This study aims to determine the effect of self-regulated learning model with problem-based learning model on student learning outcomes in SMA Negeri 11 Palembang. This research problem whether there is any difference of influence of self-regulated learning model with problem-based learning model to student learning outcomes in SMA Negeri 11 Palembang. This research is an experimental research with pretest-posttest control group design research design. The population in this research is all the students of class X in SMANegeri 11 Palembang consisting of seven classes which amounted to 305 students. The sampling technique was taken by Cluster Random Sampling, so selected X.5 class as experiment class and class X.6 as control class. Data collection techniques used tests to measure student learning outcomes and observation aims to observe the learning process takes place. The statistic used is parametric statistic through t-test thus it can be concluded that there is difference of influence of model of learning arranged by itself with problem-based learning model to student learning result at Economic subject at SMA Negeri 11 Palembang. Therefore it is suggested to the teacher in order to apply the self-regulated learning model in the learning process so as to improve student learning outcomes.

This study aims to determine whether there is a difference in the effect of applying scaffolding approach (scaffolding) with a teacher-centered learning approach to student learning motivation on economic subjects in SMA Negeri 15 Palembang. Hypothesis of thisresearch is There is difference of influence of applying of scaffolding approach (scaffolding) with teacher-centered approach to student's learning motivation on economic subject at SMA Negeri 15 Palembang. Population in this research is all of student of X class of even semester at SMA Negeri 15 Palembang in academic year 2011/2012 with 363 people, while the sample is class X.8 and X.9 which is 82 people. The sample is obtained by using cluster sampling technique which after drawing got class X.8 as experiment class counted 41 student and class X.9 as control class counted 41 student. Data collection techniques used were questionnaires and observations. Questionnaires are used to determine students' attitudes after applying scaffolding learning approaches and after applying teacher-centered approaches. Observation is used to determine the level of student activeness during the learning process takes place in the classroom. Data analysis techniques used with the t-test formula previously performed normality test and homogeneity test data. Based on data analysis, t = 19,62 and ttable = 1,993 thus Ha proposed accepted that there is difference of influence of applying scaffolding approach (scaffolding) with teacher-centered learning approach to student's learning motivation on economics subject at SMA Negeri 15 Palembang.

This study aims to analyze sales in 2018- 2020 and find out marketing strategies in creasing sales at PT. Honda Lestari Motorindo Palembang set by the company. The reseract meathod used is a descriptive qualitative, data colelection technigues used are interview documentation and observation. The sales results of motor vehicles at motorized vehicles at PT. Honda Lestari Motorindo Palembang in 2018 totaled 652 units of motorcycle products sold, while in 2019 it increased by 794 motorcycle units and in 2020 decreased by 786 motorcycle units, so from year to year details we can see below. In 209 their sales increased.This company has also implemented a marketing strategy correctly and appropriately and the SWOT analysis calculation a outlined in the internal-external matrix table is in position II, namely growth where the company can develop, maintain and improve product quality so that consumers continue to believe in the company PT. The purpose of this studty was to show the difference in learning motivation between indekos and students who live with their parent. This research is comparative research using quantitative methods. The Product Moment Correlation formula is used for instrument validation and the Spearman Brown formula (Split Half Method) is used for reliability testing. The population of this study is all students of Economic Education 2018 Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Sriwijaya University, which amounts to 62 people. Questionnaires and interviews are used for variable data X1 (motivation to study indekos students) and X2 (motivation to learn students who live with their parents). The results of this study showed that there was no significant difference between the learning motivations of indekos students and students who lived with parents. The motivation to study indekos students has an average of (80.71), while the motivation to learn students who live with parents is (84). The hypothesis using parametric statistics the t-test is obtained that thitung=-8.09 ≤ ttabel =1.671 then Ha was rejected and Ho accepted.

This research aims to know about comparison effect of learning strategy of Index Card Match with Giving Questions and Getting Answers to students' learning outcomes on economic subjects in SMA Negeri 3 Tanjung Raja. The problem formulation is "whether there is comparison effect of learning strategy of Index Card Match with Giving Questions and Getting Answers to students' learning outcomes on economic subjects in SMA Negeri 3 Tanjung Raja". This is an experimental research, using completely randomized design, with pretest posttest. Population in this research are all class X in SMA Negeri 3 Tanjung Raja. The sample of this research used cluster random sampling, so chosen X2 class as experiment class 1 and X3 as experiment class 2 which each amounted to 36 students. Data collection techniques used tests and observations.Data analysis techniques used to use regression analysis and partial correlation. Hypothesis used parametric statistic that is one way anova and obtained value of count bigger than F table hence hypothesis of Ho refused and Ha accepted. Then it could be concluded that there was a difference influence Index Card Match strategy with Giving Questions and Getting Answers to students'learning outcomes.

This study aims to determine the effect of education level, health level, age and wage level on labor productivity. This study uses the province of DKI Jakarta. The sample used was from 19991-2020 of which the total sample was 30. The data in this study is secondary data obtained from BPS DKI Jakarta. Hypothesis testing using Time Series Analysis using the Eviews 9 program with a significance level of 5% (0.05). The results of the data partially show that age and wage levels have a positive effect on labor productivity, while education and health levels have no effect on labor productivity. And simultaneously all the existing variables together affect labor productivity.

Entrepreneurial intention is a realistic picture of the community's desire to establish and develop a business or business. This variable is strongly influenced by many different factors and situations, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic. With this level of influence, researchers are interested in studying and analyzing how environmental variables can affect business intentions. The approach used in this research is quantitative (ex post facto method) with multiple regression analysis (SPSS 20). Environmental variables focus on 2 independent variables (peer environment and home environment) which are represented by 28 statements. while the fixed variable is represented by 14 statements. In addition, to fulfill the research requirements and multiple regression, the researcher also conducted an instrumental test and a classical hypothesis test so that this research can be declared feasible. Based on the analyzed data and procedures, the results obtained that the home environment has a positive and significant effect, but this is different from the peer environment variable which has a negative effect.

The essence of economic problems is the use of scarce resources to satisfy unlimitedhuman needs. Scarcity is inevitable and scarcity is central to economic problems. The infinitehuman need is supposedly derived from the philosophy of "hedonism" which has succeeded increating the concept of "economic man" and the monistic view can not explain the nature ofman as a whole because the monistic view is more more individualistic and materialistic. Theconcept of human economics can work in harmony or support a sustainable developmentapproach that is ecologically oriented when people realize that they are not just economicbeings but also as social beings, cultured beings, religious beings, must be balanced,harmonious and harmonious between economic activity and ecology . Furthermore, theconcept of an alternative to saving learners from human economic behavior is through tieredand continuous schooling, and out-of-school education includes education in families, studygroups, courses and other similar education tailored to the level of development of learners.

The purpose of this research is to know the difference of media application effect of website with microsoft powerpoint application to the learning result of class IX students in IPS subjects in SMP N 1 Palembang. The research is a type of Quasi Experimental Design research with nonequivalent Control Group Design. The population in this study is the students of class IX SMP N 1 Palembang odd semester of the academic year 2013/2014 consisting of 7 classes with the number of 212 students. The sample was taken by using cluster random sampling technique and got two classes that is class IX.1 as experiment class which amounted to 30 students and class IX.3 as control class which amounted to 30 students. Technique of collecting data is obtained by using learning result test and observation of learning activity. The statistics used to analyze the data in proof are parametric statistics through t-related tests (for paired samples) with a significance level of 5%, and degrees of freedom dk = n1 + n2 - 2 so (dk = 30 + 30 - 2 = 58) which means t_hitung> t_tabel = 3.14˃ 2.0021 then Ho is rejected and Ha accepted. The result of this research conclude that there is difference of influence of web application media with the powerpoint media toward the learning result of class IX students in social studies subject at SMP N 1 Palembang. It can be seen in the learning outcomes of IPS learners who are given media application web site is higher than the results of learning IPS learners who are given media powerpoint. Therefore, the media application of this website and media powerpoint can be used as an alternative for teachers in improving learners' learning outcomes.

The problems formulated are the values of culture and what characters are integrated and how the integration of cultural education and character of the nation on economic subjects in SMA Negeri 1 Palembang viewed from the aspects of teacher activity and the characters that appear in the learners in the process of learning in the classroom. The objective of the research is to know the cultural values and character of any nation that is integrated in economic subjects and to know the integration of cultural education and the character of the nation on economic subjects viewed from the aspect of teacher activity and the characters that appear in the learners in the learning process in the classroom. The population in the research is all the economic teachers who teach in the class X. Data collection techniques used observation to find out how the integration of cultural education and the character of the nation on economic subjects that viewed from the aspects of teacher activity and the characters that appear in learners in the learning process. From the observation result can be seen teacher activity in learning process including good category with percentage of average 65.24%. While the characters that appear in the learners in the process of learning in the class on economic subjects is the average percentage of 78.46% and categorized well. Thus, the integration of cultural education and the character of the nation on economicsubjects in SMA Negeri 1 Palembang has beendone well. Researchers suggest for teachers to further emphasize the cultural values and character of the nation to learners into any material that is learned so that it can be applied at the learning process as well as in everyday life and form a good personal character on the learners.
