Abstract

Based on the initial assessment that the author did at SDN 70 KENDARI, the average student achievement at SDN 70 KENDARI was quite high. High learning outcomes are of course influenced by several factors, one of which is the teacher's ability factor. Teachers who have high abilities in managing learning, as in the case of using instructional media, of course, will make it easier for students to understand the subject matter presented, which directly results in high student achievement. Starting from the thoughts above, the principal wants to improve teacher competence in applying learning media through learning supervision. This research is a school action research (School Action Research). This research will be conducted at SDN 70 KENDARI. The research will be conducted in semester 2 of the 2022/2023 Academic Year. Data collection methods in this study are observation techniques, interviews and documentation. In the pre-cycle the researchers just observed how much the teacher's competence was in applying learning media and it turned out that the results were very low, namely getting an average score of only 6.4, meaning that the teacher's competence in applying learning media was not good. In view of the observation results, there was an increase in the average score from pre-cycle to cycle I, where the results of the average pre-cycle observation score only reached a score of 6.4 while in cycle I it reached 11.4, which means that the teacher's competence in applying learning media is good . Furthermore, in cycle II, the observation results reached a score of 15.8, meaning that the teacher's competence in applying learning media was very good. Supervision of learning at SDN 70 KENDARI can be done through observing and monitoring the school principal in supervising learning. From the results of the analysis it was found that, Supervision of learning is very effective for increasing teacher competence in applying learning media, because teachers have the opportunity to discuss together to study and solve problems based on conditions in the field, then can improve them or carry out follow- up in the next cycle automatically. continue if the problem is not resolved.

Abstract

This study aims to describe how the availability of collections, library visits and the effect of collection availability on library visits at the Padang State University Library. This type of research is quantitative research with descriptive methods. The population in this study is the number of users who visit the Padang State University library on average in the early 6 months of 2021 totaling 2,163 people, and a sample of 100 people. This sampling was determined based on purposive sampling technique which is a sampling technique with certain considerations. The research data was obtained by distributing questionnaires through the Google Form application by distributing the questionnaire links to respondents. Data analysis was carried out descriptively using the formula for calculating relative frequencies and percentages. The results obtained in the availability of collections, library visits and the effect of collection availability on user visits to Padang State University are 2.70 which are on an interval scale of 2.51 – 3.25, so it can be seen that the effect of collection availability on visitor visits to the University Negeri Padang belongs to the high category.

Abstract

Continuous professional development is an important part of the teacher's education. This does not just happen, but must be planned and pursued through various opportunities. One way that teachers take is to become members of professional organizations and attend professional meetings whose agenda usually reflects the needs and interests of teachers. In this case the researchers found research results, namely: 1) Development of Teacher Management in Indonesia 2) Effective Teacher Management. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research. The results of this study have the following objectives: 1) Teacher Recruitment and Placement System. 2) Induction and Welfare Guarantee 3) Teacher Professional Development.

Abstract

Portfolio assessment is a continuous assessment based on a collection of information that shows the development of students' abilities in a certain period. This information can be in the form of students' work from the learning process that is considered the best by students. In the portfolio assessment contains important things, namely the collection (storing), selection (sorting) and determination (dating), of a task (task). This Portfolio Assessment also has many benefits, objectives, assessment steps, methods of assessment and advantages and disadvantages.

Abstract

The kiai as a charismatic figure has a very large influence and role in fostering the morals of the santri, apart from being a central figure, the kiai through his in-depth knowledge can also determine the education system in the pesantren. The knowledge of a kiai usually has a very strong and well-maintained sanad to the main owner. Scientific Sanad is an intellectual tradition that has been attached to Islamic boarding schools for a long time, through this the authenticity and truth of knowledge is maintained. Sanad within the scope of Islamic boarding schools has a meaning as a link between knowledge between teachers and students. The research method used is field-based qualitative research. The data sources used are primary data sources and secondary data sources with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. While data analysis is done through the process of data reduction, data presentation and data verification. The results showed that: 1) The scientific Sanad of the Manarul Huda Ciamis Islamic Boarding School has similarities with the Miftahul Huda Manonjaya Islamic Boarding School, this can be seen from the similarity of vision and the basic handbook which contains important prayers given to new students which are useful as a basic guide in preparation for facing community life; 2) The actuality of the santri's morals can be categorized as good by having a scope commonly called the values of moral education which consists of morals to Allah SWT, morals to the kiai, morals to administrators, morals to oneself, morals to fellow human beings, morals to nature; 3) The role of the Kiai's scientific sanad in the moral development process consists of three roles, namely: first, the role of the kiai as a caretaker; Second, the role of kiai as educators; Third, the role of the kiai as a preacher

Abstract

The issue of forming the moral character of students is an issue that continues to be voiced in the world of education. However, students as objects that are formed require assistance from stakeholders. Stakeholders are not only educators such as teachers in schools, but also parents. However, nowadays an educator is in the spotlight, as if he is a milestone that can shape an individual's moral character. Related to the notion of educators as a pillar of individual moral formation, this makes it a challenge to create moral individuals as the Indonesian generation.

Abstract

There have been many cases of bullying in this country involving early childhood, it can even be said that bullying behavior is an act that deviates from the ideological values of Pancasila. This study aims to determine the meaning, impact, distribution and ways to deal with bullying, this research uses a case study approach on the basis of theory, impact, distribution and ways to overcome bullying. Researchers suggest that teachers can be responsive or responsive to bullying behavior in PAUD. This research will also examine how to handle bullying cases. Abstract

This research aims to investigate the biblical perspective regarding the role of the family as the primary foundation for Christian religious education. The family plays a crucial role in shaping the faith and morality of the younger generation within the context of Christianity. By understanding the Bible's viewpoint on the family's role in Christian religious education, we can gain deeper insights into how families can effectively fulfill this responsibility. The research will employ an exploratory method of analyzing biblical texts, with a focus on relevant verses pertaining to the family's role in Christian religious education. Additionally, this study will utilize Christian theological literature and secondary sources that support the analysis of the Bible. The anticipated outcomes of this research are expected to contribute to our understanding of how the Bible regards the family as a fundamental institution for education within the realm of Christianity. The practical implications of this research can serve as a guide for the practice of Christian religious education within both family and church settings

Abstract

A planned web-based information system for KH. Mas Mansur at Muhammadiyah University aims to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of managing Islamic boarding schools' data and information. This system is designed to be accessed by users via the internet, both via desktop computers and mobile devices. The features that this information system will have include registration of new students, management of student and staff data, class schedules, announcements, activity schedules, and also a financial management system. In addition, this system is also equipped with a monitoring feature for the presence of students, as well as a health monitoring system for students. This information system was built using the latest technology with the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The system interface is designed with a user-friendly appearance and is easy for users to use. This system is also equipped with strong data security features, so that Islamic boarding school data and information are kept confidential. With this web-based information system, pesantren management can become more integrated and structured, so that pesantren can be more efficient and effective in managing pesantren data and information
