Abstract

Date palm (Phoenix dactylifera L.) is a type of palm plant whose fruit is edible because it tastes sweet, has a height of about 15-25 meters and pinnate leaves with a length of 3-5 meters. Dates are a large commodity and an important crop in hot and barren areas such as Saudi Arabia, Egypt. Apart from these countries, dates are also famous in Indonesia because of their sweet taste and many benefits. Cultivation of date palms is carried out generatively through seeds, propagation of date palms through seeds is one of the main ways to get the same genetics as the parent for the cultivation process. Date seeds take 100 days or more for a success rate of 20%. Soaking with GA3 for hard-skinned seeds needs to be done to speed up the germination process. Longer soaking of the seeds is expected to increase the growth regulators absorbed by the seeds so that they can accelerate germination and increase the percentage of germination which results in increased growth. This research was conducted to determine the effect of concentration and duration of immersion of gibberellin growth regulator on the germination of Sukari date seeds. The research was carried out in the home yard of the Mampang Prapatan sub-district, South Jakarta. In April to May 2020. The experimental design carried out in this study was the factorial in randomized block design (RBD). The first factor was three kinds of gibberellin concentration (200 ppm, 400 ppm, and 600 ppm) and the second factor was three kinds of soaking time (6 hours, 12 hours, and 18 hours). The results showed that the interaction of GA3 and the duration of immersion of Sukari dates had no effect on each parameter of the observation.

Abstract

Dampak covid 19 sangak terasa sekali pada kehidupan masyarakat. Terlebih pada pasca pandemik covid 19 banyak masyarakat yang terpuruk baik secara ekonomi ataupun secara kemanusiaaan . Tapi kehidupan berjalan terus, masyarakat garus dapat keluar dari masalah dan keterpurukannya,. Dengan berbekal kemampuan seadanya dan sumber daya yang seadaanya saja mereka berusaha untuk menata dan mempertahankan hidup mereka, sehingga masyarakat dapat menjalani kehidupan dengan baik. Pemanfaatan sumberdaya tersebut dengan memamfaatkan alam dan lingkungan tanpa harus melanggar protokol kesehatan yang diterapkan oleh pemerintah dan masyarakat yaitu dengan kegiatan bercocok tanam dilingkungan perumahan mereka ( terutama masyarakat perkotaan ) . Selain untuk hiburan melepaskan setres dengan kondisi covid 19 yang terjadi juga ternyata bercocok tanam yang dilakukan dapat juga untuk membantu ekonomi dan keuangan keluarga. Kata kunci : Bercocok tanam , Keuangan Keluarga

Abstract

The bioeconomy aims at decreasing reliance on fossil fuels, preventing or reducing climate change, eliminating insecurity, and efficiently using resources; however, fierce controversy exists on conceivable pathways to accomplish these objectives. The aim of this paper is to promote a dialogue as to whether an economy based on biomass can be more sustainable than today’s existing economies, considering that the economy needs to expand and be boosted, while creating a cascading and recycling system. This semisystematic review paper discusses two research questions based on findings from the last 20 years : 1. To Determine the actual and optimal utilization of Sumatera Land and West Sumatera in particular. 2. To find out the actual and optional the forest bioeconomic analysis in Sumatera and West Sumatera in particular. This article recommends following a strategy that is diverse regarding its approaches to shaping the bioeconomy and further funding of Sumatera’s forest and renewable energy sources, along with the involvement of urban planning.Keywords : sustainable bioeconomy; Deforestation and Degradation, renewable energy, Biomass.

Abstract

Kreativitas telah menjadi basis dari ekonomi dan industri masa kini. Kreativitas sebagai penggerak utama pertumbuhan ekonomi global. Indonesia sebagai negara agraris, membutuhkan inovasi pada kegiatan sektor agrikultural dan menjadi suatu kebutuhan bagi Indonesia. Aksi yang telah dilakukan guna membantu kondisi tersebut adalah adalah salah satunya dengan banyaknya bermunculan start up pertanian. Indonesia sendiri berdasarkan tujuannya untuk maju dan berkembang beserta definisi dari start up itu sendiri akan memiliki peran yang krusial pada start up pertanian. Peran startup pertanian di Indonesia memiliki peluang dan tantangan dalam mengisi ruang sektor pertanian, dan menjadikan petani sebagai aktor utama dalam usaha ini. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengkaji hasil penelitian mengenai start up pertanian Indonesia. Kesimpulannya adalah startup pertanian Indonesia masih berada pada pengembangan dan pemanfaatan yang terbatas, diperkuat dengan masih belum mampunya startup memiliki model bisnis untuk memperkuat pelaku didalamnya. Padahal sumberdaya yang besar dan cakupan pasar yang luas masih belum mampu menjangkau semua petani Indonesia. Maka, diperlukan pengembangan dan perbaikan dari segi konsep, sistem dan produk digital startup pertanian itu sendiri.Kata Kunci: startup, pertanian, Indonesia

Abstract

This research was conducted on an area of ​​150 m² which is located in the AD Zeni Central Warehouse Dormitory, Jl. Raya Cileungsi-Jonggol KM.7, Kel. Gandoang, Kec. Cileungsi, Kab. Bogor. This research will be conducted in April 2022 – July 2022. This study used a factorial two-factor Randomized Block Design (RAK) with the first factor being liquid organic fertilizer and the second factor being goat manure. The data obtained will then be further tested using the Duncan Multiple Range Test (DMRT) at a level of 5%. The results showed that there was an interaction effect of giving concentration of liquid organic fertilizer and dose of goat manure on the growth of plant height and leaf length of beetroot. The concentration of liquid organic fertilizer affects the growth of plant height, leaf length, number of leaves, tuber diameter, and tuber weight. Administration of goat manure has an effect on plant height growth, leaf length, number of leaves and tuber weight. Keywords: beet, organic fertilizer, liquid organic fertilizer and goat manure.

Abstract

Regression analysis of panel data is a combination of cross section and time series data. The use of panel data can explain two kinds of information, namely information between units and between times. Panel data regression is a method to determine the effect of independent variables on dependent variables using Ordinary least Square (OLS) regression analysis modeling method. The potential of fishery production can be seen from the production of each type of fish produced by the community either through the production of aquaculture, marine capture fisheries and Fisheries capture mainland public waters (PUD). Fishery production tends to fluctuate from year. Increased fishery production is strongly influenced by the production factors of each type of fish as well as determined by the improvement of fishing facilities such as the addition of the fleet, changes in fishing gear and motorization of fishermen as well as improving the quality of resources and expertise of fishermen. In 2020 fisheries production at the national level covering 34 provinces was contributed by aquaculture ( 41 types of fisheries), marine capture (114 types of Fisheries), and 73 pud capture (types of Fisheries). In panel data regression there are three model estimates, namely CEM, FEM and REM. The CEM method is a method that assumes that The intercept and slope in each subject and each time are the same, the FEM method assumes that The intercept is different between subjects and the slope is the same between subjects, while the REM method assumes that the residual variable has a relationship between time and between subjects. In this study will be analyzed from 30 predictor variables of fish species that have the highest production in 2020, and what types of businesses significantly affect the volume of fishery production at the national level in 2010-2020. The results of this study, the best panel data regression model is using Random Effect Model (REM) with individual effects with R2 value of .....0,5117. Where the variable type of fish X1, X2,....X30 is able to explain the volume of fisheries production at the national level ......51.17 percent. The panel data regression equation is: Y = 914.61+ 0.885*X1 + 1.120*X2 + 1.323*X5 + 1.351*X4 + 1.772*X10 + 2.177*X12 + 1.714*X14 + 2.192*X15 + 1.085*X16 + 1.993*X18 + 1.896*X19 + 1,486*X20 + 2,330*x22 + 1,767*X25 + 1,961*X27 + 2,137*X28 + 2,096*X29. Where catfish variables significantly affect the volume of fishery production, the model shows the elasticity for the type of catfish is 0.885, which means that if the production of catfish increased by 1 ton, it will add the volume of fishery production by 0.885 tons. From the model results obtained, the strongest fishery production volume by province is West Sumatra, and the highest Volume is in Aceh province in 2020 at 17,628 tons, the lowest fishery production volume is in North Kalimantan province in 2010-2014 has no production.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) is a statistical modeling technique that is highly cross-sectinal, linear, and complex. SEM is a combination of two multivariate techniques, namely confirmatory factor analysis and path analysis. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of knowledge, health awareness, attitudes, subjective norms and perceived difficulties on the purchase value of organic vegetables in Bekasi city retail. The basic method in this research is descriptive and analytical method. The location determination method in this study was purposive. Determining the number of samples using a ratio of 20:1 where each variable must have 20 data to be tested. The sample is 120 respondents. Instrument testing and data analysis using SmartPLS 3.0 software The analysis tool used is PLS (Partial Least Square). The data analysis used covers 3 aspects, namely the outer model, inner model and hypothesis testing with the Path Coefficient method. There are 6 variables tested, namely knowledge, health awareness, attitudes, subjective norms, perceived difficulties, and purchase value. The results showed that knowledge and health consciousness had a positive effect on the attitudes of respondents in the intention to purchase organic vegetables in Bekasi city retail. Attitudes and subjective norms variables partially have a positive effect on purchase intention of organic vegetable in Bekasi city retail. While the perceived difficulty variable partially negatively influences the purchase intention of organic vegetables in Bekasi city retail.   Keywords : SEM, Organic vegetable, TRA

Abstract

Avocado fruit with the Latin name Persea Americana Mill comes fromMexico and Central America. Avocado plants can grow to reach a height of 20 meters. The demand for and consumption of avocados continues to increase day by day. The more people demand avocado fruit, the more quality avocado seeds are needed. One way to get quality seeds is by vegetative propagation by grafting. Growth on shoot grafts can be accelerated by using Cytokinin growth regulators (BAP). The research was conducted in the Cipedak Avocado Plant Propagation Garden, Jagakarsa District, South Jakarta from January 2022 to March 2022. The research aims to determine the ef ectiveness of the concentration and soaking time of cytokinin growth regulators (BAP) on the growth of cipedak avocado shoots (Persea americana mill). The study was conducted using a randomized block design (RBD) consisting of 9 treatments with 3 replications, namely concentrations of 200 ppm, 400 ppm, 600 ppm, and control. From the results of the study, there was an interaction between concentration and soaking time on the percentage of live shoot grafting (%), percentage of fallen leaves (%), increase in shoot length, bud break age and rootstock diameter at 6 WAP, the ef ect of dosing and soaking time The optimum cytokinin zpt is in the S2T3 treatment.

Abstract

Morning glory plant (Ipomea reptans Poir) is a type of vegetable that has various benefits for human growth and health, such as containing vitamins A, B, C, protein, calcium, phosphorus, carotene, as well as mineral ingredients, and iron, therefore many enthusiasts of morning glory plants. Morning glory cultivators often use synthetic chemicals excessively, causing unfavorable soil conditions and causing low morning glory production. Efforts that can be made to improve soil quality for morning glory cultivation are by reducing the use of chemicals and cultivating morning glory plants organically. This research was conducted to determine the type of planting medium and composition of the best growing medium for the growth of morning glory plants. The treatment applied soil:compost (1:1) and (0:1) while the control (1:0) using Complete Randomized Block Design with 5 replications. The results of the study showed that the treatment of growing médium with compost showed a positive effect on the growth of morning glory plants including plant height, number of leaves, leaf length, and root length.

Abstract

This research was carried out at the Experimental Garden of the Faculty of Agriculture, Borobudur University. This research was conducted for 3 months starting from September to November 2022. The purpose of this study was to determine the interaction effect of vermicompost fertilizer on cocoa nurseries. The experimental design used in this study was a randomized block design (RBD). The first factor was 4 doses of vermicompost fertilizer (0g, 75g, 100g, 200g) and the second factor was 2 cocoa clones (MCC1 and SUL1). Each treatment contained 4 sample plants which were repeated 3 times, so that in total there were 120 plant polybags.
