Indonesia's food estate programme has been studied mainly from legal, political-ecological and agronomic perspectives, leaving unexplained where along the policy's causal chain public investment fails to become food security. This study evaluates the food estate policy in Central Kalimantan Province and identifies the points and mechanisms at which the input–activity–output–outcome chain breaks down. A theory-driven qualitative evaluation with a post-positivist stance was applied, using the logic model as the analytical frame. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews with purposively selected key informants (provincial and district officials, sub-district heads, extension workers, field supervisors and farmers in Kapuas Regency), field observation and document analysis, and were analysed through open, axial and selective coding with source and method triangulation. The findings reveal a cascading implementation gap. Despite a 2025 budget of IDR 5.1 trillion, only 43 of 156 (27.6%) agricultural machinery units delivered to the province were operational; each extension worker served at least eight farmer groups, twice the ideal ratio; average rice productivity (2–3.5 t/ha) remained below the provincial (3.8 t/ha) and national (5.2 t/ha) averages; the cassava component produced almost nothing; and farm-gate prices exceeded the government purchase price by only 3.9%, a margin eroded by rising production costs. Theoretically, the study introduces the concept of a cascading implementation gap and extends logic-model evaluation into a diagnostic tool by explaining, through implementation and high-modernism theories, why top-down inputs fail to translate into outcomes on fragile peatlands. Practically, it calls for land-suitability-based, participatory and phased intensification instead of massive extensification.

Economic growth in Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) member states remains below its potential despite the region's large population and resource base. This study examines the effects of the halal economic ecosystem, foreign direct investment (FDI), and government effectiveness on GDP and evaluates the moderating role of the Human Development Index (HDI). A quantitative panel-data approach was applied to 10 OIC countries during 2015–2023 using a Fixed Effects Model and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results show that the halal economic ecosystem has a positive and significant effect on GDP, whereas FDI has no significant direct effect. Government effectiveness and HDI show significant negative direct coefficients. HDI weakens the effect of the halal economic ecosystem on GDP, does not significantly moderate the FDI–GDP relationship, and strengthens the effect of government effectiveness on GDP. These findings demonstrate that human development does not universally strengthen economic drivers; its moderating role depends on the alignment between human development and sector-specific productive capabilities. The study contributes empirical evidence on the conditional role of HDI in the economic growth framework of OIC countries.

This study examines taxpayer compliance by integrating behavioral, moral, and authority-based perspectives. Specifically, it analyzes the effects of tax knowledge, taxpayer religiosity, and trust in tax authorities on individual taxpayer compliance and evaluates whether legitimate power strengthens these relationships. The study used a cross-sectional survey design involving 384 active individual taxpayers registered at seven Primary Tax Offices in East Java, Indonesia. Respondents were selected using purposive sampling, and data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, validity and reliability testing, classical assumption testing, multiple regression, and moderated regression analysis with mean-centered interaction terms. The results show that tax knowledge, taxpayer religiosity, and trust in tax authorities each have a positive effect on taxpayer compliance. However, legitimate power does not significantly moderate the effects of tax knowledge, religiosity, or trust on compliance. These findings indicate that, in this context, taxpayer compliance is more strongly driven by cognitive understanding, moral-religious commitment, and institutional trust than by the perceived legitimacy of authority power. The study contributes to tax compliance literature by clarifying the boundary conditions of integrating the Theory of Planned Behavior, the Slippery Slope Framework, and the Theory of Social Power. Practically, the findings suggest that tax authorities should prioritize tax education, transparent services, and trust-building strategies, while treating legitimacy-based authority messaging as a supporting rather than a primary mechanism for improving voluntary compliance.

This study examines the determinants of Muslim youths’ intention to adopt Cash Waqf Linked Sukuk (CWLS), focusing on the mediating role of Islamic altruism and generational differences between Generation Y and Z. A quantitative research design was employed using an online self-administered questionnaire and purposive sampling. Data were collected from 391 Indonesian Muslim respondents from Generation Y and Z using a five-point Likert-scale instrument, with 21 retained measurement items. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) and Partial Least Squares Multi-Group Analysis (PLS-MGA). The results show that income level (β = 0.568, p < 0.001), religiosity (β = 0.185, p = 0.001), and Islamic altruism (β = 0.147, p = 0.023) significantly predict CWLS adoption intention, whereas Islamic financial literacy has no significant direct effect (β = −0.065, p = 0.181). Islamic altruism significantly mediates the effects of Islamic financial literacy (β = 0.061, p = 0.033), religiosity (β = 0.053, p = 0.027), and income level (β = 0.024, p = 0.046) on intention. PLS-MGA reveals that Islamic financial literacy, religiosity, and Islamic altruism significantly predict intention among Generation Y but not Generation Z, while income level is significant for both groups. These findings highlight the importance of generation-specific strategies for enhancing CWLS adoption among Muslim youth.

The prevalence of speech delay in early childhood continues to increase which correlates with high passive screen time and lack of parent-child responsive verbal interaction. This study aims to test the effectiveness of application-based 'dialogic reading' interventions on improving children's expressive language skills with speech delay indications. The research method uses a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental pretest-posttest control group design. The sample consisted of 34 children aged 3-5 years with speech delay divided into experimental groups and control groups. The experimental group received an intervention of dialogic reading application for 15 minutes per day for 8 weeks. The measurement instrument used the Early Language Milestone Scale-2 (ELMS-2) and an interaction observation sheet. Data analysis was conducted using Independent Sample T-Test and N-Gain Score. The results showed a significant difference (p<0.001) with the experimental group's N-Gain of 0.71 (high category) higher than that of the control group of 0.32 (medium category). The conclusions showed that application-based dialogic reading was effective in improving vocabulary, Mean Length of Utterance (MLU), and verbal responsiveness as a parent-mediated intervention model.

Computer animation has evolved from a mere visualization tool into a cross-disciplinary research domain that merges computer graphics, artificial intelligence, and human-computer interaction. This study maps the intellectual structure, thematic evolution, and research frontier of computer animation literature indexed in Scopus between 2021 and 2025 through a bibliometric approach. Data were retrieved from the Scopus database using the boolean string ("computer animation" OR "digital animation" OR "3D animation"); after filtering by publication year, source type, document type, and publication stage, 544 final-stage journal articles were retained for analysis using VOSviewer and Bibliometrix/Biblioshiny. The results show that scientific output grew from 93 articles in 2021 to 117 articles in 2025, accumulating 4,568 citations at an average of 8.4 citations per article. China led national productivity with 180 documents, followed by the United States (83) and the United Kingdom (43), while international collaboration accounted for only 18.4 percent of the dataset. Keyword co-occurrence analysis identified three principal thematic clusters: an animation-virtual reality-education cluster, a three-dimensional computer graphics-modelling cluster, and a human subject-controlled experiment cluster. The terms "3d animation," "computer animation," and "virtual reality" dominated the observation period, while "interactive computer graphics," "digital animation," and experimental demographic descriptors (female, male, middle aged) emerged as strengthening themes between 2023 and 2025. The study further identifies a persistent research gap in the limited representation of Southeast Asian countries, with Indonesia contributing 12 documents and Malaysia 16, alongside a scarcity of pedagogical studies relative to algorithmic-technical ones. These findings offer a directional map for researchers, journal editors, and research policymakers to shape the future agenda of computer animation research, particularly regarding the integration of generative models and their application to vocational education contexts in underrepresented regions.

Analisis co-occurrence kata kunci mengidentifikasi tiga klaster tematik utama, yaitu klaster animasi-virtual reality-pendidikan, klaster grafika komputer tiga dimensi-pemodelan, dan klaster subjek manusia-eksperimen terkontrol.
