Abstract

Pedagogic competence is a management ability of students which includes design, implementation of learning, and evaluation. Pedagogic competence is important for teachers and must master pedagogic competencies. Pedagogic competence is also needed in SBdP learning. Not all educators master all fields of art, only master one or a few fields of art. The purpose of this study was to determine the condition of pedagogic competence possessed by teachers, barriers and efforts to improve pedagogical competence. This research is a qualitative research with descriptive research method. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observations and documentation to 12 teachers located in 6 elementary schools, namely SD UMP, SDN Tambaksari, SDN Kembaran, SDN Linggasari 2, SDN Pliken 1 and SDN Pliken 2 with the criteria of civil servants and non-civil servants, respectively teaching in the upper and lower classes. The results of the study indicate that it is important for teachers to have pedagogical competencies. Barriers to pedagogic competence in SBdP learning are limited ability to master the three components of art, limited hours of SBdP learning, after the pandemic there was no direct interaction between teachers and students and ineffectiveness in knowing the potential and characteristics of students. Efforts to improve pedagogic competence by increasing learning about strategies and media used, knowing the potential that exists in students in SBdP learning, understanding the characteristics of students, and evaluation.

Abstract

Every time they teach, teachers need to make teaching preparations in order to carry out part of the monthly plan and yearly plan. In the preparation it is already contained about, the purpose of teaching, the subject to be taught, teaching methods, lesson materials, teaching aids and evaluation techniques used. Therefore, every teacher must understand correctly about the purpose of teaching, specifically choosing and determining teaching methods according to the objectives to be achieved, how to choose, determine and use teaching aids, how to make tests and use them, and knowledge of evaluation tools. The purpose of this action research is to reveal the effect of giving structured assignments on learning outcomes of Social Knowledge and revealing structured task learning to interest in learning in grade 8A SMP Negeri 2 Plosoklaten. This study uses two cycles of action research. Each cycle consists of four stages, namely: design, activities and observations, reflection, and revision. The target of this research is the students of Class 8A SMP Negeri 2 Plosoklaten . The data obtained in the form of formative test results, observation sheets of teaching and learning activities. From the results of the analysis, it was found that student learning achievement has increased from cycle I to cycle II, namely, cycle I (77%), cycle II (85%). The conclusion of this study is that the method of giving structured assignments can have a positive effect on student interest in learning at SMP Negeri 2 Plosoklaten and has an effect on learning achievement, and this learning model can be used as an alternative for learning Social Knowledge.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the development of the collaborative supervision process to improve the professional competence of teachers at SDN Brudu Jombang and increase the professional competence of teachers at SDN Brudu Jombang after the collaborative supervision approach was applied. This type of research is School Action Research. The subjects of the study were SDN Brudu teachers totaling 9 people, the object of this research was the professional competence of teachers. This research was conducted in two cycles (cycle 1 and cycle 2), the results showed that with a collaborative supervision approach the average professional competence of teachers increased in the pre-cycle of 74.88 with sufficient criteria, in the first cycle of 79.77 with sufficient criteria and in cycle 2 of 87.55 with good criteria. So, it can be concluded that the professional competence of teachers at SDN Brudu Jombang can be improved through the application of a collaborative supervision approach.

Abstract

From the observations of researchers as PPKn teachers in class VII, it was found that student learning outcomes were very low. Many students do not complete the PPKn learning. The cause of the problem is that Civics learning is boring because the material is difficult to understand and teachers still often use conventional learning methods and models. This problem also occurs in class VII C where the researcher teaches in it. The purpose of the implementation of this classroom action research is to find out the improvement of Civics learning outcomes in the formulation and determination of Pancasila as the basis of the state through discovery learning learning models in class VII C students in semester 1 of the 2017/2018 academic year at SMPN 3 Trenggalek. The subjects in this classroom action research were class VII C students of SMP Negeri 3 Trenggalek. This research design consists of planning, action, observation and reflection stages. From the results of the implementation of Civics learning starting from the pre-cycle to the implementation of the research cycle I and cycle II, it can be concluded that the application of the discovery learning learning model can improve the Civics learning outcomes for grade VII C students of SMP Negeri 3 Trenggalek Semester 1 of 2017/2018. This can be seen from the increase in the percentage of student learning completeness, namely in the first cycle of 73.33% and in the second cycle it increases again until it reaches 100% (all students complete).

Abstract

In the current digital era, the presence of financial technology (fintech) has changed people's lives, including students. The existence of fintech that has been regulated in such a way allows students to easily access it. The perceived convenience is actually the cause of the emergence of consumptive behavior. Therefore, this study was conducted with the aim of finding out whether there is a relationship between consumptive behavior and student interest in using online loan services. The researcher targets that there will be 100 students selected to be respondents. The results of the study provide evidence that there is indeed a relationship between consumptive behavior and student interest in using online loan services.

Abstract

The research objectives to determine the implementation of inquiry learning models and inquiry assessment techniques by biology teachers based on the teacher's educational background. This study was qualitative descriptive approach with a survey method. The research was conducted at SMAN Surakarta with a research sample of 7 biology teachers who teach in class X. The research instruments used were observation sheets, questionnaire sheets, questionnaire sheets, documentation sheets, and interview guidelines. The results showed that biology teachers with educational backgrounds, with master degree education level, and private universities able to implement inquiry learning models and inquiry assessment techniques.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the efforts of lecturers in improving student achievement by using the Montessori method in online learning in the learning media course. This type of research is classroom action research or Crassroom Action Research (CAR). The place of this research is in the PAI IAIN Surakarta study program. The research time is from March 2020 to May 2020. The results obtained in this study show that the application of the Montessori method can improve student learning achievement in the learning media course of the PAI IAIN Surakarta Study Program. This can be seen in the percentage of test completeness in each competency. In the pre-cycle completeness of 17%, the first cycle of completeness of 46% and the second cycle of 97%.

Abstract

The learning process is carried out to achieve educational goals, one of which can support the achievement of educational goals is the learning model used during the learning and teaching process, many learning models are often used by teachers in the learning process and teaching, one of which is the jigsaw type learning model and the windows shopping learning model. . Indonesia is included in the lowest ranking in the category of scientific literacy and scientific ability based on the Trends In International Mathematics and Science Study (TIMSS) and Program for International Student Assessment (PISA) scores in 2018, so a learning model is needed that is in accordance with the science material given at the time of learning. . The purpose of this study is to look at the application of the jigsaw and windows shopping combination learning model on learning completeness and improving student learning outcomes, the method used is quassy experiment with purposive sampling and data analysis using the N-gain test. The results showed that the jigsaw combination windows shopping (JCWS) learning model on basic science concepts could increase learning outcomes by 0.79 which was included in the high category compared to the control class by 0.69. The application of the JCWS learning model can increase the number of students' learning mastery. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the JCWS learning model can improve student learning outcomes on the basic concepts of science.

Abstract

This research was motivated by implementation of the standard 2013 curiculum process during the Covid-19 pandemic which gave rise to new problems when carrying out standard processes in the 2013 curriculum during the Covid-19 pandemic at MI Muhammadiyah Klaseman Gatak Sukoharjo. The purpose of this study was to analyze the standard of the 013 curriculum process during the Covid-19 pandemic at MI Muhammadiyah Klaseman starting from the planning, implementatiton, to learning assessmnt stages. The subject of this study was the head of the madrasah MI Muhammadiyah Klaseman, the informants of this study were teachers and students at the madrasah. This research is a field reseach eith qualitative method. Data collection techniques with observation, interviews, and dokumentatiton. The results showed that in carrying out teaching and learning activities based n process standards in the 2013 curriculum during the panemic there were problems: (1) at the learning planning satge, the teacher was not prepared toimplementation the 2013 curriculum during the pandemic; (2) the implemetation stage of learning is inadequate fasiities and infrastrukture, the difficulty of teacher in monitring the condition of students in online learning, students are not familiar with learning online; (3) at the learning assessment stage the problem is the teacher has difficulty in assessing student learning outcomes.

Abstract

This research aims at determining the relationship between: 1) education level with headmaster performance of Raudhatul Athfal Muslimat; 2) understanding of Islamic educational institutions management with headmaster performance of Raudhatul Athfal Muslimat; 3) education level and understanding of Islamic educational institutions management with headmaster performance of Raudhatul Athfal Muslimat. The method used was quantitative correlation. This research was conducted at Raudhatul Athfal Muslimat Klaten. The population in this research were all headmasters of Raudhatul Athfal Muslimat Klaten totaling 44 people. The sample in this research used total sampling. Technique data collection was questionnaire. Test of the validity used product moment formula, while the instrument reliability test using Cronbach alpha formula. Data analysis techniques used were correlation analysis that began with the prerequisite test consisting of normality, linearity, and the significance of regression. This research concludes that: 1) There is a correlation between education level with headmaster performance of Raudhatul Athfal Muslimat (r count = 0.728 > r table = 0.297); 2) There is a correlation between understanding of Islamic educational institutions management with headmaster performance of Raudhatul Athfal Muslimat (r count = 0.442 > r table = 0.297); 3) There is a correlation between education level and understanding of Islamic educational institutions management with headmaster performance of Raudhatul Athfal Muslimat (F count = 29,600 > F table = 3.23) R12 = 0.769 >r table= 0.297. This means that better education level creates better headmaster performance of Raudhatul Athfal Muslimat, and better understanding of Islamic educational institutions management creates better the headmaster performance of Raudhatul Athfal Muslimat.
