Abstract

This study aims to analyze the mediating role of digital financial inclusion in the relationship between mobile payment adoption and increased household consumption in Indonesia. The method used is a quantitative approach with an explanatory research design, involving 400 respondents spread across various regions of Indonesia and selected through stratified random sampling. Data were collected through online and offline questionnaires, then analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with bootstrapping techniques. The results show that mobile payment adoption has a positive and significant effect on digital financial inclusion (β = 0.582; t = 12.516; p < 0.001), digital financial inclusion has a positive and significant effect on household consumption (β = 0.561; t = 9.461; p < 0.001), and mobile payment adoption has a direct effect on household consumption (β = 0.249; t = 4.816; p < 0.001). Furthermore, digital financial inclusion was shown to partially mediate the relationship between mobile payment adoption and household consumption, with an indirect effect coefficient of 0.326 (VAF = 56.7%). This finding implies that a strategy to expand digital financial inclusion based on mobile payments is an effective policy instrument for driving increased domestic consumption and national economic growth.

Abstract

This study focuses on analyzing the role of Brand Ambassadors and Product Quality in influencing Purchase Intention for L'Oréal Paris products, with Brand Image as an intermediary variable among Formula 1 fans in Indonesia. The research uses an explanatory quantitative approach through a survey, with purposive selection of respondents and data collection using an online questionnaire. The data obtained was then analyzed using the PLS-SEM method through the SmartPLS version 4.0.9.9 application. The analysis results show that Brand Ambassador and Product Quality play a significant role in shaping Brand Image and increasing Purchase Intention. Brand Image is also proven to have a direct influence on Purchase Intention and functions as a partial mediator in the relationship between Brand Ambassador and Product Quality on purchase intention. The coefficient of determination value shows that more than 58% of the variation in Purchase Intention can be explained by the research model, with Product Quality as the variable that contributes the most. These findings indicate that the right brand ambassador selection strategy, accompanied by good product quality, can strengthen brand image and encourage increased consumer purchase intention. This study contributes by presenting a new perspective on the effectiveness of cross-industry marketing strategies, namely the use of motorsport athletes as brand ambassadors in the beauty industry, and explains the role of brand image as an important mechanism in increasing purchasing interest among Formula 1 fans in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the institutional performance of the Koperasi Desa Merah Putih (KDMP), identify factors influencing its performance, and formulate implications for institutional strengthening towards modern cooperative governance. The study uses a descriptive-evaluative approach. Data were collected through a multi-dimensional survey of six institutional aspects supplemented by in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation studies, then analyzed descriptively using quantitative and thematic qualitative methods. The results indicate that KDMP has a strong formal institutional foundation, including legality, organizational structure, and standard operating procedures. However, weaknesses remain in the aspects of services, infrastructure, human resource capacity, and economic impact on members. The novelty of this study lies in the multi-dimensional approach to institutional performance assessment integrated with the principles of modern cooperative governance. Theoretically, this study shows that formal institutional readiness is not necessarily directly proportional to the operational performance and economic impact of the cooperative.

Abstract

This study aims to systematically synthesize the literature on production and operations management reconfiguration in the Industry 4.0 era and develop a conceptual framework that integrates technological, organizational, and human dimensions. The method used is a systematic literature review with the PRISMA protocol through searching articles in the Scopus and Web of Science databases. The search strategy used keywords related to reconfiguration, production and operations management, and Industry 4.0, resulting in an initial 200 publications. After going through the process of eliminating duplicates, screening titles and abstracts, abstract assessment, and full-text screening based on strict inclusion and exclusion criteria, 40 articles were obtained for further analysis. Thematic analysis was used to identify patterns, themes, and research gaps. The results show four main themes: production planning and control architecture, manufacturing system reconfiguration management, operational resilience and risk management, and complexity management and technology integration. This study produces a three-dimensional conceptual framework that integrates technology, organization, and people as the foundation for successful production and operations management reconfiguration. These findings contribute to the development of science by providing a comprehensive synthesis and shifting the paradigm towards a human-centric Industry 5.0.

Abstract

Indonesia is a country with the largest Muslim population and high internet penetration, but the number of young adults using Islamic fintech remains low at 23%. To predict the adoption of Islamic fintech by young Indonesian adults, this study developed and tested the Islamic Technology Acceptance Model (I-TAM). Data were collected from 400 Muslim respondents aged 18 to 35 years old through a structured questionnaire. A cross-sectional survey design was used using the Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) method. The results showed that technological readiness was the strongest predictor of Islamic fintech adoption (β=0.522, p<0.001), followed by Islamic financial literacy (β=0.330, p<0.001), and religious commitment (β=0.103, p<0.001). A key finding is that the dual moderating role of religious commitment weakens the effect of Islamic financial literacy (β=-0.147, p=0.008) but strengthens the effect of technological readiness (β=0.190, p<0.001). More than the conventional TAM model, the I-TAM model explains 58.4% of Islamic fintech adoption. This study suggests that for young Indonesian Muslims, religiosity and technological modernity can coexist well, with technology serving as a means of practicing religious values ​​in the technological era.

Abstract

Transformations in buying patterns are largely driven by the accelerated expansion of the digital marketplace together with the pervasive engagement in social networking platforms. This phenomenon is reflected in the increasing inclination toward spontaneous purchases of surprise-oriented products such as blind boxes. The present study examines how Electronic Word of Mouth, Fear of Missing Out, and Hedonic Shopping Motivation relate to impulse buying behavior among blind box consumers in Surabaya. A quantitative method adopting an associative framework guided the investigation. Primary information originated from an online survey distributed to 156 participants selected through purposive sampling. Statistical examination relied on multiple linear regression, accompanied by validity testing, reliability assessment, classical assumption testing, hypothesis evaluation, and coefficient of determination analysis. Empirical evidence confirms that Electronic Word of Mouth, Fear of Missing Out, and Hedonic Shopping Motivation simultaneously produce a statistically meaningful impact upon impulse buying behavior. When assessed separately, every independent variable likewise reveals a meaningful contribution, where Fear of Missing Out appears as the strongest predictor. An R² value of 0.807 indicates that 80.7% variation in impulse buying behavior is attributable to the proposed framework, whereas the remaining share stems from additional determinants not incorporated within the analytical model.

Abstract

Efektivitas pelayanan kesehatan di klinik sangat dipengaruhi oleh kemampuan organisasi dalam mengelola pengetahuan dan menerapkan inovasi layanan. Klinik yang mampu mengoptimalkan manajemen pengetahuan dan inovasi layanan cenderung memberikan pelayanan yang lebih efisien, konsisten, dan berkualitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan manajemen pengetahuan, inovasi layanan, serta efektivitas pelayanan, sekaligus menganalisis pengaruh manajemen pengetahuan dan inovasi layanan terhadap efektivitas pelayanan di Klinik Azizah Medika Bandar Lampung. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain survei. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh tenaga kesehatan di Klinik Azizah Medika sebanyak 40 orang dengan teknik total sampel jenuh. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner tertutup dan dianalisis melalui statistik deskriptif, korelasi Pearson, serta regresi linier berganda dengan uji t, uji F, dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan manajemen pengetahuan berada pada kategori baik, dan sebagian besar responden menilai efektivitas pelayanan tergolong efektif. Analisis regresi menunjukkan bahwa manajemen pengetahuan dan inovasi layanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap efektivitas pelayanan. Secara simultan, kedua variabel berpengaruh signifikan dengan kontribusi sebesar 78,9%. Penguatan manajemen pengetahuan dan pengembangan inovasi layanan menjadi strategi penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas dan efektivitas pelayanan kesehatan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan digitalisasi sistem informasi akuntansi, kompetensi operator, dan pengendalian internal dalam meningkatkan akurasi laporan penjualan tunai BBM pada SPBU 14.205.1135 Lubuk Pakam. Latar belakang penelitian menunjukkan masih adanya ketidaksesuaian laporan penjualan, kesalahan input data, serta lemahnya verifikasi internal akibat penggunaan sistem semi-digital. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa digitalisasi sistem akuntansi telah membantu meningkatkan akurasi pencatatan transaksi, tetapi belum optimal karena masih adanya proses pencatatan manual. Kompetensi operator juga memengaruhi tingkat akurasi laporan karena pengetahuan teknologi dan akuntansi dasar masih terbatas. Pengendalian internal telah berjalan, namun membutuhkan penguatan terutama pada aspek verifikasi dan pemisahan tugas. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa ketiga variabel tersebut saling berhubungan dalam mewujudkan laporan penjualan tunai BBM yang akurat dan andal.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penerapan Sistem Keuangan Desa (SISKEUDES), kompetensi aparatur desa, dan transparansi pengelolaan keuangan desa terhadap akuntabilitas laporan keuangan desa. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei terhadap 88 aparatur desa pada 22 desa melalui teknik sampling jenuh. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial penerapan SISKEUDES berpengaruh signifikan terhadap akuntabilitas laporan keuangan desa, sedangkan kompetensi aparatur desa dan transparansi pengelolaan keuangan desa tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Namun, secara simultan ketiga variabel tersebut berpengaruh signifikan terhadap akuntabilitas laporan keuangan desa. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan sistem pengelolaan keuangan desa yang terstruktur berperan penting dalam meningkatkan akuntabilitas laporan keuangan desa.

Abstract

Studi ini mengeksplorasi bagaimana kepemimpinan dapat meningkatkan produktivitas karyawan alih daya melalui pengembangan disiplin kerja, etika kerja, dan budaya kerja. Di banyak organisasi, karyawan alih daya sering menghadapi tantangan seperti terbatasnya kesempatan pelatihan, status pekerjaan sementara, dan keterikatan emosional yang lebih lemah terhadap organisasi. Kondisi ini dapat menyebabkan motivasi dan produktivitas yang lebih rendah. Oleh karena itu, kepemimpinan memainkan peran penting dalam membentuk perilaku kerja yang positif dan menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang mendukung. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis bagaimana kepemimpinan secara langsung memengaruhi disiplin kerja dan etika kerja, untuk menguji peran mediasi budaya kerja, dan untuk memahami bagaimana disiplin kerja dan etika kerja berkontribusi terhadap produktivitas karyawan. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis SEM/PLS, studi ini melibatkan karyawan alih daya yang bekerja di organisasi pengguna. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap disiplin dan etos kerja, serta diperkuat oleh budaya kerja sebagai variabel mediasi. Disiplin kerja dan etos kerja juga terbukti meningkatkan produktivitas, dengan etos kerja sebagai faktor paling dominan. Kebaruan penelitian ini terletak pada model integratif yang menghubungkan kepemimpinan, budaya kerja, dan perilaku kerja dalam meningkatkan produktivitas tenaga alih daya secara berkelanjutan.
