Based on the validity tested obtained the value of Significant (2-tailed) 0.000 is smaller than 0.05, which means it is valid, and r count (person correlation) is greater than r table (0.1966) so that the items or questions were valid. While based on reliability, Cronbach’s Alpha > 0.60 means that the data was reliable. The coefficient of Determination (R2) obtained 0.719 which means that 71.9% of customers’ interest was influenced by convenience, benefits, and risk variables, while the remaining 28.1% was influenced by other variables. Hence the purpose of the innovations of M Clinicc Apps in mobile applications is to be created especially for students to make an appointment at Politeknik Mukah (PMU) and Uitm Campus’s clinic or clinics located in Mukah Sarawak, Malaysia. Secondly to determine the level of applications among both institutions using the M Clinic Apps and the purpose of the recommendations. A total of 125 students participates in this study, which also used descriptive statistics. Overall, the students agreed the Clinic Apps were useful during Covid 19 pandemic. In addition, this mobile application innovation project also has a benefit for both institutions because this application can improve the level of management in medical and health services. The management of medical and health services at both institutions needs to be improved because the health of students was important that needs to be taken into consideration, moreover our country is still in a phase where the covid-19 pandemic has not been over yet. Lastly, the health of these students has become the responsibility and priority of the management of PMU and UITM Mukah campus because these students are not under the care of their parents after returning to campus.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the development, contribution, and strategic direction of User-Generated Content (UGC) in digital marketing practices in Indonesia through a systematic literature review approach based on the PRISMA method. A total of 27 scholarly articles published between January 2015 and May 2025 were thematically analyzed to identify publication trends, methodological approaches, and the impact of UGC on consumer behavior and brand strategies. The analysis results show that UGC has become a strategic element in building brand authenticity, increasing customer engagement, and influencing purchase intentions and consumer loyalty. Digital platforms such as TikTok and Instagram play a significant role in amplifying the effects of UGC, especially among younger generations and online communities. However, integrating UGC into long-term strategies still faces challenges such as content quality, impact measurement, and limitations in population segmentation. This study recommends strengthening community-based approaches, adopting UGC performance analytics tools, and exploring further research in more diverse sectors and platforms. These findings are expected to enrich academic literature and provide practical guidance for brand managers in managing participatory and sustainable digital content.
