Abstract

This research aims to find out the students' opinions on the use of the QuizWhizzer and Wordwall websites for completing assignments in class, and it seeks to describe the students' responses regarding the ease of use of QuizWhizzer. Describing the influence of QuizWhizzer on students' learning motivation. Describing the challenges faced by students in using QuizWhizzer. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. The descriptive qualitative method was chosen to analyze research objects that cannot be measured with numbers. The reason the researcher used this method is that it is suitable for explaining students' responses to the use of the QuizWhizzer website as a learning medium. Researchers collected data through observations and questionnaires, along with interviews with eleventh-grade students. The results of this study indicate that many students provided positive feedback regarding the use of the QuizWhizzer website as a medium for classroom learning activities. The results of this study are useful as a reference for future research on other groups of students, such as those with different learning styles or students with varying academic abilities

Abstract

This research aims to explore the history of the establishment of Persatuan Islam (PERSIS) and its contributions to Indonesian society. The study uses a narrative method with literature review to present the journey of this organization since its founding in 1923. PERSIS was founded by K.H. Zamzam and other figures such as Ahmad Hassan and Mohammad Natsir, who played significant roles in education and politics. As an organization focused on Islamic reform, PERSIS strives to return Islamic teachings to their original sources, the Qur'an and Hadith, and contributes to education and social welfare. The initial curriculum of PERSIS emphasized the integration of religious and general education, aiming to form cadres capable of spreading Islamic teachings. The organization successfully established many pesantren and educational institutions across Indonesia and played a role in the Islamic reform movement. PERSIS is also active in preaching and social activities, as well as engaging in contemporary Islamic discussions. This research concludes that PERSIS remains relevant and influential in the social and religious dynamics in Indonesia

Abstract

Islamic education in Indonesia has a unique characteristic, namely the ability to adapt to local cultures without losing Islamic values, as seen in the concept of Islam Nusantara. Through this approach, Islam has been widely accepted in Indonesia, especially through the role of Walisongo, who utilized various cultural media, such as arts and Islamic boarding schools (Pondok Pesantren). Pondok Pesantren Al-Hasaniyah in Kedawon Brebes is one such institution that integrates Islamic teachings with local culture through the Islam Nusantara concept. This study aims to describe and analyze the concept of Islamic education at Pondok Pesantren Al-Hasaniyah from the Islam Nusantara perspective using a qualitative descriptive method, with data collected through interviews and documentation. The findings reveal that Pondok Pesantren Al-Hasaniyyah implements Islamic education oriented toward Nusantara values. Values such as mutual cooperation (gotong royong), simplicity, and tolerance are consistently practiced to shape students who are religious, independent, and tolerant. Additionally, national values are taught to instill a spirit of nationalism among students. Aswaja principles such as tasamuh (tolerance), tawazun (balance), and tawasuth (moderation) serve as the primary guidelines in shaping students’ character, enabling them to coexist harmoniously in a diverse society.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the urgency of innovative learning models in improving student achievement. Innovative learning models not only improve academic results, but also facilitate the development of critical and creative skills of students. This study uses a qualitative approach. The results of the study indicate that the urgency of innovative learning models has a positive impact on student achievement, which is reflected in innovative learning models, namely, problem-based learning models, contextual, teaching and learning models, cooperative learning models, PAKEM learning models, project-based models, e-learning models, inquiry models and technology-based models. This study is expected to provide insight for educators and policy makers in creating a more effective learning environment

Abstract

A classroom observation study at Xikou Bilingual Elementary School in Taiwan explored the instructional strategies applied in bilingual classes. The research findings highlight three key aspects of effective teaching in a bilingual classroom: the balanced use of Mandarin and English, the incorporation of media and games, and a persuasive student-centered approach. Observing the instructional strategies in bilingual classrooms offers insights into how teachers use certain approaches and media to support the students’ learning process. The primary data collection methods for this study are classroom observations and teacher brief interviews which provide rich, contextualized data about how bilingual education is practiced in the classroom. It was found that the teacher effectively balances both languages, facilitating language acquisition while maintaining clarity in instruction. Multimedia tools such as videos and interactive games are used to engage students, enhance understanding, and promote active participation in lessons. The teacher also adopts a persuasive and supportive teaching style, motivating students and fostering a positive classroom environment. Through the observation, it is recommended to emphasize the importance of end-of-lesson reflection sessions in enhancing student engagement and retention. By allowing students 3-5 minutes at the end of each lesson to reflect on key learnings, challenges, or interesting aspects, the teacher encourages self-awareness and deeper learning. This reflective practice, whether through individual journaling or group discussions, provides valuable insights for both teachers and students, ultimately improving the overall learning experience

Abstract

This paper aims to find out how to improve the application of a creative attitude in resolving conflicts in organisations (case study of SDN 009 Maredan). The research method used by the author is qualitative research with a library research approach. The data sources are books and scientific journals that discuss improving the application of a creative attitude in resolving conflicts in organisations (case study of SDN 009 Maredan). Based on the conclusion, Islam teaches that conflict is a part of life that can be resolved wisely through the principles taught in sharia, such as deliberation (shura), peace (islah), and reconciliation. Creativity in resolving conflict includes the ability to find innovative, fair, and peaceful solutions without having to harm any of the parties involved. Creative approaches based on Islamic teachings and applied at SDN 009 Maredan, such as involving joint activities, prioritising peace, and understanding differences through open communication, are not only effective in resolving disputes, but also have the potential to strengthen relationships and increase organisational productivity. Conflicts handled in the right way can be an opportunity for organisational innovation and growth. By applying Islamic principles that promote justice, balance, and compassion, conflicts can be resolved with solutions that are not only effective, but also beneficial to the welfare and continuity of the organisation. This creates a harmonious, productive work environment that is in line with religious and social values that support the creation of harmony and good cooperation within the organisation

Abstract

Potential is the most important part of a child. With potential, individuals will feel valuable in their lives. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to find the potential in a child in the Sa'dan sub-district, especially in early childhood education, and also aims to find models that can be applied to develop this potential in a simple and easily recognized framework for children. To achieve this purpose, the research method used by the author is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach to describe the reality and reality that occurs in the Sa'dan sub-district related to the situation and context of early childhood education. Several theories that are the basis for the author's research are theories about children, children's potential and learning theories that come from literature and articles on social media. The results of this study are that the management of learning for early childhood with their potential is by giving a form of respect or appreciation for the child, opening up space to develop the potential of each child and becoming a parent for them who is full of love and care

Abstract

Academic achievement is the first aspect observed in students, as it reflects the results of the learning process they have undergone while acquiring knowledge at school or college. One of the factors that can affect students academic achievement in school is the environment. The environment provides influence and input to children in the form of support and challenges, while the brain’s nervous system plays a role in processing these influences effectively, enabling students to investigate, assess, analyze, and find solutions to the problems they face. This article employs a literature study research method, where thedata used does not come from direct field research but rather from various academic sources such as reference books, scientific journals, research articles, and previously published study reports.

Therefore, character is the main goal of an individual.

Abstract

Digital technology provides various significant benefits in the world of education, especially in improving teacher professionalism in the digital era. This study aims to examine the use of technology in the world of education and the challenges faced by teachers in adopting it. The research method used is a literature study by analyzing various relevant literature. The results of the study show that digital literacy, ongoing training, and the use of online learning platforms are the main factors in improving teacher professionalism. However, there are several challenges, such as limited access to technology, minimal training, and resistance to change. Therefore, support is needed from the government and educational institutions in providing adequate infrastructure and policies that encourage innovation in learning
