Abstract

Transformasi digital yang berlangsung secara akseleratif telah mendorong kebutuhan mendesak akan rekonstruksi strategi pemasaran yang tidak hanya berbasis teknologi, tetapi juga berakar pada orientasi nilai yang bermakna. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis rekonstruksi strategi pemasaran di era digital melalui pendekatan berbasis nilai, mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor determinan efektivitasnya, serta membangun kerangka konseptual integratif sebagai kontribusi teoritis bagi manajemen pemasaran modern. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan library research melalui sumber-sumber yang diperoleh dari Google Scholar. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa rekonstruksi strategi pemasaran digital berbasis nilai ditopang oleh delapan faktor kunci, meliputi konsistensi konten digital, literasi dan kompetensi sumber daya manusia, pemilihan platform yang tepat, integrasi teknologi dengan nilai, personal branding autentik, orientasi nilai spiritual dan etis, dimensi relasional pelanggan, serta kualitas layanan berbasis nilai. Berdasarkan sintesis tersebut, penelitian ini merumuskan Digital Value-Based Marketing Framework (DVBMF) sebagai model konseptual integratif yang memposisikan kapabilitas digital dan orientasi nilai sebagai dua pilar utama yang saling menguatkan. Kerangka ini bersifat lintas sektoral dan relevan diterapkan pada berbagai konteks organisasi, baik komersial maupun sosial. Penelitian ini berkontribusi memperkaya teori manajemen pemasaran modern dengan menawarkan perspektif baru yang mengintegrasikan dimensi digitalisasi dan nilai secara holistik dan sistematis.

Abstract

Human resources (HR) are a key factor in determining an organization's success. Facing an increasingly competitive business environment, organizations are required to continuously improve the quality of their HR through ongoing training and development programs. This study aims to analyze the role of HR training and development in enhancing employee competency and performance. The research method used was a qualitative approach with a literature review, reviewing various scientific sources such as journals, books, and related articles. The study results indicate that training plays a role in improving employees' technical skills and short-term performance, while development focuses more on enhancing conceptual abilities and readiness for future responsibilities. Furthermore, the success of training and development programs is influenced by the appropriateness of the material, implementation methods, instructor competence, and systematic evaluation. Therefore, organizations need to design structured, sustainable, and needs-based training and development programs to enhance organizational competitiveness.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of ownership concentration, board independence, and firm size on the cost of equity in coal mining sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2019–2023 period. This research uses a quantitative approach with panel data regression analysis. The population of this study consists of coal mining sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, totaling 25 companies. The sampling technique used purposive sampling based on specific criteria to obtain companies that meet the research requirements during the observation period. The data used are secondary data obtained from company financial statements. The results show that ownership concentration has a negative and significant effect on the cost of equity, board independence has a positive but insignificant effect on the cost of equity, and firm size has a positive and significant effect on the cost of equity. Simultaneously, ownership concentration, board independence, and firm size significantly affect the cost of equity. These findings imply that ownership structure and company size are important factors to be considered by investors and management in determining the company’s cost of equity

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak kualitas pelayanan terhadap tingkat kepuasan masyarakat pengguna layanan di Suku Dinas Pendidikan II Jakarta Utara.  Studi ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei, yang melibatkan 37 responden yang dipilih secara acak. Variabel yang diteliti meliputi kulitias pelayanan sebagai variabel bebas dan kepuasan pengguna sebagai variabel terikat. Pengolahan data dilakukan melalui tahapan uji validitas, reliabilitas, normalitas, serta uji hipotesis menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 22.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh instrumen penelitian dinyatakan valid dan reliabel. Analisis korelasi memperlihatkan nilai koefisien sebesar 0,622 yang mengindikasiadanya hubungan yang kuat antar variabel.  Selain itu hasil uji t menunjukkan nilai signifkansi sebesar 0,00 yang berada dibawah ambang batas 0,05.  Hal ini menegaskan bahwa kualitas pelayanan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifkan terhadap kepuasan layanan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the work environment, workload, and organizational culture on employee performance at the Samarinda City Health Office. The study used a quantitative approach with a survey method. The study population was 80 employees with a saturated sampling technique. Data collection was conducted through a questionnaire using a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results showed that the work environment had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, workload had a negative and significant effect on employee performance, and organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The R-square value indicates that the independent variables are able to explain employee performance in the moderate category. This study provides implications that improving the quality of the work environment and organizational culture as well as optimal workload management can improve the performance of public sector employees

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of CO₂ Emissions, Cash Holding, and Leverage on investment decisions in mining sector companies in Indonesia. This research employs a quantitative approach using secondary data obtained from the financial statements of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2022–2024 period. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The data analysis method applied is panel data regression with a Fixed Effect Model. The results show that partially, CO₂ Emissions and Leverage do not have a significant effect on investment decisions, while Cash Holding has a negative and significant effect on investment decisions. This indicates that companies tend to retain cash as a precautionary measure against uncertainty, thereby reducing investment realization. Simultaneously, all independent variables have a significant effect on investment decisions. These findings suggest that internal financial factors remain the primary consideration compared to environmental factors in investment decision-making within the mining sector in Indonesia. This study is expected to contribute to the existing literature and provide insights for management and investors in determining optimal investment strategies.

Abstract

Pengangguran merupakan permasalahan struktural yang masih menjadi tantangan dalam perekonomian Indonesia pada periode 2020–2025. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan kausal antara pendidikan, pelatihan kerja, dan kesempatan kerja dalam menjelaskan pengangguran di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain systematic literature review yang dipadukan dengan analisis kebijakan, dengan memanfaatkan data sekunder dari publikasi Badan Pusat Statistik, artikel jurnal ilmiah terindeks, serta dokumen kebijakan ketenagakerjaan. Pemilihan data dilakukan secara purposive berdasarkan relevansi, kredibilitas, dan periode publikasi 2020–2025. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan teknik content analysis melalui tahapan open coding, kategorisasi, dan analisis tematik, yang dilanjutkan dengan interpretasi kebijakan serta triangulasi sumber untuk meningkatkan validitas temuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan jumlah lulusan pendidikan tidak diimbangi dengan kualitas dan relevansi kompetensi yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan industri, sehingga memunculkan fenomena skill mismatch. Pelatihan kerja belum sepenuhnya berbasis kebutuhan pasar, sementara kesempatan kerja masih didominasi sektor informal dengan produktivitas rendah. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengangguran merupakan hasil interaksi kausal ketiga variabel tersebut, dengan skill mismatch sebagai variabel mediasi, serta menawarkan kerangka integratif bagi perumusan kebijakan.

Abstract

Location decisions are a strategic aspect of operational management that significantly impacts cost efficiency and revenue growth. This study aims to analyze the concept of location strategy, the factors influencing it, and the methods used to determine optimal locations. The approach used was a qualitative study using a literature review of various academic sources related to operational management. The results show that location strategy is influenced not only by economic factors such as labor and transportation costs, but also by non-economic factors such as political stability, social conditions, and technological developments. Furthermore, there are differences in approach between the manufacturing sector, which focuses on cost efficiency, and the service sector, which places greater emphasis on customer proximity. Therefore, selecting the right location can be a source of sustainable competitive advantage for a company.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the use of e-commerce platforms among the community in Lalonggombu Village, Lainea District, Konawe Selatan Regency. This study employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive method to explore the phenomenon of e-commerce usage in everyday life. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation involving community members who use e-commerce platforms. The results indicate that the use of e-commerce platforms in Lalonggombu Village has increased along with the development of digital technology. The community utilizes e commerce due to its ease of access, time efficiency, and the availability of various promotional features such as discounts, cashback, and free shipping. The use of e-commerce is characterized by high frequency of access, relatively long usage duration, and increasing transaction intensity.  However, the convenience of e-commerce usage also reflects a shift in consumption patterns from need-based consumption to desire-oriented consumption. This is indicated by unplanned purchases and intensive use of promotional features that encourage higher consumption activities.  In conclusion, the use of e-commerce platforms has become an integral part of the community’s daily life in Lalonggombu Village and has the potential to influence consumption patterns. Therefore, awareness is needed to ensure that e-commerce is used wisely and consumption remains rational and based on actual needs.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the consumptive behavior of the community in Lalonggombu Village, Lainea District, Konawe Selatan Regency from an Islamic economic perspective. This study employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive method to explore in depth the phenomenon of consumptive behavior within the community. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation involving village residents as informants. The results show that the community’s consumptive behavior is characterized by a tendency to make excessive and unplanned purchases, as well as prioritizing wants over needs. Factors influencing this behavior include ease of access to goods, social environmental influences, and the presence of attractive promotional offers. From an Islamic economic perspective, such consumptive behavior is not fully in line with Islamic consumption principles, which emphasize moderation, avoidance of extravagance (israf), and prioritization of needs over desires.In conclusion, the consumptive behavior of the community in Lalonggombu Village reflects a deviation from Islamic economic principles in managing consumption. Therefore, it is necessary to enhance public awareness and understanding of the importance of applying Islamic economic values in consumption activities in order to achieve a balance between worldly needs and spiritual values.
