<![CDATA[This article discusses the characteristics and strategies of educational innovation, innovation in education is needed, so that there are changes and provide something new that can improve the quality of education both nationally and internationally. In realizing educational innovation, a characteristic is needed that can provide color in the innovation itself. And in its implementation requires a decision process that is really mature and not in a hurry. Before becoming a decision, the innovation usually starts from a diffusion which is then systematically arranged and designed to conduct a trial which later turns into dissemination, which is a process of applying innovations that already have results and are considered successful. <![CDATA[Education is the main key to the formation of human resources which is a component in building the nation. Education has a very urgent role to ensure the development and continuity of the life of a nation. Education is also a benchmark for advancing a nation, and a reflection of people's personality. Competencies that must be possessed by an Islamic religious education teacher like other teachers include: Pedagogic competence, personal competence, professional competence, social competence. This study aims to determine 1) The role of Islamic Religious Education in increasing student learning motivation. 2) To find out the supporters of student motivation in studying Islamic education. This research is a type of literary research, namely research that uses literature (books) as a reference material. The methods used in this study are: 1) Inductive method, this method uses ways of thinking from things that are specific to things that are general in nature. 2) The deductive method, this method uses ways of thinking from general things to specific things. 3) Correlation Method, this method uses ways of thinking by looking for correlations (relationships) between one thing and another.]]>

<![CDATA[This research is motivated by the problem of adolescent association which is currently often heard in public news. The development of the era that is increasingly rapid makes the association of teenagers degrade if they do not have a strong filter. In the end, it is very important to maintain values and moral education in the current era of modernization with various realizations, so that later it can have good implications for the development and progress of our nation. In this paper the author provides several solutions to form associations in adolescents including strengthening religious values, forming good character among adolescents, improving communication by families, improving manners, and setting time limits when a child is out of the house. The method used in writing is literature review, collecting and reviewing several references that are in accordance with the theme of the writing raised. The results of the literature review conducted by the author include the urgency of building values and morals, deviant adolescent associations, forms of moral degradation in adolescents, and solutions to adolescent social problems]]>

<![CDATA[Students need to be managed in an orderly manner, especially PAUD students who must be managed painstakingly. This research method uses quantitative research in the form of frequency distribution regarding student data at PAUD KB Al-Khair, in the form of data collection in this research covering a number of variables related to handling stunting, improving the maintenance of students' conditions, and behavior carried out by students at PAUD KB Al-Khair in Simpang Empat Village. Each variable has several categories or response levels that describe various aspects of the situation at PAUD KB Al-Khair. Using a frequency distribution, these data are presented in the form of percentages for each category or response level. <![CDATA[Extracurricular activities are educational activities that can be carried out outside class hours, these activities are carried out inside or outside the school environment to expand knowledge, improve skills, and internalize values or rules. This research aims to describe extracurricular activities in building the character and discipline of students at MTs Anwarul Hasaniyyah Tabalong. Education is not only limited to transferring cognitive knowledge, but also an effort to form a society with character. Character education is efforts designed and implemented systematically to instill behavioral values in students. One way to implement character education in schools is by carrying out and developing students in extracurricular activities. Extracurricular activities are activities carried out by students outside class hours, these activities are a place to accommodate students' talents and interests outside of intracurricular activities. In extracurricular activities an individual tries to express his abilities, potential, talents and interests to achieve a level of personal development. This is instilled in students to create individuals who have good skills and personalities. The importance of extracurricular management is not only in individual development, but also in building an inclusive and supportive school culture. The principal must be able to bring change to the school he leads to become a quality school by utilizing resources, especially teachers. <![CDATA[This research aims to evaluate PAI teacher performance management towards the development of student characteristics at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Anwarul Hasaniyyah. This research was conducted using quantitative research methods with techniques in the form of frequency distribution through questionnaires. The results of the research show that the performance management of PAI teachers at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Anwarul Hasaniyyah has been carried out well, especially in terms of lesson planning, learning implementation and learning evaluation. PAI teachers at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Anwarul Hasaniyyah have also implemented various creative and innovative learning methods to improve student characteristics, such as lecture, discussion, question and answer and simulation methods. However, there are still several obstacles in managing PAI teacher performance, such as a lack of adequate facilities and infrastructure. Therefore, it is recommended that the school can provide better support in terms of providing facilities and infrastructure, as well as providing training and competency development for PAI teachers to improve the quality of PAI teacher performance management and develop student characteristics at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Anwarul Hasaniyyah.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the role of knowing, describing and analyzing the role of Public Relations (PR) of Brawijaya University in the Era of Higher Education Legal Entities (PTN-BH). Researchers want to know the role of PTN BH Public Relations in the city of Bandung as a communication facilitator, mediator and communication technician in the implementation of information disclosure policies. Researchers used a descriptive study with qualitative data types. Data collection was carried out using the method of literature study or literature review. The findings from this study indicate that Public Relations of Universitas Brawijaya has carried out its role. However, there are some things that require improvement to make it better. Therefore, the researcher suggests that UB's Public Relations should increase its evaluation activities regarding information disclosure, socialize the obligation to open information to the internal and external public and increase meetings that invite various parties both internally and externally UB to overcome the obstacles faced by UB's Public Relations.]]>
