Abstract

Problems related to employment are a problem that often occurs in developing countries such as Indonesia. Placement of migrant workers abroad, in addition to contributing about the country often also provide assistance in the community specifically for migrant workers themselves. This study aims to analyze the factors that increase the workforce abroad. By using panel regression data analysis conducted in several districts in East Java for the period 2011-2018. GRDP variable per capita against TKI variables, while for other variables not. The fourth variable also shows a simultaneous and significant effect on the TKI variable.

Abstract

This study aims at determining the effectiveness of the entrepreneurship instructional program at SMAN 1 Prembun, Kebumen Regency in the academic year of 2018/2019. The evaluation model used is the EKO2P model. The population of the eleventh grade students majoring in social studies in the academic year of 2018/2019 consists of 156 students. The research sample of 101 students is determined based on the sample determination table by Isaac and Michael. Sampling is done by using a sample random sampling technique. Data collection instruments use the questionnaire method, document analysis, observation and interviews. Data analysis uses descriptive analysis The results showed that instructional quality gained a score = 2.95 belonging to good qualifications, instructional output obtained a mean score = 3.03 belonging to good qualifications, instructional outcomes obtained a mean score = 2.62 belonging to good qualifications. The overall score of the quality, output, and outcome of entrepreneurship instructional program was 2.87 belonging to good qualifications. Thus, it can be concluded that the entrepreneurship programs at SMA Negeri 1 Prembun in the academic year of 2018/2019 has been implemented successfully

Abstract

The problem of this research is how to use songket cloth waste and typical South Sumatra jumputan as a media for entrepreneurship learning. The purpose of this research is to find out motivation and to foster an entrepreneurial spirit in students, in the use of Songket and Jumputan cloth waste typical of South Sumatra as Entrepreneurship Learning Media for Semeter IV students at PGRI Palembang University for the 2019/2020 Academic Year. Descriptive research method, this method is carried out in various steps, namely from planning, processing, marketing, evaluation to plow up. The results of the research on the use of songket and jumputan fabric waste as a medium for learning entrepreneurship, showed that there was motivation and the growth of an entrepreneurial spirit in students, it was seen from the average response of students to the questionnaire that was given was classified as very high, which was 79.44%. Based on the student question indicator which consists of 5 indicators; designing products for 79.36% in the very high category. The indicator for processing products is 77.49%, the indicator for marketing the product is 78.67%, the indicator for developing a product is 79.87% and the indicator for preserving, maintaining the product or enthusiasm is 81.82% in the very high category.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how effective the Semester Learning Plan (RPS) for the economics course in the Economic Education Study Program. The evaluation model used in this research is the CIPP Evaluation Model. Determination of the effectiveness of a RPS that is used is seen from the level of student understanding of economic science material which is interrelated with one another under the clump of economics. This research is a type of qualitative researach that uses the CIPP model by evaluating each component of the context, input, process and product to reaach an agreement in compiling an effective RPS between lecturers who teach courses in the economics cluster with students as learners. Sources of research data are RPS and lecturers who are teaching courses under the economics cluster. Primary data collection uses observation instruments, while secondary data is obtained through documentation and interviews. The observation data obtained were then analyzed qualitatively. The results of the analysis of the CIPP model instrument from the context component are very effective, the input component is effective, the process component is effective and the product component is quite effective in the RPS for courses under the clump of economics to be used in learning activities

Abstract

This study is to determine the leadership style and work environment that support organizational behavior in PT. Kerry Ingredients Indonesia. This research method uses qualitative methods by conducting interviews between leaders and employees, with questions about organizational behavior during the current pandemic. From the research results that the leadership style in supporting organizational behavior at PT. Kerry Ingredients Indonesia during the Covid-19 pandemic, the leader ordered his employees to do work from home (WFH) and also the leader applied the established health protocol, namely wearing a mask when indoors or outdoors. As well as carrying out social distancing to break the chain of spread and transmission of covid-19.

Abstract

The research problems is how the validity and effectiveness of tax accounting textbooks based on problem based learning. As for the purpose of this study is to describe the level of validity and effectiveness of tax accounting textbooks based on problem based learning. This type of research is a R&D research by Borg & Gall. The population in this study were all students of economic education in the even semester of the 2019-2020 academic year. With the research sample, namely students who took the tax accounting course at Indralaya class, totaling 56 students. The data collection techniques used were documentation, questionnaires, and tests. With a test of validity result is 3.40 from material experts categorized as very valid and 3.19 from media experts who are categorized as valid. Then from the effectiveness test, the textbook effectiveness value obtained a gain of 0.38 which is included in the moderate/effective category. Thus, the development of tax accounting textbooks based on problem based learning is valid and effective for use in lecture activities.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the development of evaluation instruments using the Kahoot application and the effectiveness of the evaluation instruments using the Kahoot application. This type of research is a development with a research design model using ADDIE, namely analysis (analysis), design (design), development (development), implementation (implementation), and evaluation (evaluation). The validation results from material experts get the final percentage of 83% with very feasible criteria. The results of the validation from the media expert obtained a final percentage of 86% with very feasible criteria. In the assessment of students, the final percentage was 82% with very good criteria. On the test results, students got an average of 80%. The validity of the test results obtained 14 valid and 16 invalid questions, the reliability obtained in multiple choice questions was 0.77 in the high reliability category and in 5 true or false questions it was 0.28 with the low reliability category.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the need for HOTS-based assessment instruments in the social studies course. This research was conducted in a descriptive quantitative, with research samples, namely lecturers for the Social Studies subject and 56 Indralaya campus students class of 2019/2020, Economic Education Study Program, FKIP Sriwijaya University. The research data were obtained through interviews, documentation and questionnaires. From the results of the interview, it was obtained information about the items made not based on HOTS and not yet varied. Observations made on the final examination assessment instrument showed that 80% of the items were still focused on MOTS, and from the student answer sheets it could be seen that students were still answering questions from the memorization process. The results of the questionnaire obtained showed that 92.9% of students thought that in order to understand social science concepts it was necessary to make problem-solving questions that could train HOTS. So it can be concluded that lecturers and students need HOTS-based assessment instruments in the social studies course.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the condition of the Covid-19 pandemic which requires students to carry out learning with an online system which supported by learning media that provided by the teachers, sufficiently supportive facilities and a conducive learning environment so that learning outcomes of the students will increase. This research aims is to see the partial impact of the independent variable on the dependent variable. The subjects of this study were OTKP students of SMK IPIEMS in the Financial OTK subject. This research uses quantitative research with multiple linear regression analysis method. The sampling technique used in this research was the probability sampling with random sampling type, which was choose random sample without regarding the level. In this study, a sample was taken 53 students. The results obtained conclude that partially each independent variable has a significant effect on learning outcomes, that the result of t-test of learning media value 0.36 <0.05; learning facilities 0.22 <0.05 and learning environment 0.36 <0.05.

Abstract

The focus of this study was to determine the effect of peer group variables and the use of social media on student consumptive behavior at SMPN 1 Sidoarjo. The type of research chosen is explanatory or explanatory research. The selected population coverage is 9 classes containing 297 students. The sampling method used was random or simple random sampling. The total sample selected was 30 students with data collection steps using a questionnaire instrument. The results of multiple regression analysis showed that the variable peer group and the use of social media showed a significant influence on the consumer behavior variable. Hypothesis testing explains that there is an influence generated by peer group variables and the use of social media on students' consumptive behavior separately (partially) or simultaneously (simultaneously). The results of calculating the multiple regression coefficients that show the contribution or contribution of the influence of peer group variables and the use of social media on the consumer behavior variable are quite high.
