Abstract

This research using quantile regression analysis is to test how many investors and consumer goods companies are interested in still referring to financial ratios, namely the ratio of liquidity, activity, profitability and leverage to stock returns. The samples used were taken from 45 consumer goods companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2018-2020 period. Hypothesis testing uses a quantile regression analysis technique which will be divided into three groups. The results of the analysis show that in the quintile group of one investor 11.3% are interested in investing due to the profitability and leverage factors of the company. The results of the analysis show that the net profit margin (NPM) and debt to equity ratio (DER) have a significant effect on stock returns. The second quantile group of investors' interest in companies is 42% due to the liquidity factor. The results ofanalysis results show that the cash ratio has a significant effect on stock returns; in quantile groups, there is 384% of investors' interest in companies. From the current ratio, cash ratio, TATO, FATO, ROE, NPM , DAR and DER h,ave o effect on stock returns.

Abstract

PTK is research used to improve or improve the quality of learning in the classroom. This research aims to improve the critical thinking skills of class X.2 students in Economics learning through the PjBL model at SMAN 13 Palembang. The research was conducted at SMAN 13 Palembang in the even semester of the 2022-2023 academic year and involved 41 students in class X.2. Action research procedures include planning, action implementation, observation and reflection cycles. The data obtained in this research is quantitative data from the results of students' critical thinking tests during the learning process. The test results from cycle I to cycle II showed that students' critical thinking abilities increased by 16%, and critical thinking abilities increased by 12% from cycle II to cycle III and critical thinking abilities increased by 29% from cycle I to cycle III. Researchers suggest that educators can train the ability to manage information obtained by students from various learning sources in order to improve the ability to manage information in critical thinking skills.

Abstract

Indonesia still depends on oil imports from outside to meet domestic oil needs. Seeing fluctuations in world oil prices made researchers want to research long-term and short-term analyses of the impact of world oil price movements on inflation, the rupiah exchange rate, and IHSG. This study uses monthly data from January 1, 2016, to December 31, 2022, to analyze the influence of global oil prices on the inflation rate, exchange rate, and IHSG (Indonesia Stock Exchange Composite Index) in Indonesia. The analysis method employed is Vector Autoregressive (VAR) with the assistance of Eviews 12. The research findings indicate that in the long run, global oil prices significantly positively influence the inflation rate in Indonesia. However, in the short run, the influence is not statistically significant in a positive direction. Furthermore, global oil prices significantly negatively influence the value of the Indonesian rupiah against the US dollar and the level of the IHSG in the long run. However, in the short run, the influence is not statistically significant in a negative direction on the value of the rupiah and the IHSG level..

Abstract

Students are an important market segment in the fashion industry, regarding Consumer Preferences, and are often influenced by peers and social media in making purchasing decisions. This study aims to determine the factors that influence the purchasing decisions of fashion products in students of the Economic Education Study Program, at Hamzanwadi University. This research is a quantitative research with a quantitative descriptive approach. The sampling technique used is stratified random sampling and accidental sampling with a total sample of 63 students of the Economic Education Study Program. The data collection technique is using a questionnaire with a 5-point Likert scale. For data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression. The results showed an influence between the marketing mix of purchasing decisions, psychological factors on purchase satisfaction, and situational factors on purchasing decisions except social factors. Therefore, marketing mix, psychological, situational, and social factors influence purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Low entrepreneurial intentions are one of the crucial problems that can affect economic conditions. Based on this, researchers are interested in analyzing this problem and looking at the various factors that influence it in terms of the Theory of planned behavior. In this study, researchers focused on the factors of entrepreneurial knowledge, use of e-commerce, and peers. This quantitative approach with the ex post facto method where the analysis uses multiple linear regression with the application of SPSS version 21. This study uses 53 questionnaires (consisting of 14 from X1, 15 from X2, 13 from X3, and 11 from Y) with a sample of 209. Based on data analysis (both multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing) the results show that entrepreneurial knowledge and use of e-commerce have a positive and significant effect, where these two variables will encourage entrepreneurial development and facilitate the entrepreneurial process while peers show negative and negative effects. sig. This influence is formed because the peer environment is not mature enough in responding to various conditions and situations around them.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the effectiveness of apprenticeship, teaching factory, and creativity on entrepreneurship skills with entrepreneurship motivation as a moderating variable. This research is quantitative research. The population of this study were students of class XII BDP SMKN 1 Bawang. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques used descriptive statistics and SEM-PLS analysis with the SmartPLS 4.0 analysis tool. The results of the study show that internship has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurship skills. Teaching factory has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial skills. Creativity has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial skills. Entrepreneurial motivation cannot moderate the effect of apprenticeship on entrepreneurship skills. Entrepreneurial motivation cannot moderate the effect of teaching factory on entrepreneurship skills. Entrepreneurial motivation moderates the influence of creativity on entrepreneurial skills.

Abstract

Through field observations, problems were found related to the decline in teacher work discipline. Based on these facts, this research was carried out with the aim of finding out whether the decline in teacher work discipline was influenced by the variables of perception of charismatic leadership and motivation of school principals. The data collection method was by distributing questionnaires to 60 teacher respondents randomly. The results of the research show that the perception of charismatic leadership does not have a significant effect on teacher work discipline, the principal's motivation has a significant effect on teacher work discipline. Meanwhile, simultaneously the perception of charismatic leadership and the principal's motivation have a significant effect on teacher work discipline. The novelty obtained from this research is that if charismatic leadership is only a perception of subordinates, it will not encourage teacher work discipline. However, teacher discipline will be influenced by the motivation of the principal who is able to carry out true charismatic leadership.

Abstract

Efforts to improve financial performance can be achieved if the company can optimize the success of its value creation. Increasing company value is expected to influence the company's ability to guarantee the welfare of the parties involved. This study aimed to determine the company's financial performance as measured using financial ratio analysis at PT. Maju Wira Persada Palembang for the period 2018 – 2022. The data analysis is a quantitative descriptive method using financial ratio measurements in the form of liquidity, solvency, activity and profitability ratios. Research shows that the liquidity ratio of PT. Maju Wira Persada Palembang is in the good category. PT. solvency ratio Maju Wira Persada Palembang is in the good category. PT. activity ratio Maju Wira Persada Palembang is in the pretty good category. PT. Maju Wira Persada Palembang is in the unfavorable category.

Abstract

This development research aims to produce learning media in the form of mind map using freemind software on economic subjects subject of human need for students of class X SMA Negeri 4 Palembang. The research method used is development method (Development Research) A. Design development using Akker development model. The development steps are the needs analysis phase, the design phase and the revision and evaluation phase, the revision and evaluation phase of the researcher refers to the Tessmer formative evaluation model with the steps are self evaluation stage, Expert review stage and one to one, small group stage and stage test field. In the self evaluation stage, the researcher analyzed the learning materials and the characteristics of the students in operating the computer, followed by designing instructional media from paper based form to computer based which in this stage produces prototype 1. The result of Expert review stage on expert material obtained validation of 3.95% with good category, and the validation result with media expert is 4.20 with good category which means media is categorized valid media, then continued on one to one test on three students with observation result of 48% learners are seen actively using the learning media. in the small group stage obtained the results of observations of 80% with the active category, meaning that learning media are classified as practical or easy to use media, on the field test stage of this learning media has a potential effect on learning outcomes learners with the average learning outcome of 84 with categories high and n-score score of 0.56.

Abstract

This research is a development research that aims to produce an integrated learning program in IPS lesson in SMP Negeri 28 Palembang for one semester and to know student learning activity in learning after having got treatment by using integrated learning program. This study uses the Brog and Gall product development model (Modified Sukmadinata, 2007). This development research was conducted in SMP Negeri 28 Palembang. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires, observations, documentation. Data analysis techniques using quantitative descriptive, that is by changing the quantitative data from the validation and trial results into qualitative data that refers to the validation and practicality criteria. After the product of integrated learning program developed then conducted one to one test, small group, and field test to test the validity, practicality, and potential effect of the product. In order to see students' learning activity, 2 experiments were conducted, which in the first meeting resulted 79,89% using conventional learning program, and obtained result of 82,60% at second meeting by using integrated learning program. From the results of this development research obtained a product of integrated learning program that can be used in IPS learning. As a result of the accompaniment of this development research, which received a positive response of 80.49% towards the use of integrated learning program on IPS learning.
