Abstract

Perparkiran merupakan masalah yang sering dijumpai dilokasi yang mempunyai aktivitas tinggi seperti di pasar maupun tempat keramaian lainya, ketersediaan ruang parkir di pasar sering kali tidak mencukupi untuk memenuhi kebutuhan ruang parkir. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan analisis terhadap kebutuhan ruang parkir di pasar untuk dapat menampung kendaraan-kendaraan di pasar tersebut. Lokasi studi kasus diambil pada penelitian ini adalah pasar gorong. Dalam menentukan kebutuhan ruang parkir di pasar gorong akan dibahas beberapa hal antara lain: karakteristik parkir, kebutuhan ruang parkir (KRP) dan standart KRP di pasar. Pembahasan pada permasalahan tersebut diawali dengan survey, mengidentifikasi masalah, melakukan studi literatur, pengumpulan data (primer dan sekunder) kemudian melakukan analisa data dan pembahasan sehingga di dapatkan KRP actual, selanjutnya akan diterapkan oleh pedoman parkir yang dikeluarkan oleh dirjen perhubungan darat 1998, lalu ditarik kesimpulan dan saran. Hasil didapatkan KRP yang harus minimal disediakan untuk pasar gorong dengan luas lahan 3150 m2 agar dapat menampung kendaraan-kendaraan yang parkir seperti kendaraan motor, mobil pick up dan truck box adalah 87,84 m2 / SRP yaitu 36 SRP dimana dalam tiap 1 SRP (mobil) 11,5 dengan demikian untuk dapat menampung kendaraan-kendaraan yang parkir di pasar gorong bedasarkan data aktual membutuhkan KRP 414 m2. Abstract

The performance of construction human resources (HR) is a good or bad indicator of the production process of construction labor on a construction project. HR is an integrated ability of thinking power and physical power owned by individuals, their behavior and nature are determined by their heredity and environment, while their work performance is motivated by the desire to meet their satisfaction. This study aims to determine the relationship of character and performance experience of a construction management to project quality. The method in this research uses literature study. The results of this study indicate that the appropriate project quality begins with worker selection planning which can be seen from the character of workers such as hard workers, not intervened by circumstances, assertive, quick to make decisions, and disciplined, then the experience of workers who have often handled various project work known from the period of work, the type and number of projects undertaken, project success and other achievements,. So that worker performance can continue to improve and produce quality projects.

Abstract

PKBM Mutiara is a non-formal education institution in Pemalang district which was founded in 2007. Currently PKBM Mutiara has 15 employees who have different duties and responsibilities. The chairman of PKBM stated that recently there had been complaints of work fatigue from several employees. Therefore, PKBM Mutiara wants to know the workload borne by each employee. The workload analysis method used is the NASA TLX method (National Aeronautics and Space Administration Task Load Index). Employees will assess their workload conditions based on 6 dimensional measurement factors, namely Mental Needs (KM), Time Needs (KW), Physical Needs (KF), Effort (U), Work Performance (PK), and Frustration Level (TF). Based on the calculation of employee workload scores at PKBM Mutiara, It is known that there are 2 employees whose workload is in the "very high" category, 10 employees have a "high" workload, and 3 employees have a "medium" workload. The identification results using the fishbone diagram show that the high workload of PKBM Mutiara employees is influenced by methods and human factors. Proposed improvements to increase employee workload levels are: 1. Distribution of duties and responsibilities according to employee abilities; 2. Reduce the workload of secretaries by recruiting special employees for dapodik operators; 3. Encourage the Education Department to create a technical manual for PKBM management; 4. Carrying out online teaching and learning process training for tutors; 5. Create a system such as Google form or similar for the registration process for prospective new students.

Abstract

Biomass as an energy source is very compatible with Indonesia's natural resources. Pineapple peel waste contains a lot of cellulose, which can be used as a renewable energy source. However, the presence of lignin in pineapple skin stops the hydrolysis process. So, this research looks at how the MAE (microwave assisted extraction) delignification method optimizes pineapple peel waste cellulose. The results of research by changing the operating temperature to 70oC, 80oC, and 90oC show that lignin solubility increases with operating temperature. To compare, the control sample had lignin and cellulose solubility of 2.68% and 17.39% of the sample weight, while the sample delignified with MAE had a solubility of 9.04% and 29.42% of the sample weight at an operating temperature of 90oC, for two twenty minutes, and with a ratio of 1:20 (w/v). After delignification, analysis continues using FTIR to compare the organic components in the sample. In the graph of microwave pretreatment spectra results, wide absorption is found at 3320 and 3333 cm-1; The spectra results without pretreatment show free O-H vibrations from a group of hydroxyls in the cellulose molecule. The peaks that have changed can be seen in the graph of the microwave pretreatment spectrum results, which shows wave values ​​of 1625 and 1630 cm-1, and shows the vibration of the aromatic chains in lignin. The cellulose peaks are 1032 and 1034 cm-1. These peaks are glucose ring stretching, changes in the C-H form in hemicellulose and cellulose.

Abstract

Berjalannya penggunaan kebutuhan alat transpotasi mengakibatkan kebutuhan parkir meningkat, baik parkir pada badanJalan (On Street Parking) dan parkir di luar badan jalan (Off Street Parking), parkir pada badan jalan lebih berpengaruhpada hambatan samping lalu lintas jalan, namun parkir di luar badan jalan disamping berpengaruh pada hambatan sampingjalan juga berpengaruh terhadap jumlah tarikan perjalanan khususnya pada Pasar Beji Tulis Batang. Pasar Beji tulis yangberada di dekat jalan pantura mengalami dilema, antara penyediaan lahan parkir yang luas untuk melayani pelanggan yangdatang dan harga lahan yang tinggi. Terbatasnya lahan dan harga lahan yang tinggi di daerah tersebut, membutuhkanmengelolaan parkir, sehingga pengunjung pasar mendapat kemudahan untuk mendapatkan tempat parkir, dan lahan parkiryang terbatas dapat dikelola seoptimal mungkin.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi karakteristik parkiryang dibutuhkan untuk optimasi, dan untuk membuat strategi optimasi parkir pada pasar beji.

Abstract

Asia Pacific Fibers Tbk merupakan sebuah pabrik yang memproduksi beragam produk benang. POY salah satunya atau biasa disebut benang setengah jadi. Dalam proses produksinya terdapat beberapa tahapan mulai dari Charging Chips hingga Take-Up (pengambilan benang). Pada bagian ini terdapat beberapa gerakan postur kerja seperti membungkuk dan mengangkat beban. Pada awal pengamatan penelitian terlihat terdapat postur kerja yang kurang baik. Postur kerja tersebut sangat bertentangan dengan nilai Ergonomic. Sehingga dilakukan analisa untuk menentukan resiko Low Back Pain yang mungkin ditimbulkan. Analisa dari penelitian ini menggunakan metode Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA) dan Rapid Upper Limb Assessment (RULA). diambil tiga sampel gambar dari proses pengambilan benang yang akan dianalisis menggunakan kedua metode. Yaitu pada proses pengambilan benang, pemindahan benang, dan pemasukan Papertube. Dengan menggunakan dua metode diatas pada proses pengambilan benang di temukan tingkat resiko Low Back Pain sedang. Sedang pada proses pemidahan berseiko Low Back Pain sangat Tinggi. Dan yang terakhir pada proses pemasukan Papertube dengan resiko Rendah hingga sedang. Diharapkan kedepanya analisis ini dapat menjadi bahan untuk anailis selanjutnya.

Abstract

Jalan Yos Sudarso is one of the city roads in Batang which provides infrastructure for the people of Batang Regency to carry out all outdoor activities. This road is a 2-way undivided road with a road width of 6 meters, a shoulder width of 1.76 meters and an effective shoulder of 0.4 meters. This research aims to determine the level of service (LOS) and free flow speed on Jalan Yos Sudarso, Batang Regency using the MKJI 1997 method. From the calculation results it is known that the level of service (LOS) on Jalan Yos Sudarso is 0.42 with type B. Value This is at a ratio of 0.20-0.44 which is an indicator that flow conditions are stable, but operating speed is starting to be limited by traffic conditions. The obstacles on this road are classified as high based on the classification of side obstacles, it is found to be type H (high) as evidenced by the fact that there are many food and drink stalls along the road which result in lots of obstacle events which sometimes cause traffic flow to become clogged. The free flow speed on Jalan Yos Sudarso, Batang Regency is 40.77 km/hour. At this speed, it shows that the driver is free to drive the vehicle at free speed without obstacles

Abstract

Wonosari Village MSMEs are Wonosari MSMEs that produce high quality salted eggs. However, MSME sales are unstable. The problems that occur in the MSMEs NR Wonosari Village district include a few marketing areas, small capital, the quality of eggshells that are easily cracked, problems of low productivity in producing, and difficulties in finding suppliers. The external problems are the lack of guidance and supervision from local governments on the existence of the salted egg industry. Due to the unstable state of MSME sales results, a study was conducted "Salted Egg Business Analysis with SWOT and Fish bone Methods in MSMEs Wonosari Village". Based on the analysis that has been done, it can be known the attributes that are obstacles or problems in MSMEs Salted Egg NR from the Fish bone method, it can be known the obstacles are: limited employees, lack of knowledge, no applicable SOP, less long incubation process, perishable raw materials, difficult to find duck breeders. And by using the SWOT method, it can be known the problem attributes from the threats and weaknesses matrix columns, including: the existence of similar and the same salted egg business, products are easy to imitate, uncertain raw material prices, uncertain quality of raw materials, human resources still lack knowledge, limited raw materials, limited distribution, lack of promotional media. Abstract

Warungasem Market is one of the intersections that has a high traffic volume during rush hour because this intersection is located in a commercial area, namely the Warungasem traditional market which is the center of trading activities in Warungasem District. This market is also located on an alternative road that connects Batang Regency with Pekalongan Regency. . This causes high traffic volumes on the roads connected to the market area. The aim of this research is to determine the characteristics and performance of intersections in the Warungasem market. This research uses the 2014 PKJI reference in conducting research. Peak hour traffic volume is 1233.35 cur/hour. The traffic flow on the North arm is 408.7 cur/hour, on the East arm 365.65 cur/hour, and on the West arm 459 cur/hour. The capacity of the North arm is 454 cur/hour, the East arm is 567 cur/hour, and the West arm is 456 cur/hour. The degree of saturation for the North arm is 0.901, the East arm is 0.645, and the West arm is 1.01. The length of the queue for the North arm is 60 m, the East arm is 35 m, and the West arm is 115 m. The average delay value at the Warungasem Market intersection is 71.8 seconds/cur. The level of service shows that it is in class F. This shows that the road capacity is small and not commensurate with the volume of vehicles during peak hours, namely 06.30-07.30 WIB, especially on the west arm, causing an increase in the degree of saturation, long queues and delays.
