Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of the influence of the work environment, organizational culture and motivation on employee performance at PT. Fast Food Indonesia, Tbk (KFC Indonesia). The data used in this study are primary data collected through questionnaires and other literature studies. The population in this study were employees of PT. Food Food Indonesia, Tbk. with a sample of 100 respondents. Data analysis techniques using path analysis with the help of SPSS 22 analysis system. Tests of data used in this study include validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, sub structure I and Sub Structure 2 test, and path analysis (path analisys), to test and prove the research hypothesis.The results showed that the Work Environment and Organizational Culture had an effect on motivation. The work environment directly affects employee performance. Organizational Culture has a direct effect on Customer Employee Performance. Work Environment and Organizational Culture does not directly affect employee performance through motivation. Keywords: Work Environment, Organizational Culture, Motivation, Employee Performance

Abstract

This study aims to examine the Effect of Return On Assets (ROA), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) and Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) to the Stock Price at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) using the method of multiple linear regression analysis. One of the conditions for testing multiple linear regression analysis is to carry out the classical assumption test. This is needed so that the resulting regression equation is BLUE (Best Linear Unbiased Estimator). In addition to assessing the goodness of fit of a model, the coefficient of determination, F test, and t test were tested. This study uses quarterly data from 2004 to 2016 for each research variable.The results of this study indicate that the variables ROA, LDR and CAR have a positive effect on Stock Prices with the value of t-statistic Return on Assets (ROA) of 4.713143 and a probability of 0.0000, Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) with t-statistics of 8.636285 and probability amounting to 0.0000, Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) with a t-statistic of 2.319119 and a probability of 0.0005. In addition, it was found that the adjusted R-squared value was 0.805576. This means that 80.56% of the stock price index movement can be predicted from the movements of the three independent variables. Abstract

The condition of competition in health care industry is very tight. This is due to the increasing number of existing clinics and hospitals, as well as the increasing number of people using hospital facilities to obtain health services. The hospital, which was originally more of a public service unit of a social humanitarian nature, in fact hospital services and health care organizations have undergone transformation and evolved into an industry based on economic principles and management as commercial ventures. However, the most important thing in the health care industry (Hospital) is the quality of service provided by the hospital to the patient.This study aims to analyze deeper the Influence of Service Quality (X1) and Price (X2) on Patient Satisfaction (Y) and its impact on Loyalty (Z).Sempel taking technique using accidental sampling is based on chance which means Patients who went to the Islamic Hospital in Karawang, with the number of samples obtained as much as 98 respondents. Data analysis technique used in this research is by Path Analysis method and using analysis tool that is SPSS 22.The test results indicate that the variable of Service Quality has positive and significant influence directly to Patient Satisfaction. Price has positive and significant effect directly to Patient Satisfaction. service quality has positive and significant effect directly to patient loyalty. price has an effect on positive and significant directly to patient loyalty. patient satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on patient loyalty. there is a positive influence and indirectly significant service quality to patient loyalty. there is a positive and indirectly significant influence between price and loyalty of the patient. Keywords : Quality of Service, Price, Patient Satisfaction, and Patient Loyalty

Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent of the effect of prices and promotions on customer satisfaction and its impact on consumer loyalty to PT. Capina Es Krim Industri (Cakung Representative Office)The data used in this study is primary data collected from respondents' answers based on the questionnaire given, which is as many as 84 people. Data processing method uses path analysis method (path analysis) with the help of SPSS version 23.0 Testing statistics using individual parameter Significance Test (t Test) and Simultaneous Significance Test (Test f).The results of the study show that simultaneously the price, promotion and customer satisfaction variables have a significant effect on consumer loyalty. Keywords: Price, Promotion, Consumer Satisfaction, Consumer Loyalty

Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent of the effect of Return On Assets, Price Earning Ratio and Earning Per Share on Stock Prices. The data used in this study are secondary data collected from financial statements. Data processing method uses regression analysis method with the help of EVIEWS 9.0. Statistical testing uses the individual parameter significance test (t test) and simultaneous significance test (F test). The results showed that simultaneously the return on assets, price earnings ratio and earnings per share variables had a significant effect on the stock price. Partially it shows that analysis 1: earning per share variable has a significant effect on stock prices, while analysis 2: price earning ratio variable has a significant effect on stock prices and in analysis 3: variable debt to equity ratio has no significant effect on stock prices. Keywords: Earning per share, Price Earning Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio and Stock Price

Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent of the relationship of training, motivation to work productivity of employees at the Ministry of Tourism, and to find out how the influence of training factors, motivation on work productivity. In this study the authors distributed questionnaires to 38 respondents with a Simple Random Sampling technique and with the data analysis method used were multiple regression and F test multiple correlation.Based on the calculation, regression is obtained Y = 2,386 + 0,858 X1 + 0,165 X2 which means that every increase in training variable (X1) will be followed by an increase in work productivity, every increase in the motivation variable will be followed by an increase in work productivity. With the existence of R = 0.91, this indicates that there is a level of strong and positive relationship between training and motivation with work productivity. This means that the increase in training and motivation drives the increase in work productivity. From testing with hypothesis F it is known that F count is 83.806 while F table is 3.27 with dk numerator 2 (= k-1 = 3-1) and d denominator n - k = 38 - 3 = 35. Because F count is greater than F table, Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that there is a relationship between training (X1) and motivation (X2) on work productivity (Y).From the determination coefficient of 82.7%, this shows that the effect of training and motivation is 82.7% on the increase in work productivity, while the remaining 17.3% is influenced by other variables not included in this research model. For further research, it is expected to add other variables related to work productivity such as organizational commitment, compensation, leadership and others, thus it can be better known the influence of other factors that will affect work productivity.Keywords: Training, Motivation, Work Productivity.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent of the influence of organizational culture, leadership, on employee performance through job satisfaction at PT. Asuransi Jasa Indonesia (Persero) Head Office.The data used in this study are primary data collected from respondents' answers based on the questionnaire given, which is as much as 85 people. Data processing method using path analysis method with the help of SPSS Version 22.0. Statistical testing uses the significance test of individual parameters (t test) and simultaneous significance test (F test).The results of the study show that simultaneously organizational culture, leadership, job satisfaction have a significant effect on employee performance. Partially, it shows that analysis 1: Organizational culture variables have a significant effect on employee performance, while analysis 2: leadership variables have a significant effect on employee performance and in analysis 3: Variable employment variables have a significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Organizational Culture, Leadership, Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Work Participation, Communication, and Organizational Culture on Job Satisfaction, both directly and indirectly through Organizational Culture at PT. Indomarco Adi Prima - Gudang Induk Jakarta, Jababeka.The data used in this study are primary data collected through questionnaire methods and other literature studies. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Indomarco Adi Prima - Gudang Induk Jakarta, Jababeka with a sample of 116 respondents. The data analysis technique uses path analysis with the help of the SPSS 22 analysis system.The results showed that Work Participation, Communication, and Organizational Culture had an effect on Job Satisfaction. Work Participation influences Organizational Culture, Communication influences Organizational Culture. Work Partipation and Communication have an indirect effect on Job Satisfaction through Organizational Culture. Keywords: Job Participation, Communication, Organizational Culture, Job Satisfaction

Abstract

In this study, the influence of conflict management and risk management on work effectiveness in company activities in anticipating risk management in the daily operations of the company is summarized in a number of specific categories. The focus is on increasing employee productivity through improving work effectiveness. In this study used a multiple regression analysis method, in order to get perceptions going forward. The results obtained from multiple regression equations are Y = 20.781 + 0.659 X1 + 0.085 X2, Correlation (R) is 0.828, R Square is 0.686 while the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R Square) from the output of regression statistics in this study is 0.674 , this explains that the contribution given to conflict management variables, and risk management to the effectiveness of the workforce is 67.4% while the remaining 32.6% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study such as organizational climate, commitment, compensation, and others.  Key words: conflict management, risk management, work effectiveness

Abstract

Based on preliminary research, the declining amount of the new students each year and the rise of student drop-out for the past three  years at STKIP Panca Sakti Pondok Gede are  caused by the weakness of the service quality by the management. That’s why this research is done to find out “ How far is the influence of service quality towards the student loyalty through the student satisfaction”The research has resulted that first, the service quality significantly and directly influences the student satisfaction. H0, therefore, (the influence of the service quality towards  the student satisfaction is not significant) is rejected and H1 (the influence of the service quality towards the student satisfaction) is excepted. Second, the student satisfaction  significantly and directly influences the student loyalty. H0 (The influence of student satisfaction towards the student loyalty is not significant) is rejected, and H1  (the influence of students’ satisfaction toward the student loyalty is significant) is excepted. Third, the service quality significantly influences directly  the students’ loyalty.  H0 (The influence of the service quality towards the student loyalty is not significant) is rejected, and H1 (The influence of the service quality towards the students’ loyalty is  significant) is excepted. And, finally, the influence of service quality indirectly through the student satisfaction towards the student loyalty is significant. H0 (The influence of the service quality towards the student loyalty  indirectly through the student satisfaction is not significant) is rejected, and H1 (The influence of the service quality towards the student loyalty indirectly through the student satisfaction is  significant) is excepted.  Key words: Service Quality, Student  Satisfaction, and Student Loyalty.
