Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of e-WOM, price and product bundling partially and simultaneously on purchasing decisions for The Originote skincare products. The research method uses quantitative and the population is consumers of skincare products in Solo Raya whose population is unknown. In this research, non-probability sampling was used as a sample and the community used purposive sampling as a sampling technique. Sampling was obtained using a questionnaire. The number of samples used was 97 respondents. Primary data was processed using IBM SPSS Statistics version 26 and secondary data was obtained from the bibliography. This research begins in November 2023. Based on the research instrument test, it was stated that all data were valid and reliable. The results of research using multiple linear regression analysis show that Y = 5.949 + 0,139 + 0,547 + 0,484 + e,  on consumer purchasing decisions for original products in Solo Raya. The results of the coefficient of determination test concluded that 47.2% of consumer purchasing decisions for original products were influenced by e-WOM, price and product bundling.  Keywords : e-WOM; price;  product bundling; purchasing decisions

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Flash Sale, Cashback dan Subsidi Ongkos Kirim secara parsial dan simultan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Aplikasi Shopee. Variabel yang paling dominan mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian pada Aplikasi Shopee kalangan Muda – Mudi di Dukuh Krebet. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dari penyebaran kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada 50 responden. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji regresi linier berganda, uji hipotesis, uji simultan dan uji koefisien determinasi (R2) dengan menggunakan SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Flash sale dan Subsidi Ongkos kirim berpengaruh positif terhadap dan pengaruh parsial yang signifikan. terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Aplikasi Shopee dengan nilai variabel Flash Sale (3,310>1,679) dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,002 (0,002<0,05) dan variabel Subsidi Biaya Pengiriman (5,888>1,679) dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 (0,000<0,05 ). Variabel Cashback tidak berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Aplikasi Shopee dengan nilai sebesar (-4,339< ttabel 1,679) dan nilai signifikan sebesar (0,000<0,05). Variabel Flash Sale, Cashback dan Subsidi Ongkos Kirim secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Aplikasi Shopee dengan nilai sebesar (0,000<0,05). Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi linier berganda diketahui bahwa Subsidi Pengiriman mempunyai pengaruh yang relatif besar dibandingkan variabel lainnya, dengan nilai sebesar 0,581. Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh literasi keuangan, pengetahuan investasi, dan kemajuan teknologi terhadap keputusan investasi digital pada generasi muda di Surakarta. Pertumbuhan pesat investor pasar modal Indonesia, yang mencapai 11,72 juta Single Investor Identification (SID) per September 2023, didominasi oleh generasi muda, menunjukkan urgensi pemahaman faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan investasi digital. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan memberi kuesioner pada responden. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 responden. Adapun responden dalam penelitian ini adalah generasi muda di Surakarta yang sudah atau akan melakukan investasi digital. Penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan kriteria responden generasi muda berusia 30 tahun ke bawah, sudah mendapatkan mata kuliah tentang pasar modal, sudah atau akan melakukan investasi digital. Dalam membuktikan dan menganalisis hal tersebut, maka digunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linier berganda serta uji f (simultan) dan uji t (parsial). Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan keputusan investasi digital. Hasil pengujian tersebut diperoleh dari f hitung (31,258) > f tabel (2,70) dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Dengan demikian hasil pengujian hipotesis pada uji f (simultan) menunjukkan adanya pengaruh pada variabel literasi keuangan, pengetahuan investasi dan kemajuan teknologi secara bersama-sama terhadap keputusan investasi digital. 2) secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap keputusan investasi digital. Hasil pengujian secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa literasi keuangan (X1) memiliki koefisien regresi sebesar 2 t hitung (2,513) > t tabel (1,66088) dan nilai signifikan 0,014 < 0,05, pengetahuan investasi (X2) memiliki koefisien regresi sebesar t hitung (2,874) > t tabel (1,66088) dan nilai signifikan 0,005 < 0,05, kemajuan teknologi (X3) memiliki koefisien regresi sebesar (3,979) > t tabel (1,66088) dan nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. Dengan demikian hasil uji t (parsial) menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari variabel literasi keuangan (X1), kualitas pengetahuan investasi (X2) serta kemajuan teknologi (X3) terhadap keputusan investasi digital (Y). Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of the work environment and work discipline on performance with work motivation as an intervening variable with a case study at the Surakarta Ministry of Health Polytechnic. The sample in this study was 56 employees. The data analysis method used was using a structural equation model (Structural Equation Modeling). SEM offers the ability for path analysis (Path Analytic). The results of the study showed that there is an influence of the Work Environment and Work Discipline on Employee Motivation. There is an Influence of the Work Environment and Work Discipline on Employee Performance. There is no influence of Work Motivation on the Performance of Employees of the Health Polytechnic of the Ministry of Health of Surakarta. The Influence of the Work Environment on Performance with Motivation as a mediating variable on Employees of the Health Polytechnic of the Ministry of Health of Surakarta has not been proven true. The Influence of Work Discipline on Performance with Motivation as a mediating variable on Employees of the Health Polytechnic of the Ministry of Health of Surakarta has not been proven true. Abstract

Dari hasil dari observasi dan wawancara bahwa perilaku konsumen baik konsumen akhir maupun pedagang pengecer dalam memutuskan berbelanja di Laris Kartasura dipengaruhi oleh harga yang bersaing dengan swalayan yang lain, layout yang menarik, kenyamanan dalam berbelanja, tersedianya tempat parkir yang luas, kelengkapan produk yang memudahkan berbelanja berbagai macam kebutuhan dalam satu tempat, dan pelayanan yang ramah dari para pegawai serta lokasi yang mudah dijangkau oleh konsumen. Berdasarkan hal itu maka dilakukan penelitian dengan tujuan mengevaluasi keterkaitan antara perilaku konsumen terhadap atribut produk yang ditawarkan di Toko Laris Kartasura dan menganalisa serta membandingkan perbedaan sikap antara konsumen akhir dengan pedagang pengecer dalam belanja di Toko Laris Kartasura. Analisis data dalam penelitian yang digunakan untuk pengujian hipotesis adalah Chi Squre dan Mann-Whitney. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua konsumen yang sedang berbelanja di Toko Laris Kartasura. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tentang keterkaitan antara perilaku konsumen dengan atribut yang ditawarkan dari hasil analisis Chi Square (c2) menunjukkan bahwa seluruh atribut di toko Laris Kartasura mempunyai keterkaitan hubungan yang signifikan dengan keputusan konsumen dalam berbelanja di toko Laris Kartasura (p < 0,05). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa atribut produk Toko Laris Kartasura mampu memberikan pengaruh terhadap keputusan konsumen dalam berbelanja di Toko Laris Kartasura, sehingga H1 atau hipotesa pertama terbukti. Dan hasil analisis Mann-Whitney menunjukkan bahwa seluruh atribut di toko Laris Kartasura ada perbedaan sikap antara konsumen akhir dengan pedagang pengecer dalam berbelanja di toko Laris Kartasura (p < 0,05). Hal ini menunjukkan ada perbedaan sikap antara konsumen akhir dan pedagang pengecer dalam berbelanja di toko Laris Kartasura, sehingga H2 atau hipotesa kedua terbukti. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of the work environment, work motivation and work discipline on employee performance at the Surakarta Health Polytechnic of the Ministry of Health. This study covers the field of human resource management. This study is quantitative. The population for this study were employees of the Surakarta Health Polytechnic of the Ministry of Health with a total of 59 employees. Sampling in this study used the basis of this sampling by random sampling according to the number of samples determined, so that each employee has an equal opportunity to be selected as a sample (Sugiyono, 20 10: 64). Data collection used was by using documentation and personal questionnaires. The data analysis method used in this study was by using multiple linear regression analysis techniques using SPSS software. The hypothesis that states that the Work Environment (X1) influences Employee Performance at the Surakarta Health Polytechnic has been proven true. The hypothesis that states that Work Motivation (X2) influences Employee Performance at the Surakarta Health Polytechnic has been proven true. The hypothesis that states Work Discipline (X3) on Employee Performance at Surakarta Health Polytechnic of Health is proven to be true. Collectively, it influences Employee Performance at Surakarta Health Polytechnic of Health. So the hypothesis that states. Abstract

This study examines the influence between the quality of a product and its service on customer purchasing decisions in Solo Raya through quantitative research with a descriptive approach, data collection strategies include distributing questionnaries made using a goggle form to 96 respondents who have made at least one transaction at Holland Bakery. This techniques used are the classical assumption test, normality test, multiple linier regression analysis test, and hypothesis testing. Which shows that there is significant and positive influence on product quality and service quality on customer purchasing decisions. Based on the findings of this research, improving product quality and service quality helps Holland Bakery retain and attract new consumer to Holland Bakery. It is hoped that this research will be able to contribute to companies in developing more efficient and optimal marketing strategies.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of online customer reviews, discounts, and free shipping on purchasing decisions for Shopee users in Solo Raya. There were 96 respondents collected for this study using purposive sampling technique, quantitative research method with certain requirements. Using a Likert scale with data collection through a questionnaire. Instrument test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing are some of the data tests used in this study. It can be concluded from the t test results that online customer reviews, discounts, and free shipping have an effect on purchasing decisions for Shopee users in Solo Raya.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the variables Price (X1), Electronic Service Quality (X2), and Marketing Strategy (X3) that affect the Increase in Sales Volume (Y) of MSME Daster Masakini in Karanganyar. This study uses multiple linear regression analyzed using IBM SPSS 25 software, the regression equation obtained is Y = 0.036 + 0.231 X1 + 0.316 X2 + 0.346 X3 + e. The data used are primary data using the entire population with a total of fifty-two respondents studied in the e-commerce shopee MSME Daster Masakini. The findings show that the Price variable (X1) t count (1.773) t table < (2.011), the hypothesis is rejected which means that there is no significant partial influence on the Increase in Sales Volume (Y) of MSME Daster Masakini in Karanganyar. Electronic Service Quality (X2) tcount (2.911) ttable > (2.011), the hypothesis is accepted which means that there is a significant partial influence on the Increase in Sales Volume (Y) of Daster Masakini UMKM in Karanganyar. Marketing Strategy (X3) tcount (2.793) ttable > (2.011), the hypothesis is accepted which means that there is a significant partial influence on the Increase in Sales Volume (Y) of Daster Masakini UMKM in Karanganyar. The results of the F test show that the F count value (36.770) > F table (3.191), the hypothesis is rejected which means that there is a significant simultaneous influence of the variables Price (X1), Electronic Service Quality (X2), and Marketing Strategy (X3) on the Increase in Sales Volume (Y). Of the four independent variables, the dominant one is Marketing Strategy (X3) where the largest beta value is 0.346, so it can be said that the marketing strategy variable has the most dominant influence on the increase in sales volume of Daster Masakini UMKM in Karanganyar. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Service Quality (X_1), Product Quality (X_2), and Product Price (X_3) on Customer Satisfaction (Y) at Penjahit Rezky Textile & Tailor. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis analyzed using SPSS 26. The results of the multiple linear regression analysis equation obtained are Y = 2.252 + 0.474X_1 + 0.362X_2 + 0.012X_3 + e. The data used are primary data using the number of respondents 100 sewing service customers at Rezky Textile & Tailor Surakarta. The results of the study indicate that Service Quality (X_1) t count 4.332> t table 1.985 then the hypothesis is rejected, meaning there is a significant influence between the variable Service Quality (X_1) on Customer Satisfaction (Y) at Penjahit Rezky Textile & Tailor Surakarta. Product Quality (X_2) t count 3.996 > t table 1.985 then the hypothesis is rejected, meaning there is a significant influence between the variable Product Quality (X_2) on Customer Satisfaction (Y) at Penjahit Rezky Textile & Tailor Surakarta. Product Price (X_3) t count 0.114 < t table 1.985 then the hypothesis is accepted, meaning there is no significant influence between the variable Price (X_3) on Customer Satisfaction (Y) at Penjahit Rezky Textile & Tailor Surakarta. The results of the F test obtained F count = 22.963 > F table = 2.70 then the Hypothesis is rejected, meaning that together there is a significant influence between the variables Service Quality (X_1), Product Quality (X_2), Price (X_3) on Customer Satisfaction (Y) Rezky Textile & Tailor Surakarta. it can be concluded that 40% of Customer Satisfaction at Rezky Textile & Tailor Surakarta is influenced by Service Quality (X_1), Product Quality (X_2), Price (X_3).
