Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine how the marketing mix and product quality influence consumer purchasing decisions. This case study was conducted at Hisana Fried Chicken Outlet with a population and sample of 100 customers. This research method is in the form of a questionnaire and a questionnaire using a Likert scale model. To test normality, a requirement test was carried out. To analyze the data, a multiple regression method was used with a significance level of a = 0.05. The results of the study show that the Marketing Mix (X1) has a significant effect on the purchasing decisions of Hisana Fried Chicken Outlet customers with a significant value of 0.000. Meanwhile, Product Quality (X2) has a significant effect on the purchasing decisions of Hisana Fried Chicken Outlet customers with a significant value of 0.000, with a calculated t value greater than the t table (3.906 ˃ 1.67469). Based on SPSS output, we found that the marketing mix and compensation variables accounted for 36.8% of the variance in the purchasing decision variables, and other variables not included in this model accounted for 63.2% of the variance. In other words, there are additional independent variables that influence purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of risk management in employee occupational safety at the palm oil processing plant PT. Pasaman Marama Sejahtera. The high potential for occupational accidents in the factory environment is the main background for this study, given its serious impact on the health and safety of workers and the continuity of company operations. This study employs a qualitative field research method, with data collection conducted through interviews, direct observation, and documentation. Data was analyzed using data reduction techniques, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study indicate that PT. Pasaman Marama Sejahtera has implemented a risk management system using the HIRARC method (Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Risk Control), which includes hazard identification, risk assessment, and risk control. Although the accident rate over the past three years (2021-2023) has been low and has not resulted in lost work hours, hazard identification reveals potential risks at workstations such as the sterilizer, thresher, pressing, and clarification stations. Risk management is implemented through the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), OSH training, and regular supervision. This study is expected to serve as a reference for companies in improving workplace safety protection and contribute to the literature on OSH risk management in the palm oil processing industry.

Abstract

This study evaluates the feasibility of establishing a new branch of the Mie BroNeo MSME, a Kalimantan-style chicken noodle business, in the Citra Raya area of Panongan District, Tangerang Regency. Feasibility was assessed across ten aspects: legal, management and human resources, market and marketing, technical, consumer behavior, financial, economic–social–political, technology and environment, industry, and risk anticipation. Data were obtained through field observations, interviews, documentation, and literature review. The results highlight a highly promising market, supported by an estimated 104,000 potential consumers and a strong preference for fast-food products. The distinct Kalimantan flavor provides a competitive edge over similar culinary businesses in the region. Financial projections further reinforce business viability, demonstrated by an NPV of IDR 230,620,522, an IRR of 184.90%, a PI of 8.69, a Payback Period of 0.55 years, an ROI of 200.18%, and a BEP of 3,304 portions per year. Other aspects—including legality, technical production readiness, consumer acceptance, and socio-environmental considerations—also meet feasibility criteria. Overall, the findings confirm that opening a new Mie BroNeo branch is highly feasible and holds strong potential for sustainable development in the Citra Raya culinary market.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the analysis of community participation in village fund management in Kampung Mandiri Jaya, Wania District, Mimika Regency. The research method used in this study is a quantitative descriptive research method. The data used in this study are primary data obtained from interviews, observations, questionnaires, and documentation. The analysis technique uses a Likert scale. The results of this study show that the level of community participation in development in Kampung Mandiri can be seen in four areas of participation, namely planning, which scored 84.3 percent or in the very high category; implementation, which scored 86 percent or in the very high category; evaluation/monitoring, which scored 74.4 percent or in the moderate category; and utilization of results, which scored 89.6 percent or in the very high category. The community participation score in development in Kampung Mandiri Jaya is classified as very high, as evidenced by the combined score in the participation field of 83.575 percent. This proves that community participation in development in Kampung Mandiri Jaya is classified as very high.

Abstract

This study critically analyzes the commercialization of Murabahah products in Islamic financial institutions in Indonesia. The research focuses on the imbalance between profit-oriented practices and the fundamental objectives of Sharia, which emphasize justice, transparency, and trustworthiness. Using a qualitative literature review method, this study explores the concept of Murabahah, its implementation in Islamic banking, the use of wakalah, the phenomenon of side-streaming, and academic as well as practitioner criticism regarding Murabahah’s dominance in financing portfolios. The findings indicate that Murabahah practices often deviate from DSN-MUI fatwas, particularly regarding ownership transfer, inappropriate use of murabahah bil wakalah, and margin determination based on interest rate benchmarks. These deviations risk transforming Murabahah into a conventional financing instrument with a disguised mark-up scheme. This study recommends strengthening Sharia compliance, enhancing price transparency, improving internal procedures, increasing public literacy, and harmonizing regulations to realign Murabahah with maqashid al-shariah.

Abstract

The Palem Merah service innovation was developed to expand access to population administration for residents of Cikiwul who are unable to visit the office during regular working hours. The issues underlying this program include limited daytime service hours, irregular queues, and difficulties faced by residents in completing administrative requirements that must be processed in person. This study aims to describe the mechanism of the Pelayanan Malam Sabtu Meriah, explain its impact on service speed and data accuracy, and outline the operational challenges encountered by administrative officers. The study employs a qualitative method with data collected through in-depth interviews and literature review. The findings show that Palem Merah shortens document processing time, improves the accuracy of population data, and provides convenience for vulnerable groups through a door-to-door service. The success of the program is influenced by the readiness of the officers, technological support, and a well-coordinated service schedule. The program remains sustainable because officers perceive the evening duties as part of their public service responsibilities.

Abstract

Taxation serves as the primary source of state revenue and plays a crucial role in financing national development. However, taxpayer compliance particularly among Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) remains a persistent challenge within Indonesia's tax system. This study aims to analyze the influence of tax officer service quality, tax sanctions, and tax knowledge on the tax compliance of MSME taxpayers. A quantitative approach with a survey method was employed in this research. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to MSME taxpayers selected using random sampling techniques. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The findings of this study are expected to contribute to enhancing taxpayer compliance through improved service quality, strict enforcement of tax sanctions, and increased tax knowledge.

Abstract

Provisions for the management of state houses are regulated by laws and regulations, ranging from laws and regulations to ministerial regulations. However, in the implementation of state houses management, there are still issues that do not comply with these provisions, including physical, administrative, and legal issues. The method or approach used is a scientific study of these issues using a statutory regulatory approach. Efforts to mitigate these issues to support the realization of orderly physical, administrative, legal, targeted, and accountable state houses management can be carried out by strengthening the legal basis through the development of internal regulations, increasing legal awareness among stakeholders, law enforcement, increased supervision and control of state assets for retired or transferred employees, and enhanced coordination with relevant ministries.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the business dynamics of Sambas Paumiati Weaving MSMEs in Sambas Regency, West Kalimantan, which represents the economic resilience based on local culture in border areas. The main problem in this study is how traditional MSMEs can survive and thrive in the midst of modernization challenges and limited digital access. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data was obtained through in-depth interviews with business actors, direct observation, and documentation of production and marketing activities. The results of the study show that the sustainability of this weaving business is supported by the strength of family social capital, cultural values, and the spirit of adaptation to change, although it still faces obstacles such as low digital literacy, limited market access, and suboptimal institutional support. These findings underscore the importance of a holistic and contextual empowerment approach, especially in strengthening the capacity of women MSME actors. This research also recommends the need for various parties in the mentoring and training process so that digital transformation can go hand in hand with the preservation of local culture. Thus, MSMEs such as Tenun Sambas Paumiati can become a model for developing a sustainable creative economy based on local wisdom

Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of marketing strategies at PT. Usaha Guna Mandiri and the obstacles faced in competing with similar businesses. This study employs a qualitative descriptive research method, which involves collecting and explaining non- numerical data, which is then compared with relevant theories to obtain clear results that serve as conclusions and recommendations. The data collection methods used include interviews, direct observation, and documentation. To test the credibility of the data, the data source triangulation method and the data collection technique triangulation method were used. The data analysis techniques used were data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The research participants were the management of PT. Usaha Guna Mandiri, who were able to be used as research data in the interviews. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of marketing strategies and efforts to overcome the challenges faced by PT. Usaha Guna Mandiri in competing with similar businesses is by using the 7P marketing mix strategy, namely product mix by offering a variety of services and high-quality products. Price mix involves offering prices that are affordable according to the UMP/UMK. The place mix involves strategic and easily accessible locations near shopping centres in Makassar with adequate security. The promotion mix includes direct product offerings and social media. The people mix focuses on providing services that prioritise honesty, cleanliness, and neatness. The process mix involves easy, fast, and meticulous transaction processes. The physical evidence mix highlights the appeal of experienced workers and straightforward processes
