Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this study is whether there is a partial influence of Organizational Culture (X1), Work Environment (X2) and Work Discipline (X3) and Compensation (X4) on Employee Performance (Y) in RSUD Sukoharjo? Of the four variables, which variable most dominantly influences Sukoharjo Hospital Employee Performance (Y) RSUD Sukoharjo?. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pangaruh sistem kemitraan bahan baku chip singkong, prosedur penerimaan bahan baku chip singkong, dan kualitas bahan baku chip singkong terhadap supplier bahan baku chip singkong di PT. Tepung Mocaf Solusindo. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan tehnik pengumpulan studi kepustakaan dan studi lapangan melalui observasi, dokumentasi dan penyebaran angket dengan skala Likert. Alat Analisis uji hipotesis menggunakan aplikasi SPSS dengan uji t, uji F dan uji R.

Abstract

The problem formulation in this research is whether there is an influence of Self Efficacy on Person Jobfit for Sukoharjo Regency Food Service Office Employees? Is there an influence of Self Efficacy on Job Crafting for Sukoharjo Regency Food Service Office Employees? Is there an influence of Person Jobfit on Job Crafting for Employees? Sukoharjo Regency Food Service Office?, is there an influence of Person Jobfit on Job Crafting of Sukoharjo Regency Food Service Office Employees through Person Jobfit?. The aim of this research is to determine whether there is an influence of self-efficacy on job crafting with job person as a moderator variable. The hypothesis is that it is thought that there is an influence of self-efficacy on job crafting with job person as a moderator variable. This type of research is quantitative research. This research was carried out at the Sukoharjo district food service office by taking a sample of 29 employees. Based on the research results, the results showed that the influence of Self Efficacy on the Personal Jobfit of Sukoharjo Regency Food Service Employees was proven to be true. This is because the t-value obtained was 16.793 > ) of 0.000 (significant), because it was more than 0.05. Because the t-count value is 16.793r1.703 with a significance level ( > t-table 1.703, there is no influence of Self Efficacy on the Personal Jobfit of Sukoharjo Regency Food Service Employees. The second statement states that the influence of Self Efficacy on Job Crafting of Sukoharjo Regency Food Service Employees is proven to be true. This is because the t-value obtained is 3.775 > ) of 0.000 (significant), because it is more or less than 0.05. Because the t-count value is 3.775r1.703 with a significance level ( > t-table 1.703, there is an influence of Self Efficacy on Job Crafting of Sukoharjo Regency Food Service Employees. The third statement which states that there is an influence of Personal Job Fit on Job Crafting of Sukoharjo Regency Food Service Employees is not proven to be true. This is because the t-value obtained is 1.890 > ) of 0.059 (significant), because it is more than 0.05. Because the t-count value is 0.068r1.703 with a significance level ( < t-table 1.703, there is no influence of Personal Jobfit on Job Crafting of Sukoharjo Regency Food Service Employees. It has been proven that the influence of Self Efficacy on Job Crafting with Personal Jobfit as a mediating variable among Food Service Employees in Sukoharjo Regency is true. This is because the t-count value was 1.804 > 1.703. Because the t-count value is 1.804 > t-table 1.703, then Personal Jobfit as a mediating variable is not suitable to use. Abstract

Abstract : The formulation of the problem in this research is whether there is an influence of Competency on Work Morale? , Is there an influence of Motivation on Employee Performance?, Is there an influence of Rewards on Employee Performance?, Is there an influence of Competency on Employee Performance and Work Morale as an intervening variable?, Is there an influence of Motivation on Employee Performance and Work Morale as an intervening variable?, Is there an influence of Motivation on Employee Performance and Work Morale as an intervening variable? Is there an influence of rewards on employee performance and work morale as an intervening variable for Sukoharjo Regency Food Service Employees? There is no influence of Competency on Work Morale. This is because the t-value is 0.153 with a significance level of 0.879. Because the significance level is 0.879 > 0.05. There is no influence of motivational spirit and has no effect on employee morale. The t-count value is 7.806 with a significance level of 0.000. Because the significance level is 7.806 < 0.05, the Reward variable influences the work morale of Sukoharjo Regency Food Service Employees. The t-value obtained was 2.695 with a significance level of 0.007. Because the significance level is 0.007 < 0.05, the Work Morale variable influences employee performance. The t-value obtained was 1.727 with a significance level of 0.085. Because the significance level is 0.085 > 0.05, the Motivation variable has no effect on the performance of Sukoharjo Regency Food Service Employees. The t-value obtained was 0.215 with a significance level of 0.830. Because the significance level is 0.830 > 0.05, the Reward variable has no effect on Employee Performance. The t-value obtained was 1.501 with a significance level of 0.134. Because the significance level is 0.134 > 0.05, the Reward variable has no effect on the performance of Sukoharjo Regency Food Service Employees. The value of the intervening variable, namely work enthusiasm, is 0.144 with a significance level of 0.885 > 0.05. This means that work enthusiasm does not directly affect the competency of the Sukoharjo Regency Food Service employees' performance. The value of the intervening variable, namely work enthusiasm, is 0.443 with a significance level of 0.658 > 0.05. This means that work enthusiasm does not indirectly influence motivation on the performance of Sukoharjo Regency Food Service employees. There is an influence of Rewards on employee performance and Work Morale as an intervening variable value, namely work morale of 2.656 with a significance level of 0.008 < 0.05. Abstract : The objectives to be achieved in this research are to determine the influence of Self-Efficacy on the Career Achievement of Sukoharjo Regency Food Service Employees, To determine the influence of the Work Environment on the Career Achievement of Sukoharjo Regency Food Service Employees, To determine the influence of Career Achievement on the Work Performance of Sukoharjo Regency Food Service Employees , To determine the influence of Self-Efficacy on the Work Performance of Sukoharjo Regency Food Service Employees, To determine the influence of the Work Environment on the Work Performance of Sukoharjo Regency Food Service Employees, To determine the influence of the Effect of Self-Efficacy on Work Performance with Career Achievement as a mediating variable for Regency Food Service Employees Sukoharjo, To determine the influence of the Work Environment on Job Performance with Career Achievement as a mediating variable for Sukoharjo Regency Food Service Employees. The results of this research are that there is an influence of Self-Efficacy on the Career Achievement of Sukoharjo Regency Food Service Employees. Because the t-value is 1.602 < t-table 1.703, there is no influence of Self-Efficacy on the Career Achievement of Sukoharjo Regency Food Service Employees. There is an influence of the Work Environment on the Career Achievement of Sukoharjo Regency Food Service Employees because the t-count value is 4.762 > t-table 1.703. There is no influence of Career Achievement on the Job Performance of Regency Food Service Employees because the t-calculated value is 0.068 < t-table 1.703. Furthermore, there is no influence of Self-Efficacy on the Job Performance of Sukoharjo Regency Food Service Employees because the t-calculated value is 0.497 < 1.703 with a significant level ( r) 0.619 (not significant), because it is more than 0.05. There is no influence of the Work Environment on the Work Performance of Sukoharjo Regency Food Service Employees because the t-value obtained is 1.387 < 1.703 with a significance level (r) of 0.166 (not significant), because it is more than 0.05. There was no influence of Self-Efficacy on Work Performance with Career Achievement as a mediating variable for Sukoharjo Regency Food Service Employees because the t-value obtained was 0.049 < 1.703 with a significance level (r) of 0.961 (not significant), because it was more than 0.05. Because the t-count value is 0.049 < t-table 1.703, then Career Achievement as a mediating variable is not suitable to use. Self-Efficacy and Work Achievement. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of company size, liquidity, and leverage on financial performance in food and beverage sub-sector companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2019 – 2021. This type of research uses quantitative descriptive analysis. The sampling method uses a purposive sampling method. Based on predetermined criteria, a sample of 14 companies in the food and beverage sub-sector was obtained. The analysis technique used is classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing using the SPSS application. The results of the research show that the t test calculation (partial) shows that company size has a significance value of 0.025<0.05. Liquidity has a significance value of 0.001<0.05 leverage has a significance value of 0.299>0.05. Meanwhile, the results of the F test calculation (simultaneous) show a significance value of 0.003≤0.05. Based on the test results, it can be concluded that company size partially affects financial performance, liquidity partially affects financial performance, and leverage partially does not affect financial performance. Meanwhile, simultaneously between firm size, liquidity, leverage have an influence on financial performance. Keywords : Company Size, Liquidity, Leverage, Financial Performance

Abstract

This research analyzes the Effect of Capital Structure, Liquidity and Earning to Survival Profitability Indonesian National Banking Period 2017-2020. The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of Capital Structure, Liquidity, and Earning to Survival Profitability Indonesian National Banking. The formulation of the problem in this study is which factors influence between capital structure, liquidity and Earning to Survival Profitability in Indonesian National Banking?. Sampling using purposive sampling method as many as 25 National Banking. The method used in this study uses classical assumption analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, f test, and analysis of the coefficient of determination. The results of this study state that partially Capital Structure has no significant effect on Survival Profitability Indonesian National Banking, Liquidity partially has a significant effect on Survival Profitability Indonesian National Banking, Earning partially significant effect on Survival Profitability Indonesian National Banking.Keywords : Capital Structure, Liquidity, Earnings, and Survival Profitability.

Abstract

Abstract : This study aims to determine the variables of Brand (X1), Promotion (X2), Price (X3) and E-Service Quality (X4) that affect Customer Satisfaction in the Use of Shopee E-Commerce (Y) in the Wonogiri Regency Community. This study used multiple linear regression which was analyzed using IBM SPSS 25 software, The results of the regression equation obtained were Y = 1.195 + 0.033 X1 + 0.038 X2 + 0.366 X3 + 0.435 X4 + e. The data used is primary data using the entire a population of one hundred respondents was studied in the Wonogiri Regency Community. The findings showed that the Brand variable (X1) tcount (0.240) < ttable (1.985), the hypothesis was rejected, which means there is no partially significant effect on Customer Satisfaction (Y) in the use of Shopee e-commerce. Promotion (X2) tcount (0.695) < t table (1.985), hypothesis rejected, which means there is no partially significant effect on Customer Satisfaction (Y) in the use of Shopee e-commerce. Price (X3) tcalculate (4,318) > ttable (1,985), hypothesis accepted, which means that there is a partially significant effect on Customer Satisfaction (Y) in the use of Shopee e-commerce. E-Service Quality (X4) tcount (4.964) > ttable (1.985), hypothesis accepted, which means that there is a partially significant effect on Customer Satisfaction (Y) in the use of Shopee e-commerce in Wonogiri Regency Community. The results of Test F were obtained Fcalculate (57.571) > Ftable (2.47), the hypothesis was rejected, which means that there is a simultaneous significant influence of the variables Brand (X1), Promotion (X2), Price (X3) and E-Service Quality (X4) on Customer Satisfaction (Y). Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of trust, price, andpromotion on the decision to use GrabBike online motorcycle taxi services in the peopleof Surakarta city, and to determine the results whether there is a significant influence onall variables. The method in this study used 100 samples taken randomly in the people ofSurakarta city. Data collection techniques use questionnaire methods that are sharedthrough gogle forms.Based on the results of the analysis of the positive regression coefficient value of1.621 with a classification of (0.110>0.05), the hypothesis was rejected so that partialconfidence did not have a significant effect. The value of the regression coefficient ispositive value of 3.261 with a significance (0.02 >0.05) then the hypothesis is accepted sothat partially the price has a significant effect. The value of the regression coefficient ispositive value of 3.261 with a specification of (0.02>0.05) then the hypothesis is acceptedso that partially the price has a significant effect. The value of the regression coefficient ispositive 5.999 with a significance of (0.020>0.05), then the hypothesis is accepted so thatpartial promotion has a significant effect on the decision to use online motorcycle taxiservices. From the analysis of the F test is 52.899 with a significance level of 0.000, it canbe seen that the significance value in the F test is smaller than the predeterminedsignificance value of 0.05. The results in this study stated that there was a simultaneousinfluence between trust, price, and promotion on the decision to use online motorcycletaxi services in the people of Surakarta city.
