat pengendali kualitas yang digunakan diantaranya Flow chart, Check sheet, Histogram, Cause & Effect diagram, Pareto chart, & Control charts.Berdasarkan hasil analisis dapat diketahui faktor-faktor yang menjadi penyebab kecacatan dalam produk T-Shirt, diantaranya faktor manusia (man), faktor mesin (machine), faktor bahan baku (materials), faktor metode (method), dan yang terakhir faktor lingkungan (environment). Perbaikan yang dilakukan untuk menimalkan perbaikan cacat produk adalah dengan melakukan perbaikan teradap faktor-faktor penyebab terjadinya cacat pada mesin dan peralatan yang digunakan. Kemudian dilakukan pengecekan dan dilakukan maintenance. Untuk faktor manusia dan metode kerja perlu dilakukan pembagian waktu kerja yang efektif agar tidak menumpuk di akhir. Untuk mengurangi cacat pada bahan baku, perusahaan diharapkan dapat selalu mengecek barang yang datang jika didapatkan barang material yang tidak sesuai segera memberikan complaint kepada supplier.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Pengaruh dedak padi terhadap campuran pembuatan paving block, Kekuatan dedak padi terhadap campuran pembuatan paving block. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan teknik eksperimen. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu dedak dapat gunakan sebagai bahan campuran pembuatan paving block dan masuk dalam kategori B yang hanya bisa di pasang untuk area pelataran parkir. Hasil pengujian kuat tekan paving block menggunakan campuran dedak padi menghasilkan paving berkekuatan K29, dan Mpa 20.

Abstract

The honey bee, which is popular in the community, is known to have a sting that is quite discouraging. However, there are stingless bees that can also produce honey. Apart from being stingless, the stingless bee species that are starting to bloom in Indonesia are no less efficacious. The purpose of this study is to find out what problems occur in marketing and to provide an analysis of competitive strategies that should be carried out. The method used in this study is the five force method. The results of this study state that the conditions of competition faced in the honey industry are very tight. This is shown from the analysis of the five forces. Where the five forces analysis shows that there are influential threats to the honey industry, namely the threat of new entrants, the threat of consumer power and the threat of competition among industries. Apart from threats, there are opportunities that stores can take advantage of to increase sales, namely sales opportunities in modern markets, sales opportunities on social media and opportunities for collaboration with herbal medicine sellers. Strategies that can be applied to increase sales and profits are: cooperation strategies with herbal medicine sellers, marketing strategies through social media, sales strategies in modern markets. Abstract

Indonesia is a developing country with abundant natural resources, both living and non-living natural resources. Natural resources have an important role for the progress of an area. Based on natural resources, it is divided into two, namely renewable and non-renewable natural resources. One of the non-renewable natural resources is mineral resources which are utilized by way of mining. One of the activities carried out in Pangkah Subdistrict, Tegal Regency caused externalities to the environment, social and economy of the community. The positive impact felt by the community is an increase in income. However, in reality the negative impact is more dominant in the form of visible externalities, namely environmental damage. What can be recommended is reinstating sand permits in the form of enforcing mining business licenses and forming groups concerned with the environment to develop the local community's economy. Abstract

Abadi factory is a home industry scale factory that has not implemented planning methods in production activities, so that often the stock of crackers made is less than demand or exceeds demand which causes a lot of stock of crackers to pile up in the warehouse. In order for factories to meet stock of goods whose capacity remains in accordance with needs and reduce financial losses, it is necessary to conduct research starting from collecting data on demand, number of employees, working hours, and costs incurred for production purposes. This study uses forecasting methods, namely moving average, and exponential smoothing, in analyzing the forecasting of cracker product sales. Then determine the best forecasting method from several existing methods and then determine the production planning of crackers using the aggregate planning method of labor control. Based on the data collection, processing, and analysis, the results of the aggregate planning using the labor control method for the next 3 months obtained the results of Rp. 145,000,434.76,- with a total production of 8,637 packs. Abstract

When constructing a building project, delays in project work often occur when it is implemented. So an alternative is needed that can help complete construction projects faster, one of which is by using the labor shift method. This study analyzes the accelerated period using labor shifts at the Sukorejo II Health Center Development Project. From the data obtained after analysis, the project can be accelerated for 19 working days so that the project duration, which was originally 90 working days, became 71 working days (down 21.11%). The project's direct costs increased from Rp 2,046,947,259.07 in 90 days to Rp 2,054,582,259.07 in 71 days (up 0.4%). Indirect costs decreased from Rp 361,225,986.89 to Rp 335,806,380.41 (down 7.04%). So that the total cost of the project, which was originally IDR 2,046,947,259.07, became IDR 2,054,582,259.07 from the normal project (down 0.37%). Abstract

XYZ is the first fiber optic factory in Kendal to start operating in 2021. The main production from PT. XYZ is an optical cable and underwater cable or commonly called a submarine cable. One of the vital problems experienced by PT. XYZ in starting its production operations is on quality control issues. PT. XYZ is in the stage of looking for appropriate quality standards and can be used to compete with its competitors. The control method used to explore and identify unqualified products in the fiber coloring process is the seventools method. Seventools is able to present data in detail and accurately with the seven tools in it, another advantage that seventools has is that it is easy to understand and implement. The purpose of this research is to find out how to control, the factors that cause defects and how to apply the seventools method to the quality of colored fiber at PT. XYZ. The results of the study using seventools related to line coloring and colored fiber, preventive and countermeasures that can be taken are to recheck and rewind unqualified products, create and install technical requirements in the production area to make it easier for operators to identify standardized products made and provide paint roller machines to maintain color quality, separate storage shelves for qualified and unqualified products and cultivate 5S in operators.

Abstract

Toko Gembyang merupakan salah satu UMKM penyedia jasa layanan foto copy di kabupaten Pemalang. Terdapat permasalahan human error pada penggunaan mesin, sebagai contoh akibat dari human error yang terjadi yaitu hasil ukuran kertas yang salah, hasil foto copy kurang jelas, foto copy bolak balik tidak presisi, kertas macet didalam mesin dll. Sehingga perlu dilakukan analisis untuk mengetahui faktor penyebab terjadinya human error pada jasa pelayanan foto copy di Toko Gembyang, dengan tujuan agar dapat mengurangi terjadinya kejadian human error yang dapat mempengaruhi efektifitas, keselamatan atau performa sistem. Identifikasi dan analisis human error yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode Human error Identification in Systems Tool (HEIST). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diketahui bahwa tugas yang sering terjadi kesalahan yaitu pada saat melakukan foto copy KTP bolak balik. Kesalahan yang dilakukan yaitu pada proses membalik KTP dan meletakkan kertas kedalam box kertas di mesin foto copy dengan posisi yang tidak sesuai. Hal tersebut menyebabkan hasil foto copy KTP bolak balik yang keluar tidak presisi antara sisi ke 1 dan sisi ke 2 bahkan bisa sampai berlawanan letak. Saran yang diberikan untuk mengurangi kesalahan yang disebabkan human error yaitu dengan melakukan pelatihan kepada pegawai, dan memotivasi pegawai agar lebih menghafalkan letak dan posisi kertas saat melakukan foto copy. Serta memberikan tanda pada samping-samping layar foto copy agar memudahkan pengoprasian. Kata kunci : UMKM, human error, HEIST
