Abstract

The problem of this research is whether there is a difference of influence of learning strategy of group resume with learning strategy of two head power toward student learning outcomes on economic subjects in SMA Negeri 1 Palembang. The purpose of this research is to know the difference of influence of learning strategy of group resume with learning strategy of strength of two head to student learning outcomes at economic subject at SMA Negeri 1 Palembang Population in this research is all student of class X in SMA Negeri 1 Palembang school year 2012-2013 which consists of 12 classes and amounted to 369 students. The sample of this study is clustar random sampling, so that the class X.7 which is 31 students of experimental class given treatment in the form of group resume learning strategy, and class X.8 which amounted to 31 students as control class given treatment in the form a two-head force learning strategy. This research is a True Experimental Design research with posttest only design design. Data collection techniques used in this study is the test aims to measure student learning outcomes. Learning result data which have been obtained then analyzed by KKM of 75 sheets of observation aims to know the conformity of research implementation with lesson plan, and to know whether there is difference of influence of group resume learning strategy with strategy of learning force of two head used t test formula. After testing on the hypothesis can be concluded that there are differences in the effect of resume learning strategy with the influence of learning the strength of two heads towards the learners learn. From these studies, it is suggested for teachers to use group resume learning strategy as an alternative learning to be more able to improve learning outcomes of learners.

Abstract

The transition of KTSP curriculum to the 2013 curriculum requires the ability of teachers to create and develop their own LKS. Lack of training on the preparation of LKS based on Curriculum 2013 for private SMA / SMK teachers in Kecamatan Kemuning Palembang encourages the implementation of devotion activities. this. During this time many who get training are teachers from public schools. This activity aims to improve the knowledge, skills and motivation of trainees about the preparation of LKS based on Kurilnilum 2013 on Economic and Accounting Subjects in SMA / SMK in Kemuning Sub-district Palembang. The target of this activity is expected the teachers of SMA and SMK private sector Kemuning Sub-Palembang can arrange LKS based on Curriculum 2013 on Ekonoini and Accounting subjects. While the form of services in the form of training and LKS prepared by participants in groups. Implementation of this activity using the method of assistance. The results of this observation indicate that this is supported by questionnaires and interviews so that it can be concluded that this training has been able to increase knowledge, skill and motivation in the preparation of LKS based on Curriculum 2013. The weakness encountered in this training is the lack of clarity of the issues raised. Therefore it is recommended to weld problems in LKS using operational verbs.

Abstract

This study entitled Implementation Study of Curriculum 2013 on IPS Subjects at SMPN 1 Indralaya. The formulation is how the level of ability of IPS subject teachers in implementing the 2013 curriculum on the aspects of planning, process, and assessment of learning. As for the purpose of this study is to determine the level of ability of IPS subject teachers in implementing the 2013 curriculum on aspects of process planning, and assessment of learning. In this study, the subject of research is the subject teachers IPS SMPN 1 lndralaya teaching in class VII amounted to 2 people. The data pengmnpulan techniques used in this study are observation, interviews, and documentation. Statistics used in analyzing data is the mean formula while to test the validity of data using triangulation data. From the results of data analysis conducted then the level of ability of teachers subjectsIPS at SMPN 1 India in mengimplememntasikan 2013 curriculum on the aspect of planning included in the integori capable enough with a percentage of 50%, then on aspects of the learning process included in the category very capable with percentage of 88.15 %, and on the aspect of the assessment of learning included in the category of capable enough with the percentage appears at 64.28% and not visible 35.7%. Although the actual 2013 curriculum is not fully applicable by teachers in learning activities this is due to the lack of facilities and infrastructure as well as instructional media to support the implementation of the 2013 curriculum at SMPN 1 Indralaya. However, the implementation of the 2013 curriculum in these social studies subjects can still be continued for the learning process.

Abstract

Problem formulation in this research is Is there any difference of influence of strategy of developmentally appropriate practice with strategy to enliven learning atmosphere to student learning result in IPS subject in SMP Negeri 1 Tanjung Batu ?. This research design uses true experimental design with pretest posttest control group design. The population in this study is all students of class VIII consisting of 4 classes with a total of 127 students. By using Cluster Random Sampling technique, there are two classes, namely class VIII I as the experimental class which amounted to 32 people and class VIII 2 as the control class which amounted to 32 people. Data collection techniques were obtained using tests and observations. Data analysis technique used is prerequisite test and hypothesis test with t-test formula. Based on the analysis of test data on t-test obtained t arithmetic or 2, 765> 1, 999 then Ho rejected and Ha accepted. Thus the hypothesis proposed in this study is acceptable truth, that there are differences in the influence of strategy developmentally appropriate practice with the strategy of enabling the learning atmosphere of student learning outcomes in the subjects of social studies in SMP Negeri 1 Tanjung Batu. Based on the results of observational data analysis in the experimental class that is 93.3% and 88.9% control class so that can be interpreted the learning activities conducted by researchers very well. So it is suggested to the teacher to apply the strategy of developmentally appropriate practice in the learning process

Abstract

This research entitled Analysis Teaching Style Teachers Economics in SMA Negeri Se-Subdistrict Lahat. The formulation of the problem in research is how to teach style of economics teacher in SMA Negeri Se-Kecamatan Lahat. The method used is descriptive quantitative. Variable in research is teacher teaching style. The teaching styles studied are classical teaching style, technological, personalization and interconnection teaching style. The population in this study were all teachers of economics in Lahat Sub-district with 17 teachers. The sample selection was taken by using purposive sampling technique with 7 teachers. Data collection techniques used in this study are observation and interview. Observations and interviews were used to collect data on teachers' teaching styles. From the research results show that teaching style is often used is as follows, 1) interactional teaching style with an average of 75.08%, 2) teaching style personalization with an average of 73.60%, 3) technological teaching style with the average of 64.20%, and 4) classical teaching style with an average of 48.52%. In addition, in this study also found that the factors that influence the style of teaching of economic teachers in SMA Negeri Se-Kecamatan Lahat influenced by the teacher's working period and school infrastructure advice. The suggestion of this research result is that teacher and school side can improve their knowledge and teaching skill so that the learning process can run better.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the perception of entrepreneurs of small and medium micro enterprises on the application of accounting in Lubuklinggau 2013. The object of this study was taken from UMKM in Lubuklinggau, totaling 66 UMKM. The type of data used was primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires. This study uses data processing with multiple regression with SPSS16.0 (statistical computer program). From the tests we can conclude the results of multiple linear regression quation to obtain Y= 0,412 + 0,206x1 + 0,156x2 + 0,199x3 + 0,161x4 which means psychological, family, internal factors and external factors can give effect to the application of accounting. The value of the correlation coefficient is R2=0.641means that 64.1% variation changes the dependent variable can be explained by the independent variable, while the remaining 35.9% is explained by other variables not included in this study. Partially (t test), all independent variables have an influence on the dependent variable, it is intended by tvalue>ttable. Concurrently (simultaneously) psychological, family,internal factors and external factors have a significant impact on the application of accounting. Results of analysis showed that the calculated Fvalue of 21.428 and Ftable at 2.37. This shows that Fvalue>Ftable and also sig0.000<0.05.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to acknowledge the effect of characteristic corporate governance practices on the prediction of financial distress on sub sector coal mining company listed in BEI period 2009-2014. This research can be used as information for companies to know how corporate governance practices could affect the occurrence of a state of financial distress. Independent variables used are institutional ownership, managerial ownership, independent board and audit committee and prediction of financial distress using Altman Z-score as dependent variable. This research is a quantitative study using panel data regression. The population in this study is a sub-sector coal mining company listed on BEI period 2009-2014. The sampling technique in this research is purposive sampling method obtaining 6 companies.The results of research shows that institutional ownership, managerial ownership, independent board and audit committee did not significantly affect the prediction of financial distress. Of the four independent variables, only the institutional ownership that partially has significant impact negatively on the prediction of financial distress.

Abstract

This Research Is Entitled The Strategy of Palembang's Entrepreneurial Entrepreneurship and Maintaining the Sustainability of Its Business and Its Affecting Factors. The location of the research is focused on the craftsmen center of Palembang, which is located in the road of Faqih jalaludin 19 Ilir Palembang. This research uses qualitative descriptive approach. The population in this study is a typical Palembang carving entrepreneurs, amounting to 12 entrepreneurs. Data collection techniques used observation techniques, literature studies and interviews. Data analysis technique used is qualitative descriptive analysis technique. From the results of the research through observation and interviews with respondents are typical Palembang carving entrepreneurs in the area of Palembang carving industry is maintaining its business by: 1. entrepreneurs manage their finances through loan funds and also the benefits gained, reduce expenses that are not so necessary, and prioritize producing goods ordered besutan order goods that have been given a down payment. 2. Provide a low offer price but still no loss. 3. Reduce the employee so that they can still be given the appropriate wage with the work of their workers. 4. attend training for woodcarving artisans. While factors affecting the survival of typical carving business Palembang described to be a supporting factor and inhibiting factors. The hope for the future of this carving industry entrepreneurs hope the government can promote the typical carvings of Palembang not only in Palembang city but also outside the city of Palembang thus the craftsmen can leih diligent memproduksikan, also expected the government can provide loans without collateral and with a small interest for craftsmen can be bolder in taking orders in large quantities. And provide counseling and training for the craftsmen.

Abstract

Globalization today requires education to prepare the human resources (HR) quality and competitiveness. The quality of human resources is not only in the field of knowledge and skills, but also a strong mental attitude. One of the efforts made by educational institutions today is through entrepreneurship education. Introducing entrepreneurship education is expected to foster an entrepreneurial spirit among students. Entrepreneurship education in Economics education courses realized in the form of entrepreneurship courses. This course is given in the form of theory and practice. Results of interview subjects is known that entrepreneurship is a means to foster an entrepreneurial spirit Economics education students. Abstract

This research aims to know how about the level of students understanding and masteringof economics, and to develop learning module of economics based on technopreneurship. Used descriptive and qualitative approach where the process preceded by observation and identification learning of economics and entrepreneurship applied in 15 program undergraduate studies and a diploma in State University of Gorontalo (UNG). Data collection by documentation, literature study and questioner to 100purposive students.Research concluded that 1) students aware that the importance to understand and analysedof the development of economics not only for the benefit of academic but also to create of new jobs, 2 ) the results of economics learning 2014/2015 in UNGshows quite satisfactory based on percent comparison stayed on course for a value of A, B and C each 36, 50 and 14 percent, 3)learning more attractive and right on target, need to enriched with learning module of economics that are contextual and applicative.Module has help students to understand social reality as an unemployment intellectual and the importance of improving activities on innovative entrepreneurial.For local people in Gorontalo especially UNG, technopreneurship is well known relatively new even foreign to some students.There should be deepening and expansion of research and development activities to values technopreneurship who aims for increasing the quality of human resources and those competitivenessto face the implementation of ASEAN Economic Community 2016.
