Abstract

General Background: Archery performance relies on upper extremity muscle strength, shoulder flexibility, and stable shooting mechanics to maintain accuracy. Specific Background: Weak arm strength and limited shoulder mobility often reduce drawing stability and shooting precision among archery athletes. Knowledge Gap: Evidence connecting resistance band shoulder training with measurable improvements in muscle strength, flexibility, and 15-meter archery scores remains limited. Aims: This study evaluated a six-week resistance band shoulder training program on arm muscle strength, shoulder flexibility, and shooting accuracy among university archery club members. Results: Following twelve training sessions, dominant arm strength increased from 20 kg to 21.5 kg, non-dominant arm strength improved from 17 kg to 18 kg, shoulder flexibility increased from 20 cm to 22.3 cm, and archery scores improved from 116 points to 124 points at a 15-meter distance. Novelty: This study combines clinical physical assessments with archery performance scoring to examine resistance band training within an archery conditioning program. Implications: Resistance band shoulder training can support physical readiness, joint mobility, and shooting consistency in structured archery training. Highlights: Progressive Elastic Exercise Produced Measurable Arm Force Development Across Dominant and Non-Dominant Sides. Combined Elevation Test Values Demonstrated Greater Joint Range During Upper Limb Movement. Shooting Score Progression Occurred After Structured Six-Week Conditioning Sessions. Abstract

The examination parameters used to detect febris are leukocytes (WBC), erythrocytes (RBC), hemoglobin (Hb), hematocrit, and platelets. Leukocyte examination is very important to detect the cause of febris. The purpose of this study was to determine the comparison of the number of leukocytes, lymphocytes, monocytes, and neutrophils in patients with infectious and non-infectious febris. This study used a laboratory experimental research design, with quantitative methods. The research subjects were febris patients aged 0-5 years with a total of 60 patients. Data showing a significance value of p=0.000 (p<0.05) means that there is a comparison between the number of infectious and non-infectious febris leukocytes and the number of monocytes shows a significance value of p=0.003 (p<0.05) means that there is a comparison between the number of monocytes of infectious and non-infectious febris patients. While the number of lymphocytes showed a significance value of p=0.482 (p>0.05) meaning that there was no comparison between the number of lymphocytes with febris infection and non-infection, and the number of neutrophils showed a significance value of p=0.287 (p>0.05) meaning that there was no comparison between the number of neutrophils with febris infection and non-infection. Conclusion on the examination of the number of leukocytes, lymphocytes, monocytes, and neutrophils in infectious and non-infectious febris patients, there is a comparison in the number of leukocytes and monists between infectious and non-infectious febris patients. Highlight: Leukocyte exams crucial for febrile diagnosis. Variances in leukocyte and monocyte counts aid distinction. Unique cell count patterns reveal infection types. Abstract

General Background: The bandwagon effect describes individuals’ tendency to follow behaviors or trends adopted by others. Specific Background: Among students, peer interaction frequently shapes participation in popular trends within school environments. Knowledge Gap: Limited qualitative research explores adolescents’ lived experiences in understanding how bandwagon behavior forms. Aims: This study investigates the manifestation of bandwagon phenomena among high school students. Results: Using a qualitative phenomenological approach at SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Sidoarjo with three participants, data from interviews revealed that conformity and interpersonal factors played stronger roles in trend participation than status motives. Students often followed trends without prior evaluation and reported mixed outcomes, including positive and negative experiences. Novelty: This study offers phenomenological insight into students’ subjective perspectives by examining conformity, interpersonal dynamics, and status orientation within bandwagon behavior. Implications: The findings provide contextual understanding for educators and psychologists to develop awareness and guidance strategies related to adolescent social behavior in educational settings. Highlights: Peer Group Alignment Encourages Unconsidered Trend Participation Among Students. Social Interaction Processes Shape Decision-Making Patterns Related to Popular Activities. Participation in Popular Trends Produces Both Beneficial and Adverse Student Experiences. Abstract

This study aimed to assess the impact of utilizing cartoon movies as a learning medium in teaching monologue to enhance speaking abilities among junior high school students. Employing a pretest-treatment-posttest design within a pre-experimental study model, the research focused on a classroom using the cartoon movie "Ponyo" alongside the conventional program-based teaching method. The interactive and culturally rich Japanese cartoon with a theme centered on teen imagination was applied in the treatment, involving 29 students from class B. The results, based on monologue technique assessments, demonstrated favorable opinions from students regarding the cartoon movie medium. However, while the findings indicated an improvement in speaking abilities, the effect was not statistically significant. This study provides insights into the potential of cartoon movies as an engaging educational tool and suggests avenues for further research and instructional refinement. Highlights : The study explores the use of cartoon movies as a dynamic medium for enhancing monologue instruction in junior high school settings. While student opinions on the cartoon medium were positive, the research highlights a significant yet non-statistically significant improvement in speaking abilities, suggesting further avenues for exploration and instructional development. "Ponyo," a culturally rich Japanese cartoon, is employed to supplement traditional teaching methods, fostering interactive learning experiences. Abstract

UD. Tiga Putra is an industry engaged in cracker processing. There are product defects in the UD cracker production process. Tiga Putra so that it has an impact on the order rate from 50% to 30%. The purpose of the study is to determine the level of product defects with the highest risk level of failure that occurs and an improvement is made. The method used is the six sigma method and FMEA. The results of this study indicate an average DPMO value of 10848.08, a sigma value of 3.80 with the highest defect value of 41.1% in the type of crumbling defect. To get the best quality results, improvements can be made by performing maintenance and supervision on every aspect or factor that allows failure. Improvements can minimize defects and can increase company productivity so that it can be said that the company has achieved the desired target. Highlights : Utilizing Six Sigma Method and FMEA: Implementing these methodologies ensures a systematic approach to identifying and addressing product defects. Focus on High-Risk Areas: Prioritize improvement efforts based on the identified highest-risk failure types, such as crumbling defects, to maximize quality enhancement. Continuous Improvement Culture: By integrating maintenance and supervision across all factors contributing to failures, the company fosters a culture of ongoing improvement, ultimately enhancing productivity and achieving set targets.
