Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of Price and Product Quality on theDecision of Purchasing Instant Noodle Brand with Sedaap Noodles and Their Implications onCustomer Loyalitas` in Pekayon Jaya Bekasi South Housing.The data used in this study are primary data taken from the responses of questionnaires bythe community in Pekayon Jaya South Bekasi housing. The data processing method uses the pathanalysis method with the help of the SPSS analysis tool version 22. Statistical testing in this studyuses a model suitability test (goodness) of fit test).The results showed that the price effect had a positive and significant effect directly orindirectly through purchasing decisions on Customer Loyalty, Product quality had a positive andsignificant effect directly or indirectly through purchasing decisions on customer loyalty andpurchasing decisions had a direct positive effect on Loyalty Customer.Keywords: Price Effect, Product Quality, Purchasing Decisions, Customer Loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of service quality and price on patientsatisfaction and its impact on customer loyaltyThe data used in this study are primary data taken from the results of questionnaireresponses by Depok Kartika Mega Kartika clinic patients. The data processing method uses thepath analysis method with the help of SPSS analysis tool version 24. The statistical testing in thisstudy uses a model of goodness of fit test.The results showed that service quality had a positive and significant effect directly orindirectly through patient satisfaction on customer loyalty, price had a positive and significanteffect directly or indirectly through patient satisfaction on customer loyalty and customer loyaltyhad a positive effect directly on customer loyalty .Keywords: Quality of service, price, patient satisfaction, customer loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the Effect of Work Discipline, Work Motivation on Job Satisfactionand Its Impact on Employee Performance.The data used in this study are primary data taken from questionnaire responses by the Vendor ManagementDivision Employees. The data processing method uses the path analysis method with the help of SPSS analysis toolversion 24. The statistical testing in this study uses a model of goodness of fit test.The results showed that Work Discipline had a positive and significant effect directly or indirectly throughwork motivation on job satisfaction, employee performance.Keywords: Work discipline, work motivation, job satisfaction, employee performance.

Abstract

The study aims to determine the effect of the Effect of Product Quality and Product Prices on PurchaseDecisions Implications on Consumer Satisfaction Smartphone Xiaomi Center PGC Cililitan East JakartaThe data used in this study are primary data obtained from the results of the distribution of questionnaires tovisitors at the Mobile Center PGC Cililitan East Jakarta. The data processing method uses the path analysis methodwith the help of SPSS 24 program.The results showed that method I: Directly the product quality and product price variables had a positive andsignificant effect on purchasing decisions. Method II: Directly variable product quality, product prices, andpurchasing decisions have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Abstract

Jambal roti "is a term for salted manyung fish. The processing business of "jambal roti fish" inPangandaran has the potential to be developed. One aspect that needs to be studied in developingthe business is the Financial and Marketing Reports. This study aims to determine the level ofmarketing changes from year to year and the safety of raw materials and products, the level ofapplication of the Basic Feasibility Program, the correlation between the postrigor mortis anglewith the organol eptic value of raw materials, the double correlation between the organolepticvalue of raw materials and the level of application of the Basic Feasibility Program with theorganoleptic value of the product, the correlation between the education and business experienceof the processors with the level of implementation of the Basic Feasibility Program, as well asdetermining Critical Control Points (CCP) in the processing of "bread jambal fish" inPangandaran. This type of research is a case study, with the subject of research is the processingunit "fish jambal roti" totaling 9 units. All processing units are used as research samples, exceptfor testing the total bacterial content (Total Plate Count) only three sample processing units aretaken using a purposive sampling method. The results of the study showed that in general thequality of raw materials (average quality = 7, rounding) and product quality (average qualityvalue = 6.6) "bread jambal fish" in Pangandaran organoleptically had met the quality standardrequirements according to SNI. However, product safety is still in doubt because the average TPCis quite high (1.3 x 105 col oni / g) and exceeds the maximum standard of dried salted fish TPCaccording to SNI. Overall, the level of implementation of the Basic Feasibility Program is stilllow (average application rate = 54.78%). At a 5% confidence level, there is a real correlationbetween the post rigormortis angle and the value of organol eptic raw materials (r = 0.956).Likewise, the organoleptic value of raw materials and the level of application of the BasicFeasibility Program correlate significantly with the organol value of the product yield (R =0.978). Safer pengalelor correlated significantly with the level of application of the BasicFeasibility Program (r = 0.847). Meanwhile, between education and the level of implementationof the Basic Feasibility Program there was no real correlation (r = 0.020). The stage of theprocess that is stated as Critical ControlPoints (CCP) is the receipt of raw materials and drying.Keyword: Financial Statement Analysis, BUMD, Jambal Roti, Marketing, Pangandaran.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of Credit Risk and Capital AdequacyLevel on Profitability (ROA) in SOE Sector Banking Companies Listed on the Indonesia StockExchange in 2012-2016. There are 43 Indonesian banking companies listed on the IndonesiaStock Exchange. Samples were taken 4 banking companies. The sampling technique used in thisstudy was purposive sampling.The independent variables studied were Credit Risk and Capital Adequacy Level while thedependent variable was Profitability (ROA). Secondary data in the form of financial statementsfor the period 2012-2016. The tool used to test hypotheses is a multiple linear regression test withthe help of SPSS Version 20 program.The t test results show that credit risk has a negative and significant effect on profitability(ROA), and the level of capital adequacy has a positive and significant effect on profitability(ROA). And the F Test Result, shows that there is a significant influence between Credit Risk(NPL) and the Capital Adequacy Level (CAR) together on Profitability (ROA). This can be seenfrom the magnitude of the coefficient of determination together which is 0.648. This shows thatthe influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable of 64.8%, the remaining35.2% is another factor outside of credit risk and the level of capital adequacy. The correlationtable shows that the results of the correlation coefficient 0.805 or 80.5%. This means that themagnitude of the correlation together has a very strong relationship.Keywords: Credit Risk, Capital Adequacy Level, Profitability (ROA).

Abstract

This research is motivated by low interest in entrepreneurship among adolescents. Teenagersare still oriented after graduation they are more interested in working in factories, companies orgovernment agencies.The purpose of this study was to study motivation, the role of the environment (internal andexternal) towards entrepreneurial interest among youth in Desa Pasirangin Cileungsi Bogor.The method used in this research is descriptive verification by discussing ex post facto andsurveys. Data collected through questionnaires and interviews. Hypothesis testing uses simplelinear regression formula and multiple linear regression formula.Based on the analysis of the data obtained the following results: (1) Positive and significantinfluence between entrepreneurial motivation on entrepreneurial interest (2) Positive andsignificant influence of the internal environment on entrepreneurial interest (3) 4) Has positive andsignificant influence between entrepreneurial motivation, internal environment, and externalenvironment together towards the interests of youth entrepreneurship in Desa Pasirangin.keywords : entrepreneurship interest, internal environment, external environment, andentrepreneurship motivation

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how much influence the Return On Assets, Loan To DepositRatio and Net Interest Margin to Earning Per Share shares of PT.Bank Mandiri, Tbk 2005-2017both simultaneously and partially. The population of this research is financial report data ofPT.Bank Mandiri using quarter 2005-2017 data. The sample of this research use purposivesampling method. The sample in this research is 52 sample time series data. The type of data usedis secondary data derived from the official bank website ir.bankmandiri.co.id and also IDX.Technical analysis using multiple linear regression analysis.The result by using F test shows that the ratio of Return On Asset, Loan To Deposit Ratioand Net Interset Margin simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Earning PerShare. The result by using t test indicates that the ratio of Return On Asset and Loan To DepositRatio partially have a positive and significant influence on Earning Per Share, while the ratio ofNet Interest Margin partially has no positive and significant effect on Earning Per Share. Thecoefficient of determination shown from the adjusted R-square value of 0.946503 or 94.65%. Thismeans that the variable Retun On Assets, Loan To Deposit Ratio and Net Interest Margin able toexplain the variable Earning Per Share, while the rest of 5.35% explained by other variables.

Abstract

At present the distribution and control of all nine staples given to this market mechanismhas taken place since the reformation in 1998, and in the history of Indonesia has had acontrolling body of nine staples since in the Indies under the name Voedings Middelen Fonds(VMF) in 1939 specifically rice.When the second President of the Republic of Indonesia, Soeharto, was formed andinaugurated BULOG (Logistics Affairs Agency) on May 10, 1967.Through Presidential Decree No. 39/1978, President Soeharto decided that the main task ofBulog was to control the price of rice, grain, wheat and other staples in order to maintain pricestability,Both for producers and consumers according to government policyThe era of reform occurred when the 4th President Abdulrahman Wahid alias Gus Durruled, a Buloggate scandal occurred and since January 20, 2003 the status of Bulog wasformalized as a state-owned public company.In Law No. 8/2012 on Food is mandated that the government and the community areresponsible for realizing food security. Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent of the influence of product quality and beautyadvisor services on customer satisfaction and its impact on consumer loyalty of wardah productsto visitors to LotteMart Kuningan City Jakarta.The data used in this study are primary data collected from respondents' answers based onthe questionnaire given, as many as 100 people. Data processing method uses the path analysismethod (Path Analysis) with the help of SPSS version 23.0. Statistical testing uses the individualparameter significance test (t test) and simultaneous significance test (F test).The results showed that simultaneously Product Quality, Bauty Advisor Service andCustomer Satisfaction significantly influence Consumer Loyalty. Partially shows that theanalysis: (1) Product Quality variables significantly influence Consumer Loyalty, while analysis(2) Bauty Advisor Service variables significantly influence Consumer Loyalty and on the analysis,(3) Customer Satisfaction variables significantly influence Consumer Loyalty.Keywords: Product Quality, Service, Customer Satisfaction, Loyalty Consumer.
