Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of Price Earning Ratio (PER) and Price To Book Value (PBV) of the Return on Assets (ROA), the LQ45companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange by using multiple linear regression analysis. One of the requirements to test multiple linear regression analysis is to test the classical assumption. It is in need so that the regression equation which is derived is BLUE (Best Linear Unbiased Estimator). In addition to assessing the goodness of fitsuatu models the coefficients of determination test, F test and t test. This studyuses annual data from 2010 to 2013 for each study variabel. The result of this study indicate that the variabel Price Earning Ratio (PER) and Price to Book Value (PBV) jointly / simultaneous significant effect on Return on Assets (ROA), the Adjusted R2 value of 0.83877. this means that 83.88% Return on Assets (ROA) can be explained by the independent variables. While the remaining 16.12 % is influenced by other variables outside of research. Partially shows that Price Earning Ratio (PER) significant and positive impact on the Return on Assets (ROA), the value of t-statistic probability of 4.609170 and 0.0000. Price to Book Value (PBV) significant and positive impact on the Return on Assets (ROA), the value of t-statistic probability of 3.340151 and 0.0014. Keywords : Price Earning Ratio (PER), Price to Book Value (PBV), Return on Assets (ROA)

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service and product on customer satisfaction and its implications on customer loyalty (case study on consumer Hoka Hoka Bento Pulogadung Trade Center mall branch).The data used in this study are primary data collected directly by the author himself through the object under study is with the customers Hoka Hoka Bento Branch Mall Pulogadung Trade Center who live on Jl. Rawa Kuning RT.003 RW.02 Pulogebang Urban Village, Cakung District, East Jakarta 13950 in September 2017 and other literature studies. Data processing method using path analysis method with SPSS tool aid 23. statistical submission in this research using Goodness of Fit Test.The result of research shows that there is significant and positive influence of service to customer satisfaction, there is significant and positive influence of product to customer satisfaction, there are significant and positive influence of service to customer loyalty, there is significant and positive influence of product to customer loyalty, there is significant and positive influence of satisfaction customers to customer loyalty, Service has an indirect effect on customer loyalty through Customer Satisfaction, the product has an indirect effect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction. Keywords: Service, Product, Customer Satisfaction, Customer Loyalty

Abstract

The data used in this study in the form of primary data collected from respondents' answers based on questionnaires given, as many as 80 people. Data processing method uses Path Analysis method with the help of SPSS version 22.0. The statistical test used the significance test of individual parameters (t test) and simultaneous significance test (Test F).The results showed that simultaneously variable of leadership style, giving of compensation and job satisfaction have a significant effect on employee performance. Partially show that analysis 1: leadership style variables significantly influence employee performance, while analysis 2: compensation variable significantly influence employee performance and in analysis 3: job satisfaction variables have a significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: leadership style, giving compensation, job satisfaction and employee performance

Abstract

Emsonic Indonesia Cibitung West Java.The data used in this study in the form of primary data collected from respondents' answers based on questionnaires given, as many as 82 people. Data processing method uses Path Analysis method with the help of SPSS version 22.0. The statistical test used the significance test of individual parameters (t test) and simultaneous significance test (Test F).The results showed that simultaneously leadership style variables, career development and job satisfaction have a significant effect on employee performance. Abstract

Maschil Success Makmur (New Vision).The data used in this study in the form of primary data collected from respondents' answers based on questionnaires given, ie as many as 113 people. Data processing method using path analysis method (Path Analysis) with the help of SPSS version 21.0. The statistical test used the significance test of individual parameters (t test) and simultaneous significance test (Test F).The results showed that simultaneously the variables, leadership style, motivation and job satisfaction had a significant effect on employee performance. Partially showed that analysis 1: the influence of leadership variable significantly influence the employee performance, while the 2: motivation variables significantly influence the employee performance and on the analysis 3: job satisfaction variable has a significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Leadership style, Motivation, Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of leadership style and Motivation on employee productivity in the Department of Account Services. The data used in this study is Primary Data collected from the results of distributing Questionnaires conducted on the Department of Account Services, data management methods using Path Analysis Method (Path Analysis) using SPSS application program version 22, and sample used as many as 75 people.            The results showed that there is a positive and significant influence between leadership style and motivation on work productivity. This is evidenced from the results of previous statistical tests. And from the test results also confirmed that the motivation mediates some of the leadership style to work productivity. Keywords: Leadership Style, Motivation, Employee Productivity.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of promotion and product quality on purchasing decisions Aqua brand water and its implications on brand image. The data used in this study are primary data taken from the responses of questionnaires by students of the University of Borobudur faculty of economics management study program. The method of data processing using path analysis with the aid of SPSS version 23. The ststistic test in this research use fitness test model (goodness of fit test).The result of the research shows that promotion has positive and significant effect directly or indirectly through brand image to purchasing decision, product quality have positive and significant influence directly or indirectly through brand image to purchasing decision and brand image have positive effect directly to purchasing decision . Keywords: Promotion, product quality, brand image, purchase decision.

Abstract

The growth of retail business, especially modern retail business is growing rapidly in Indonesia especially Jakarta. This study aims to analyze deeper the Influence of Service Quality (X1) and Price (X2) on Consumer Decision (Y) and its implications to Customer Loyalty (Z). Sempel taking technique using accidental sampling is based on chance which means consumers who buy luggage products Rimowa on Store Mal Plaza Indonesia, with the number of samples obtained as much as 98 respondents. Data analysis technique used in this research is by PathAnalysis method and using analysis tool that is SPSS 22. The test results indicate that the variable of Service Quality has positive and significant influence directly to the satisfaction of Consumer. Price has positive and significant effect directly to Customer Satisfaction. Quality of service has a positive but not directly significant effect on Customer Loyalty. Price has positive and significant effect directly to Customer Loyalty. Consumer Satisfaction has positive and significant effect directly to Customer Loyalty. Service Quality positively and indirectly affects Customer Loyalty through Customer Satisfaction. And Price affects positively and indirectly significant to Customer Loyalty through Customer Satisfaction. Abstract

This research was conducted on Banking Company. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of firm size, debt to equity ratio and public ownership on the timeliness of corporate financial reporting. This study used a sample of banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2011 to 2016. The sampling method used was purposive sampling method. The number of companies sampled in this study were 10 companies with observations for six years, so the sample selected was 60 companies. The data used is secondary data. The statistic method used is multiple linear regression analysis using Eviews 8. Hypothesis test is done by using F test and t test with significance α = 0,05. The results of this study show that jointly (at the same time) firm size, debt to equity ratio and public ownership contribute and have a significant influence on the timeliness of financial reporting at Banking Company of 95.97% with adjusted R2 of 0.8959729 . Partially, firm size, debt to equity ratio and public ownership contribute and have a significant influence on the timing of the Banking Company. Keywords: Company Size, Debt to Equity Ratio, Public Ownership, Timeliness

Abstract

Based on the results of data analysis using path analysis through the SPSS program that was stated in the previous chapter, it can be concluded that several important things in this study are as follows.Correlation coefficients obtained are positive values that reflect that advertising and after sales have a positive relationship with purchasing decisions, so the higher the advertising and after sales, the higher the purchase decision. From the results obtained also known the coefficient of determination that reflects how much the contribution of independent variables (advertising and after-sales) to the dependent variable (decision purchase), namely 0.795 or 79.5%, meaning that advertising and after sales affect the purchase decision of 79.5 The remaining% of 20.5% is influenced by other factors not examined.
