Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of intrinsic motivation on the performance behavior of the employees of the Military Court I-02 Medan and analyze organizational culture on the performance of the employees of the Military Court I-02 Medan. The method I use is descriptive qualitative method. The subject of this research by way of interviews. The results showed that intrinsic motivation and organizational culture partially had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Military Court I-02 Medan

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how the analysis of the goldfish supply chain at Pak Surya's goldfish farm in Sampean Village, Kec. Right River District. South Labuhanbatu. This study uses a qualitative method in the form of interviews and relevant literature sources, where in the interview method the researcher interviewed resource persons, namely carp livestock business owners. Based on the research that the author conducted, the supply chain process that occurs in the goldfish livestock business at Pak Surya Goldfish Farm, Sampean Village, Kec. Right River District. South Labuhanbatu includes several parties, namely fish seed suppliers - fish farms - markets - local traders - consumers. The farm can also cut the supply chain by directly selling the products of carp livestock to local traders in the vicinity of your village.

Abstract

This study aims to determinate the effect of advertising and electronic word of mouth on purchasing decisions on the shopee marketplace (Survey on students of Universitas Perjuangan Tasikmalaya class of 2018). The research methode uses a quantitative method with a survey, the data used are primary and secondary data. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPPS v.25 software. The result of hyphothesis testing show that advertising and Electronic Word of Mouth have a significant effect on purchasing decisions in the shopee marketplace partialy and simultaneously.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi rantai pasokan pakaian pada Toko Lina. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dengan cara penelitian kepustakaan dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model manajemen pasokan di industri Toko Pakaian Lina yaitu meliputi dari beberapa pemasok pakaian/kain lainnya. Dan juga Toko Pakaian Lina menggunakan tiga macam aliran dalam suatu proses melakukan rantai pasokan, yaitu Aliran produk, Aliran keuangan dan juga Aliran informasi. Tentunya Toko Pakaian Lina sangat teliti dalam melihat dari pemasok mana yang memiliki jahitan yang terbaik, dan mana juga yang banyak peminatnya dari konsumen. Untuk penentuan harga pakaian pastinya harus sesuai dengan harga pasar yang ada juga pakaian yang diinginkan, karena Toko Pakaian Lina menyediakan pakaian dengan kain tekstil yang beragam dan berkualitas. Aliran keuangan yang mengalir dari beberapa toko pemasok ke Toko Pakaian Lina terjadi karena adanya pembelian suatu barang yang nantinya siap untuk disalurkan kembali di Toko Pakaian Lina menjadi suatu barang jual. This study aims to determine the strategy of the clothing supply chain at the Lina Store. This research is a descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The data collection technique used is by means of library research and interviews. The results showed that the supply management model in the Lina Clothing Store industry includes several other clothing/fabric suppliers. And also Lina's Clothing Store uses three kinds of flow in a supply chain process, namely Product flow, Financial flow and also Information flow. Of course, Lina's Clothing Store is very careful in seeing which suppliers have the best stitches, and which ones have a lot of demand from consumers. For determining the price of clothing, of course it must be in accordance with market price, as well as the clothes you want, because Lina's Clothing Store provides clothes with various and quality textile fabrics. The financial flow that flows from several supply stores to Lina's Clothing Store occurs because of the purchase of an item which is later ready to be distributed back to Lina’s Clothing Store into a sale item. Abstract

The research theme is the financial and banking institutions. This article aims to look at the money market and the capital market in the perspective of Islam. The article is the result of the study of literature. Differences in the Islamic capital market with conventional capital market can be seen in the instruments and mechanisms of the transaction. Islamic stock index difference with conventional stock indexes lies in the issuer’s shares of criteria that must comply with the principles of sharia. The main instruments are traded in the Islamic capital markets and capital markets are conventional stocks. Expected to Islamic capital market is really a meeting place between people who are in need of capital to investors who want to invest in productive sectors.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational climate and organizational support on employee performance at the Agricultural Quarantine Station Class 1 Bengkulu City, either partially or simultaneously. There are several factors that will be discussed in this research, including Organizational Climate and Organizational Support. The object of this research is at the Agricultural Quarantine Station Class 1 Bengkulu City, totaling 70 people. In this research, the writer uses the method of collecting data by means of observation, interviews and questionnaires. There are several data analysis techniques used in this study, using instrument tests, namely validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, coefficient of determination, and also hypothesis testing. From the results of multiple linear regression, the regression equation is obtained as follows: Y = 0.981 + 0.384 (X1) + 0.521 (X2). While the results of the hypothesis testing that have been carried out can be seen that the Organizational Climate variable (X1) obtained tcount of 6.338 (higher than the value of ttable, or ttable> 1.996 (see distribution in table t), and a significance level of 0.000 (significant <0.05) And the Organizational Support variable (X2) obtained tcount of 5.154 (lower than the value of ttable, or ttable < 1.996 (see distribution in table t), and a significance level of 0.319 (significant> 0.05). So it can be concluded that the hypothesis is accepted, meaning that there is Partial or simultaneous influence of Organizational Climate (X1) and Organizational Support (X2) on Employee Performance variable (Y) This can be seen at the significance level of 0.000 < 0.05 at the Agricultural Quarantine Station Class 1 Bengkulu City.

Abstract

The purpose this research to analyse factors influencing performance learn PAUD Town of Bengkulu, Human resource represent to have an effect on to organizational effort in reaching the target of by moving forward technology, growth of information. While management represent process how to guide, instructing group or people in organization to reach target which have been planned previously. Method analyse data collecting which used in this research is kuesioner, while method analyse is qualitative, quantitative and analyzer of scale of likert. Three factor influencing performance learn PAUD Town of Bengkulu PAUD Auladuna Town of Bengkulu, individual variable, organizational variable, psychological variable. most dominant factor influence performance learn PAUD psychological variable get perception of responder with criterion very agree. while factor both of individual variable get perception of responder with its criterion individual variable him influence performance learn PAUD Town of Bengkulu, dominant factor which is low that is organizational variable that is reward but still get perception of responder with criterion agree.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Profitability Ratios in the form of Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), Operational Activity Efficiency Ratio (REO) at PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Tbk during the period 2018-2020. This type of research is descriptive quantitative research. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion, the financial performance of PT. Bank Muamalat, Tbk is measured using Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), Operational Activity Efficiency Ratio (REO), indicating unfavorable financial conditions. This is seen based on the calculation of the average Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), Operational Activity Efficiency Ratio (REO) during the period 2018-2020 which is predicated four in a poor assessment based on profitability rating criteria in accordance regulations with Bank Indonesia. From the analysis results of this study indicate that PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Tbk should be better able to manage capital and increase financing in order to generate profits at the bank and can reduce operating costs owned more effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the work from home and work environment during the Covid-19 pandemic on the work productivity of ASN at the P3APPKB Office of Bengkulu Province. The population in this study amounted to 80 ASN with a saturated sampling technique, where all members of the population were sampled. Work From Home (X1) had a positive and significant effect on Productivity during the COVID-19 Pandemic Period ASN Work at the P3APPKB Office of Bengkulu Province. This can be seen from the significant Work From Home (X1) 0.012 < 0.05 and the value of t table = t (a/2 ;nk-1) = t (0.025 ; 77 = 1.994 means the value of tcount is greater than ttable 2.574 > 1.994 then H0 rejected and H1 accepted. Work Environment Variable (X2) had a positive and significant effect on Productivity during the COVID-19 Pandemic Period of ASN Work at the Bengkulu Province P3APPKB Office. 0.124 > 0.05 and value tcount = t (a/2 ;nk-1) = t (0.025; 77 = 1.994 means the value of tcount is greater than ttable 1.555 < 1.994 then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. Test F: F table = F (k;nk) =F (2;80-2;78 + 3, 11. it can be seen that the value of Fcount is 4.996 with the value of Ftable is 3.11 so that the value of Fcount and Ftable or 4.996 > 3.11, and a significant level of 0.009 < 0.05 then H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted, it can be concluded that the Work Form Home variable (X1 ) and the Work Environment (X2) simultaneously affect productivity during the COVID-19 Pandemik Period of ASN Work at the P3APPKB Office of Province B engkulu. By using multiple linear regression and the results of the study indicate that there is an effect of the variable Work From Home (X1) and the work environment (X2) partially influencing the work productivity of ASN in the P3APPKB Office of Bengkulu Province. Work From Home (X1) and Work Environment (X2) Simultaneous effect on productivity (Y) is 92%.

Abstract

Health represent requirement of fundamental to society. More than anything else whole world a period now knocking over by virus of covid-19. Growing of level live society, hence progressively mount also society demand will the quality of kesehatan.Tujuan in this peneilitian that is to know influence of[is quality of Facility and service to satisfaction of patient take care of to stay with Pain of Assyifa Paradise Fruit of Bengkulu South. Method Analysis the used [is] method Test Validity, Test Rehabilitas, classic Test Assumption, Doubled Linear Regression, Kofesien Determensi and Test Hypothesis. Sampel in this research is patient take care of to stay with pain of Assyifa Bengkulu South amounting to 44 people. Result of from research showing Result of Analysis linear regression of bergaanda the is Y = - 1,086+ 0,335 X1 + 0,692 X2. so that this matter depict that variable of x1 and of x2 have an effect on signifikan to variable Y. Coefficient value of determinasi of R square equal to 0,986 . Matter this means that value quality of ( X1) and facility ( X2) have an effect on to satisfaction of patient ( Y) equal to 98,6% while 1,4 % influenced by other variable which we do not is checked in research. Of Neglect test of Crobach that is 0,06 which variable is quality of and facility very reliable to satisfaction of this matter patient is proved with coefficient value is quality of facility and service to officer performance above Neglect of Crobach which have been specified by that is 0,736 and 0,62. Result of classic assumption test [of] value of VIF and of tolerance the quality of facility and service do not influence satisfaction of proved patient with value of VIF and of Tolerence both below/under 10 and above 0,10.
