Abstract

This study aims to identify challenges in implementing Merdeka Belajar Curriculum in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning at SMAN 2 Limboto. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis related to the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum. The results of this study indicate that the challenges in the application of independent learning in the independent curriculum in Islamic Religious Education learning at SMAN 2 Limboto School are the teacher's lack of understanding of the curriculum and the Lack of Readiness of Islamic Religious Education Teachers of SMAN 2 Limboto in Implementing the Independent Curriculum in the Learning Process

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between self-adjustment and student well-being at SMP X Bekasi City. Self-adjustment, which includes emotional, intellectual, social, and responsibility maturity, is considered to contribute significantly to student well-being which consists of social, cognitive, emotional, physical, personal, and spiritual aspects. Using a quantitative approach and correlational analysis techniques, this study involved 110 respondents using the Cluster Sampling technique. The results showed a positive and significant relationship between self-adjustment and student well-being, where students who are able to adapt effectively tend to have a higher level of well-being. This finding confirms the importance of the school environment in supporting students' self-adjustment to holistically improve their well-being

Abstract

Students require a good school well-being to enhance their comfort, happiness, and reduce fear in the school environment. Therefore, students must possess high self- efficacy to manage their emotions, impulses, and behaviors. This study aims to analyze the impact of self-efficacy on students' school well-being. The research method used is a quantitative approach with cluster sampling technique, involving 127 respondents. The data analysis results show a significant correlation between self-efficacy and school well-being, ranging from 0.328 to 0.648 for self-efficacy and 0.328 to 0.605 for school well-being, which exceeds the significance threshold of 0.3. The correlation coefficient of 0.805 identifies a very strong relationship between self-efficacy and school well-being. This indicates that self-efficacy plays a role as one of the predictors of school well-being in students. Therefore, it is hoped that the development of self-efficacy aspects in students can be carried out in various ways. With increased self-efficacy, students are expected to demonstrate confidence and self-assurance while in the school environment

Abstract

The problem that occurs is the low motivation and literacy understanding of students' subject matter, which is caused by the lack of variation in the learning methods applied. This study aims to explore the experience of grade V students in using Quizizz-based literacy games in the 8th Batch Teaching Campus Program at SDN 48/I Penerokan. This study uses a qualitative approach with an exploratory method. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, in-depth interviews with students, and analysis of quiz results carried out using Quizizz. The data obtained was analyzed descriptively to identify the student experience and the impact of using Quizizz on learning. The results of the study show that the use of Quizizz-based literacy games has a positive impact on the learning experience of grade V students at SDN 48/I Penerokan. This can be seen from the increase in motivation, material understanding, and student involvement in the learning process. In addition, the use of Quizizz also helps students in developing social skills and time management. This shows that interactive learning methods can be an effective solution to improve learning outcomes. While there are some challenges related to technology access and students' understanding of the use of Quizizz, the benefits obtained are much more significant. This research underscores the importance of innovation in education to create more engaging and meaningful learning experiences

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between social identity and self identity on green purchase intention. The sampling technique used convenience sampling and the respondents in this study were 252 students of SMAS PGRI 1 Bekasi City. The measuring instruments used in this study are the social identity scale and the self identity scale. The results of this study indicate that the correlation coefficient between social identity and green purchase intention has a correlation coefficient of 0.169 with a significance of 0.007. And the relationship between self identity and green purchase intention shows a correlation coefficient of 0.170 with a significance value of 0.007, which is also significant at the 5% level. Furthermore, the relationship between social identity and self identity has a correlation coefficient of 0.182 with a significance value of 0.004. So it can be concluded that although the correlation is weak, there is a relationship between social identity and self identity on green purchase intention among students of SMAS PGRI 1 Bekasi City.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the challenges and opportunities faced by teachers in the era of globalization. Major challenges include integrating technology into teaching, enhancing professional competencies, and adapting to globally influenced curricula that are becoming increasingly complex. Teachers are required not only to educate but also to act as facilitators who guide students in critical thinking, communication, and cultural awareness. This research employs a library research method by analyzing various sources, such as books, journals, and relevant scientific articles. The results indicate that although teachers struggle with adopting technology and implementing digital-based learning, globalization also offers significant opportunities, such as access to global educational resources, the development of innovative teaching methods, and collaboration with educators worldwide. By effectively utilizing technology, teachers can create a more effective, inclusive, and adaptable learning environment. Therefore, improving competencies through training and professional development is crucial in addressing globalization challenges and enhancing the quality of education.

Abstract

This study analyzes the structure and function of discourse in German-language advertisements using a Critical Discourse Analysis (CDA) approach. The research aims to identify how linguistic elements and persuasive strategies are employed to construct meaning and influence the audience. A qualitative method is applied, utilizing textual analysis based on Fairclough’s model, which includes textual analysis, discourse practice, and social practice. The findings reveal that German-language advertisements not only rely on linguistic aspects but also reflect specific ideologies that shape consumer perceptions. The discourse structure in these advertisements employs persuasive strategies such as metaphor, euphemism, and intertextuality to enhance product appeal and establish a connection with the target market

Abstract

This paper discusses the influence of leadership style on the performance of subordinates in an organization, which in this case uses the theory of the charismatic leadership that has a leader characterized by motivation, has high self-confidence, has a clear mission and can socialize it to his subordinates, is ready to face risks, and is ready to make dicisions. The charismatich leadership style applied by a leader will affect the performance of subordinates. Performance is a result that is expected by everyone involved in an organization, including leaders. Therefore, leaders must have a leadership style that can build good performance and result in accordance with what is expected and in accordance with organizational goals. In conducting this research, the author uses descriptive qualitative research methods, namely research that uses various eksting sourches, such as books, journals, and other sources as needed in this study. Abstract

The purpose of this researcher is to describe and analyze the planning, implementation and evaluation of teachers in the use of leter puzzles to foster reading interest of grade I students at MIS Darul Falah Sungai Nyirih, Jawai District for the 2023-2024 Academic Year. This study uses a qualitative approach with a type of phenomenological research. The data collection techniques in this study used observation, interview and documentation techniques. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawn. The data validity check technique uses source triangulation, technique triangulation, and member check. The results of this study show that: (1) the appearance of leter puzzles to foster interest in reading is in the form of a game of arranging random leters into meaningful words or phrases. The level of difficulty is adjusted to the ability of each student. The game content uses puzzle boards, vocabulary books, and whiteboards. (2) the use of leter puzzles for students in grade I is (a) preparation; (b) random puzzles; (c) compiling puzzles; (d) forming paterns; (e) Continue to try and reflect. (3) Students' participation in the use of leter puzzles is that students generally listen to the teacher's explanations during learning, with varying levels of atention. Some students dare to ask the teacher about the material that is not clear, but there are also those who are still embarrassed. Students are actively involved using puzzles, which help develop various skills such as problem-solving, fine motor skills, and cooperation.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the implementation of value-based counseling in improving student morality at MtsN 1 Banjar. Through a qualitative approach with a case study method, this research involves in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation to understand how Guidance and Counseling (BK) teachers apply value-based counseling methods in shaping student character. The results show that storytelling, group discussion, self-reflection, and role-playing methods can help students understand and internalize moral values, such as honesty, discipline, and empathy. Collaboration between counseling teachers, parents, and subject teachers is also a key factor in building a consistent environment in instilling moral values to students. The positive impact is seen in the improvement of honesty, discipline, and caring for others, although there are still challenges such as time constraints and parental involvement. Overall, the implementation of value-based counseling shows an improvement in shaping students' morality, so this counseling is useful as an effort to build a generation with strong character and based on moral values.
