Abstract

The creative economy is a form of development of the economic concept, but with the addition of creativity. However, creativity is not only limited to production activities, but also includes how raw materials are used and technological innovations in them. Today, understanding market aspects and designing the right marketing strategy is the main key to surviving and developing in business. Market and marketing aspects play an important role in business feasibility studies. Market aspects refer to various factors that influence the dynamics and characteristics of a market. It covers everything from consumer behavior, buyer preferences, competition between brands, to external factors such as government regulations and industry trends. In a business feasibility study, market aspects are aspects related to market conditions in the industrial sector run by a business. The market aspects analyzed will usually include several main things, namely market demand for the product to be sold, the level of competition and competitors' strategies in marketing the product, and market segmentation. The market and marketing aspects in a business feasibility study are key factors that are very important in determining the success of a business.

Abstract

Digital Marketing is one of the marketing media that is currently in great demand by the public to support various activities carried out. Increasing sales competition is increasingly fierce, encouraging companies to place greater emphasis on adequate digital marketing strategies as a way of introducing products to the public, this term is called brand awareness. With increasingly sophisticated technological advances, businesses also have to adapt as quickly as possible. Brand awareness must also be increased in creative ways and not just like that. Brand awareness is very important in every business. Consumers' decisions to buy a product will be greatly influenced by the level of brand awareness of the product. Pull Strategy provides unique features in the application to make customers satisfied and happy in their work, as well as using Instagram social media to promote products/services, what events and giveaways will be held, promos, providing general knowledge packaged creatively, and publication through broadcast media, namely radio. Engagement with customers/consumers can increase awareness of the brand. Thus, the importance of social media as a tool that can help increase personal connections is by starting to gain participation from businesses and consumers.

Abstract

The current environmental damage is quite worrying, global warming caused by exhaust gas emissions from fossil fueled vehicles is one of the problems that endangers the environment. Electric vehicles are believed to be more environmentally friendly than fossil fuel vehicles because electric vehicles do not emit exhaust emissions. The population in this research are people in Denpasar City who intend to buy an electric car with a sample of 100 respondents through non- probability sampling. Data were collected using a questionnaire in the form of a Google form, data were processed using SEM-PLS using SmartPLS Version 3 software. The results of the analysis showed that green perceived value had a positive and significant effect on green trust and green purchase intention, green perceived risk had a negative and significant effect on green trust and green purchase intention, green trust has a positive and significant effect on green purchase intention, and green trust is able to mediate the effect of green perceived value and green perceived risk on green purchase intention.

Abstract

This study aimed to identify the effect of intrinsic motivation and empowerment on affective commitment and its implication on organizational citizenship behavior. The research method used an explanatory with a quantitative approach and descriptive method to know category of these research construcs. The research sample amounted to 200 people of the employees of The Perumda in East Priangan. The sampling technique used a proportional random sampling technique. Data collection techniques used observation methods and questionnaire distribution. Research data in the form of primary and secondary data. Data analysis techniques used the Structural Equation Model (SEM) using the Smart Pls analysis tool. The results indicated that (1) intrinsic motivation and empowerment had effect on affective commitment; (2) intrinsic motivation and empowerment had effect on organizational citizenship behavior; (3) affective commitment had effect on organizational citizenship behavior; and (4). intrinsic motivation and empowerment had effect on organizational citizenship behavior that mediated by affective commitment of the employees of Perumda in East Priangan.

Abstract

Micro Business is one of the businesses that is growing rapidly and is a priority in national economic development efforts in Indonesia. Micro businesses have several advantages, including being able to overcome unemployment, namely being able to absorb labor, creating new job opportunities, opening up new jobs, and also as a business solution for small communities, being able to increase Gross Domestic Product (GDP) , and being able to survive during economic crises. . The culinary sector is one of the productive sectors that must be paid attention to by the Denpasar City government. Apart from the high demand for food and drink, culinary businesses are also easy to develop because they do not require a lot of capital to develop them. This research aims to analyze the influence of working capital, working hours, number of buyers, price, business location and marketplace utilization on the income of food stall micro businesses in Denpasar City. The population in this study were all micro-food stall businesses in the culinary sector in Denpasar City with a total sample of 93 obtained using a non-probability sampling method, namely purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis found that working capital, working hours, number of buyers, price, business location and marketplace utilization simultaneously and partially influence the income of food stall micro businesses in Denpasar City. Micro food stall business actors in Denpasar City who have strategic business locations earn more average income than those who are not strategic and business actors who use the marketplace earn an average of more income than those who do not use the digital marketplace.

Abstract

The technological revolution of the last decade has significantly impacted the financial services industry, characterised by the rise of financial technology (fintech). Fintech has promised to increase accessibility of financial services, transactional efficiency and financial inclusion. However, this rapid growth also brings new risks and challenges that are not yet fully understood. The research method used in this study is literature. The results show that fintech has successfully changed the paradigm of financial services, integrating technologies such as AI, machine learning, and big data analytics to deliver faster, cheaper, and more personalised services. This has contributed to financial inclusion in many previously underserved areas. However, significant challenges such as cybersecurity risks, regulatory uncertainty, and operational risks are emerging as side effects of the rapid adoption of fintech. These risks demand serious attention, mitigation, and management from all decision makers in the industry.

Abstract

Labor absorption is the number of jobs that have been filled, which is reflected in the number of working people. The working population is absorbed and spread across various sectors of the economy. Gianyar Regency is known for its variety of souvenirs, one of which is a variety of wood craft industry centers. Through labor absorption, it can show the ability of a company to absorb a number of people to produce a product and increase production value. However, the wood craft industry in Gianyar Regency has an imbalance in labor absorption. The objectives of this study are: 1) To analyze the simultaneous influence of wages, education, capital, and sales turnover on the absorption of wood craft industry labor in Gianyar Regency, 2) To analyze the partial effect of wages, education, capital, and sales turnover on the employment of the wood craft industry in Gianyar Regency. This research was conducted in Gianyar Regency with a total of 476 wood craftsmen business units. The object of this research is the owner of the wood industry in Gianyar Regency. The sample in this study amounted to 83 respondents. The methods used include observation, structured interviews, and questionnaire methods. Based on the results obtained, it shows that 1) wages, education, capital, and sales turnover simultaneously have a significant effect on labor absorption 2) wages, education, capital, and sales turnover partially have a positive and significant effect on labor absorption in the wood industry in Gianyar Regency.

Abstract

E-procurement is an innovation in the government goods/services procurement system whose implementation is carried out electronically based on the web/internet using communication and information technology facilities. In the e-procurement system the entire auction process starting from announcement, submitting bids, selection, to announcing the winner will be carried out online via the internet site. The Indonesian government is currently trying to create a clean government and implement good governance. The principle of implementing Eprocurement is efficiency, which means that the procurement of goods or services uses minimum funds and resources. The goal is to achieve maximum quality. The application of e- procurement in the procurement of government goods/services utilizing internet technology provides many benefits both from the side of the user of goods/services and from the side of the provider of goods and services. From the provider's side, many costs can be saved such as transportation costs. accommodation, and consolidation and document printing costs can be minimized. so that providers can have sufficient space to optimize price reductions for the goods/services they offer.

Abstract

Work motivation is defined as a willingness to exercise high levels of effort to achieve organizational goals which are conditioned by the ability of the effort to meet certain needs. So the company as the authority holder also makes policies that must be able to understand the motives of its employees in working. Because, employee work motivation and productivity have been proven to be interrelated. So in this case, if companies can understand work motivation which includes internal and external dimensions, efforts to increase employee work productivity can be optimized and improved. Strategies for improving hospital employee performance can be carried out in various ways, starting from providing training and skills development, increasing motivation and work morale, to implementing an appropriate reward and punishment system. Apart from that, it is also important to pay attention to factors that influence employee performance, such as a conducive work environment, adequate management support, and effective work systems. In improving employee performance, hospital or health institution management needs to improve a positive organizational culture, provide a reward system and adequate work facilities, as well as provide mentoring or support to employees in carrying out their duties and responsibilities. Evaluation of the factors that influence employee performance needs to continue to be carried out to improve the performance and effectiveness of the institution as a whole.
